Prima dell’uso verificare la data di scadenza.
Verificare l’integrità della confezione prima dell’uso.
Aprire la confezione ed usare immediatamente.
Non utilizzare se la confezione è danneggiata.
In caso di riutilizzo è possibile l’instaurarsi di infezioni: consultare un medico.
Preparare con cura e asetticamente la zona.
Estrarre il dispositivo dalla confezione.
Procedere con la somministrazione.
Al termine del processo, smaltire come rifiuto ospedaliero.
LATEX FREE:
Il dispositivo è privo di lattice per evitare il rischio di reazioni allergiche.
METODO DI STERILIZZAZIONE:
Sterilizzazione ad Ossido di Etilene (EtO), quantità residua di gas secondo le
normative vigenti
SMALTIMENTO:
Lo smaltimento deve essere effettuato in ottemperanza alle norme nazionali
vigenti. L’incenerimento o lo smaltimento in discarica devono essere svolti in
condizioni controllate. Il prodotto che non è venuto a contatto con agenti infettivi o
altri materiali rischiosi, non può essere considerato rifiuto pericoloso.
CONSERVAZIONE:
Conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto lontano da fonti di calore.
Le suddette Istruzioni per l’Uso devono essere conservate dall’utilizzatore per
tutta la durata del DM.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before use, check the expiry date.
Check the integrity of the packaging before use.
Open the package and use immediately.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
In case of reuse, infections may develop: consult a doctor.
Prepare the area carefully and aseptically.
Remove the device from the packaging.
Proceed with administration.
At the end of the process, dispose of as hospital waste.
LATEX FREE:
The device is latex free to prevent any risk of allergic reaction.
STERILIZATION METHOD:
Sterilized by Ethylene Oxide (EtO), residual amount of gas in accordance with the
regulations.
DISPOSAL:
Disposal must be made in accordance with the applicable government regulations.
Incineration or landfill disposal must be carried out under controlled conditions.
The product that did not come in to contact with infectious agents or other
hazardous materials, cannot be considered dangerous waste.
CONSERVATION:
Store in a cool dry place and far away from the any source of heat at a temperature.
These Instructions for Use note must be preserved by the user for the duration of
the DM.
