BASIC detaching boom-supporting attachment

Installing the barrier on the LEFT
Remove the dome by loosening the 2 screws on the
sides of the cabinet and open the inspection hatch
using the key .
Assemble the 2 securing half-rings and fasten them
to the cabinet using the screws .
Fit the spacer between the fi xed plate and the drive
shaft ; thread the micro-switch cable through the center
hole in the spacer and drive shaft .
Fix the plate to the shaft using the UNI5931 M10x40
screws, a torque wrench set to 70 Nm and medium
strength threadlocker .
Drill 1 of the pre-perforated points on the control panel
and fi t a non-supplied cable gland Connect the micro-
switch cable as per the drawing .
Fit the reinforcement and the stop intothe boom
(and the one for the luminous cord, if it's included) .
Fit the fl ange to the mobile plate, using the screws.
Leave the screws loose for easier fi tting of the boom later.
Fit the boom into the fl ange until the stop and then
fasten it .
Latch the boom onto the fi xed plate
.
Fit the shock-proof frame into the boom as shown in
the drawing. Cut o any excess parts.
If you are going to fi t the luminous cord, drill a hole in
the cabinet , fi t a cable gland (not supplied), and attach
the cable gland onto the fl ange and then connect the
luminous cord by following the instructions that come in
the accessory box .
Shut the inspection hatch and fasten the dome and
cap using the screws.
Installing the barrier on the RIGHT.
Space the mobile plate from the fi xed plate , remove
the M6 headless screw ; move the UNI5933 screw and
the bushing into the other hole ; fasten the M6 headless
screw . Lastly, remove the attaching half-rings and the
plugs and fi t the again at 180°
Warning! Symmetrically repeat the above installing
procedures.

Installazione con barriera a SINISTRA
Togliere la cupola svitando le due viti sui lati dell’armadio
e aprire lo sportello di ispezione con la chiave .
Assemblare i due semi-anelli antisgancio e fi ssarli
all’armadio con le viti .
Inserire il distanziale tra piastra fi ssa e albero motore
; far passare il cavo del micro attraverso il foro centrale
del distanziale e dell’albero motore .
Fissare la piastra all’albero con le viti UNI5931 M10x40
utilizzando una chiave dinamometrica regolata a 70 Nm e
del frenafi letti a media resistenza .
Forare in uno dei punti preforati del quadro e montare
un pressacavo (non fornito) . Collegare il cavo del micro
come da disegno .
Inserire il rinforzo e il fermo nell’asta (e quello
del cordone luminoso, se previsto) .
Posizionare la flangia alla piastra mobile con le
viti. Lasciare le viti allentate per facilitare il successivo
inserimento dell’asta.
Inserire l’asta nella fl angia fi no al punto di arresto
del fermo e fi ssarla .
Agganciare l’asta alla piastra fi ssa
.
Inserire il profi lo anti-urto nell’asta come indicato nel
disegno. Tagliare la parte in eccesso.
Nel caso sia previsto l’utilizzo del cordone luminoso,
eseguire un foro sull’armadio , inserire un passacavo
(non fornito), montare il pressacavo sulla fl angia e
collegare il cordone luminoso seguendo le istruzioni
allegate all’accessorio .
Chiudere lo sportello di ispezione e fi ssare la cupola e
il tappo con le viti.
Installazione con barriera a DESTRA.
Distanziare la piastra mobile da quella fi ssa , togliere
la vite senza testa M6 ; spostare la vite UNI5933 e la
bussola nell’altro foro ; fi ssare la vite senza testa M6
. Infi ne, smontare i semi-anelli di aggancio e le spine e
rimontarli di 180°
Attenzione! Seguire le operazioni di montaggio
precedentemente descritte in modo simmetrico.

Installation avec barrière à GAUCHE
Enlever le couvercle supérieur en dévissant les deux
vis sur les côtés du fût et ouvrir la porte de visite à
l'aide de la clé .
Assembler les deux demi-bagues anti-décrochage
et les fi xer au fût à l'aide des vis .
Introduire l'entretoise entre la plaque fi xe et l'arbre
moteur ; faire passer le câble du micro-interrupteur à
travers le trou central de l'entretoise et de l'arbre moteur .
Fixer la plaque à l’arbre au moyen des vis UNI5931 M10x40
à serrer à l’aide d’une clé dynamométrique avec couple
réglé à 70 Nm et à enduire de frein-fi let à résistance
moyenne .
Percer un des points préforés de l'armoire et installer un
serre-câble (non fourni) . Connecter le câble du micro-
interrupteur comme indiqué sur le dessin .
Introduire le renfort et la butée dans la lisse (ainsi
que l'éventuel câble lumineux) .
Positionner l'étrier sur la plaque mobile à l'aide des
vis. Ne pas serrer les vis de manière à faciliter ensuite
l'introduction de la lisse.
Enfi ler la lisse dans l'étrier jusqu'à la butée et la
fi x e r .
Fixer la lisse à la plaque fi xe
.
Introduire le dispositif de protection anti-choc dans la
lisse comme indiqué sur le dessin. Couper la partie inutile.
En cas d'utilisation du câble lumineux, percer un
trou sur le fût , introduire un passe-câble (non fourni),
l'appliquer sur l'étrier et monter le câble lumineux selon
les instructions jointes à l'accessoire .
Fermer la porte de visite et fi xer le couvercle et le
capuchon à l'aide des vis.
Installation avec barrière à DROITE.
Séparer la plaque mobile de la plaque fi xe , enlever
la vis sans tête M6 ; déplacer la vis UNI5933 et la
douille dans l'autre trou ; fi xer la vis sans tête M6 .
Enfi n, démonter les demi-bagues de fi xation ainsi que les
goupilles et les remonter à 180° .
Attention ! Suivre les opérations de montage décrites
précédemment de façon symétrique.

Система защиты стрелы от удара автомобиля с
мгновенным опусканием стрелы (BASE).

Монтаж ЛЕВОСТОРОННЕГО шлагбаума
Снимите верхнюю крышку, отвернув два винта с обеих
сторон тумбы , и откройте дверцу с помощью ключа .
Соберите верхнюю и нижнюю направляющие защиты
стрелы и прикрепите их к тумбе винтами .
Вставьте промежуточную пластину между опорной
пластиной и выходным валом ; пропустите кабель
микровыключателя через центральное отверстие
промежуточной пластины и выходной вал .
Закрепите пластину выходного вала винтами, используя
динамометрический ключ, отрегулированный на 70 Нм,
и фиксаторы резьбы средней прочности .
Просверлите одно из предварительно размеченных
отверстий в блоке управления и установите гермоввод (не
прилагается) . Подключите кабель микровыключателя,
как показано на рисунке .
Вставьте дополнительную вставку и заглушку
противоударного профиля в стрелу (и дюралайт, если
это предусмотрено) .
Установите кронштейн крепления стрелы на
подвижную пластину и зафиксируйте с помощью винтов.
Не затягивайте крепежные соединения, чтобы было
проще установить стрелу.
Вставьте стрелу в кронштейн до упора заглушки
противоударного профиля и зафиксируйте конструкцию .
Прикрепите стрелу к опорной пластине.
Вставьте противоударный профиль в стрелу, как
показано на рисунке. Отрежьте лишнее.
Если предусмотрено использование дюралайта,
просверлите отверстие в тумбе , вставьте гермоввод
(не прилагается), установите его в кронштейн крепления
стрелы . Следуйте прилагаемым инструкциям по
подключению дюралайта .
Закройте дверцу, зафиксируйте верхнюю крышку и
защитную вставку.
Монтаж ПРАВОСТОРОННЕГО шлагбаума
Отодвиньте подвижную пластину от опорной ,
отверните стопорный винт M6 ; переместите винт
UNI5933 и втулку в другое отверстие ; зафиксируйте
конструкцию посредством стопорного винта M6 .
Снимите Зажим стрелы и вытащите штифты, после
чего поверните на 180° и зафиксируйте на прежнее
место .
Внимание! Следуйте приведенным выше указаниям по
монтажу с учетом симметрии.
