La telecamera OCR può essere installata su colonnina
A o a muro B.
Installazione 🅴
Su colonnina
Con un trapano a punta a tazza, forare la colonnina per
il passaggio dei cavi rispettando le misure A.
Inserire il passacavo 🄰 sul foro e fissare le stae di
supporto sulla colonnina all’altezza del passacavo B.
Inserire i cablaggi all’interno della colonnina e fissare la
telecamera sulla staa con il dado M 12 C.
Rimuovere l’alimentatore e la scheda dal quadro I/O
svitando le tre viti, posizionare la piastra di sostegno
sul retro del quadro, segnare i punti da forare e monta-
re i passacavi D E F G.
Fissare la piastra di sostegno del quadro I/O sulla co-
lonnina con le due stae di supporto in corrispondenza
dei fori i H. Rimontare l’alimentatore e la scheda nel
quadro, far passare i cavi nei fori e fissare il quadro
sulla piastra I.
A muro
Predisporre dei tubi corrugati di Ø 20 mm necessari
per i collegamenti dei cavi elettrici.
Posizionare la staa di supporto a circa 850 mm da
terra e fissarla rispettando le misure degli interassi
come riportato sul disegno J.
Rimuovere dal quadro I/O i due cerchi preformati e
montare dei passacavi K.
Fissare il quadro con viti e tasselli rispettando le mi-
sure L.

Collegare la telecamera OCR al quadro I/O rispettando
l’ordine dei colori indicato nella seguente tabella.

La telecamera può essere alimentata dall’alimentato-
re-iniettore PoE A o dalla rete di alimentazione (AC)
sui morsetti del trasformatore del quadro I/O teleca-
mera B.
Prevedere che il cavo di terra sia più lungo (di alme-
no 50 mm) del cavo di fase, utilizzare cavi tipo FROR
CEI 20-22 con lunghezza max 30 m e con sezione
1,5 mm2.
Collegare la telecamera a seconda del tipo di impianto.
Senza unità di ingresso
Collegare la barriera e il sensore magnetico per spire
sui morsetti OUTPUT e INPUT del quadro I/O C.
Per i collegamenti elettrici dei comandi, utilizzare
cavi tipo FROR CEI 20-22 con lunghezza max 30 m e
con sezione 0,5 mm.
Con unità di ingresso
Non è necessario effettuare i collegamenti dei comandi
alla barriera D
Configurazione 🅶
Per la configurazione e la messa in servizio del siste-
ma, utilizzare il software di configurazione: configset-
ter.exe.
Impostare l’indirizzo IP tra quelli disponibili nel Server
di Gestione.
Trascrivere l’indirizzo IP e la posizione dei dispositivi
nel sistema.
Regolazioni
Orientare la telecamera per inquadrare l’area di rileva-
mento delle targhe dei veicoli.
Il prodotto è conforme alle direttive di riferimento vigenti.
Dismissione e smaltimento. Non disperdere nell’ambien-
te l’imballaggio e il dispositivo alla fine del ciclo di vita, ma
smaltirli seguendo le norme vigenti nel paese di utilizzo del

Installing 🅴
Onto posts
With a cuphead drill bit, drill the post for running
through the cables while respecting the measurements
A.
Fit the cable gland 🄰 into the hole and fasten the sup-
port braces to the post at the height of the cablegland
B.
Fit the cabling into the post and fasten the video cam-
era to the brace using the M 12 nut. C.
Remove the power supply unit and the control board
form the I/O control panel by loosening the three
screws, place the support plate onto the back of the
panel, mark the points to drill and fit the cableglands
D E F G.
Screw the I/O control panel's support plate to the post,
using the two support braces, into the holes. H. Refit
the power-supply unit and the control board to the con-
trol panel, run the cables through the holes and fasten
the control panel to the plate I.
To the wall
Set up Ø 20 mm corrugated tubes for making the elec-
trical connections.
Position the support brace at about 850 mm from the
ground and fasten it while respecting the mid-point
measurements shown in the drawing J.
Remove the I/O control panel and the two pre-shaped
circles and fit the cable gland K.
Fasten the control panel using screws and dowels
while respecting the measurements L.

The video camera can be powered by the PoE pow-
er-supply/injector unit A or by the AC municipal power
grid connected to the transformers terminals on the
video camera's I/O control panel B.
Make sure that the ground cable at least 50 mm
longer than the phase cable. Use FROR CEI 20-22-
type cables that are maximum 30 meter long, and with
1.5 mm section.2.
Connect the video camera depending on the type of
system.
Without entry unit
Connect the barrier and the magnetic sensor for coils
to the OUTPUT and INPUT terminals of the I/O control
panel C.
For the electrical connections, use FROR CEI 20-
22-type cables that are maximum 30 meters longs,
and with 0.5 mm sections.
With entry units
There is no need to connect up the barrier controls D
Configuration 🅶
To configure and commission the system user the fol-
lowing configuration software: configsetter.exe.
Set the IP address among those available in the Man-
agement Server.
Copy the IP address and the position of the devices in
the system.
Settings
Turn the camera to frame the vehicles' license plates'
detection area.

Sur colonne
À l'aide d'une perceuse à mèche creuse, percer la co-
lonne pour le passage des câbles selon les dimensions
A. Introduire le passe-câble dans le trou et fixer les
pattes de suspension sur la colonne à la hauteur du
passe-câble B.
Introduire les câblages dans la colonne et fixer la ca-
méra sur l'étrier au moyen de l'écrou M 12 C.
Enlever le bloc d'alimentation et la carte de l'armoire
E/S en dévissant les trois vis, positionner la plaque de
support au dos de l'armoire, tracer les points à percer
et installer les passe-câbles D E F G.
Fixer la plaque de support de l’armoire E/S sur la co-
lonne à l’aide des deux pattes de suspension au niveau
des trous H. Remettre en place le bloc d’alimentation
et la carte dans l’armoire, faire passer les câbles dans
les trous et fixer l’armoire sur la plaque I.
Au mur
Prévoir des gaines annelées d'un Ø de 20 mm né-
cessaires en vue des branchements des câbles élec-
triques.
Positionner la patte de suspension à environ 850 mm
du sol et la fixer en respectant les dimensions des en-
traxes comme indiqué sur le dessin J.
Enlever de l'armoire E/S les deux cercles préformés et
monter les passe-câbles K.
Fixer l’armoire à l’aide de vis et de chevilles selon les
dimensions L.

Connecter la caméra OCR à l'armoire E/S en respectant
l'ordre des couleurs indiqué dans le tableau suivant.

Телекамера OCR может устанавливаться на стойку
A или стену B.
Монтаж 🅴
На стойку
Дрелью с корончатым сверлом рассверлите в стой-
ке отверстие для проводки кабелей, соблюдая ука-
занные размеры A.
Вставьте гермоввод 🄰 в отверстие и прикрепите
на его высоте кронштейны к стойке B.
Просуньте провода внутрь стойки и прикрепите те-
лекамеру к кронштейну гайкой M 12 C.
Отверните три болта и вытащите блок питания и
плату из блока I/O. Установите суппорт сзади бло-
ка, отметьте места, которые нужно рассверлить, и
установите гермовводы D E F G.
Зафиксируйте суппорт блока I/O на стойке с по-
мощью двух кронштейнов в местах расположения
отверстий H. Установите обратно блок питания и
плату, протяните кабели через отверстия и зафик-
сируйте блок на суппорте I.
Монтаж на стену
Подготовьте гофрошланги (Ø 20 мм) для выполне-
ния электрических подключений.
Установите суппорт на расстоянии около 850 мм от
земли и зафиксируйте его, соблюдая межосевые
расстояния, указанные на рисунке J.
Выбейте в корпусе блока управления два предва-
рительно отмеченных отверстия и вставьте в них
гермовводы K.
Зафиксируйте блок винтами и дюбелями, соблю-
дая указанные расстояния L.
Подключения 🅵
Подключите телекамеру OCR к блоку I/O, соблюдая
последовательность цветов, указанную в следую-
щей таблице.

Проследите за тем, чтобы провод заземления

Для настройки и пуска системы используйте про-
граммное приложение: configsetter.exe.
Выберите IP-адрес среди имеющихся на управля-
ющем сервере.
Напишите IP-адрес и положение устройств в систе-
ме.
Регулировки
Установите видеокамеру так, чтобы она охватыва-
ла зону считывания номерных знаков транспортных
средств.
Изделие соответствует требованиям действующих ди-
ректив.
Прекращение использования и утилизация. Не
выбрасывайте упаковку и устройство в окружающую
среду. Утилизируйте их в соответствии с требованиями
законодательства, действующего в стране установки.
