1. Wichtige Hinweise
Das Display Gateway ermöglicht die Anzeige von Torqeedo-Systemdaten auf NMEA 2000*
fähigen Anzeigegeräten. Die derzeit übertragenen Anzeigedaten (siehe Kapitel 3.)
entsprechen den aktuellen Möglichkeiten des Standards. Bei zukünftigen Erweiterungen
des Standards werden diese per Softwareupdate zur Verfügung gestellt. Sprechen Sie dazu
Ihren Torqeedo Händler an. Mit dem Display Gateway können nur Daten von Torqeedo
Komponenten angezeigt werden.
Dieses Produkt ist wartungsfrei. Bitte reinigen Sie es nur mit einem weichen Tuch und
milden, für Kunststoffe geeigneten Reinigungsmitteln (z. B. Spülmittel) und verwenden
Sie keine Chemikalien oder Lösungsmittel. Benutzen Sie immer die aktuellste Version der
Gebrauchsanweisung. Diese und weitere Informationen finden Sie auf www.torqeedo.com.
2. Montage
- Das Display Gateway wird, wie abgebildet auf Seite 4 und 5, an beliebiger Stelle mit
dem beiliegenden T-Kabel in den TorqLink Backbone eingebunden (Stecker A).

- Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass der TorqLink Backbone immer terminiert ist, das bedeutet,
dass sich an beiden Enden eine Komponente mit eingebauter Terminierung befinden
muss. Je nach Systemaufbau sind dies Motor und TorqLink Gashebel (1976-00), Motor
und TorqLink Terminator oder TorqLink Gateway und TorqLink Terminator (enthalten in
2217-00).
- Verbinden Sie das Gateway anschließend mit dem NMEA 2000 Netzwerk (Buchse B).
Beachten Sie dazu die Gebrauchsanweisung Ihres Anzeigegeräts.
Wichtig: Verwenden Sie eine separate 12 V-Batterie zur Versorgung des NMEA 2000
Netzwerks und nicht Ihre Antriebsbatterie.
Der Stromverbrauch des Display Gateways beträgt < 50 mA. Dies entspricht 1 LEN
(Load Equivalent Number).
3. Anzeigedaten
Es werden zusätzlich die herstellerspezifischen PGNs 065299 und 065300 mit Daten wie
Motorleistung, Ladeleistung oder Systemstatus gesendet. Diese werden nicht von allen
Displays unterstützt. Sprechen Sie hierzu mit dem Display-Hersteller.
4. LED-Anzeigen & Fehlerbehebung
Auf der Frontseite des Gateways befinden sich vier LEDs (siehe S. 3), die den Betriebs-
zustand des Gateways anzeigen. Diese können zur Fehleranalyse herangezogen werden.

Wenn die Torqeedo Systemdaten auf dem Display nicht auswählbar sind oder
nicht angezeigt werden, gehen Sie zur Fehlersuche folgendermaßen vor:
- Prüfen Sie, ob das Torqeedo System eingeschaltet ist.
Wenn nein, schalten Sie das System ein und versuchen Sie es erneut.
- Prüfen Sie, ob im Torqeedo System weitere Fehler vorliegen.
Falls ja, beheben Sie diese Fehler zuerst.
- Prüfen Sie, ob das Torqeedo Gateway vom Display korrekt erkannt wurde.
Lesen Sie die Installationshinweise des Display-Herstellers.
- Prüfen Sie die LEDs am Display Gateway.
LED 1 blinkt: Prüfen Sie die TorqLink Verkabelung.
LED 2 ist dauerhaft inaktiv: Prüfen Sie die TorqLink Verkabelung.
LED 3 ist dauerhaft inaktiv: Prüfen Sie die NMEA 2000 Verkabelung.
LED 4 ist dauerhaft inaktiv: Prüfen Sie die Spannungsversorgung
des NMEA 2000 Netzwerks.
Alle weiteren Blink-Codes der LEDs stellen keinen Fehlerzustand dar.
Kann der Fehler durch die vorher genannten Maßnahmen nicht behoben werden,
kontaktieren Sie den Torqeedo Service.

Entsorgung gemäß EU-Richtlinie 2012/19/EU (WEEE), sowie nationalen Gesetzen.

1. Important information
The Display Gateway enables Torqeedo system data to be displayed on NMEA 2000* com-
patible display devices. The display data currently transmitted (see Chapter 3) correspond
to the current possibilities of the standard. In the event of future extensions to the stan-
dard, these will be made available through a software update. Contact your Torqeedo part-
ner. Only data from Torqeedo components can be displayed using the Display Gateway.
This product requires no maintenance. To clean it use only a soft cloth and mild deter-
gents that are compatible with plastic materials (e.g. washing-up liquid). Do not use any
chemicals or solvents. Always use the latest version of the operating instructions.

2. Assembly
- The Display Gateway, as shown on pages 4 and 5, is connected to the TorqLink
Backbone at any point using the supplied T-cable (connector A).

– Make sure that the TorqLink backbone is always terminated, which means that there
must be a component with built-in termination at both ends. Depending on the system
setup, this may be motor and TorqLink throttle (1976-00), motor and TorqLink Termina-
tor, or TorqLink Gateway and TorqLink Terminator (included in 2217-00).
– Then connect the Gateway to the NMEA 2000 network (socket B).
Observe the operating instructions for your display device.
Important: Use a separate 12 V battery to power the NMEA 2000 network, not your
drive battery.
The power consumption of the Display Gateway is < 50 mA. This is equivalent to 1 LEN
(Load Equivalent Number).
3. Display data
In addition, the manufacturer-specific PGNs 065299 and 065300 are sent with data such as
motor power, charging power or system status. These are not supported by all displays.
Consult your display manufacturer.
4. LED indicators and troubleshooting
There are four LEDs on the front of the Gateway (see p. 3), which indicate the operational
status of the Gateway. These can be used for error analysis.

If the Torqeedo system data cannot be selected on the display or
is not shown, proceed as follows to troubleshoot:
– Check that the Torqeedo System is switched on.
If it is not, switch the system on and try again.
– Check whether there are other errors in the Torqeedo system.
If there are, remedy them before proceeding.
– Check that the Torqeedo Gateway has been correctly recognised by the display.
Read the display manufacturer‘s installation instructions.
– Check the LEDs on the Display Gateway.
LED 1 flashes: Check the TorqLink cabling.
LED 2 is permanently inactive: Check the TorqLink cabling.
LED 3 is permanently inactive: Check the NMEA 2000 cabling.
LED 4 is permanently inactive: Check the power supply to the NMEA 2000 network.
All other LED flashing codes do not indicate an error status.
If you cannot rectify faults using the measures mentioned,
contact Torqeedo Service.
5. Disposal
Dispose of the product according to EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) and national laws.
Do not dispose of the product with household waste.

1. Remarques importantes
Le Display Gateway permet d‘afficher les données du système Torqeedo sur les ap-
pareils d‘affichage compatibles avec NMEA 2000*. Les données d’affichage actuellement
transmises (voir chapitre 3.) correspondent aux possibilités actuelles de la norme. En cas
de futures extensions de la norme, celles-ci seront disponibles via une mise à jour du
logiciel. Veuillez contacter votre revendeur Torqeedo. Seules les données des composants
de Torqeedo peuvent être affichées avec le Display Gateway.
Ce produit ne requiert aucune maintenance. Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement
un chiffon doux et des détergents adaptés pour les matières plastiques (p. ex. produit
vaisselle) ; n’utilisez ni produits chimiques ni solvants. Utilisez toujours la version la plus

3. Données affichées
Les PGN 065299 et 065300 spécifiques au fabricant, contenant des données telles que
la puissance du moteur, la puissance de charge ou l‘état du système, sont également
envoyés. Elles ne sont pas prises en charge par tous les écrans. Veuillez contacter le
fabricant de l‘écran.
4. Indicateurs à LED et dépannage
Quatre LED se trouvent sur la face avant de la passerelle (voir p. 3), et indiquent l‘état de
fonctionnement de la passerelle. Elles peuvent être utilisées pour l‘analyse des erreurs.

Si les données du système Torqeedo ne peuvent pas être sélectionnées sur l‘écran ou
ne sont pas affichées, procédez comme suit pour rechercher l‘erreur :
- Vérifiez que le système Torqeedo est en marche.
Si non, mettez le système sous tension et réessayez.
- Vérifiez la présence d‘autres erreurs dans le système Torqeedo.
Si c‘est le cas, éliminez d‘abord ces erreurs.
- Vérifiez que le Torqeedo Gateway a été correctement reconnu par l‘écran.
Lisez les instructions d‘installation du fabricant de l‘écran.
- Vérifiez les LED sur le Display Gateway.
LED 1 clignote : Vérifiez le câblage TorqLink.
LED 2 est durablement désactivée : Vérifiez le câblage TorqLink.
LED 3 est durablement désactivée : Vérifiez le câblage TorqLink.
LED 4 est durablement désactivée : Vérifiez l‘alimentation en tension
du réseau NMEA 2000.
Tous les autres codes de clignotement des LED ne représentent pas un état d‘erreur.
Si l‘erreur ne peut être éliminée par les mesures mentionnées ci-dessus,
contactez le service Torqeedo.
5. Élimination
Élimination conformément à la directive européenne 2012/19/UE (DEEE),
ainsi qu‘aux lois nationales. Ne pas éliminer avec les déchets ménagers.

1. Avvertenze importanti
Il Display Gateway consente la visualizzazione dei dati di sistema del Torqeedo su disposi-
tivi di visualizzazione compatibili con NMEA 2000*. I dati di visualizzazione attualmente
trasmessi (vedi capitolo 3.) corrispondono alle possibilità attuali dello standard. Se lo
standard verrà ampliato in futuro, questi saranno resi disponibili tramite aggiornamenti
software. Parlatene con il vostro rivenditore Torqeedo. Solo i dati dei componenti Torqeedo
possono essere visualizzati con Display Gateway.
Questo prodotto non necessita di manutenzione. Pulire solo con un panno morbido e

- Assicurarsi che il TorqLink Backbone sia sempre terminato, il che significache deve
essere presente una componente con terminazione incorporata su entrambe le

Importante: utilizzare una batteria da 12 V separata per alimentare la rete NMEA 2000
e non la vostra batteria di trazione.
Il consumo di corrente del Display Gateway è <50 mA. Ciò corrisponde a 1 LEN
(Load Equivalent Number).
3. Dati di visualizzazione
Vengono inviati anche i PGN specifici del produttore 065299 e 065300 con dati come
potenza del motore, potenza di carica o stato del sistema. Questi non sono supportati
da tutti i display. Parlatene con il produttore del display.
4. Indicatori LED e risoluzione dei problemi
Ci sono quattro LED sulla parte anteriore del gateway (vedi p. 3) che indicano lo stato di
funzionamento del gateway. Questi possono essere utilizzati per l‘analisi degli errori.
LED 1: Trasmissione dei dati TorqLink
LED 2: Gateway Status
LED 3: Trasmissione dati NMEA 2000
LED 4: Alimentazione di tensione NMEA 2000

Se i dati di sistema Torqeedo non possono essere selezionati sul display o
non vengono visualizzati, procedere come segue per la risoluzione degli errori:
- Verificare che il sistema Torqueedo sia acceso.
Se non è acceso, accenderlo e riprovare.
- Verificare se nel sistema Torqueedo si presentano ulteriori errori.
In tal caso, correggere prima questi errori.
- Verificare se il gateway Torqeedo è stato riconosciuto correttamente dal display.
Leggere le istruzioni di installazione del produttore del display.
- Verificare i LED sul Display Gateway.
LED 1 lampeggia: verificare il cablaggio del TorqLink.
LED 2 è inattivo in modo permanente: verificare il cablaggio del TorqLink.
LED 3 è inattivo in modo permanente: verificare il cablaggio della NMEA 2000.
LED 4 è inattivo in modo permanente: verificare l’alimentazione di tensione
della NMEA 2000.
Tutti gli altri codici lampeggianti dei LED non rappresentano uno stato di errore,
se l‘errore non può essere risolto con le misure sopra menzionate, contattare il servizio
di assistenza Torqeedo.
5. Smaltimento
Smaltimento conforme alla direttiva UE 2012/19/EU (RAEE) e alle leggi nazionali.
Non smaltire insieme ai rifiuti domestici.
