Safety Guide
1. This product is based on the self-balancing scooter. And the speed limit is 12KM/H. When the alarm sound
comes out, please slow down.

2. For your and others safety, please dont either accelerate the kart kit to high speed suddenly or stop it in a
sudden.
3. The safety speed is 10KM/H. When the speed is over 12km/h, there will be about 0.3-0.5S when the kart kit is
out of control and user cant brake the kart kit immediately. So please do not rid it at the limit speed, otherwise
there may be injury or property loss.
4. The MAX load of this kart kit is 100KGS .
5. Prohibit teenagers less than 13 year-old and old people over 60 year-old from learning and riding the kart kit.
6. Please do not ride this kart kit at rainy days or on wet ground.
7. Please do not ride on the ramp over 10

8. This is only entertainment tool. So please do not ride this on road.
9. Please do not ride this in crowded place.
10. Teenager are prohibited to ride kart kit unless there is adult companion.
It takes your a couple of minutes to adapt to this kart kit. So please be careful if you are a starter. If you do not
follow the safety guide, it may cause rider or the third party physical injury or property loss. We only be
responsible for the product quality. If there is physical injury or property loss related with this product, we are
not responsible for that.

Operation Instruction:
Push forward both left and right handle makes the Kart Kit go forward
Pull back both left and right handle makes the Kart Kit go backward
Pull back left handle, the kart kit will turn left;
Pull back right handle, the kart kit will turn right
(Note: Before switch it on, adjust the handle to make sure scooter at horizontal level, to avoid fast moving
forward once it turns on.; Before switch off, lift the kart to make scooter in state of no burden, then turn it off

Assembly illustration
1 Use hexagonal screw (type C) and washer (type E) to fasten the front pole to the end of extension pole.

2 Fasten the cardan wheel to the front pole with 4 hexagonal screws (type C) and washer (type E).

3 Get the Pedal cover, and install it on the front rail where foot steps on.(Smear some soap water for easier
installation)

4 Fasten the base bracket to extension pole with hexagonal screw (type C) and washer (type E).

5 Get the rear shaft through the hole between the base bracket and extension pole, fasten rear shaft with
hexagon screw and nut.

6 Get the horizontal spring installed between the handspikes, and then assemble on rear shaft together.

7 Put the hexagonal screw (type A) and washer (type E) into the limit pole of handspike and fix on the rear shaft.

8 Get the bolt and rubber plug, install the rubber plug (type H) to the end of rear shaft, then fix it with bolt (type
D).

9 Get the cover and put it on the handspike(smear some soap water for easier installation).
- 15 -
10 Install the other in the same way and procedure.

11 tick glued EVA foam (type I) to the contact area of bottom of handspike.
