Le valvole micrometriche termostatizzabili sono caratterizzate dalla possibilità
di eettuare la regolazione micrometrica attraverso la quale è possibile
parzializzare l’apertura della valvola funzionante in manuale.
La regolazione micrometrica può essere eettuata rimuovendo il piolo
apposito dal volantino manuale, con l’ausilio di un piccolo cacciavite, e
rimontandolo nella posizione individuata con il posizionamento della targhetta.
The micrometric valves with thermostatic option are characterised by the
fact that they allow micrometric adjustment, through which it is possible to
partially open a manual function valve.
Micrometric adjustment can be carried out by removing the specially-
designed pin from the manual handwheel with the help of a small screwdriver,
and replacing it in the position identied by the positioning of the plate.

Prima dell’installazione, utilizzando la chiave P56TY001 è possibile invertire
la posizione del vitone termostatizzabile e del detentore, sui reciproci corpi
valvola. Questa operazione deve essere eettuata solo in casi eccezionali,
per evitare il danneggiamento dei componenti in plastica e/o della nitura
superciale dei corpi valvola, durante le fasi di inversione. In tutti gli altri casi, si
consiglia di vericare preventivamente il corretto orientamento della coppia,
rispetto alla congurazione dell’impianto sul quale dovrà essere installata.
Reversibilità corpo detentore
Before installation, using the P56TY001 key, it is possible to invert the position
of the bonnet with thermostatic option and the lockshield, on the reciprocal
valve bodies. This operation must only be carried out in exceptional cases,
to avoid damage to plastic components and/or to the surface nish of the
valve bodies during the inversion process. In all other cases, users are advised
to check the correct positioning of the pair beforehand with regard to the
conguration of the system onto which it is due to be installed.
Reversing the lockshield body
Prima di montare la testa termostatica sulla valvola, rimuovere il piolo e la
targhetta dal volantino manuale (1), smontare il volantino dal corpo valvola
mediante semplice rotazione antioraria (2), ed inne asportare la canula (3).
Per agganciarsi correttamente al corpo valvola, la testa termostatica deve
essere completamente aperta; una volta eseguito il montaggio, chiudere
completamente la testa e riaprirla no alla posizione di taratura desiderata.
Installazione testa termostatica
Before tting the thermostatic head on the valve, remove the pin and the plate
from the manual handwheel (1), remove the handwheel from the valve body by
simply turning anticlockwise (2), and nally, remove the small pipe (3).
In order to couple correctly with the valve body, the thermostatic head must
be fully open; once it has been assembled, close the head completely then
reopen it as far as the required calibration position.

Sostituzione vitone Bonnet replacing
Con testa termostatica installata sul corpo valvola, nel periodo estivo per
evitare carichi eccessivi sulla guarnizione di tenuta del vitone termostatico con
il conseguente rischio di impuntamenti e bloccaggi, è opportuno posizionare
la manopola della testa termostatica nella posizione di massima apertura,
contraddistinta dal simbolo .
In caso di malfunzionamento del vitone è possibile sostituire l’O-Ring dell’asta,
svitando la calotta mediante l’utilizzo di una chiave esagonale da 11 mm.
Se il problema persiste è inoltre possibile sostituire il vitone completo mediante
l’utilizzo dell’apposita chiave R400.
With thermostatic head installed on the valve body, to avoid excessive loads on
the seal gasket of the thermostatic bonnet (with the resulting risk of jamming
and locking) during the summer, it is recommended to place the handwheel
of the thermostatic head in the fully open position, marked by the symbol .
In case of malfunction of the valve it is possible to replace the O-ring, by
unscrewing the nut using an hexagonal wrench 11 mm.
If the problem persists is also possible to replace the complete bonnet using
the appropriate key R400.
