components on this product.

• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the

appliance before cleaning.

• Install the appliance out of the reach of children.

• Never insert hands or other objects into the appliance while it

is connected to the power supply.

• Install the Pest killer at least 1 metre away from food

preparation areas.

• Never use near flammable objects.

• For INDOOR use only.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an

EAZYZAP agent or a recommended qualified technician in

order to avoid a hazard.

• EAZYZAP recommends that this appliance should be

Testing should include, but not be limited to: Visual Inspection,

Polarity Test, Earth Continuity, Insulation Continuity and

Functional Testing.

Introduction

Please take a few moments to carefully read

through this manual. Correct maintenance and

operation of this machine will provide the best

possible performance from your EAZYZAP product.

EAZYZAP prides itself on quality and service,

ensuring that at the time of packaging the contents

are supplied fully functional and free of damage.

Should you find any damage as a result of transit,

please contact your EAZYZAP dealer immediately.

Installation

Note: Ensure the mounting substrate and

the fixings used can support the weight of

the appliance. If in doubt seek professional

advice or assistance.

1. Remove all packaging and protective film from

the Pest killer.

2. For best results, locate the Pest killer in the

darkest part of the room, but at least 1 metre

away from food preparation areas.

Note: Close proximity to other light sources

such as sky lights and windows will reduce

the effectiveness of the Pest killer.

3. Connect the appliance to mains power.

Operation

WARNING: Under no

circumstances should hands be

placed anywhere near the high

voltage grid when the appliance

is operational.

The pest killer works by luring pests on to an

electrified metal grid using ultra-violet light. It uses

no chemicals and is pollution free. To use the Pest

killer:

1. Press the switch to the ON (I) position. Ensure

it is set to OFF (O) before plugging into mains.

2. The light will come on and the grid will become

electrically charged.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before

cleaning.

• Clean the collection tray regularly with warm soapy water.

• DO NOT immerse the appliance in water. Wipe the safety guard and external casing with a damp

cloth.

• Change the bulbs every 12 months.

Changing the Bulb

WARNING: Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before

changing the bulb.

1. Remove the collection tray.

2. Lay the appliance face down.

3. Unscrew the two screws holding the safety guard at the rear of the Pest killer.

4. Lift up the guard rail.

5. Holding the ends of the bulb, twist it ‘forwards’ in its socket until it clicks.

6. Slide the bulb up out of its sockets.

7. Replace with a new bulb.

8. Twist the new bulb ‘backwards’ to lock it back in place.

9. Replace the guard rail and the two screws.

Electrical Wiring

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin BS1363 plug and lead.

The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.

This appliance is wired as follows:

• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L

• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N

• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E

This appliance must be earthed.

If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.

Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency

disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

Inleiding

Neem de tijd en lees deze handleiding aandachtig

door. Een correct gebruik en onderhoud van deze

machine waarborgt de beste prestatie van uw

EAZYZAP-product.

Verpakkingsinhoud

De verpakking bevat het volgend:

EAZYZAP is trots op de productkwaliteit en

dienstverlening en controleer de inhoud van de

verpakkingen, tijdens de verpakkingsfase, op

functionaliteit en schade.

Mocht u product door transport zijn beschadigd,

neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw

EAZYZAP-dealer.

Installatie

Opmerking: zorg dat de

gebruikte montagebasis en

bevestigingen het gewicht van

het apparaat kunnen dragen. Bij

twijfel vraag deskundig advies

of ondersteuning.

1. Haal de insectenlamp uit de verpakking en

verwijder de beschermfolie.

2. Voor het beste resultaat, plaats de

insectenlamp in de donkerste plek van de

kamer, maar altijd op een afstand van minstens

1 meter van plaatsen waar voedsel wordt

bereid.

Opmerking: De dichte nabijheid van andere

lichtbronnen, zoals plafondverlichting

en ramen, verlagen de efficiëntie van de

insectenlamp.

3. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

Bediening

WAARSCHUWING: Plaats nooit

uw handen in de buurt van het

hoogspanningsrooster wanneer

het apparaat is ingeschakeld.

De insectenlamp lokt met UV-licht insecten naar het

stroomgeleidende, metalen rooster. Het apparaat

gebruikt geen chemicaliën en is milieuvriendelijk.

De insectenlamp gebruiken:

1. Duw de schakelaar naar de positie AAN (I).

Controleer of de schakelaar op UIT (O) is

ingesteld voordat de stekker in het stopcontact

wordt gestoken.

2. Het indicatielampje brandt en het rooster wordt

elektrisch geladen.

Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud

Alvorens het apparaat te reinigen dient men het apparaat en de

stroomvoorziening uit te schakelen.

• Reinig de opvangbak regelmatig met warm zeepwater.

• Dit apparaat NIET in water dompelen. Maak de beschermkap en de buitenkant van de behuizing met

een vochtige doek schoon.

• Lampen om de 12 maanden vervangen.

Lamp vervangen

WAARSCHUWING: Alvorens de lamp te vervangen dient men altijd de schakelaar op Off (Uit)

te zetten en de stroomvoorziening uit te schakelen.

1. Verwijder de opvanglade.

2. Leg het apparaat neer met de voorzijde naar beneden.

3. Draai de twee bevestigingsschroeven van de beschermkap aan de achterzijde van de insectenlamp

los.

4. Til de geleidingsrail op.

5. Houd de uiteinden van de lamp vast en draai de lamp ‘vooruit’ in de contacten totdat de lamp klikt.

6. Schuif de lamp naar boven uit de contacten.

7. Plaats een nieuwe lamp.

8. Draai de nieuwe lamp naar ‘achteren’ om deze in te contacten te vergrendelen.

9. Plaats de geleidingsrail opnieuw en schroef de twee schroeven vast.

Elektrische bedrading

Men dient de stekker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.

De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:

• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

• Neutraalkabel (blauw) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met N

• Aardekabel (groen/geel) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met E

Dit apparaat moet worden geaard.

Raadpleeg bij twijfel een vakkundige elektricien.

De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling

moeten de isolatiepunten direct toegankelijk zijn.

Het WEEE-logo op dit product of bijbehorende documentatie geeft aan dat het product

niet onder huisvuil valt en ook niet als zodanig mag worden verwerkt. Ter preventie van

Conseils de sécurité

Débarrassez-vous des emballages conformément aux

règlements des autorités locales.

• Un cordon d’alimentation endommagé doit être remplacé par

un agent EAZYZAP ou un technicien qualifié recommandé,

pour éviter tout danger.

• EAZYZAP recommande de faire tester régulièrement cet

appareil (une fois par an au minimum) par une personne

compétente. Le test devrait inclure, entre autres : inspection

visuelle, test de polarité, la continuité de masse, test d’isolation

et test de fonctionnement.

et l’utilisation appropriés de cet appareil vous

permettront de tirer le meilleur de votre produit

en parfait état opérationnel, parfaitement intacts

au moment de l’emballage.

Nous vous prions de contacter votre revendeur

EAZYZAP immédiatement si vous constatez un

dommage quelconque survenu pendant le transport

du produit.

Installation

Remarque : Assurez-vous que le support de

fixation et les fixations utilisés sont assez

solides pour soutenir le poids de l’appareil.

En cas de doute, faites-vous conseiller ou

aider par un professionnel.

1. Retirez l’emballage et la pellicule de protection

du désinsectiseur électrique.

2. Pour des résultats optimaux, installez le

désinsectiseur dans la partie la plus sombre de

la pièce, mais à au moins un mètre des zones

de préparation d’aliments.

Remarque : une installation du

désinsectiseur trop près d’autres sources

de lumière, telles que des lucarnes ou des

fenêtres, en réduirait l’efficacité.

3. Branchez l’appareil sur une prise d’alimentation

secteur.

Utilisation

AVERTISSEMENT : N’approchez

en aucun cas les mains de

la grille à haute tension de

l’appareil lorsque celui-ci est en

service.

Le désinsectiseur fonctionne en attirant les insectes

vers une grille métallique électrifiée, grâce à la

lumière ultraviolette. Il n’utilise aucun produit

chimique et ne pollue pas. Pour le mettre en

service :

1. Positionnez l’interrupteur sur ON (I). Assurez-

vous que l’interrupteur est positionné sur OFF

(O) avant de brancher l’appareil sur la prise

d’alimentation secteur.

2. La lumière s’allume alors et la grille s’électrifie.

Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance

N’oubliez jamais d’éteindre l’appareil et d’en débrancher le cordon d’alimentation

avant de le nettoyer.

• Nettoyez régulièrement le bac de récupération à l’eau tiède savonneuse.

• NE PAS immerger l’appareil. Essuyez la protection et le boîtier extérieur à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.

• Changez les ampoules tous les 12 mois.

Pour remplacer l’ampoule

AVERTISSEMENT : N’oubliez jamais d’éteindre l’appareil et d’en débrancher le cordon

d’alimentation avant de changer les ampoules.

1. Retirez le bac de récupération.

2. Couchez l’appareil, face en bas.

3. Dévissez les deux vis de retenue de la protection situées à l’arrière du désinsectiseur.

4. Soulevez la glissière de protection.

5. Tenez les extrémités de l’ampoule et faites la pivoter « vers l’avant » dans les douilles, jusqu’au

déclic.

6. Sortez l’ampoule des douilles.

7. Changez l’ampoule.

8. Faites pivoter l’ampoule neuve « vers l’arrière « pour l’enclencher.

9. Remontez la glissière de protection et les deux vis.

Raccordement électrique

La prise doit être reliée à la prise secteur qui convient.

Cet appareil est câblé comme suit :

• Fil conducteur (brun) à la borne marquée L

• Fil neutre (bleu) à la borne marquée N

• Fil de terre (vert / jaune) à la borne marquée E

En cas de doute, consultez un électricien qualifié.

Hinweis: Darauf achten, dass die

Fläche und Schrauben, an denen

das Gerät befestigt werden soll,

1. Entfernen Sie die gesamte Verpackung sowie

den Schutzfilm vom Insektenvernichter.

2. Die besten Ergebnisse erzielen Sie, wenn Sie

den Insektenvernichter in der dunkelsten

Ecke des Zimmers platzieren. Er muss jedoch

mindestens 1 Meter von Bereichen entfernt

sein, in denen Lebensmittel zubereitet werden.

Hinweis: Die Nähe zu anderen Lichtquellen

wie Dachluken und Fenstern mindert die

Wirksamkeit des Insektenvernichters.

3. Schließen Sie das Produkt an das Stromnetz

an.

Betrieb

VORSICHT: Kommen Sie unter

keinen Umständen mit den

Händen in die Nähe des unter

Spannung stehenden Gitters,

wenn das Produkt in Betrieb ist.

Der Insektenvernichter lockt die Insekten mithilfe

von ultraviolettem Licht auf ein elektrisches

Metallgitter. Er nutzt keine Chemikalien

und ist umweltfreundlich. Nutzung des

Insektenvernichters:

1. Bringen Sie den Schalter in die Position EIN

(I). Vergewissern Sie sich jedoch, dass er auf

AUS (O) gestellt ist, bevor Sie den Netzstecker

einstecken.

2. Das Licht geht an und das Gitter wird elektrisch

aufgeladen.

Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung

Vor der Reinigung stets zunächst das Gerät abschalten und den Netzstecker

ziehen.

• Die Auffangschale regelmäßig mit einer warmen Seifenlösung reinigen.

• Gerät NICHT in Wasser eintauchen. Die Schutzvorrichtung und das Gehäuse außen mit einem

feuchten Tuch abwischen.

• Die Glühbirnen alle 12 Monate auswechseln.

Glühbirne auswechseln

VORSICHT: Vor Auswechseln der Glühbirne stets zunächst das Gerät abschalten

und den Netzstecker ziehen.

1. Die Auffangschale entfernen.

2. Das Gerät mit der Vorderseite nach unten hinlegen.

3. Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben, welche die Schutzvorrichtung an der Rückseite des

Insektenvernichters sichern.

4. Die Schutzstange anheben.

5. Die Enden der Glühbirne halten und die Birne in der Fassung nach „vorne“ drehen, bis sie klickt.

6. Die Glühbirne nach oben aus der Fassung schieben.

7. Durch eine neue Glühbirne ersetzen.

8. Die neue Glühbirne nach „hinten“ drehen, um sie wieder in der Fassung zu sichern.

9. Die Schutzstange wieder einsetzen und die beiden Schrauben eindrehen.

Elektroanschlüsse

Der Stecker muss in eine geeignete Steckdose gesteckt werden.

Das Gerät ist wie folgt verdrahtet:

• Stromführender Leiter (braun) an Klemme L

• Neutralleiter (blau) an Klemme N

• Erdleiter (grün/gelb) an Klemme E

Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an einen qualifizierten Elektriker.

Elektroisolierpunkte dürfen nicht blockiert werden. Bei einem Notstopp müssen diese Punkte jederzeit

sofort zugänglich sein.

Konformität

Das WEEE-Logo an diesem Produkt oder in der Dokumentation weist darauf hin, dass

das Produkt nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Um potenziellen

Gesundheits- bzw. Umweltschäden vorzubeugen, muss das Produkt durch einen

metro dalle aree dedicate alla preparazione di cibi.

• Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio in prossimità di oggetti

infiammabili.

• Per esclusivo uso in AMBIENTI CHIUSI.

• Tenere lontano l’imballaggio dalla portata dei bambini. Smaltire

l’imballaggio in conformità alle normative locali.

• Se danneggiato, il cavo di alimentazione deve venire sostituito

da un agente EAZYZAP o da un tecnico qualificato al fine di

prevenire eventuali rischi.

• EAZYZAP raccomanda che questo apparecchio venga

periodicamente testato (almeno una volta all’anno) da una

persona competente. I test dovrebbero includere, ma non

solo: ispezione visiva, test di polarità, continuità di terra,

Leggere con attenzione il presente manuale.

La manutenzione e l’utilizzo corretti di questo

apparecchio consentiranno di ottenere le massime

prestazioni da questo prodotto EAZYZAP.

La confezione contiene:

• Lampada killer LED per insetti

• Manuale di istruzioni

• Catena per montaggio sospeso

EAZYZAP garantisce una qualità e un servizio

impeccabili e assicura che al momento

dell’imballaggio tutti i componenti forniti sono

integralmente funzionanti e privi di difetti.

Nel caso siano rilevati danni risultanti dal trasporto

del prodotto, rivolgersi immediatamente al

rivenditore EAZYZAP locale.

Installazione

Nota: assicurarsi che il supporto di

montaggio e i dispositivi di fissaggio

utilizzati siano in grado di sostenere il

peso dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio,

rivolgersi a un tecnico qualificato.

1. Rimuovere l’imballaggio e la pellicola protettiva

dalla lampada insetticida.

2. Per ottenere i migliori risultati, installare la

lampada insetticida nell’area meno illuminata

dell’ambiente, mantenendo una distanza

di almeno 1 metro dalle aree dedicate alla

preparazione di cibi.

Nota: la vicinanza ad altre sorgenti di luce

quali lucernari e finestre riduce l’efficacia

della lampada insetticida.

3. Collegare l’apparecchio all’alimentazione di

rete.

Funzionamento

AVVERTENZA: quando

l’apparecchio è in funzione, non

avvicinare per nessun motivo

le mani alla griglia ad alta

tensione.

La lampada insetticida attira gli insetti su una

griglia in metallo elettrificata utilizzando luce

ultravioletta. Non impiega sostanze chimiche ed

è priva di sostanze inquinanti. Per utilizzare la

lampada insetticida:

1. Premere l’interruttore in posizione ON (I).

Assicurarsi che fosse posizionato su OFF (O)

prima di collegare il prodotto all’alimentazione.

2. La spia si accende e la griglia si carica

elettricamente.

Pulizia e manutenzione

Prima di eseguire la pulizia, spegnere l’apparecchio e scollegarlo

dall’alimentazione.

• Pulire periodicamente il cassetto di raccolta utilizzando acqua calda saponata.

• NON immergere l’apparecchio in acqua. Pulire la protezione di sicurezza e la superficie esterna

utilizzando un panno inumidito.

• Sostituire la lampada ogni 12 mesi.

Sostituzione della lampada

ATTENZIONE: prima di cambiare la lampada, spegnere sempre l’apparecchio e

scollegarlo dall’alimentazione.

1. Rimuovere il cassetto di raccolta.

2. Posizionare l’apparecchio a faccia in giù.

3. Svitare le due viti che fissano la protezione di sicurezza sulla parte posteriore della lampada

insetticida.

4. Sollevare la protezione.

5. Mantenendo le estremità della lampada, ruotarla “in avanti” nei connettori fino a farla scattare.

6. Estrarre la lampada dai connettori.

7. Sostituire con una lampada nuova.

8. Ruotare la nuova lampada “all’indietro” per bloccarla in posizione.

9. Riposizionare la protezione e avvitare le due viti.
