GUIDA ALLA MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
DI AUTOMAZIONI DELLE SERIE BX, BX-243, BK e BY-3500T
Questo documento fornisce all’installatore le indicazioni sui controlli obbligatori durante gli interventi di manutenzione.
• Ogni 10.000 cicli e comunque ogni 6 mesi:
1. Eseguire un controllo generale e completo del serraggio della bulloneria.
2. Controllare linearità e pulizia della guida e della cremagliera su tutta la lunghezza del cancello.
3. Lubrifi care tutte le parti meccaniche in movimento: carrelli, ruote di scorrimento, etc. e verifi carne lo stato d’usura ed il corretto funzionamento.
4. Controllare l’e cienza del sistema di sblocco ed eseguire una manovra, controllando che non trovi impedimenti.
5. Controllare il buon funzionamento di tutti i dispositivi di comando e di sicurezza dell’impianto.
6. Verifi care l’integrità dei cavi e le loro connessioni.
Importante:
In caso di installazioni in zone ventose ridurre il valore MCBF del 15%.
Se l’impianto rimane inutilizzato per lunghi periodi, per esempio nel caso di installazioni in luoghi ad apertura stagionale, si raccomanda di
togliere l’alimentazione e di e ettuare, al ripristino, tutti i controlli citati.
La valutazione del tipo e la frequenza di intervento deve essere sempre e ettuata dall’installatore, in base all’utilizzo, al luogo di installazione e
alla stima del numero di cicli giornalieri, prevedendo eventualmente l’installazione di un dispositivo conta-manovre.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE
FOR SERIES BX, BX-243, BK and BY-3500T OPERATORS
This document provides fi tters with indications on which obligatory checks to make when performing maintenance jobs.
• Every 10,000 cycles and, anyhow, every six months:
1. Perform a general and complete check on the the tightness of the nuts and bolts.
2. Check linearity and cleanliness of the guide and rack along the entire length of the gate.
3. Lubricate all moving mechanical parts: castors, slide wheels, and so on, and check the state of wear and tear and proper functioning.
4. Check the e ciency of the locking mechanism and perform a maneuver, to see whether there are any obstructions.
5. Check the proper working state of all of the system's command and control and safety devices.
6. Check the integrity of the cables and their connections.
Important:
With installations in windy areas, reduce the MCBF value by 15%.
If the system is unused for long periods, such as when fi tted in seasonally opened locations, you should cut o the main power supply, and
perform all of the mentioned checks when restoring the system for use.
Evaluating the type and frequency of jobs must always be done by a professional fi tter, according to the use, place of installation and the
estimated daily cycles fi gure, which may require fi tting a maneuver counter device.

GUIDE POUR L'ENTRETIEN DE ROUTINE
D'AUTOMATISMES DES SÉRIES BX, BX-243, BK et BY-3500T
Ce document fournit à l'installateur les indications sur les contrôles obligatoires à e ectuer durant les interventions de maintenance.
• Tous les 10000 cycles et quoi qu'il en soit tous les 6 mois :
1. E ectuer un contrôle général et complet du serrage des boulons.
2. Contrôler la linéarité et le nettoyage du guide et de la crémaillère sur toute la longueur du portail.
3. Lubrifi er toutes les parties mécaniques en mouvement : chariots, roues de guidage, etc., et en contrôler l'état d'usure ainsi que le fonctionnement correct.
4. Contrôler le bon fonctionnement du système de débrayage et exécuter une manœuvre en s'assurant de l'absence de tout obstacle.
5. Contrôler le bon fonctionnement de tous les dispositifs de commande et de sécurité de l'installation.
6. S'assurer que les câbles et leurs connexions sont en bon état.
Important !
En cas d'installations dans des zones exposées au vent, réduire la valeur MCBF de 15%.
En cas de non utilisation de l'installation sur de longues périodes (ex. : installation dans des endroits à ouverture saisonnière), il est recommandé
de mettre hors tension et d'e ectuer, à la remise sous tension, tous les contrôles mentionnés.
Le type et la fréquence d'intervention doivent toujours être évalués par l'installateur en fonction de l'utilisation, du lieu d'installation et de
l'estimation du nombre de cycles journaliers avec, éventuellement, l'installation d'un dispositif de comptage des manœuvres.

АВТОМАТИКИ СЕРИЙ BX, BX-243, BK и BY-3500T
Данный документ содержит информацию об обязательных проверках, которые установщик должен осуществить во время
периодического техобслуживания.
• После 10000 циклов и каждые 6 месяцев:
1. Выполните общую и полную проверку крепежных соединений.
2. Проверьте линейность и чистоту направляющей и зубчатой рейки по всей длине ворот.
3. Смажьте все подвижные механизмы: каретки, колеса и т.п. Проверьте их на следы износа и работоспособность.
4. Проверьте исправность системы разблокировки и откройте створку, убедившись в отсутствии препятствий.
5. Проверьте эффективную работу всех устройств управления и безопасности системы.
6. Проверьте целостность проводов и их соединений.
Важно:
При установке на ветреной местности уменьшите значение MCBF на 15%.
Если система простаивает продолжительное время, например, в местах с сезонной посещаемостью, рекомендуется отключить
электропитание и перед возобновлением работы выполнить вышеупомянутые проверки.
Установщик определяет тип и частоту требуемых работ по техническому обслуживанию с учетом интенсивности использования, места
применения и приблизительного количества рабочих циклов в день и при необходимости устанавливает счетчик рабочих циклов.
