• ONLY connect this product to a grounded and protected circuit.

• Never connect this product to a dimmer or rheostat.

• Replace the fuse with the same type and rating.

• ONLY carry this product by the base.

• The maximum ambient temperature is 104 °F (40 °C). Do not operate this

product at higher temperatures.

• In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using immediately.

condition. If the box or conten

The Freedom Stick has an auto-ranging external power supply.

AC Power

(Pack)

This product has an auto-ranging external 4-in-1 charger that can work with an input

voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. It has 4 outputs of 15 VDC each. The

LED indicator turns red while it is plugged into a power source.

To eliminate wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of non-use completely

disconnect from power via breaker or by unplugging it.

Fuse

Replacement

To replace the fuse in the Freedom Stick Pack external 4-in-1 charger:

Disconnect the product from power.

Wedge the tip of a flat-head screwdriver into the slot of the fuse holder.

Pry the safety cap out of the housing.

Remove the blown fuse from the clip on the front of the safety cap and replace

with a fuse of the exact same type and rating.

Re-insert the fuse holder and reconnect power.

Battery Power

The Freedom Stick comes with a rechargeable lithium battery for cable free operation.

Charging the

Battery

The battery charges whenever the product is plugged into the external charger and the

charger is plugged into a power source. If the product is plugged in and not in

operation, make sure the On/Off switch is in the Off position. The indicator LED on

the Fr

eedom Stick turns red while the battery is charging, then it turns green when the

battery is fully charged.

• When using the multi-charger, charge the Freedom Stick Pack while the unit is

powered OFF.

• The LED indicator light will flash red if you overcharge your units.

Wireless

Configuration

The Freedom Stick can be operated in wireless D-Fi mode. For more information

about configuring this product to transmit or receive in wireless D-

Fi mode,

download instructions for the Freedom Stick User Manual from the Chauvet

website.

Starting Address

To ensure full access to all channels in each DMX mode, the highest recommended

DMX address is 463.

Master/Slave

Connection

The Freedom Stick works in Master/Slave mode using wireless D-Fi. Information

about configuring the Freedom Stick for Master/Slave operation i

s in the User

Manual, which is available from the Chauvet website.

You can wirelessly sync an unlimited number of receivers to one transmitter.

To ensure strong signals, the units should

be elevated 5 feet or higher off the ground

or remain in an unobstructed line of sight of each other.

IRC-6 (Infrared

Remote Control)

The Freedom Stick can be operated with the CHAUVET IRC-6. For more

Para evitar un desgaste innecesario y alargar su vida útil, desconecte completamente el

producto mediante el interruptor o desenchufándolo durante periodos en que no se use.

Sustitución del

fusible (Pack)

Desconecte el producto de la alimentación.

Haga cuña con la punta de un destornillador plano en la ranura del portafusibles.

Saque la tapa de seguridad de la carcasa.

Quite el fusible fundido de la sujeción en la parte frontal de la tapa de seguridad y

sustituya el fusible con otro del mismo tipo y categoría.

Vuelva a insertar el portafusibles y conecte de nuevo la alimentación.

Alimentación

por batería

El Freedom Stick y Freedom Stick Pack vienen con una batería de litio recargable para

un funcionamiento sin cables.

Cargar la

batería

La batería se carga cada vez que el producto se enchufa en el cargador externo y el

cargador está enchufado a la alimentación. Si el producto se enchufa y no está

funcionando, asegúrese de que el interruptor de encendido/apagado está

en posición

«Off». El indicador LED en el Freedom Stick se vuelve rojo cuando la batería está

cargando, y cambia a verde cuando la batería está completametne cargada.

• Cuando se utiliza el multi cargador, cargue el Freedom Stick mientras la

unidad está apagada.

• El indicador LED parpadeará en color rojo si sobrecargar las unidades.

Conexión

Maestro/Esclavo

El Freedom Stick funciona en modo Maestro/Esclavo usando D-Fi inalámbrico. La

información para configurar este producto para funcionamiento Maestro/Esclavo

Se puede sincronizar sin cables un número ilimitado de receptores a un transmisor.

Para garantizar la potencia de la señal, las unidades deben estar a una altura de 5 pies

o más del suelo, o que no haya obstáculos entre ellos.
