1 ÒÅÕÍÈÊÀ ÁÅÇÎÏÀÑÍÎÑÒÈ
Ïîëüçîâàòåëè ñâàðî÷íîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ESAB îòâå÷àþò çà âûïîëíåíèå ïðàâèë òåõíèê è
áåçîïàñíîñòè ëèöàìè, ðàáîòàþùèìè íà îáîðóäîâàíèè è ðÿäîì ñ íèì. Ïðàâèëà òåõíèêè
áåçîïàñíîñòè äîëæíû îòâå÷àòü òðåáîâàíèÿì ê áåçîïàñíîé ýêñïëóàòàöèè ñâàðî÷íîãî
îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ýòîãî òèïà. Ïîìèìî ñòàíäàðòíûõ ïðàâèë òåõíèêè áåçîïàñíîñòè è îõðàíû
òðóäà íà ðàá î÷åì ìåñòå ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ ñëåäóþùåå.
Âñå ðàáîòû äîëæíû âûïîëíÿòüñÿ ïîäãîòîâëåííûìè ëèöàìè, çíàêîìûìè ñ ýêñïëóàòàöèåé
ñâàðî÷íîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ. Íåïðàâèëüíàÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèÿ îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ìîæåò âûçâàòü
îïàñíûì ñèòóàöèè, ïðèâîäÿùèå ê òðàâìèðîâàíèþ ïåðñîíàëà è ïîâðåæäåíèþ
îáîðóäîâàíèÿ.

S çàùèòó âñåõ ëèö îò â îçäåéñòâèÿ ñâàðî÷íîé äóãè
3. Ðàáî÷åå ìåñòî äîëæíî:

S íå èìåòü ñêâîçíÿêîâ
4. Ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû ïåðñîíàëà
S Âî âñåõ ñëó÷àÿõ ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ èñïîëüçîâàòü èíäèâèäóàëüíûå ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû,
íàïðèìåð, çàùèòíûå î÷êè, îãíåñòîéêóþ ñïåöîäåæäó è çàùèòíûå ðóêàâèöû.
S Ïðè ñâàðêå çàïðåùàåòñÿ íîñèòü ñâîáîäíóþ îäåæäó, óêðàøåíèÿ è ò.ä., íàïðèìåð,
øàðôû, áðàñëåòû, êîëüöà, êîòîðûå ìîãóò ïîïàñòü â ñâàðî÷íîå îáîðóäîâàíèå èëè
âûçâàò ü îæîãè.
5. Îáùèå ìåðû ïðåäîñòîðîæíîñòè
S Ïðîâåðüòå íàäåæíîñòü ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ îáðàòíîãî êàáåëÿ.
S Ðàáîòû íà îáîðóäîâàíèè ñ âûñîêèì íàïðÿæåíèåì äîëæíû ïðîèçâîäèòüñÿ
òîëüêî êâàëèôèöèðîâàííûì ýëåêòðèêîì.
S Â ïðåäåëàõ äîñòóïà äîëæíû íàõîäèòüñÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ñðåäñòâà
ïîæàðîòóøåíèÿ, èìåþùèå ÿñíóþ ìàðêèðîâêó.
S Çàïðåù àåòñÿ ïðîâîäèòü ñìàçêó è òåõíè÷åñêîå îáñëóæèâàíèå îáîðóäîâàíèå âî
âðåìÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèè.

Ïåðåä íà÷àëîì ìîíòàæà è ýêñïëóàòàöèè âíèìàòåëüíî èçó÷èòå ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå èíñòðóêöèè.

4.1 Ðàçìåùåíèå
Ðàçìåñòèòå èñòî÷íèê ïèòàíèÿ òàêèì îáðàçîì, ÷òîáû åãî âîçäóõ îçàáîðíûå è

ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûìè ä ëÿ ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ ñâàðî÷íîãî è îáðàòíîãî êàáåëåé.
Ïðèñîåäèíèòå ñâàðî÷íûé êàáåëü ê òîé êëåììå, ïîëÿðíîñòü êîòîðîé
ñîîòâåòñòâóåò ïîëÿðíîñòè, óêàçàííîé íà óïàêîâêå ñ èñïîëüçóåìûìè
ýëåêòðîäàìè.
Ïðèñîåäèíèòå îáðàòíûé êàáåëü ê äðóãîé êëåììå. Çàêðåïèòå çàæèì
çàçåìëåíèÿ îáðàòíîãî êàáåëÿ íà äåòàëè è óáåäèòåñü, ÷òî ìåæäó äåòàëüþ è
êëåììîé îáðàòíîãî êàáåëÿ íà ñâàðî÷íîì èñòî÷íèêå ïèòàíèÿ åñòü õîðîøèé
êîíòàêò.
5.3 Ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ A34
Ðåã óëèðîâàíèå ïàðàìåòðîâ ñâàðêè îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ ñ ïàíåëè óïðàâëåíèÿ.

5.5 Çàùèòà îò ïåðåãðåâà
Èñòî÷íèê ïèòàíèÿ ñíàáæåí ðåëå çàùèòû îò òåïëîâîé ïåðåãðóçêè, êîòîðîå
ñðàáàòûâàåò ïðè íåäîïóñòèìîì âîçðàñòàíèè òåìïåðàòóðû. Ïðè ýòîì
ïðåêðàùàåòñÿ ïîäà÷à ñâàðî÷íîãî òîêà è çàãîðàåòñÿ æåëòàÿ èíäèêàòîðíàÿ
ëàìïà íà ïåðåäíåé ïàíåëè èñòî÷íèêà ïèòàíèÿ. Êîãäà òåìïåðàò óðà ñíèçèòñÿ,
ðåëå çàùèòû îò ïåðåãðóçêè àâòîìàòè÷åñêè âîçâðàùàåòñÿ â èñõîäíîå
ïîëîæåíèå.
5.6 Ñâàðêà ìåòîäîì ÌMA
Óñòðîéñòâî Arc 150i äàåò ïîñòîÿííûé òîê, ÷òî ïîçâîëÿåò ïðîèçâîäèòü ñâàðêó
áîëüøèíñòâà ìåòàëëîâ ñ ëåãèðîâàííîé è íåëåãèðîâàííîé ñòà ëüþ,
íåðæàâåþùåé ñòà ëüþ è ÷óãóíîì. Óñòðîéñòâî Arc 150i ïîçâîëÿåò ï ðîèçâîäèòü
ñâàðêó áîëüøèíñòâîì òèïîâ ïîêðûòûõ ýëåêòðîäîâ, îò 1,6 äî 3,25.
Ìåòîä MMA íàçûâàåòñÿ òàêæå ñâàðêîé ïîêðûòûìè ýëåêòðîäàìè. Çàææåííàÿ äóãà
ðàñïëàâëÿåò ýëåêòðîä, è åãî ïîêðûòèå îáðàçóåò çàùèòíûé øëàê.
Åñëè ïðè çàæèãàíèè äóãè êîí÷èê ýëåêòðîäà ïðèæàòü ê ìåòàëëó, îí ñðàçó æå
ðàñïëàâèòñÿ è ïðèëèïíåò ê ìåòàëëó, äåëàÿ íåâîçìîæíîé íåïðåðûâíóþ ñâàðêó.

óáåäèò åñü, ÷òî îòõîäû ìå òàëëà, êóñêè ýëåêòðîäîâ, èëè
äðóãèå ïðåäìåòû íå èçîëèðóþò ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü.
Ïîñëå çàæèãàíèÿ äóãè ïåðåìåùàéòå ýëåêòðîä ñëåâà

áûñòðåå âîññòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ ïîñëå êàïåëüíîãî ê îðîòêîãî çàìûêàíèÿ, ÷òî

Êàïåëüíàÿ ñâàðêà (MMA)

îòâåò íà èçìåíåíèå äëèíû äóãè. ×åì ìåíüøå ìîùíîñòü äóãè, òåì òèøå çâóê è
ìåíüøå ðàçáðûçãèâàíèå.

×åì áîëüøå òîê, òåì áîëüøå ðàçìåð çîíû ñâàðêè è ëó÷øå ïðîíèêíîâåíèå â
ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü.
Çà äàííîå çíà÷åíèå òîêà ìîæíî èçìåíèòü, íåçàâèñèìî îò òîãî, êàêîå ìåíþ

5.7 Ñâàðêà ìåòîäîì TIG

ïîìîùüþ ýëåêòðè÷åñêîé äóãè, âîçáóæäàåìîé íà âîëüôðàìîâîì ýëåêòðîäå,
êîòîðûé ñàì íå ïëàâèòñÿ. Çîíà ñâàðêè è ñàì ýëåêòðîä çàùèùåíû
àòìîñôåðîé èç çàùèòíîãî ãàçà.
Ñâàðêà TIG (àðãîíîäóãîâàÿ ñâàðêà) ïðèìåíÿåòñÿ ïðè âûñîêèõ òðåáîâàíèÿõ ê
êà÷åñòâó ñâàðíîãî øâà è ïðè ñâàðêå òîíêèõ ëèñòîâ.
Arc 150i èìååò îòëè÷íûå ñâàðî÷íûå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè, íåîáõîäèìûå äëÿ ñâàðêè
ìåòîäîì TIG.
Íàèëó÷øèì ìåòîäîì ïîäæèãà äóãè ÿâëÿåòñÿ ïîäæèã “êàñàíèåì”. Â ýòîì
ñëó÷àå äëÿ âîçáóæäåíèÿ äóãè âîëüôðàìîâûì íåïëàâÿùèìñÿ ýëåêòðîäîì

îáîðóäóåòñÿ ñâàðî÷íîé ãîðåëêîé, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííîé äëÿ ñâàðêè TIG ñ ãàçîâûì
êëàïàíîì, áàëëîíîì ñ àðãîíîì, ãàçîâûì ðåäóêòîðîì è, ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè,

Ôóíêöèÿ Lift Arct (Ïîäúåì äóãè) çàæèãàåò äóãó, êîãäà ýëåêòðîä, íàõîäÿùèéñÿ
â êîíòàêòå ñ äåòàëüþ, îòâîäèòñÿ îò íåå ââåðõ.
Âîçáóæäåíèå äóãè ñ ïîìîùüþ ôóíêöèè Lift Arc. Øàã 1: ýëåêòðîä êàñàåòñÿ äåòàëè. Øàã 2:
íàæàò ïóñêîâîé âûêëþ÷àò åëü, è íà÷èíàåòñÿ ïîäà÷à íåáîëüøîãî òîêà. Øàã 3: ñâàðùèê
îòâîäèò ýëåêòðîä ââåðõ îò äåòà ë è: âîçáóæäàåòñÿ äóãà, è òîê àâòîìàòè ÷åñêè ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî
çàäàííîé âåëè÷èíû.
5.8 Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîã î óïðàâëåíèÿ äîëæåí áûòü ïîäêëþ÷åí â ðàçúåìó áëîêà
äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ, ðàñïîëîæåííîìó íà èñòî÷íèêå òîêà.

2SAFETY
Users of ESAB welding equipment have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that anyone who works on or near the equipment
observes all the relevant safety precautions. Safety precautions must meet the requirements that apply to this type of welding
equipment. The following recommendations should be observed in addition to the standard regulations that apply to the work-
place.
All work must be carried out by trained personnel well--acquainted with the operation of the welding equipment. Incorrect oper-
ation of the equipment may lead to hazardous situations which can result in injury to the operator and damage to the equipment.
1. Anyone who uses the welding equipment must be familiar with:
S its operation
S location of emergency stops
S its function
S relevant safety precautions
S welding
2. The operator must ensure that:
S no unauthorized person is stationed within the working area of the equipment when it is started up.
S no--one is unprotected when the arc is struck
3. The workplace must:
S be suitable for the purpose
S be free from drafts
4. Personal safety equipment
S Always wear recommended personal safety equipment, such as safety glasses, flame--proof clothing, safety gloves.
S Do not wear loose--fitting items, such as scarves, bracelets, rings, etc., which could become trapped or cause burns.
5. General precautions
S Make sure the return cable is connected securely.
S Work on high voltage equipment may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
S Appropriate fire extinquishing equipment must be clearly marked and close at hand.

ELECTRIC SHOCK -- Can kill
S Install and earth the welding unit in accordance with applicable standards.
S Do not touch live electrical parts or electrodes with bare skin, wet gloves or wet clothing.
S Insulate yourself from earth and the workpiece.
S Ensure your working stance is safe.

S Keep your head out of the fumes.
S Use ventilation, extraction at the arc, or both, to take fumes and gases away from your breathing zone
and the general area.
ARC RAYS -- Can injure eyes and burn skin.
S Protect your eyes and body. Use the correct welding screen and filter lens and wear protective
clothing.
S Protect bystanders with suitable screens or curtains.
FIRE HAZARD
S Sparks (spatter) can cause fire. Make sure therefore that there are no inflammable materials nearby.
NOISE -- Excessive noise can damage hearing
S Protect your ears. Use earmuffs or other hearing protection.
S Warn bystanders of the risk.
MALFUNCTION -- Call for expert assistance in the event of malfunction.

electrodes (MMA welding) and TIG welding.

Duty cycle
The duty cycle refers to the time as a percentage of a ten--minute period that you can weld at a cer-
tain load without overloading.
Enclosure class
The IP code indicates the enclosure class, i. e. the degree of protection against penetration by solid
objects or water. Equipment marked IP23 is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Application class
The symbol indicates that the power source is designed for use in areas with increased
electrical hazard.

5 I NSTALLATION
The installatio n must be executed b y a p rofession al.
WARNING!
This product is intended for industrial use. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio
interference. It is the user’ s responsibility to take adequate precautions.
Note!
Connect the power source to the electricity mains with a network impedance of 0.210 ohm or lower . If the
network impedance is higher , there is a risk of flicker in the illuminators.
5.1 Placing
Place the power source so that its cooling air inlets and outlets are not obstructed.
5.2 Rating plate
The rating plate is located on the underside of the power source.
5.3 Mains power supply
Make sure that the welding power source is connected to the correct supply voltage
and that it is protected by the correct fuse rating. The standards for the country in
question must be complied with as regards the mains cable area. A protective earth
connection must be made in accordance with regulations.
