Funktionsprinzip
Hintergrundauswertung (z.B. der Boden) wird als Reflektor verwendet. Das Schaltsignal löst aus, wenn der Lichtstrahl von einem Objekt unter-
brochen wird.
Vorteile:
• sicheres lückenloses Erfassen (z.B. sehr große Personen dicht an der Oberfläche)
• sicheres Erfassen trotz unterschiedlicher Umgebungsvariablen
• sicher gegen Vandalismus
• Senderausfallmeldung
Montagehinweise
Der Sensor ist werkseitig auf einen Tastbereich von 100 mm … 1600 mm voreingestellt. Die voreingestellte Schaltungsart ist dunkelschaltend.
Bei Bedarf kann die Einstellung wie folgt geändert werden.
Einstellung
Benötigte Werkzeuge:
Schraubendreher
Weißes Blatt Papier (mind. 20 x 30 cm) oder Kodak-Weiß- Karte
Meterstab
Vor dem Einstellen der Tastweite:
1) Sensor einbauen.
2) Sensor auf den Hintergrund (Boden / Wand) ausrichten. Achtung: ohne Hintergrund keine Funktion
3) Betriebsspannung und Schaltausgang anlegen
4) Luran-Deckel entfernen
5) Schaltungsart mittels Hell-Dunkel-Umschalter (DIP-Schalter) wählen
6) Einstellschraube für Tastweite im Uhrzeigersinn (+) bis zum Anschlag einstellen (=max. Tastweite)
Bei Dunkelschaltung: LED leuchtet. Bei Hellschaltung: LED leuchtet nicht
Tastweite bzw. Schaltpunkt einstellen:
7) Tastweiteneinsteller gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (-) drehen, bis der LED-Zustand wechselt
Während des Einstellens:
Nicht in Detektionsstrahl greifen
Schraubenzieher möglichst schräg halten
8) Um evtl. spätere Bodenveränderungen (z.B. durch Verschmutzung, etc.) zu ignorieren:
Mit weißem Blatt Papier Schaltpunkt ca. 200 mm (=10% bei Montagehöhe 2000 mm) über dem Boden festlegen
Einstellung schrittweiße (1/8 Umdrehung) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (-) durchführen
Nach dem Einstellen der Tastweite:
9) Luran-Deckel wieder montieren
10) Einstellung kontrollieren, falls nötig nachjustieren. Bei Eintritt eines Objekts in das Tastfeld leuchtet bzw. erlischt die LED (hell/dunkel)
Operating principle
The background (ground, for example) is used as a reflector. The output changes as soon as the light beam is interrupted by an object.
Benefits:
• Reliable, complete detection (e.g. very large people close to the surface)
• Reliable detection despite differing environmental variables
• Safe against vandalism
• Emitter failure signal
Installation instructions
The factory setting for the sensor is preset for a sensing distance of 100 mm ... 1600 mm. The preset switching mode is dark switching.
If required, the setting can be modified as follows.
Adjustment
Tools needed:
screwdriver
white piece of paper (at least 20 x 30 cm) or a Kodak white card
yardstick or metric ruler
Before adjusting the scanning range:
1) Install the sensor
2) Adjust the sensor to the background (floor / wall). Attention: without background there is no function possible.
3) Connect operating voltage and switching output
4) Remove the frontcover
5) Switching mode light/dark select with DIP-switch
6) Turn the scanning range adjustment screw clockwise(+) until it can be turned no further (=max, scanning range). For dark switching: LED
lights up, for light switching: LED does not light up
Setting the scanning range/switching point:
7) Turn the scanning range adjuster counter-clockwise (-) until the LED changes
While adjusting:
do not reach into the detection beam
hold the screwdriver as slanted as possible
8) To ignore any possible changes on the ground (for example, dirt, etc,):
set the switching point by placing a white piece of paper approx. 200 mm (10% of the installation height of 2000 mm) above the ground
Turn the scanning range adjustment screw step by step ( 1/8 turns) counter clockwise (-)
After adjusting the scanning range:
9) Put front cover back on unit
10) Check the settings and readjust if necessary. If an object enters the scanning field, the LED will change (light/dark).
