Vorarbeiten
- Sitzbank und Tank demontieren.
- Kühlflüssigkeit ablassen (Siehe Bedienungsanleitung).
- Rechten Kühler demontieren.
Montage
- Lüfter (1) mit den Schrauben (6) auf den Lüfterhalter (5) montieren.
Auf die im Bild (A) gezeigte Kabelführung (10) achten.
- Lüfterhalter und Lüfter mit den Blindnieten (7) am rechten Kühler in den
dafür vorgesehenen Löchern (11) montierten (Bild B).
- Rechten Kühler montieren.
- Verschlauchung inkl. Thermostat demontieren (Bild C).
- Bei einer Länge von 50mm Schlauch (12) abschneiden (Bild C).
- Vom abgetrennten Schlauch (13) 30mm abschneiden (Bild C).
- Das Schlauchstück (13) wie im Bild gezeigt mit der Schlauchklemme (9)
auf das Zwischenstück (8) montieren.
- Thermoschalter (3) mit dem Alu Dichtring (4) in das Zwischenstück ein-
schrauben (20Nm).
- Anschließend Zwischenstück inkl. Thermoschalter und montiertem
Schlauchstück (13) mit der zweiten Schlauchklemme auf das Schlauchstück
(12) montieren (Bild C)
- Verschlauchung komplett wieder in das Fahrzeug montieren.
- Lüfterkabelstrang an dem freien Stecker des Hauptkabelstrangs anstecken
(Bild D).
HINWEIS:
Auf saubere und knickfreie Verlegung der Kabel achten. Kabelstrang mit
Kabelbindern sichern.
- Lüfterkabelstrang am Thermoschalter (3) und am Lüfter anschließen.
- Gummitülle (14) zur Gänze aufschieben.
Nacharbeiten
- Kühlsystem befüllen (Siehe Bedienungsanleitung)
- Lüfter auf Funktion überprüfen.
- Sitzbank und Tank montieren.

Preparations
- Dismantle the seat and tank.
- Drain the coolant (see the owner's manual).
- Dismantle the right-hand radiator.
Assembly
- Mount the fan (1) on the fan bracket (5) using the screws (6).
Ensure that the cable (10) is positioned as shown in the figure (A).
- Mount the fan bracket and fan on the right-hand radiator using the blind
rivets (7) in the provided holes (11) (Figure B).
- Mount the right-hand radiator.
- Remove the hose system and thermostat (Figure C).
- Cut off 50mm of hose (12) (Figure C).
- Cut off 30 mm from the remaining hose (13) (Figure C).
- Mount the hose piece (13) on the connecting piece (8) using the hose clamp
(9) as shown in the figure.
- Screw the thermoswitch (3) with the aluminum seal ring (4) into the con-
necting piece (20Nm).
- Then mount the connecting piece with the thermoswitch and the moun-
ted hose piece (13) onto the hose piece (12) using the second hose clamp
(Figure C)
- Mount the assembled hose system back into the vehicle.
- Connect the fan wiring harness to the vacant connector of the main wiring
harness (Figure D).
NOTE:
Ensure that the cables are routed properly and without kinks. Secure the
wiring harness using cable binders.
- Connect the fan wiring harness to the thermoswitch (3) and fan.
- Fully mount the rubber sleeve (14).
Final steps
- Fill the cooling system (see the owner's manual).
- Check that the fan is functioning properly.
- Mount the seat and tank.

Operazioni preliminari
- Smontare la sella e il serbatoio.
- Scaricare il liquido di raffreddamento (vedere il manuale d'uso).
- Smontare il radiatore destro.
Montaggio
- Con le viti (6) montare la ventola (1) sul relativo supporto (5).
La figura (A) mostra come disporre il cavo (10).
- Con i rivetti ciechi (7) montare il supporto ventola e la ventola sul radia-
tore destro, negli appositi fori (11) (figura B).
- Montare il radiatore destro.
- Smontare la tubazione, incluso il termostato (figura C).
- Misurare 50 mm partendo da destra verso sinistra e tagliare il tubo fles-
sibile (12) (figura C).
- Dal flessibile staccato (13) tagliare 30 mm (figura C).
- Montare il segmento di tubo flessibile (13) come illustrato nella figura,
inserendo la fascetta stringitubo (9) sul distanziatore (8).
- Avvitare il termointerruttore (3) con l'anello di tenuta in alluminio (4) nel
distanziatore (20 Nm).
- Inserire quindi il distanziatore completo di termointerruttore e segmento
di tubo flessibile (13) sull'altra estremità del segmento di tubo flessibile
(12), utilizzando la seconda fascetta stringitubo (figura C)
- Rimontare la tubazione completa sul veicolo.
- Collegare il cablaggio ventola al connettore libero del fascio di cavi prin-
cipale (figura D).
NOTA:
I cavi devono essere posizionati in modo ordinato, evitando di piegarli.
Assicurarli con delle fascette serracavi.
- Collegare il cablaggio ventola al termointerruttore (3) e alla ventola.
- Spingere fino in fondo il passacavo in gomma (14).
Operazioni successive
- Riempire il sistema di raffreddamento (vedere il manuale d'uso)
- Verificare il corretto funzionamento della ventola.
- Montare la sella e il serbatoio.

Travaux préalables
- Déposer la selle et le réservoir.
- Vidanger le liquide de refroidissement (voir le manuel d'utilisation).
- Démonter le radiateur de droite.
Montage
- Monter le ventilateur (1) avec les vis (6) sur le support de ventilateur (5).
Veiller à bien faire passer le câble comme décrit fig. (A) (10).
- Fixer le support du ventilateur et le ventilateur en insérant les faux rivets
(7) dans les trous prévus à cet effet (11) (fig. B).
- Monter le radiateur de droite.
- Démonter les raccords, avec le thermostat (fig. C).
- Couper le flexible (12) à une longueur de 50 mm (fig. C).
- Sur le flexible (13) couper 30mm (fig. C).
- Monter le flexible (13) comme décrit fig. avec le collier de serrage (9) sur
la pièce intermédiaire (8).
- Visser le thermocontact (3) avec la bague d'étanchéité en alu (4) dans la
pièce intermédiaire (20Nm).
- Assembler ensuite la pièce intermédiaire et le thermocontact ainsi que le
flexible (13) préalablement monté avec le flexible (12) à l'aide du second
collier de serrage (fig. C)
- Remonter les raccords complets sur le véhicule.
- Brancher le faisceau de câble du ventilateur sur le connecteur libre du
faisceau principal (fig. D).
REMARQUE :
Veiller à faire passer les câbles correctement. Serrer le faisceau de câbles
avec le serre-câble.
- Raccorder le faisceau de câble du ventilateur au thermocontact (3) et au ventilateur.
- Emmancher à fond la gaine en caoutchouc (14).
Travaux ultérieurs
- Remplir le système de refroidissement (voir le manuel d'utilisation)
- Contrôler le fonctionnement du ventilateur.
- Monter la selle et le réservoir.

Trabajos previos
- Desmontar el asiento y el depósito.
- Vaciar el líquido refrigerante (véase el manual de instrucciones).
- Desmontar el radiador derecho.
Montaje
- Montar el ventilador (1) con los tornillos (6) en el soporte del ventilador (5).
Prestar atención a la guía de cables (10) mostrada en la figura (A).
- Montar el soporte del ventilador y el ventilador con los remaches ciegos (7)
en el radiador derecho, en los orificios previstos para ello (11) (figura B).
- Montar el radiador derecho.
- Desmontar los tubos flexibles incl. el termostato (figura C).
- Cortar la manguera (12) a una longitud de 50 mm (figura C).
- Cortar 30 mm la manguera separada (13) (figura C).
- Montar la manguera (13) como se muestra en la figura con la abrazadera
(9) en la pieza intermedia (8).
- Atornillar el interruptor bimetálico (3) con el anillo de hermetizado de alu-
minio (4) en la pieza intermedia (20 Nm).
- A continuación, montar la pieza intermedia incl. el interruptor bimetálico
y la manguera montada (13) en la manguera (12) con la segunda abraza-
dera (figura C)
- Volver a montar los tubos flexibles completos en el vehículo.
- Enchufar el ramal de cables del ventilador en el conector libre del cable
principal (figura D).
NOTA:
Prestar atención al tendido limpio y sin dobleces de los cables. Asegurar el
ramal de cables con cinta sujetacables.
- Conectar el ramal de cables del ventilador al interruptor bimetálico (3) y
al ventilador.
- Colocar completamente los pasahilos de caucho (14).
Trabajos posteriores
- Rellenar el sistema de refrigeración (véase el manual de instrucciones)
- Comprobar el funcionamiento del ventilador.
- Montar el asiento y el depósito.
