Hardware Installation
1
Use an HDMI male-to-male cable to connect your computer or an
HDMI source device to the input port on the VS0108HB.

Use HDMI male-to-male cables to connect up to 8 display devices to
the output ports on the VS0108HB.

(Optional) To confi gure the VS0108HB settings through the RS-232
port, connect a hardware/software controller to the VS0108HB.

Plug the power adapter that came with VS0108HB package into an
AC power source, then plug the power adapter cable into the splitter’s
Power Jack.

Operation
EDID Mode Selection
On the rear of the VS0108HB, put the EDID Mode Switch to the
number that corresponds to the desired EDID Mode.

Applies ATEN’s predefi ned EDID to
connected displays.

Applies the EDID of the display detected
at port 1 to other connected displays.

Applies the highest resolution of the

Applies the EDID defi ned via RS-232
commands to connected displays. You
can choose among 10 sets of EDID
confi gurations. See the User Manual for
more details.

allows system control through a high-end controller, PC, or a home
automation/theater software package. To use the connected controller,

Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer oder ein HDMI-Eingangsgerät über ein
