1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Achten Sie darauf, dass der anliegende Druck den maximal erlaubten Druck nicht überschreitet.
Der maximale Arbeitsdruck beträgt 8 bar.
Tragen Sie eine geeignete Schutzausrüstung (Schutzbrille, Handschuhe usw.).
Zum Lokalisieren von Undichtigkeiten verwenden Sie am besten Seifenwasser, welches Sie auf
die verdächtigen Stellen streichen.
Halten Sie Kinder und unbeteiligte Dritte vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
Vermeiden Sie es, mit Druckluftgeräten direkt auf ungeschützte Körperteile zu zielen, dies ist
gefährlich und kann zu Verletzungen führen.
Die DL-Trommel hat einen knicksicheren Schlauch.
Bei längerer Nichtbenutzung schalten Sie die Luftzufuhr ab.
In Arbeitsbereichen mit sehr hohen Temperaturen kann es passieren, dass durch intensive Wär-
meentwicklung der Schlauch sich verformt, und daher das Einziehen in die Trommel erschwert
werden kann.
Lagern oder verwenden Sie die Drucklufttrommel nicht bei niedrigen Temperaturen im Freien, denn
dadurch wird der Schlauch steif und es kann zu Problemen beim Aufrollen führen.
Verwenden Sie keine chemischen Substanzen, wie z.B. Aceton, Alkohol oder Milchsäure zum Rei-
nigen der DL-Schlauches.
Vor der Montage der Anschluss-Armaturen an die Gewinde sollten diese mit einem Teflonband
oder ähnlichen Dichtungsmitteln abgedichtet werden !
Das Schlauchende ist mit einer gelben Markierung und der Aufschrift „Stop“ versehen. ZIEHEN
SIE DEN SCHLAUCH NIEMALS WEITER ALS BIS ZU DIESER MARKIERUNG AUS DER TROMMEL!
Wird der Schlauch weiter aus der Trommel gezogen kann dies den Abrollmechanismus zerstören
und jeglicher Garantie-/ Gewährleistungsanspruch erlischt.

2. PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
Die Drucklufttrommel dient zum Verlängern von Druckuftschläuchen. Das Gerät ist zur Verwendung
mit einem geeigneten Druckluftkompressor vorgesehen. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestim-
mungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resul-
tieren haftet der Benutzer des Gerätes, nicht jedoch der Hersteller/Händler.
3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz kon-
struiert wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerks-

8. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE / FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Die DL-Trommel kann in der Nähe eines Druckluftanschlusses angebracht werden. In weiten Arbeits-
bereichen platzieren Sie die DL-Trommel zentral, damit Sie genug Platz zum Arbeiten haben. Außerdem
kann man den DL-Schlauch entsprechend weit zu jedem Teil der Arbeitsfläche ausziehen. Montieren
Sie die Trommel nicht im Freien. Es könnte bei tiefen Temperaturen durch die Steifigkeit des Schlauchs
die Rückzugvorrichtung nicht funktionieren. An den Metallteilen könnten Korrosionsschäden auftreten
und bei starker Sonnenbestrahlung könnte das Gehäuse zu Schaden kommen. Die DL-Trommel kann
mittels einer Montageplatte an einer Wand oder Decke montiert werden.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 8 bar.
Use personal protective equipment suitable for working with air powered tools.
To locate any leaks apply some soapy water to the hose.
Keep children away from the working area.
Never point air powered tools at people or animals.
Seal all threads on air couplings with teflon tape.
This product has a kink proof hose.
Switch off the air supply when the product is not in use.
When working in areas with very high ambient temperatures it may cause the hose to deform.
Do not store or use the hose reel in low temperature surroundings.
Do not clean the hose with chemicals such as aceton, alcohol or acid.
This product is for indoor use only.
The end of the hose is marked with yellow tape that has ‚Stop‘ written on it. DO NOT PULL THE
HOSE ANY FURTHER THAN THAT! Pulling the hose past this line will damage the spring mecha-
nism inside the hose reel and void any waranty!

suitable air compressor must be used. Any other use is prohbited. The buyer accepts all liabilities,

The hose reel has an automatic reel mechanism that will pull in the hose when necessary. When
pulling out the hose it will lock into place automatically when you stop pulling. To retract the hose
pull it again for about 20 cm to unlock. Let the hose pull back slowly (don‘t just let it snap back).
Keep the product clean.

Pour localiser les fuites, appliquez de l‘eau savonneuse sur le tuyau.
Veillez à ce que les enfants restent éloignés de la zone de travail.
Ne dirigez jamais des outils à air comprimé vers des personnes ou des animaux.
Scellez tous les filetages sur les raccords pneumatiques avec du ruban de téflon.
Ce produit a un tuyau anti-torsion.
Éteignez l‘alimentation en air lorsque le produit n‘est pas utilisé.
Lorsque vous travaillez dans des zones où la température ambiante est très élevée, le tuyau peut
se déformer.
Ne stockez pas et n‘utilisez pas le dévidoir dans un environnement à basse température.
Ne nettoyez pas le tuyau avec des produits chimiques tels que l‘acétone, l‘alcool ou l‘acide.
Ce produit est destiné à un usage en intérieur seulement.
Un ruban adhésif jaune sur lequel est écrit le mot « Stop » se trouve sur l’extrémité du tuyau.
NE TIREZ PAS LE TUYAU AU-DELÀ DE CETTE MARQUE ! Si vous tirez le tuyau au-delà de cette
indication, le mécanisme à ressort situé dans l’enrouleur du tuyau sera endommagé et toute
garantie sera annulée !

8. UTILISATION
Le dévidoir est doté d‘un mécanisme de dévidage automatique qui permet de tirer le tuyau lorsque cela est
nécessaire. Lorsque vous tirez sur le tuyau, il se verrouille automatiquement lorsque vous arrêtez de tirer. Pour
rétracter le tuyau, tirez-le de nouveau sur environ 20 cm pour le déverrouiller. Laissez le tuyau se rétracter
lentement (ne le lâchez pas).
Gardez le produit propre.

Utilisez uniquement des pièces de rechange d’origine.

Používajte osobné ochranné pomôcky vhodné na prácu s pneumatickými nástrojmi.
Na vyhľadanie netesností potrite hadicu mydlovou vodou.
Udržujte deti mimo pracoviska.
Nikdy nemierte pneumatickým náradím na ľudí alebo zvieratá.
Utesnite všetky závity na vzduchových spojkách teflonovou páskou.
Tento výrobok je vybavený hadicou, ktorá je odolná voči skrúteniu.
Vypnite prívod vzduchu, keď sa výrobok nepoužíva.
Počas práce v oblastiach s veľmi vysokými okolitými teplotami môže dôjsť k defor-
mácii hadice.
Neskladujte a nepoužívajte hadicový navijak v prostredí s nízkymi teplotami.
Nečistite hadicu chemikáliami, ako je acetón, alkohol alebo kyselina.
Tento výrobok je určený len na vnútorné použitie.

Automatický navijak pre vzduchové hadice je určený na použitie ako predĺženie pri práci
s pneumatickými nástroji. Musí byť použitý vhodný vzduchový kompresor.t Akékoľvek iné

8. NÁVOD NA OBSLUHU
Hadicový navijak má automatický navíjací systém, ktorý v prípade potreby zatiahne hadi-
cu. Pri vyťahovaní sa hadica po ukončení ťahania automaticky zablokuje. Ak chcete hadi-
cu zatiahnuť, potiahnite ju asi 20 cm, aby ste ju odomkli. Nechajte hadicu pomaly navíjať
(nepúšťajte ju).
Udržujte výrobok čistý.
Všetky práva vyhradené. Táto príručka je chránená autorskými právami. Reprodukcia a
úpravy (digitálne, tlač, atď.) sú prísne zakázané bez prechádzajúceho písomného súhlasu
spoločnosti ERBA GmbH.
Naše výrobky sú balené tak, aby sa zabránilo poškodeniu pri preprave. Obalové materiály
sú cenné zdroje, a preto môžu a mali by byť recyklované. Výrobok sa skladá z rôznych

přístroje obecně bude mít za následek ztrátu záruky. Kupující přebírá veškerá rizika a

1. BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
Nepřekračujte maximální pracovní tlak 8 barů.
Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vhodné pro práci s pneumatickými nástroji.
Pro vyhledání netěsností potřete hadici mýdlovou vodou.
Udržujte děti mimo pracoviště.
Nikdy nemiřte pneumatickým nářadím na lidi nebo zvířata.
Utěsněte všechny závity na vzduchových spojkách teflonovou páskou.
Tento výrobek je opatřen hadicí, která je odolná vůči zkroucení.
Vypněte přívod vzduchu, když se výrobek nepoužívá.
Během práce v oblastech s velmi vysokými okolními teplotami může dojít k deformaci
hadice.
Neskladujte a nepoužívejte hadicový naviják v prostředí s nízkými teplotami.
Nečistěte hadici chemikáliemi, jako je aceton, alkohol nebo kyselina.
Tento výrobek je určen pouze pro vnitřní použití.
Konec hadice je označen žlutou páskou snápisem „Stop“. NEVYTAHUJTE HADICI ZA
TENTO BOD! Vytažením hadice za tento bod dojde kpoškození pružinového mechanis-
mu uvnitř cívky hadice ake ztrátě jakékoli záruky!
