E' possibile inserire un circolatore con interasse 180 mm al posto del
tronchetto metallico "B", oppure un circolatore con interasse 130 mm (in
questo caso tagliare il tubo di rame "A" di 50 mm).
Is possible to insert a circulator with 180 mm of distance instead of the
steel socket "B", or a circulator with 130 mm of distance (in this case to cut
the copper tube "A" of 50 mm).

Funzionamento / Operation / Регулирование
Il collettore di mandata R553M é costituito da una barra di ottone tralato con al proprio interno, per ogni uscita, un detentore di bilanciamento con memoria
meccanica che consente l’individuazione ed il mantenimento della posizione di taratura nei singoli circuiti, anche nel caso di intercettazione totale.
La memoria meccanica é costituita da un apposito anello che regolato con la chiave R558 consente di limitare l’apertura massima del detentore al valore scelto
in fase di bilanciamento. Al ne di rendere immediatamente visibili i risultati ottenuti dalla regolazione è presente anche un misuratore di portata con scala di
graduazione.
Per poter effettuare la regolazione si procede all’apertura completa della memoria meccanica utilizzando la parte a cacciavite della chiave R558. Utilizzando
poi la parte esagonale della stessa chiave si procede all’apertura del detentore no al raggiungimento della portata desiderata. Si procede poi alla chiusura della
memoria meccanica utilizzando la parte a cacciavite della chiave R558.
The R553M manifold is made from drawn brass bar and has a balancing lockshield valve with mechanical memory inside for setting and retaining the calibration of
every circuit.
The mechanical memory is an adjustable ring that can be regulated (by using key R558) to set the maximum opening of the lockshield to the project balancing value.
To make the reading of the results easier there is a flow indicator that is graduated.
To make the adjustment the rst step is the complete opening of the mechanical memory with the screwdriver part of the key R558. Then with the hexagonal part of
the same key R558 you must open the lockshield until the required value. After this you must close the mechanical memory with the screwdriver part of the key R558.
Коллектор R553M в составе модуля является подающим и служит для гидравлической регулировки контуров. Установленные в коллекторе отсечные
клапаны с расходомерами (ротаметрами) позволяют производить гидравлическую регулировку и перекрывать поток теплоносителя. Регулировочный
винт с механической памятью располагается на фронтальной поверхности коллектора. Регулировку осуществляют инструментом R558. Предварительно
выкрутив плоской частью инструмента (шлицевой отверткой) винт механической памяти, вращают шестигранным ключом регулировочный винт и
устанавливают требуемое значение расхода по показаниям расходомера, после чего фиксируют установленное положение винтом механической памяти.
Эту операцию проводят для каждого контура.
Il collettore di ritorno R553V è dotato di valvole di intercettazione micrometriche termostatizzabili che consentono regolazione e chiusura dei circuiti manual-
mente. Il controllo automatico della temperatura nei singoli locali è possibile installando attuatori elettrotermici di tipo normalmente chiuso (serie R473/R473M)
o di tipo normalmente aperto (serie R478/R478M). Il montaggio degli attuatori avviene sganciando il volantino micrometrico presente sui collettori liberando
l’attacco della valvola.
The return manifold R553V has micrometric balancing valves with thermostatic option to adjust and close the circuits by hand. Automatic temperature control for
every room is possible by installing electrical actuator normally closed (R473/R473M series) or normally open (R478/R478M series). To install the electrical actuator
you have to remove the micrometric valve by the manifold.
Коллектор R553V в составе модуля обратный. Коллектор имеет термостатические клапаны с ручным управлением. Возможна установка электротермических
сервоприводов нормально открытых R478/R478M или нормально закрытых R473/R473M для автоматического поддержания постоянной температуры.
Сервоприводы подключают к комнатным термостатам или электронной системе автоматического управления.

locale o ad un rivenditore che offre questo servizio.
Product Disposal. Do not dispose of product as municipal waste at the end of its life cycle.
Dispose of product at a special recycling platform managed by local authorities or at retailers
providing this type of service.
