Installazione in cassette R599 - R599 cabinet installation
Il montaggio dei collettori all’interno della cassetta R599, mediante gli
appositi supporti scorrevoli R598K, avviene su guide orizzontali e quindi
senza vincoli di posizionamento. Sfruttando le ampie aperture ricavate sul
fondo della cassetta, inoltre, si possono comodamente installare collettori
con interassi dierenti. L’apertura del portello può essere eettuata senza
l’utilizzo di alcun utensile, per consentire un rapido intervento sui rubinetti
di intercettatone, mentre la chiusura viene mantenuta grazie a solidi incastri
ricavati sulla supercie del telaio.
The assembly of the manifolds inside the R599 cabinet using the appropriate
R598K sliding supports is carried out using horizontal guide rails, and therefore
without constraints on positioning. In addition, by taking advantage of the
large openings in the lower part of the cabinet, users can easily install manifolds
with dierent centre distances. The cabinet door can be opened without the
need of special tools, with a view to enabling rapid intervention to be carried out
on the shut-o valves, whilst closure is maintained by the solid joints attached
to the surface of the frame.

Nell’esempio sono illustrati i collettori R585C completi di tappi terminali
R594 e valvole a sfera R259D, montati all’interno della cassetta R599.
Per l’acqua fredda sanitaria sono stati utilizzati n° 2 collettori R585C (un
collettore da 2 stacchi + un collettore da 3 stacchi) montati in serie uno
all’altro, per ottenere 5 stacchi complessivi per le utenze che necessitano di
acqua fredda sanitaria.
Per le utenze che necessitano di acqua calda sanitaria invece, è stato
utilizzato un solo collettore da 3 stacchi.
In the example, R585C manifolds with R594 terminal plugs and R259D ball
valves are illustrated, mounted inside cabinet R599.
For cold sanitary water, 2 R585C manifolds were used (one manifold with 2 units
and one with 3 units) assembled in series one beside the other, in order to obtain
5 units overall for cold sanitary water uses.
For hot sanitary water uses, on the other hand, a single 3 unit manifold was used.
Installazione in cassette R595 - R595 cabinet installation
Avvertenza. Warning.
Nelle cassette R595 si possono installare solo collettori da 3/4” con
interasse 35 mm.
In the R595 cabinets can be tted only the manifolds of 3/4” size and
centre distance of 35 mm.
I collettori (3/4”, interasse 35 mm) possono essere montati anche in cassette
R595, mediante gli appositi supporti R598. In questo caso i supporti vanno
agganciati alle guide sse presenti nella cassetta, per questo motivo è possibile
l’alloggiamento di soli collettori con interasse 35 mm. La chiusura e l’apertura
del portello si ottiene avvitando e svitando le apposite viti fornite con la cassetta.
The manifolds (3/4”, centre distance 35 mm) can also be assembled in R595
cabinets, using the R598 supports designed for manifolds with a centre distance of
35 mm. In this case, the supports are attached to the xed guides in the cabinet,
and for this reason only manifolds with a centre distance of 35 mm can be tted
into these cabinets. The opening and closure of the cabinet door is performed by
loosening and tightening the screws provided with the cabinet.

Installazione in cassette R599 - R599 cabinet installation
Il montaggio dei collettori all’interno della cassetta R599, mediante gli
appositi supporti scorrevoli R598K, avviene su guide orizzontali e quindi
senza vincoli di posizionamento. Sfruttando le ampie aperture ricavate sul
fondo della cassetta, inoltre, si possono comodamente installare collettori
con interassi dierenti. L’apertura del portello può essere eettuata senza
l’utilizzo di alcun utensile, per consentire un rapido intervento sui rubinetti di
intercettatone, mentre la chiusura viene mantenuta grazie a solidi incastri ricavati
sulla supercie del telaio.
Manifolds are installed in the R599 cabinet on horizontal rails using the special
R598K sliding supports, oering total freedom of positioning.
In addition, the large slots on the bottom of the cabinet enable to easily install
manifolds with dierent center distances. No tool is required to open the door to
quickly activate the shut-o valves and it can be securely closed tting it in the
grooves on the frame surface.

The example shows the R585C manifolds with R594 end caps and R259D ball
valves installed in the R599 cabinet.
This installation uses n. 2 R585C manifolds (one 2-outputs manifold + one
3-outputs manifold) assembled one next to the other for a total of 5 outputs for
systems requiring cold sanitary water.
For systems requiring hot sanitary water, only one 3-outputs manifold has been
used.
