Die Einbauinformationen in dieser Anleitung wenden sich ausschließlich an
Fachleute in Werkstätten, die mit den anzuwendenden Richtlinien und
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen beim Einbau von Fahrzeugzubehörteilen vertraut
sind.
5 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der Befestigungsrahmen dient zur Montage der Kondensatoreinheit von der
LKW-Splitklimaanlage CoolAir SP-900 an Fahrzeuge des Typs Scania
Highline/Topline. Der Befestigungsrahmen kann links oder rechts an der
Fahrerhausrückwand montiert werden.
Bei der Befestigung des Befestigungsrahmens werden Originalbefestigungs-
punkte am Fahrzeug verwendet. Sie müssen am Fahrzeug keine neuen
Bohrungen anfertigen.

Tragen Sie den Befestigungsrahmen immer zu zweit.

Beachten Sie beim Einbau auch die Informationen in der Einbau-

Montieren Sie den Befestigungsrahmen und die LKW-Splitklimaanlage
CoolAir SP-900 am Scania Highline/Topline wie folgt:
➤ Der Befestigungsrahmen lässt sich links wie auch rechts anbringen.
Ensprechend die Gummipuffer (Abb. 2 1, Seite 4) in den Rahmen ein-
setzen und die Gegenseite mit Blindstopfen (Abb. 2 2, Seite 4) ver-
schließen.
➤ Kondensatoreinheit auf den Befestigungsrahmen schrauben (Abb. 1,
Seite 3).
➤ Vorhandene Schrauben (Abb. 2 3, Seite 4) entfernen.
➤ Abstandshalter (Abb. 2 4, Seite 4) mit der Rippschraube M8 x 16 mm
(Abb. 2 5, Seite 4) an der Stelle der entfernten Schraube befestigen.
➤ Vorhandene Muttern (Abb. 2 8, Seite 4) entfernen.
➤ Befestigungsrahmen mit dem beigefügten Befestigungsmaterial befesti-
gen:
– Sperrzahnmuttern M8 (Abb. 2 8, Seite 4)
– Sicherungsmutter M8 (Abb. 2 6, Seite 4)
– Schraube M8 x 16 mm (Abb. 2 7, Seite 4)
➤ Alle Schrauben nach einer Fahrstrecke von ca. 200 km auf festen Sitz
kontrollieren.
7 Gewährleistung
Es gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist. Sollte das Produkt defekt sein,
wenden Sie sich bitte an die Niederlassung des Herstellers in Ihrem Land
(Adressen siehe Rückseite der Anleitung) oder an Ihren Fachhändler.
Zur Reparatur- bzw. Gewährleistungsbearbeitung müssen Sie folgende
Unterlagen mitschicken:
z eine Kopie der Rechnung mit Kaufdatum,
z einen Reklamationsgrund oder eine Fehlerbeschreibung.

The installation information in this manual is only intended for qualified
personnel at workshops, who are familiar with the guidelines and safety
precautions to be applied during the installation of vehicle accessory parts.
5 Intended use
The fastening frame is for fitting the condenser unit of the CoolAir SP-900
HGV split air conditioner to the following vehicles: Scania Highline/Topline.
The fastening frame can be attached on the left or right of the rear cab wall.
When fastening the fastening frame, use existing fastening points on the
vehicle. You do not need to drill new holes.
6 Fitting the fastening frame

Always have someone help you carry the fastening frame.

Observe the information in the installation manual when fitting the
WAECO CoolAir SP 900 HGV split air conditioner.

Operating instructions can be found in the operating manual for the

Basic assembly is described in fig. 1, page 3:

Fit the fastening frame and the CoolAir SP-900 split air conditioner on the
Scania Highline/Topline as follows:
➤ The fastening frame can be fitted on the left or the right.
Accordingly, put the rubber dampers (fig. 2 1, page 4) in the frame and
close the opposite side with dummy plugs (fig. 2 2, page 4).
➤ Bolt the condenser unit to the fastening frame (fig. 1, page 3).
➤ Remove the existing screws (fig. 2 3, page 4).
➤ Fasten the spacer (fig. 2 4, page 4) in place of the removed screw using
the M8 x 16 mm ribbed bolt (fig. 2 5, page 4).
➤ Remove the existing nuts (fig. 2 8, page 4).
➤ Fasten the fastening frame with the material provided:
– M8 serrated lock nuts (fig. 2 8, page 4)
– M8 retaining nuts (fig. 2 6, page 4)
– M8 x 16 mm bolts (fig. 2 7, page 4)
➤ Check that all bolts are still tight after travelling approximately 200 km.
7 Guarantee
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please
contact the manufacturer's branch in your country (see the back of the
instruction manual for the addresses) or your retailer.
For repair and guarantee processing, please include the following
documents when you send in the device:
z A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
z A reason for the claim or description of the fault

Les informations concernant le montage fournies par ce manuel s’adressent
exclusivement à un personnel qualifié, travaillant dans des ateliers et
connaissant les directives et les consignes de sécurité à appliquer pour le
montage d’accessoires dans les véhicules.
5 Usage conforme
Le cadre de fixation est destiné au montage du condensateur du climatiseur
split pour poids lourds CoolAir SP-900 sur les véhicules de type Scania
Highline/Topline. Le cadre de fixation peut être monté à droite ou à gauche
sur la paroi arrière de la cabine.
Lors de la fixation du cadre de fixation, utilisez les points de fixation d’origine
au niveau du véhicule. Il n’est pas nécessaire de procéder à de nouveaux
perçages au niveau du véhicule.
6 Monter le cadre de fixation

Lors du montage, tenez également compte des informations
indiquées dans la notice de montage du climatiseur split pour poids
lourds WAECO CoolAir SP-900.

Le montage de base est représenté sur la fig. 1, page 3 :
Montez le cadre de fixation et le climatiseur split pour poids lourds
CoolAir SP-900 sur Scania Highline/Topline de la manière suivante :
➤ Le cadre de fixation peut être installé à gauche comme à droite.
Installez en conséquence les tampons en caoutchouc (fig. 2 1, page 4)
dans le cadre et obturez le côté opposé avec le bouchon borgne
(fig. 2 2, page 4).
➤ Vissez le condensateur sur le cadre de fixation (fig. 1, page 3).
➤ Retirez les vis présentes (fig. 2 3, page 4).
➤ Fixez l’entretoise (fig. 2 4, page 4) à l’aide de la vis à tête conique
M8 x 16 mm (fig. 2 5, page 4) à la place de la vis retirée.
➤ Retirez les écrous présents (fig. 2 8, page 4).
➤ Fixez le cadre de fixation avec le matériel de fixation fourni :
– Ecrous de sécurité à dents de blocage M8 (fig. 2 8, page 4)
– Ecrous de sécurité M8 (fig. 2 6, page 4)
– Vis M8 x 16 mm (fig. 2 7, page 4)
➤ Contrôlez la fixation de toutes les vis après avoir parcouru un trajet de
200 km env.
7 Garantie
Le délai légal de garantie s'applique. Si le produit s'avérait défectueux,
veuillez vous adresser à la filiale du fabricant située dans votre pays (voir
adresses au verso du présent manuel) ou à votre revendeur spécialisé.
