Any warranty is void if these instructions are not
followed.
1.1 General safety
This appliance complies with the international
safety standards.
This appliance can be used by people who have
limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or who
do not have knowledge and experience, provided
that they are supervised or they understand the
instructions with regard to safe use of the product
and potential dangers.
This appliance is intended to be used in household
and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments,
- farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments,
- bed and breakfast type environments

This appliance cannot be used by children.
Keep the appliance and the power cable out of the
reach of children.
Do not use it if the power cable or the appliance
itself is damaged. Contact an authorised service.
Unplug the appliance when left unattended, while
installing/removing accessories or before cleaning.
Only use the original parts or parts recommended
by the manufacturer.
Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.
Your mains power supply should comply with the
information supplied on the rating plate of the
appliance.
Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
Do not pull the power cable when unplugging the
appliance.
Unplug the appliance before cleaning, disassembly,
accessory replacement and wait for it to stop
completely.
Do not touch the plug of the appliance with damp
or wet hands.

Do not use the device for hot food.
Remove bones and stones from food to prevent the
the appliance from getting damaged.
This appliance is not suitable for dry or hard foods.
To prevent overheating, do not use whisking
continuously for more than 10 minutes. Leave to
cool for 5 minutes in between each 10 minutes of
operation.
To prevent overheating, do not use mixing with
spirals continuously for more than 2 minutes. Leave
to cool for 1 minute in between each 2 minutes of
operation.
Follow all warnings to prevent injuries due to
incorrect use.
After cleaning, dry the appliance and all parts
before connecting it to mains supply and before
attaching the parts.
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean
all parts carefully which come into contact with
food. Please see full details in the “Cleaning ”
section.

Disposal
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This product
bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed
with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used
device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling
of electrical and electronic devices. To find these collection
systems please contact to your local authorities or retailer
where the product was puchased. Each household performs important
role in recovering and recycling of old appliance. Appropriate disposal of

2 Operation
2.1 Intended use
The appliance is intended for home use only, it is not suitable for
professional use.
2.2 First operation
Clean the parts of the appliance before the first use.

Insert beaters (6) or dough

Plug in the power cord.
Put the beaters (6) and the
dough hooks (7) into the
batter before turning on the
stick blender.
Speed setting is between 1
and 4. Increase the speed
starting from level 1.
Do not use the beater and dough hooks together.
Never press the accessory release switch (1) unless
the speed control is on position 0 and the appliance is
disconnected from the wall socket.
When mixing ingredients, start with a lower speed. Foods may
spatter around if you start with high speed.

2.4 TURBO button
Push and hold the TURBO button when you need sudden high speed, and
unhold when you no longer need.
Do not use the TURBO feature for longer than 1 minute.

2.6 Mixing on the stand
When attaching the mixer to the housing, make sure that
the whiskers and dough hooks are not attached.
Do not place knife, metal spoon, fork and so on into bowl
when operating.

Start from the rear part of
the mixer to place it into its
housing.

Put the ingredients into the
mixing bowl. Fit the whisk-
er/dough hook with double
notches to the small acces-
sory housing (5), and fit the
whisker/dough hook with a
single notch to the large ac-
cessory housing (5).

Operate the appliance.
Once mixing/kneading is
done, set the speed con-
troller to “0” and unplug the
appliance. Press the hous-
ing opening button to lift the
housing.
The max operation time per time shall not exceed 10
minutes, then have a rest for a appropriate time until your
hand / stand mixer cooling between two consecutive cycles.
When kneading yeast dough, we suggest that the speed
selector should be at low speed firstly and then use high
speed to achieve the best results.

For better results, use it for at least 200 ml mixtures.
Beaters are for mixing egg white or mixing other liquid.
Dough hooks are for kneading the dough Beaters are for

Beaters and dough hooks, the one with gear can only be
inserted into the socket with graphics and the other one can
only be inserted into the other socket. The two beaters and
two dough hooks cannot be inserted in reverse.

4 Cleaning and maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Do not use benzene, solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal objects
or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
Turn the appliance off and
disconnect it from the wall
socket.
Let the appliance cool down
completely.
Use a damp and soft cloth
to clean the outer surface of
the appliance and the stand.
Use some dishwashing liq-
uid and hot water to clean
the whiskers (6), dough
hooks (7) and the bowl.
Then dry all parts thor-
oughly. Whiskers and dough
hooks are dishwasher-safe.
Never put the appliance or power cord in water or any other
liquids and never hold them under running water.
Beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher-safe.
Before using the appliance after cleaning, dry all parts
carefully using a soft towel.

4.2 Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it
carefully.
Unplug the appliance before putting away.
Store the appliance in a cool dry place.
Store the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.
Store the power cord should be same as below picture.
4.3 Transport and shipping
During transport and shipping, carry the appliance with its original
packaging. The packaging of the appliance will protect the
appliance against physical damage.
Do not put heavy objects on the appliance or its packaging.
Otherwise the appliance may be damaged.
If the appliance is dropped, the appliance may not operate or
permanent damage may occur.
