About this appliance

The Princess 01.182092.01.001 is an air fryer for grilling, baking, and roasting food using hot air without the

use of oil. The appliance comes with a temperature probe to measure the temperature of the food.

Intended use

This appliance is intended for indoor use only.

This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic, non-commercial use.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

- farm houses;

- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;

- bed and breakfast type environments.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Only use the appliance as described in this user manual.

Any use of the appliance other than described in this user manual is regarded as misuse and may cause

injury or damage to the appliance and void the warranty.

Electric shock hazard due to short-circuiting:

• Never use the appliance if there are visible signs of damage

or defects to the appliance or power cable. Always replace a

damaged or defective appliance or power cable immediately

or contact customer service.

• Never immerse the main unit or the temperature probe cable

in water or any other liquid.

• Always avoid spillage on the power cable.

• Never open the appliance. The appliance may only be

opened for maintenance by an authorised technician.

• Never replace the power cable yourself. Always let the

manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person

replace the power cable.

• Never lift the appliance by the power cable. Lifting the

Only lift the appliance by holding the base.

• Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in

use or unattended, and before cleaning.

• Always check if the voltage stated on the type plate of your

appliance matches your mains voltage before use.

• Never insert any objects into the air vent openings.

Fire hazard due to overheating:

• Never leave the appliance unattended when in use. Only use

the appliance under supervision. Switch off the appliance and

remove the power cable from the power outlet when you

leave the room.

• Never use the appliance with a programmer, timer, separate

remote control system or any other device that switches the

appliance on automatically.

• Always ensure there is enough space around the appliance.

Leave at least 15 cm of free space around the appliance to

ensure proper ventilation.

The appliance may become hot during use. Always keep the

back of the appliance clear of any objects.

out of the appliance.

• Never move the appliance during use. Hot liquid may spill out

of the appliance.

Choking hazard due to plastic packaging:

• Never let children play with the packaging material. Always

keep the packaging material out of the reach of children.

Snagging hazard due to moving parts:

• Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the

power source before changing accessories or approaching

parts that move in use.

Burning hazard due to heat:

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play

with the appliance.

• Never touch the hot surfaces during or shortly after use. The

hot surfaces may be subject to residual heat. Let the

appliance cool down completely before handling the

appliance.

• Be careful when opening the lid. Hot steam may escape.

Tripping hazard due to loose cables:

• Never leave the power cable hanging out in a way that

someone might trip over it or accidentally pull it.

NOTICE

Risk of damaging the appliance:

• Never use aggressive chemical cleaning agents that can

damage the appliance when cleaning the appliance.

• Only use the appliance with the provided accessories or

accessories recommended by Princess.

• Never fill the pan above the maximum capacity marking to

prevent overflowing.

• Never place the appliance in a dishwasher.

• Never place the appliance near the edge of a countertop

during use. Vibrations may occur during use which may

cause the appliance to move. Always place the appliance on

a stable, flat, heat, and moisture resistant surface.

• Never use metal utensils to remove food from the pan. Metal

utensils may damage the non-stick coating.

• Never place the main unit and temperature probe in a

dishwasher.

USE

Preparation (see image C)

1. Remove all packaging.

2. Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use. Follow the instructions in chapter Cleaning and

maintenance.

3. Place the mesh screen Aq into the lid A5. Push the mesh screen Aq into the lid A5 until you hear

a click.

4. Place the basket Ae into the base A6.

5. Place the grill plate Aw into the basket Ae.

6. Close the lid A5 with the handle A3.

Using the appliance

1. Plug the power cable A9 into a power outlet.

2. Press the on/off button Bf to switch on the appliance.

3. Press one of the cooking program buttons to select a cooking method of your preference.

4. Press the temperature control By to adjust the cooking temperature.

5. Press the timer control Bi to adjust the cooking time.

temperature probe.

6. Press the start/stop button Bd.

The display Bu shows AddFood when the appliance is ready for use.

7. Open the lid A5 with the handle A3.

8. Place the food inside the basket Ae.

9. Close the lid A5 with the handle A3.

The appliance automatically starts cooking the food.

The timer counts down from the set cooking time.

4To interrupt the cooking process to check if the food is ready, open the lid A5 with the handle A3. The

cooking process automatically pauses. If needed, remove the basket Ae from the appliance and shake

to mix up the food. Place the basket Ae back into the appliance and close the lid A5 to continue the

cooking process.

4Plug in the temperature probe Ar anytime during the cooking process to test if the food is at the

correct temperature. The display Bu alternately shows the current food temperature, cooking

temperature, and remaining time.

The appliance emits a beep and the display Bu shows END when the cooking process is finished.

4To add more time to the cooking time, press the timer control Bi to add more time to the cooking time.

Press the start/stop button Bd to continue cooking.

10. Open the lid A5 with the handle A3.

11. Remove the food from the basket Ae with a heat-resistant plastic tong.

12. Allow the appliance to cool down after use.

4Keep the lid A5 open to speed up the cooling down process.

Using the temperature probe (see image D)

1. Press one of the cooking program buttons to select a cooking method of your preference.

2. Plug the temperature probe Ar into the temperature probe port A1.

3. Press the temperature probe button Bs.

The display Bu shows 80°C by default.

4. Press the temperature control By to adjust the cooking temperature.

4The cooking temperature can be set between 35°C and 85°C.

4Press the temperature control By to adjust the cooking temperature any time during the cooking

process.

5. Insert the temperature probe Ar horizontally in the middle of the thickest part of the food.

6. Open the lid A5 with the handle A3.

7. Place the food inside the basket Ae.

8. Close the lid A5 with the cord of the temperature probe Ar in-between the lid A5 and the base A6.

9. Press the start/stop button Bd to start cooking.

The display Bu alternately shows the current temperature and the set temperature.

The appliance emits a beep and the display Bu shows END when the cooking process is finished.

4The appliance automatically stops heating when the food has reached the set temperature.

10. Remove the food from the basket Ae with a heat-resistant plastic tong.

11. Remove the temperature probe Ar from the food with oven mitts.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the appliance after each use.

1. Unplug the power cable A9 from the power outlet.

2. Let the appliance cool down.

3. Push the mesh screen mounting clip A4 upwards to remove the mesh screen Aq from the lid A5.

4. Remove the grill plate Aw and the basket Ae from the base A6.

5. Clean the following parts with warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher:

- Grill plate Aw

- Mesh screen Aq

- Basket Ae

6. Remove persistent residue or grease from the grill plate Aw, mesh screen Aq, or basket Ae by

soaking it in warm, soapy water for a few hours or overnight.

7. Clean the metal end of the temperature probe Ar with warm, soapy water.

8. Clean the base A6 and control panel A2 with a soft, damp cloth.

STORAGE

Store the appliance in a dry and enclosed space and in the original packaging to ensure safe storage and

protection against dust, moist or other filth.

Over dit apparaat

De Princess 01.182092.01.001 is een air fryer voor het grillen, bakken en braden van voedsel door middel

van hete lucht zonder gebruik van olie. Het apparaat wordt geleverd met een temperatuursonde om de

temperatuur van het voedsel te meten.

Beoogd gebruik

Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik binnenshuis.

Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor huishoudelijk, niet-commercieel gebruik.

Dit apparaat is bedoeld om gebruikt te worden in huishoudelijke en soortgelijke toepassingen zoals:

- personeelskeukenbereiken in winkels, kantoren en andere werkomgevingen;

- boerderijen;

- door klanten in hotels, motels en andere types residentiële omgevingen;

- omgevingen van het type bed and breakfast

6WAARSCHUWING

Gevaar voor elektrische schokken door kortsluiting:

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit als er zichtbare tekenen van

schade of gebreken zijn aan het apparaat of de netsnoer.

Vervang een beschadigd of defect apparaat of netsnoer altijd

onmiddellijk of neem contact op met de klantenservice.

• Dompel het basisapparaat of de temperatuursondekabel

nooit in water of een andere vloeistof.

• Zorg er altijd voor dat er niet op de stroomkabel gemorst

wordt.

• Maak het apparaat nooit open. Het apparaat mag alleen door

een erkende technicus geopend worden voor onderhoud.

• Vervang nooit zelf de voedingskabel. Laat de voedingskabel

altijd vervangen door de fabrikant, diens service-agent of een

even gekwalificeerde persoon.

• Til het apparaat nooit op aan de voedingskabel. Als je het

apparaat aan de voedingskabel optilt, kun je de

voedingskabel beschadigen. Til het apparaat alleen op door

de voet vast te houden.

• Haal de elektriciteitskabel altijd uit het stopcontact wanneer

het apparaat niet in gebruik of onder toezicht is, en voordat u

het reinigt.

• Controleer altijd vóór het gebruik of de spanning vermeld op

het typeplaatje van uw apparaat overeenkomt met uw

netspanning.

• Steek nooit voorwerpen in de ontluchtingsopeningen.

Brandgevaar door oververhitting:

• Zet het apparaat altijd op een stabiele, vlakke, hitte- en

vochtbestendige ondergrond. Laat het apparaat nooit

onbeheerd achter als het in gebruik is. Gebruik het apparaat

alleen onder toezicht. Zet het apparaat uit en haal de

voedingskabel uit het stopcontact als je de kamer verlaat.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit met een programmeerapparaat,

timer, aparte afstandsbediening of een ander toestel dat het

apparaat automatisch inschakelt.

• Zorg er altijd voor dat er voldoende ruimte rond het apparaat

is. Laat minstens 15 cm vrije ruimte rond het apparaat voor

een goede ventilatie.

• Plaats het apparaat nooit direct onder een stopcontact. Het

apparaat kan tijdens het gebruik heet worden. Houd de

achterkant van het apparaat altijd vrij van voorwerpen.

• Bedek nooit het apparaat of de luchtroosters als het in

gebruik is.

• Zet het apparaat nooit in de buurt van een warmtebron neer.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit zonder dat het gaasrooster of de

pan op hun plaats zitten.

• Vul de pan nooit met olie.

Gevaar voor elektrische schokken door kortsluiting:

• Laat het apparaat nooit vallen en vermijd stoten. Overmatige

trillingen kunnen leiden tot losgeraakte verbindingen en

kunnen de goede werking van het apparaat beïnvloeden.

Gebruik het apparaat niet meer als het gevallen is.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit met een verlengsnoer.

Brandgevaar door aangebrand voedsel:

• Reinig na gebruik altijd alle onderdelen die in aanraking

komen met voedsel.

• Overschrijd nooit het maximum niveau dat aan de binnenkant

van de pan is aangegeven, om contact met het

verwarmingselement te voorkomen.

Brandgevaar door hete vloeistoffen:

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit op recreatievoertuigen of boten.

Er kan hete vloeistof uit het apparaat lopen.

• Zorg er altijd voor dat het deksel volledig gesloten is. Er kan

hete vloeistof uit het apparaat spetteren.

• Verplaats het apparaat nooit tijdens gebruik. Er kan hete

vloeistof uit het apparaat lopen.

Verstikkingsgevaar door de plastic verpakking:

• Laat kinderen nooit met het verpakkingsmateriaal spelen.

Houd het verpakkingsmateriaal altijd buiten het bereik van

kinderen.

Knelgevaar door bewegende delen:

• Schakel het apparaat altijd uit en haal de stekker uit het

stopcontact voordat je accessoires verwisselt of onderdelen

aanraakt die bewegen tijdens het gebruik.

6VOORZICHTIG

Verbrandingsgevaar door hitte:

• Kinderen moeten onder toezicht staan om ervoor te zorgen

dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Raak de hete oppervlakken nooit aan tijdens of kort na

gebruik. De hete oppervlakken kunnen nog restwarmte

hebben. Laat het apparaat na gebruik altijd volledig afkoelen

voordat je het hanteert.

• Wees voorzichtig bij het openen van het deksel. Er kan hete

stoom ontsnappen.

Struikelgevaar door losse kabels:

• Laat het netsnoer nooit zo hangen dat iemand erover kan

struikelen of er per ongeluk aan kan trekken.

LET OP

Gevaar voor beschadiging van het apparaat:

• Gebruik bij het schoonmaken van het apparaat nooit

agressieve chemische schoonmaakmiddelen die het

apparaat kunnen beschadigen.

• Gebruik het apparaat alleen met de bijgeleverde accessoires

of de door Princess aanbevolen accessoires.

• Vul de pan nooit tot boven de maximale capaciteitsmarkering

om overlopen te voorkomen.

• Plaats het apparaat nooit in een afwasmachine.

• Zet het apparaat tijdens gebruik nooit bij de rand van een

aanrecht. Tijdens het gebruik kunnen trillingen optreden,

waardoor het apparaat kan verschuiven. Zet het apparaat

altijd op een stabiele, vlakke, hitte- en vochtbestendige

ondergrond.

• Gebruik nooit metalen keukengerei om voedsel uit de pan te

halen. Metalen keukengerei kan de anti-aanbaklaag

beschadigen.

• Plaats het basisapparaat en de temperatuursonde nooit in de

afwasmachine.

GEBRUIK

Voorbereiding (zie afbeelding C)

1. Verwijder de verpakking volledig.

2. Reinig vóór het gebruik alle delen die in aanraking komen met voedsel. Volg de instructies in het

hoofdstuk Reiniging en onderhoud.

3. Plaats het gaasrooster Aq in het deksel A5. Duw het gaasrooster Aq in het deksel A5 tot je een

klik hoort.

4. Plaats het mandje Ae in de basis A6.

5. Plaats de grillplaat Aw in het mandje Ae.

6. Sluit het deksel A5 met de handgreep A3.

Gebruik van het apparaat

1. Sluit de voedingskabel A9 aan op een stopcontact.

2. Druk op de aan/uitknop Bf om het apparaat in te schakelen.

3. Druk op een van de bereidingsprogrammaknoppen om de bereidingswijze van je voorkeur te kiezen.

4. Druk op de temperatuurregelaar By om de baktemperatuur in te stellen.

5. Druk op de timerbediening Bi om de baktijd in te stellen.

4Wanneer je de temperatuursonde Ar gebruikt, volg dan vanaf hier de instructies in hoofdstuk Gebruik

van de temperatuursonde.

6. Druk op de start/stopknop Bd.

Het scherm Bu toont AddFood wanneer het apparaat klaar is voor gebruik.

7. Open het deksel A5 met de handgreep A3.

8. Plaats het voedsel in het mandje Ae.

9. Sluit het deksel A5 met de handgreep A3.

Het apparaat begint automatisch met het bereiden van het voedsel.

De timer telt af vanaf de ingestelde bereidingstijd.

17Gebruiksaanwijzing

4Om het bereidingsproces te onderbreken om te controleren of het voedsel klaar is, open je het deksel

A5 met de handgreep A3. Het bereidingsproces pauzeert automatisch. Indien nodig, verwijder het

mandje Ae van het apparaat en schud ermee om het voedsel te mengen. Plaats het mandje Ae terug

in het apparaat en sluit het deksel A5 om het bereidingsproces voort te zetten.

4Steek de temperatuursonde Ar op een willekeurig moment tijdens het bereidingsproces in het

apparaat om te testen of het voedsel op de juiste temperatuur is. De display Bu toont afwisselend de

huidige voedseltemperatuur, de bereidingstemperatuur, en de resterende tijd.

Het apparaat geeft een pieptoon en de display Bu toont END als het kookproces klaar is.

4Om meer tijd aan de bereidingstijd toe te voegen, druk je op de timerregelaar Bi om meer tijd aan de

bereidingstijd toe te voegen. Druk op de start/stopknop Bd om de bereiding voort te zetten.

10. Open het deksel A5 met de handgreep A3.

11. Haal het voedsel uit de mand Ae met een hittebestendige plastic tang.

12. Laat het apparaat na gebruik afkoelen.

4Houd het deksel A5 open om het afkoelingsproces te versnellen.

De temperatuursonde gebruiken (zie afbeelding D)

1. Druk op een van de bereidingsprogrammaknoppen om de bereidingswijze van je voorkeur te kiezen.

2. Steek de temperatuursonde Ar in de temperatuursonde-aansluiting A1.

3. Druk op de temperatuursondeknop Bs.

Het display Bu toont standaard 80°C.

4. Druk op de temperatuurregelaar By om de baktemperatuur in te stellen.

4De bereidingstemperatuur kan worden ingesteld tussen 35°C en 85°C.

4Druk op de temperatuurregelaar By om de bereidingstemperatuur op enig moment tijdens het

bereidingsproces aan te passen.

5. Steek de temperatuursonde Ar horizontaal midden in het dikste deel van het voedsel.

6. Open het deksel A5 met de handgreep A3.

7. Plaats het voedsel in het mandje Ae.

8. Sluit het deksel A5 met de kabel van de temperatuursonde Ar tussen het deksel A5 en de basis

A6.

9. Druk op de start/stopknop Bd om te starten met de bereiding.

De display Bu toont afwisselend de huidige temperatuur en de ingestelde temperatuur.

Het apparaat geeft een pieptoon en de display Bu toont END als het kookproces klaar is.

4Het apparaat stopt automatisch met verwarmen als het voedsel de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt heeft.

10. Haal het voedsel uit de mand Ae met een hittebestendige plastic tang.

11. Haal de temperatuursonde Ar uit het voedsel met ovenhandschoenen.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

Reinig het apparaat na ieder gebruik.

1. Verwijder de voedingskabel A9 uit het stopcontact.

2. Laat het apparaat afkoelen.

3. Duw de bevestigingsclip voor gaasrooster A4 omhoog om het gaasrooster Aq te verwijderen van

het deksel A5.

4. Verwijder de grillplaat Aw en het mandje Ae uit de basis A6.

5. Maak de volgende onderdelen schoon met een warm sopje of in de vaatwasser:

- Grillplaat Aw

- Gaasrooer Aq

- Mandje Ae

6. Verwijder hardnekkige resten of vet van de grillplaat Aw, gaasrooster Aq, of mandje Ae door het

een paar uur of een nacht in warm water met zeep te weken.

7. Maak het metalen uiteinde van de temperatuursonde Ar schoon met warm water en zeep.

8. Reinig de basis A6 en het bedieningspaneel A2 met een zachte, vochtige doek.

OPSLAG

Bewaar het apparaat in een droge en afgesloten ruimte in de oorspronkelijke verpakking om het veilig op te

bergen en te beschermen tegen stof, vocht of ander vuil.

De stekker van de temperatuursonde

Ar is niet juist aangesloten op de

temperatuursonde-aansluiting A1.

Steek de temperatuursonde Ar in de

temperatuursonde-aansluiting A1.

Het display Bu

toont error code

E0 - E4.

Het apparaat werkt niet goed. Neem contact op met de klantenservice.

Het apparaat moet worden gerepareerd

door een erkende vakman.

Het voedsel is

aangebrand.

Het mandje Ae is te vol gevuld met

voedsel.

Vul het mandje Ae tot het maximale

niveau zoals aangegeven aan de

binnenkant van de pan, om contact met

het verwarmingselement te vermijden.

Het voedsel is in het apparaat gelaten

als de bereidingstijd voorbij is.

Haal het voedsel onmiddellijk uit het

apparaat als de bereidingstijd voorbij is.

Plaats het voedsel in een gelijkmatige

laag in het mandje Ae.

voedsel even om.

De temperatuur is ingesteld op laag. Bereid het voedsel volgens de

aanwijzingen op de verpakking van het

voedsel.

Het voedsel is te

lang/te kort bereid.

De temperatuursonde Ar is niet op de

juiste wijze in het voedsel gestoken.

Steek de temperatuursonde Ar

horizontaal midden in het dikste deel van

het voedsel.

De temperatuur is te hoog/laag

ingesteld.

Bereid het voedsel volgens de

aanwijzingen op de verpakking van het

voedsel.

VERWIJDERING

Volg de plaatselijke voorschriften bij de verwijdering van het apparaat. Om mogelijke schade

aan het milieu of de volksgezondheid door ongecontroleerde afvalverwijdering te voorkomen,

moet je het apparaat op verantwoorde wijze recyclen om het duurzame hergebruik van materiële

hulpbronnen te bevorderen.
