RBM21 è un sistema di controllo per la gestione semplifi cata degli accessi.
O re la possibilità di programmazione Stand Alone (direttamente sulla scheda) oppure On Line collegandolo a un personal computer
e installando il relativo Software Came dedicato (compatibile con i sistemi operativi Windows Xp e successivi).
Nella modalità Stand Alone è possibile programmare solo le funzioni di base dell’ RBM21, quali l’inserimento e la cancellazione di
Card per accessi normali.
Nella modalità On Line, invece, è possibile programmare il sistema anche per accessi di tipo prepagato (numero ingressi), a credito
orario (quantità di tempo), anti-PassBack (utilizzo singolo della Card) e anti-PassBack temporizzato (ingressi autorizzati a intervalli di
tempo).

Messaggi Display
Alimentando RBM21, se la memoria è completamente vuota si accenderanno tutti i segmenti
centrali del display.
Se vi sono locazioni di memoria già occupate, nel display di sinistra comparirà un trattino.
Indica, inoltre, la posizione di Stand By.
Funzioni Dip-Switch
Sensore On-Board
E’ un sensore di prossimità integrato sulla scheda.
Emula il lettore 4 e serve per memorizzare le Cards (solo di prossimità) direttamente sulla scheda, nei casi in cui i lettori siano lontani.
Per attivarlo (e disattivarlo al termine della memorizzazione) agire sull’apposito strip di selezione.

In questa come in tutte le successive sequenze, se trascorrono più di 10 secondi tra una operazione e l’altra, Rbm21 ritorna
in posizione di Stand By e bisogna ricominciare la procedura dall’inizio.
Rbm21 assegna di default il relè 1; il numero 3 indica l’attivazione di entrambi i relè, non il relè del semaforo.
La memorizzazione delle Card è sempre segnalata anche dal lampeggio, sul frontalino del sensore, dei led verde e rosso.
La prima Card memorizzata, viene sempre considerata da Rbm21 come Card Master, con la quale è possibile fare tutte le
successive operazioni qui descritte. Bisogna perciò fare attenzione a conservarla con cura perchè, assieme alla schedina di Memory
Roll, è indispensabile per ogni operazione di modifi ca o ripristino della programmazione delle Card.

... oppure direttamente su TSP00, senza accedere fi sicamente alla scheda (procedura più rapida per aggiungere Card, ma esclude
la possibilità di associare entrambi i relè alla Card).

Se la lettera C lampeggia, signifi ca che in quella locazione non ci sono Card memorizzate.
Proseguire con un’altra Card da cancellare o lasciar trascorrere 10 secondi per iniziare un’altra procedura.

Gestione parcheggi
Parcheggio gestito tramite spire di ingresso e uscita e semaforo (con Dip n° 1 ON).
Quando viene attivata la spira di ingresso, viene incrementato il conteggio e scatta il relè OUT 1.
Quando viene attivata la spira di uscita, viene decrementato il conteggio e scatta il relè OUT 2.
Al raggiungimento della capacità impianto (operazione C) scatta il relè Parking e inibisce il contatto P1 (ingresso) mentre rimane
sempre abilitato all’utilizzo P2 (uscita).

Nel caso di sostituzione della scheda Rbm21 o di cancellazione della Card Master, per ripristinare i dati è necessario avere
fi sicamente la stessa Card Master memorizzata su Memory Roll (o la 2a Master, nel caso di perdita della Principale), ed eseguire
preliminarmente la procedura di pag. 6.
Questa procedura permette di salvare i dati memorizzati nell’RBM21, trasferendoli nella
schedina MEMORY ROLL.
Per questa, come per la successiva procedura, bisogna inserire la schedina Memory Roll sul
relativo connettore, vedi Fig. .

Ogni volta che si connette o si disconnette Memory Roll, bisogna avere
l’accortezza di togliere tensione a Rbm21.

Il tempo di attesa dipende dalla quantità di dati da scaricare o caricare; Rbm21 entra in Stand By a segnalare l’avvenuta
conclusione della procedura. Togliere tensione, disinserire Memory Roll e archiviarla in un luogo sicuro.

Installazione Software
Per il solo funzionamento in modalità On Line (gestione con Personal Computer), è necessario installare software dal Cd-Rom
fornito con RBM21; una volta installato, per la programmazione del sistema consultate la relativa Guida in formato PDF presente nello
stesso Cd-Rom.
Inserire il Cd-Rom nell’apposito lettore e attendere la fi nestra di installazione (o lanciare l’eseguibile setup.exe dalla cartella RBM21_
vxx\Install sul vostro PC, se copiato in locale).
Seguire le istruzioni, accettando sempre le selezioni proposte eccetto quella del percorso di installazione.
ATTENZIONE! Con Windows 7 e Windows
8, si raccomanda di cambiare il percorso di
installazione proposto dal software, creando
una nuova cartella sul disco locale C:\.
Requisiti minimi di sistema:
• sistema operativo Windows Xp Professional / Windows 7 Professional / Windows 8 Professional;
• porta seriale RS232 (in alternativa utilizzare un convertitore USB/RS232 installando i relativi driver).

RBM21 is a control system that simplifi es the management of access points.
It lets you program in Stand Alone mode (directly on the control board) or On Line by connecting it to a personal computer and
installing the corresponding dedicated Came Software (compatible with Windows Xp and subsequent operating systems).
In Stand Alone mode you can program only RBM21's basic functions, such as, adding and deleting Cards for normal access.
Whereas in On Line mode you can program the system even for prepaid access (number of entries), scheduled credit (quantity of
time), anti-PassBack (single-member using the Card) and timed anti- PassBack (entry granted at certain time intervals).

Display Messages
When you power on the RBM21, if the memory is completely empty, all of the central segments
on the display will light up.
If any memory locations are already taken, the left-hand display will shown a dash.
It also shows the Stand By position.
DIP switch functions
On-Board Sensor
This is a proximity sensor built-into the control board.
It emulated reader 4 and is for memorizing the Cards (only proximity cards) directly onto the control board; when readers are located far o .
To activate it (and deactivate it at the end of the memorization process) use the selection strip.

In this, as with all following sequences, if more than 10 seconds elapse between one step and the next, the Rbm21 returns
to its Stand-By position and you will need to start again.
The Rbm21 assigns relay 1 by default; number 3 means both relays are activated (not the tra c light relay).
Card memorization is always confi rmed by the fl ashing of either the redo or green sensors, on the front piece.
The The Rbm21 always considers the fi rst memorized Card as the Main Card, with which you can do all of the procedures described
here. You must therefore be careful to keep it safe because, together with the Memory Roll card, it is indispensable for making any
changes or for restoring Card programming.

sensor connected and near the Rbm2 control board (this confi guration is also required for all of the other procedures).
After the Main Card you can memorize all of the other Cards, on the On-Board sensor...
... or directly on the TSP00, without actually switching on the board (this is a quicker procedure to add Cards, but it excludes the
possibility of associating both relays to the Card).
