Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY 350m Fibre Optic USB 3.0
Extender. This product has been designed to provide trouble
free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year
warranty and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct
use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.
This Extender allows you to extend the distance between your
host computer and a USB 3.1 Gen 1/3.0 device by up to 350m. It
consists of a transmitter with USB Micro-B and LC Duplex
Multimode connector - and a receiver with USB Type A and LC
Duplex Multimode connector. LC Multimode Fibre Optic cable up
to 350m length is used to connect the two units (not included).

Installation
Connect transmitter and receiver using a multimode fibre optic
cable (not included) with cross-over LC Duplex. Then connect
your USB 3.0 device to the USB 3.0 A female port of the receiver
and the power supply with the receiver. Finally connect the
Transmitter to your host computer using a USB 3.1/3.0 Type
Micro-B male to Type A or C male cable (USB cables not
included).

Mit dem Extender können zwischen Host-Computer und USB-
Gerät Entfernungen bis 350m überbrückt werden. Er besteht
aus einem Transmitter mit USB-Buchse Micro-B und LC-
Duplex-Anschluss und einem Receiver mit USB-Buchse Typ A
und LC-Duplex-Anschluss, die mit einem max. 350m langen
Multimode LWL-Kabel verbunden werden.

Installation
Verbinden Sie Sender und Empfänger des Extenders mittels
einem Multimode LC Duplex LWL-Kabel (nicht enthalten) über
Kreuz („cross-over“). Dann stecken Sie das mitgelieferte
Netzteil in die entsprechende Buchse des Empfängers.
Schließen Sie mit je einem USB-Kabel (nicht enthalten) zuerst
Ihr USB Device an der USB A Buchse des Empfängers und
zum Schluss den Sender am Host-Computer an.

Installation
Connecter l'émetteur et le récepteur à l'aide d'une fibre optique

Enfin, connectez l'émetteur à votre ordinateur hôte à l'aide

Questo Extender consente di collegare una periferica USB 3.1
Gen 1/3.0 ad un computer fino a 350m di distanza. Consiste
in un trasmettitore con porte USB Micro-B e LC Duplex
Multimodale - e in un ricevitore con porte USB Tipo A e LC
Duplex Multimodale. Per connettere le due unità occorre un
cavo in fibra ottica LC Multimodale lungo fino a 350m (non
incluso).

Installazione
