Description
The M30x1,5 mm ring nut is used to replace the M28x1,5 mm ring nut
preassembled on the R298Y001 and R298Y002 mixing valve, in case of
installation of the K281X012 or K281X022 actuators.
The M28x1,5 mm ring nut is used to replace the M30x1,5 mm ring nut
preassembled on the R298Y027 and R298Y024 mixing valve, in case of
installation of the K281X002 or K282X002 actuators.

Installation
The actuators K281X012 and K281X022 (M30 connection) can be mounted on the mixing valves R298Y001 or R298Y002
(M28 connection), upon replacement on these last, the threaded bush M28x1,5 with the bush M30x1,5 mm.
The actuators K281X002 and K282X002 (M28 connection) can be mounted on the mixing valves R298Y027 or R298Y024
(M30 connection), upon replacement on these last, the threaded bush M30x1,5 with the bush M28x1,5 mm.
1. Take o pressure from the system.

ring nut 2. Unscrew the preassembled ring nut on the valve and replace it with the new
one, suitable to the installation with the corresponding actuator.

Caution! Danger for people.
The bush replacement could provoke the escape of the bonnet, in case of
remaining pressure into the system.
Caution!
During the installation of the new ring nut, be careful that the at seat side is
facing outward.
3. Mount the corresponding actuator, by screwing it to the new ring nut.

Installazione
Gli attuatori K281X012 e K281X022 (attacco M30) possono essere montati sulle valvole miscelatrici a vitone R298Y001 o R298Y002
(attacco M28), previa sostituzione su quest’ultime della ghiera lettata da M28x1,5 mm con la ghiera M30x1,5 mm.
Gli attuatori K281X002 o K282X002 (attacco M28) possono essere montati sulle valvole miscelatrici a vitone R298Y027 o R298Y024
(attacco M30), previa sostituzione su quest’ultime della ghiera lettata da M30x1,5 mm con la ghiera M28x1,5 mm.
1. Togliere pressione all’impianto.

nuova 2. Svitare la ghiera premontata sulla valvola (utilizzando una chiave esagonale da
32 mm) e sostituirla con la nuova ghiera, adatta all’installazione con l’attuatore
corrispondente.

Attenzione! Pericolo alle persone.
La rimozione della ghiera potrebbe provocare la fuoriuscita del vitone in caso
di pressione residua nell’impianto.
Attenzione!
Durante l’installazione della nuova ghiera, prestare attenzione che il lato a
sede piana sia rivolto verso l’esterno.
3. Montare l’attuatore corrispondente avvitandolo alla nuova ghiera installata.
