ïîáëèçîñòè îò ìåñòà ñâàðêè.
ØÓÌ - ×ðåçìåðíûé øóì ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîâðåæäåíèþ îðãàíîâ ñëóõà
S Ïðèìèòå ìåðû äëÿ çàùèòû ñëóõà. Èñïîëüçóéòå çàòû÷êè äëÿ óøåé èëè äðóãèå ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû
ñëóõà.

Ñâàðî÷íûé ïèñòîëåò MXH 400w PP ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé óñòðîéñòâî ñ âîäÿíûì
îõëàæäåíèåì, ñíàáæåííîå äâîéíûì êîëåíîì, è ïðåäíàçíà÷åííîå ä ëÿ ðó÷íîé
ñâàðêè ìåòîäîì MIG/MAG. Ñâàðî÷íûé ï èñòîëåò èìååò ìåõàíèçì ïîäà÷è ñ
ïðèâîäîì îò ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ, ñê îðîñòü ïîäà÷è ñâàðî÷íîé ïðîâîëîêè
ðåãóëèðóåòñÿ ñ ïîìîùüþ ïîòåíöèîìåòðà.

Êîíòàêòíàÿ íàñà äêà óñòàíîâëåíà íà ñìåííîì ïåðåõîäíèêå. Âìåñòå ñ
óñòðîéñòâîì ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè è/èëè èñòî÷íèêîì ïèòàíèÿ, ñâàðî÷íûé
ïèñòîëåò îáðàçóåò ñèñòåìó «Push-Pull» ÿíè-òîëêàé).
Óñòðîéñòâî ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè îáåñïå÷èâàåò òîëêàþùåå óñèëèå, à ìåõàíèçì
ïîäà÷è ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà ñîçäàåò òÿíóùåå óñèëèå.
Ñâàðî÷íûé ïèñòîëåò ìîæåò áûòü îáîðóäîâàí 45° äâîéíûì êîëåíîì
(âñïîìîãàòåëüíîå óñòðîéñòâî), êîòîðîå ìîæíî ïîâåðíóòü íà 360°. Äâîéíîå
êîëåíî îáåñïå÷èâàåò äîñò óï ïðè âûïîëíåíèè ñâàðêè â îãðàíè÷åííîì
ïðîñòðàíñòêå.
Ñâàðî÷íûå ïèñòîëå òû âûïóñêàþòñÿ äëèíîé 6 ìåòðîâ è 10 ìåòðîâ, ñ
ðàçäåëüíûìè êàáåëåïðîâîäàìè äëÿ ïðîâîëîêè, äëÿ ïîäà÷è òîêà íà
ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëü, äëÿ ïîäà÷è ñâàðî÷íîãî òîêà, à òàêæ å ðàçäåëüíûì
øëàíã à ìè äëÿ ïîäà÷è çàùèòíîãî ãàçà è âîäû.
Äëÿ êàæäîãî òèïà ñâàðî÷íîé ïðîâîëîêè èìååòñÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåå åìó
íàïðàâëÿþùåå óñòðîéñòâî (ñì. Âñïîìîãàòåëüíûå óñòðîéñòâà).
Ñèñòåìà «Push-Pull» èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ïîëó÷åíèÿ íàèáîëåå ýôôåêòèâíîé
ïîäà÷è, íàïðèìåð, àëþìèíèåâîé ïðîâîëîêè, èëè â äëèííûõ øëàíãàõ ä ëèíîé
äî 10 ì.
Íàïðÿæåíèå íà ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëü ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà ïîäàåòñÿ îò
Óñòðîéñòâîà ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè èëè îò èñòî÷íèêà ïèòàíèÿ.

2.1 Îáîðóäîâàíèå
Ñâàðî÷íûé ïèñòîëåò MXH 400w PP ïîñòàâëÿåò ñÿ âìåñòå ñ ðóê îâîäñòâîì ïî
ýêñïëóàòàöèè, íàïðàâëÿþùèì óñòðîéñòâîì äëÿ ñâàðî÷íîé ïðîâîëîêè (10 ì,
Tef lon, êðàñíûé), è óñòàíîâëåííûì ðîëèêîì ïîäà÷è, ðàññ÷èòàííûì íà
ñâàðî÷íóþ ïðîâîëîêó äèàìåòðîì 1,2 ìì.

Âñå êîìïëåêòóþùèå òùàò åëüíî ïðîâåðÿþ òñÿ è óïàêîâûâàþòñÿ, îäíàêî âî
âðåìÿ äîñòàâêè âîçìîæíî ïîâðåæäåíèå èçäåëèé.

ñ êðàñíîé ìàðêèðîâêîé, à ñèíèé âîäÿíîé øëàíã ê áûñòðîðàçú¸ìíîìó
ñîåäèíåíèþ ñ ñèíåé ìàðêèðîâêîé íà óñòðîéñòâîå ïîäà÷è
ïðîâîëîêè/èñòî÷íèêå ïèòàíèÿ.
Íàíåñèòå ñìàçêó íà êîëüöåâîå óïëîòíåíèå ãàçîâîãî ñîïëà â öåíòðàëüíîì

ýêñïëóàòàöèè è îïèñàíèå âñïîìîãàòåëüíûõ óñòðîéñòâ íà ñòðàíèöå 26.)
Âåëè÷èíà ñâàðî÷íîãî òîêà ïîëíîñòüþ çàâèñèò îò ñêîðîñòè ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè,
è ðåãóëèðóåòñÿ åþ. Ïîòåíöèîìåòð äëÿ ðåã óëèðîâàíèÿ ñêîðîñòè ïîäà÷è
ïðîâîëîêè ðàçìåùåí íà ðóêîÿòêå ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà. Äëÿ ðåã óëèðîâàíèÿ
ñêîðîñòè ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè ïîâîðà ÷èâàéòå ïîòåíöèîìåòð ïî ÷àñîâîé ñòðåëêå,
ïðè ýòîì ñêîðîñòü ïîäà÷è ïðîâîëîêè áóäåò óâåëè÷èâà òüñÿ.
Äëÿ ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà âûïóñêàþòñÿ òðè âàðèàíòà ðîëèêîâ ïîäà÷è,
ðàññ÷èòàííûõ íà ñëåäóþùèå äèàìåòðû ïðîâîëîêè: 0,8; 1,0 è 1,2 ìì.
Ïðè âûáîðå êîíòàêòíîé íàñàäêè, îáðàòèòåñü ê òàáëèöå íà ñòðàíèöå 26.
6 ÏÎÐßÄÎÊ ÐÀÁÎÒÛ

6.1 Óñòàíîâêà è/èëè çàìåíà íàïðàâëÿþùåãî óñòðîéñòâà
6.1.1 Íàïðàâëÿþùåå óñòðîéñòâî èç Òåôëîíà

a. Ïåðåä èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîïåòà ñ çëåêòðîäîì 6 ì
îòðåæüòå 4 ìåòðà îò òð÷áêè (1). Ïðè è ñïîëüçîâàíèè ñâàðî÷íîãî
ïèñòîëåòà ñ äëèíîé çëåêòðîäà 10-ìèñïîëüçóéòå òðóáêó öåëèêîì.
b. Äëÿ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ ìÿãêîãî ñîïðÿæåíèÿ çàîñòðèòå êîíåö
íàïðàâëÿþùåãî óñòðîéñòâà ïðèáëèçèòåëüíî íà 40°.
c. Îñëàáüòå êîíòðãàéêó (2) äëÿ
êðåïëåíèÿ íàïðàâëÿþùåãî
óñòðîéñòâà.
d. Óáåäèòåñü, ÷òî ñâàðî÷íûé øëàíã âûòÿíóò.
e. Âûòÿíèòå íàïðàâëÿþùåå óñòðîéñòâî èç âïóñêíîãî êîíöà.
f. Ïîñëå ýòîãî êàê ìîæíî äàëüøå ïðîòîëêíèòå íàïðàâëÿþùåå
óñòðîéñòâî ÷åðåç øëàíã.

Èñõîäÿ èç ðàçìåðà ïðîâîëîêè, âûáåðèòå ïîäõîäÿùèé ïîäàþùèé ðîëèê.
Îáðàùàåì âàøå âíèìàíèå íà òî, ÷òî êàæäûé ïîäàþùèé ðîëèê ïðåäíàçíà÷åí
ä ëÿ ïðîâîëîêè îïðåäåëåííîãî äèàìåòðà, ïðè ïîñòàâêå îáîðóäîâàíèÿ íà íåì
óñòàíîâëåí ïîäàþùèé ðîëèê ä ëÿ ïðîâîëîêè äèàìåòðîì 1,2 ìì.

a. Îòäåëèòå êðûøêó (1) ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà, ïîäíÿâ åå âåðòèêàëüíî
ââåðõ. Äëÿ òîãî, ÷òîáû ïðåäîòâðàòèòü âðàùåíèå ïîäàþùåãî ðîëèêà (2),
èñïîëüçóéòå ñòàëüíîé ñòåðæåíü äèàìåòðîì ïðèáëèçèòåëüíî 2 ìì
åáîëüøóþ îòâåðòêó èëè òîðöåâîé êëþ÷).
b. Îòâåðíèòå âèíò (3), óäåðæèâàÿ ïîäàþùèé ðîëèê ñ ïîìîùüþ îòâåðòêè.
c. Èçâëåêèòå ïîäàþùèé ðîëèê, ïîäíÿâ åãî âåðòèêà ëüíî ââåðõ, è
óñòàíîâèòå íîâûé. Óáåäèòåñü, ÷òî êàíàâêè ïîäàþùåãî ðîëèêà
íàõîäÿòñÿ â ïðàâèëüíîì ïîëîæåíèè, çàìåíèòå â îáðàòíîì ïîðÿäêå.

ïîñòóïëåíèÿ âîäû îáðàòíî â ïèñòîëåò.

This product is solely intended for arc welding.
3 INTRODUCTION
W elding gun MXH 400w PP is water cooled, equipped with a straight swan neck and
intended for manual MIG/MAG welding. The welding gun has a feeding mechanism
powered by an electric motor and a potentiometer for setting the wire feed speed.
The contact tip is mounted on a replaceable tip adapter. Together with a wire feed
unit and/or power source, it constitutes a ”Push--Pull” system.
The wire feed unit provides the Push force and the welding gun’s feeding
mechanism the Pull force.
The welding gun can be equipped with a 45° swan neck (accessory), which can be
rotated 360°. The swan neck provides greater accessibility when welding in confined
spaces.
The weld ing gun is available in 6 and 10 metre lengths with separate conduits for
wire, motor current, welding current and seprate hoses for shielding gas and water.
Each type of welding wire has a unique wire liner (see accessories).
ThePush--Pull system is used to obtain the best feeding result e.g. aluminium wire
or in long hoses up to 10 m.
The gun motor gets its voltage from the wire feed unit or the power source.

3.1 Equipment
W elding gun MXH 400w PP is supplied with instruction manual, wire liner (10 m
Teflon red) and fitted feed roller intended for 1.2 mm wire.

The components are carefully checked and packaged, however, damage may occur
during shipping.

Duty cycle
The duty cycle refers to the time as a percentage of a ten--minute period that you can weld at a cer-
tain load without overloading.
*) When pulse welding, maximum load can be reduced by up to 30 %.

The IP code indicates the enclosure class, i. e. the degree of protection against penetration by solid
objects of 2,5 mm Ø and greater .

6 I NSTALLATION
The installatio n must be executed by a professional.
WARNING!
This product is intended for industrial use. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio
interference. It is the users responsibility to take adequate precautions.
6.1 Connections
S Connect the welding gun to the feed unit’s EURO connection.
S Connect the red water hose to the red--m arked quick coupling and the blue water
hose to the blue--marked quick connection on the wire feed unit/power source.
Lubricate the O--ring on the gas nipple in the central connector so that the
O--ring is properly positioned and prevents any gas leakage.
S Connect the welding gun’s control contact to the feed unit/power source’s
23--pole Burndy socket.
Certain wire feed units/power sources (e.g. AristoFeed or ESABMig C420) require a
connection kit to be installed in the feed unit/power source (see relevant instruction
manual and accessories on page 26.)
The welding current is totally dependent on and regulated by the wire feed speed.
The potentiometer for the wire feed speed is mounted on the welding gun handle. To
regulate the wire feed speed, turn the potentiometer clockwise, which increases the
feed speed.
Three versions of the welding gun feed rollers are available for the following wire
diameters: 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm.

7OPERATION
General safety regulations for the handling of the equipment can be found on
page 15. Read through before you start using the equipment!

7.1 Fitting and/or replacing the liner
7.1.1 Teflon liner
1.
a. Beforeusinga6mweldinggun, the liner (1) must be cut to around 6 metres.
When using a 10 m welding gun, use the entire liner.
b. Taper the liner approximately 40° for soft transition.
c. Undo the locking nut (2) for the liner.
d. Check that the welding hose is extended.
e. Draw the liner out from the intake end.
f. Then push the liner through the hose as far as possible.
g. Fit collet (3) and O--ring (4); replace the locking nut for the liner.
h. Push the liner in carefully and tighten the locking nut using an adjustable
wrench.
i. Trim the liner flush with the locking nut using a knife.
7.1.2 Spiral liner
1.
a. Follow the instructions from 7.1.1 a--e.
b. To make it easier to install the liner on the welding gun, grind the end of the
spiral to an angle of approx. 40°.
Remove any burrs on inside and outside of liner.
c. Then push the liner through the hose as far as possible.
d. Screw the locking nut (2) tight on the gun end of the welding hose.

7.2 Replacing tip adaptor
1.
a. Undo the tip adaptor using an appropriate tool.
Prevent the swan neck from rotating using universal pliers.
b. Fit in reverse order.
7.3 Replacing contact tip
1.
a. Prevent the tip adaptor from rotating using an adjustable wrench.
b. Undo the contact tip using an appropriate tool.
c. Fit in reverse order.
