Introduction
Please take a few moments to carefully read
through this manual. Correct maintenance and
operation of this machine will provide the best
possible performance from your Apuro product.

• Instruction manual
Apuro prides itself on quality and service, ensuring
that at the time of unpacking the contents are
supplied fully functional and free of damage.
Should you find any damage as a result of transit,
please contact your Apuro dealer immediately.
Installation
Remove all packaging and dispose of safely. Wash
Liner, Top Ring and Lid in warm soapy water, rinse
in clean water then dry thoroughly.
Operation
1. Connect the appliance to the mains power
supply.
2. Partly fill the Body with water (water level
should be between the Min and Max fill lines).
3. Place the metal collar on the body of the kettle,
then place the inner liner inside the Body of
the soup kettle (The inner liner should sit on
top of the metal collar).
4. Pour the hot soup or food in to the Liner, then
position the Lid on the Top Ring.
5. Switch on electricity at socket.
6. Start heating by rotating the control knob
clockwise, indicator light will come on and
stay on until selected temperature is reached.
Power will come on to start heating again
when the temperature of the kettle falls.
7. To turn the appliance Off, set the Temperature
Control to ‘0’.
