Uso conforme
Lo Smart Connect può essere impiegato solamente nelle macchine automatiche per specialità
di caffè JURA predisposte per il suo utilizzo. Consente la comunicazione wireless tra le mac-
chine automatiche per specialità di caffè e diversi accessori (per gli apparecchi compatibili
vedere www.jura.com). Ogni altro utilizzo è da considerarsi non conforme. JURA declina ogni
responsabilità per conseguenze derivanti da un uso non conforme.
Panoramica Smart Connect

Installazione
Lo Smart Connect va inserito nell'interfaccia di servizio della macchina automatica per specialità
di caffè. Normalmente l'interfaccia si trova sulla parte superiore o posteriore della macchina
automatica, sotto un coperchio removibile. Se non sa dove si trova l'interfaccia di servizio della
sua macchina automatica, chieda al suo rivenditore specializzato o consulti il sito www.jura.
com.
T Inserire lo Smart Connect nell'interfaccia di servizio della macchina automatica.
Lo Smart Connect si attiva automaticamente.
Per un corretto funzionamento, l'accessorio non deve trovarsi a più di 3 m di distanza dalla
macchina automatica da caffè.
Indicatori LED
Z Il LED non è acceso: la macchina automatica è spenta, lo Smart Connect è privo di alimenta-
zione di corrente.
1 LED: visualizza lo stato operativo dello Smart Connect
2 Pulsante di reset: per il collegamento dello Smart Connect
con altri accessori predisposti per la comunicazione wireless
3 Connettore: per l'innesto nell'interfaccia di servizio della
macchina automatica per specialità di caffè

Z Il LED è acceso: il collegamento wireless tra Smart Connect e accessorio è stabilito.
Z Il LED lampeggia (1 volta/sec.): l'apparecchio tenta di instaurare un collegamento wireless.
Collegamento con altri apparecchi
Lo Smart Connect può essere utilizzato per diversi accessori predisposti per la comunicazione
wireless (per es. Cool Control Wireless / Box di pagamento compatto inteligente).
T Collocare l'accessorio accanto alla macchina automatica da caffè (a distanza di max. 0,5 m).
T Accendere l'accessorio e la macchina automatica.
T Premere il pulsante di reset dello Smart Connect (ad es. con una graffetta).
T Dopodiché premere (entro 30 secondi) il pulsante di reset dell’accessorio, finché il LED si
accende per visualizzare l’avvenuto collegamento.
Se l'apparecchio viene spento e riacceso, il collegamento wireless viene ricreato
automaticamente.
E Alcune macchine automatiche JURA dispongono di una funzione per il collegamento
automatico (si vedano le istruzioni per l’uso del relativo apparecchio).
Resettaggio dello Smart Connect (ovv. del PIN di sicurezza) all’impostazione di
fabbrica
In caso di problemi con lo Smart Connect (per es. un problema di collegamento), è possibile
resettarlo alle impostazione di fabbrica.
T Premere il pulsante di reset dello Smart Connect per ca. 5 secondi.
Il LED lampeggia 5 volte per confermare il resettaggio.

For this machine, which was designed and built for domestic use, JURA AG offers to the end
customer, in addition to the rights of guarantee from the retailer, a manufacturer’s warranty
with the following terms and conditions:
25 months from the date of initial purchase
1 For products which are subject to selective distribution, the manufacturer’s warranty shall
only apply if the JURA machine was purchased at an authorised JURA specialised dealer.
2 JURA shall remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA shall decide whether to
remedy the defect by repairing the machine, replacing defective parts or replacing the
machine. The performance of warranty services shall not cause the warranty period to
be extended or restarted. Replaced parts shall become the property of JURA.
3 A warranty service is not applicable for damage or defects caused by incorrect connection,
incorrect handling or transport, repair attempts or modifications by unauthorised persons
or non-compliance with the instructions for use. In particular, the warranty shall be void if
JURA’s operating or maintenance instructions are not followed or if maintenance products
other than JURA water filters, JURA cleaning tablets or JURA descaling tablets are used which
do not correspond to the original specifications. Wearing parts (e.g. seals, grinding discs,
valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign bodies entering the
grinder (e.g. stones, wood, paper clips).
4 The sales receipt, specifying the purchase date and machine type, must be provided as
evidence of warranty claims. In order to simplify the process, the sales receipt should also
include the following information where possible: name and address of the customer and
serial number of the machine.
5 If the end customer is a company or a legal person, or if the machine is not used in a
domestic environment, the manufacturer’s warranty is valid for 12 months.
6 Guarantee and service is available in all countries where this product is officially distributed
by JURA. In countries where JURA does not distribute the product, please contact JURA
International Headquarters.
