1.1 General safety
This appliance complies with international safety
standards.
Appliance may be used by persons with limited
physical, perceptual or mental abilities or persons
with a lack of experience and knowledge if they are
supervised or given instructions on the operation
of the appliance and any relevant risks they may
be encountered. Children shall not play with the
appliance.
This appliance is not designed for commercial
use, it is intended for use at home and in similar
applications as specified below:
- In personnel kitchen areas in shops, offices and
other working areas,
- Ranches,
- Areas used by customers in motels and hotels,
and other residential settings,

Be careful when handing the sharp cutting blades,
emptying the bowl and during cleaning
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food
processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from
supply before changing accessories or approaching
parts that move in use
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean
all parts carefully which come into contact with
food. Please see full details in the “Cleaning ”
section.
This appliance cannot be used by children.
Store the appliance and its electrical cord out of the
reach of children.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord, the
appliance or the appliance blade is damaged.
Contact authorised service.
Use only original parts or parts recommended by
the manufacturer.
Do not disassemble the appliance.

Your mains power supply should be in align with
the specified information on the type tag of the
appliance.
Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.
When it is left unattended, before attaching/
detaching accessories, or before cleaning, wait for
the moving parts to stop and unplug the power cord
of the appliance.
Do not touch the plug of the appliance while your
hands are damp or wet.
Do not use the appliance for hot meals.
Use the appliance only with the provided rubber
base or the glass bowl.
Do not operate the appliance with the empty bowl.
To avoid damaging the blades and the appliance,
remove bones and seeds from foods.
The appliance is not suitable for dried or rough
food that may lead the blades to become blunt very
rapidly.
Follow all warnings to avoid injuries due to misuse.

Do not touch the accessories while emptying the
container, during cleaning and after use, without
stopping the blades and unplugging the product.
Serious injury may result from misuse when
emptying the container, during cleaning and when
touching the chopping blade with bare hands.
Handle the chopping blade carefully, trying to hold
it only by its plastic part.
After cleaning, dry the appliance and all its
components before connecting it to power and
installing the components.
Warning: Your product is equipped with a
safety thermic for protection. Your product will
automatically stop due to overheating in long-term
use. After a short cooling period, you can restart
your appliance.
Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or
the plug in water or in any other liquids.
Do not operate the appliance or its components over
or near hot surfaces or do not put on such surfaces.
If you keep the packaging materials, keep them out
of the reach of children.

1 Important safety and environmental instructions
1.2 Compliance with the WEEE Regulations and Waste
Disposal
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This product
bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equip-
ment (WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed
with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used
device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling
of electrical and electronic devices. To find these collection sys-
tems please contact to your local authorities or retailer where
the product was puchased. Each household performs important role in
recovering and recycling of old appliance. Appropriate disposal of used
appliance helps prevent potential negative consequences for the environ-
ment and human health.
1.3 Compliance with RoHS Directive
The product you have purchased complies with EU RoHS Directive
(2011/65/EU). It does not contain harmful and prohibited materials spec-
ified in the Directive.
1.4 Packaging information
The product’s packaging is made of recyclable materials, in ac-
cordance with the National Legislation. Do not dispose the pack-
aging waste with the household waste or other wastes, dispose
it to the packaging collection areas specified by local authorities.
1.5 What to do for energy saving
Follow the times recommended in the manual during use. Unplug the cord
of appliance after use.

2 Operation
2.1 Intended use
The appliance is intended for home use only, it is not suitable for profes-
sional use.
The appliance is designed for crushing and scrambling small amounts of
solid food only.
2.2 First operation
Clean the parts of the appliance before the first use (see 3.1).
Use the appliance in an upright position on a stable, flat, clean, dry and
non-slip surface.
You can use it until the process is completed by waiting
a few seconds for continuous uses longer than 10 seconds.
The motor has a PTC controller to prevent overheating.
The product will stop working when the engine temperature
reaches the limit. This is normal. It is recommended to unplug
the product and wait 5-10 minutes until the product cools
down.

Attach the chopping blade
(4) to the the end of motor
unit (3) by turning clock-
wise.
Put the ingredients (in small
pieces) to be processed into
the bowl that you will use
and immerse the chopping
blade (4) into the bowl.
Plug in the appliance. Press
the power button (1) and
operate.
Start to mix ingredients with a normal speed at first. When
you start with turbo option, foods may splatter.
Making light circular movements with the device during the
procedure will provide a better result.

When process is complete,
release the power button (1).
Unplug the appliance.
Wait for it to stop completely. Turn the chopping blade (4)
counterclockwise “ to de-
tach it from the motor unit

WARNING: Do not touch the blades with bare hands.
2.4 Chopping
Do not crush extremely hard ingredients such as coffee
beans, ice, coconut, cereals or bones. Remove the stems of
the plants, the shell of the walnut, and the bone, nerve and
cartilage of the meat.
Cut the food into small parts.
Put the chopping bowl (9) on
a flat surface.
Place the chopping blade
(8) to the fixed shaft in the
chopping bowl.
Put the ingredients into the
chopping bowl (9).
WARNINGS:
Be careful when attaching the chopping blade (8) since
it is very sharp.
Do not touch the chopping blade (8) with bare hands.

Place the chopping cover (7)
onto the chopping bowl (9).
Make sure that the tabs
on the chopping cover (7)
are securely locked onto
the bowl.
Place the motor unit (3) onto
the chopping cover (7).
Make sure that the motor
unit (3) is firmly locked
onto the chopping cover.
Plug in the appliance. Press
the power button (1) and
operate.
WARNING: Do not operate the appliance unless the chop-
ping cover (7) is not fully engaged.
Always hold the chopping container with one hand to pre-
vent it from tipping over during the process.
Do not use the appliance longer than 10 seconds contin-
uously.
Press the start button (1) intermittently for best results.

When process is complete,
release the power button (1).
Unplug the appliance.
Remove the motor unit (3)
from the chopping cover (7)
by turning it counterclock-
wise.
Remove the chopping cover
(7). Then remove the chop-
ping blade (8) by holding it
from the plastic part. Re-
move the processed food
from the chopping bowl (9).
Recipe ideas: Butter and Honey Mixture
Deep-frozen butter (must be kept in the freezer for at least 4 hours and cut
into approximately 10-15 mm x 35-40 mm pieces) and refrigerated honey
(must be kept in the refrigerator for at least 1 day).
WARNING: Run the device with a mixture of 160 g maltose
sugar and 40 g honey for a maximum of 5 seconds.

You may use beater (6) for whisking cream and eggs.
WARNING: Never beat more than 4 egg whites or 200 ml
cream at a time.

Gently push the ends of
beater (6) into the beater
holder (5).
Attach the beater holder (5)
into the motor unit by turning
counter clockwise “ ”.
Put the ingredients you want
to process into the bowl and
plug the socket.

When completed, unplug it.
Remove the motor unit from
the beater holder (5) by turn-
ing it “ counterclockwise.
Gently pull out the ends of
the beater (6) from the beat-
er holder (5).

3 Cleaning and maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
WARNINGS:
Do not use benzene, solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal
objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
Do not touch the chopping blades (9) with bare hands.
The blades are very sharp. Use a brush!
Do not immerse the motor unit (3) or electrical cord into
water or other liquids and never hold under the running
water.
Unplug the appliance before
cleaning. Make sure that all
appliance components has
stopped completely. Wipe
the motor unit (3) of the ap-
pliance with a damp cloth.
Clean the chopping bowl (9),
beater (6) with warm, soapy
water immediately after us-
ing the appliance.
Dry accessories thoroughly.

3 Cleaning and maintenance
WARNINGS:
Never wash the chopping blade (4), chopping cap (7) and
beater holder (5) in the dishwasher.
Do not immerse the inner part of chopping blade (4),
motor unit (3) and electrical cord into water or other liq-
uids.
3.2 Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it carefully.
Unplug the appliance before putting away.
Store the appliance in a cool dry place.
Store the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.
3.3 Transport and shipping
During transport and shipping, carry the appliance with its original pack-
aging. The packaging of the appliance will protect the appliance against
physical damage.
Do not put heavy objects on the appliance or its packaging. Otherwise
the appliance may be damaged.
If the appliance is dropped, the appliance may not operate or permanent
damage may occur.
