Quick Start Guide

Charging

Fully charge the device before using it for the first time.

For charging, use only charging adapters with a current

of 1A and a voltage of 5V together with the supplied

charging cable. Using an adapter or cable other than

the recommended one may damage your device.

SIM card notes

-

The SIM card must have a disabled PIN and an activated

data plan. If you are unsure, you can verify

the functionality on your mobile phone.

Getting started with the LAMAX GPS Locator

- Insert the SIM card into the device, see picture on page 6.

Replace the cover and screw

in the screw.

- Turn on the device by holding

down the “On/Off” button.

- Use the enclosed screwdriver

to unscrew the screw

in the protective cover.

Remove the cover with your

fingernail by moving upwards

from the screw position. Slide

the lock of the SIM slot according

to the arrow shown towards

the „OPEN“ position, insert

the Nano SIM card and slide

the lock back to the „LOCK“.

- Illuminates for 3s - device is switched on.

- Charging: Solid blue - device is charging.

Off - device is charged.

Flashes blue once every 2s - device is searching

for a mobile signal.

- Off - device is online.

2) Installing the LAMAX Tracking application

To take full advantage of all the device‘s features,

you need the LAMAX Tracking mobile application, which

is available for free on Google Play and the Appstore.

3) User registration

Fill in the E-mail (1) and password (2). Click “Submit

Verification Code” (3). A timer will appear showing

the time until you can send the code again. Check

your email inbox, including the SPAM folder, and copy

the verification code.

4) Device registration

To add a device to your account, prepare the 10-digit

device ID, which can be found on the box on the silver

label.

5) Basic device settings

On the home screen with the map, enter the “Menu”

-> “Current device settings” and here set:

After successful registration of the device, a setup

wizard will be opened in the application, in which

you can enter all the necessary data. If it is skipped,

follow the procedure below.

“Administrator phone number” - Your mobile phone

number.

“Default SOS contacts” - Phone numbers that are designated

as recipients of SOS calls from the LAMAX GPS Locator.

“Contact list” - Phone numbers that can be called

on the LAMAX GPS Locator.

* Enter all telephone numbers in the international format

without spaces +44XXXXXXXXX.

** If you do not enter an administrator number,

you will be able to call the device from any phone

number. If you enter the administrator number,

it will only be possible to call from the numbers

that you have entered in the SOS contacts, contact list,

or administrator numbers in the application.

Laden

Laden Sie das Gerät vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme

vollständig auf. Verwenden Sie zum Laden ausschließlich

das mitgelieferte Ladekabel und einen Ladeadapter

mit 1 A und einer Spannung von 5 V. Bei der Verwendung

Hinweise zur SIM-Karte

Der PIN der SIM-Karte muss ausgeschaltet

und ein Datentarif muss aktiviert sein. Wenn

Sie sich nicht sicher sind, können Sie die Funktion

im Mobiltelefon überprüfen.

Erste Schritte mit dem LAMAX GPS-Locator

- Legen Sie die Nano-SIM-Karte in das Gerät ein, siehe

Abbildung auf Seite 14.

Setzen Sie die Abdeckung

wieder auf und schrauben

Sie sie mit der Schraube fest.

Schalten Sie das Gerät durch

Halten der Taste “Ein/Aus“ ein.

- Entfernen Sie mit dem beigelegten

Schraubenzieher die Schraube

der Schutzabdeckung.

- Heben Sie die Abdeckung

mit dem Fingernagel

an und entfernen Sie diese.

Schieben Sie die Sicherung

des SIM-Slots in Pfeilrichtung

in die Position „OPEN“,

legen Sie die SIM-Karte

ein und schieben Sie die Sicherung

wieder in die Position „LOCK“.

- Leuchtet 3 Sekunden – Gerät eingeschaltet.

- Laden: Leuchtet blau – Gerät wird geladen.

Leuchtet nicht – das Gerät ist geladen.

Blinkt alle 2 Sekunden blau – das Gerät sucht

nach dem Mobilfunksignal.

- Leuchtet nicht – das Gerät ist online.

2) Installation der App LAMAX Tracking

Um alle Funktionen des Gerätes vollständig nutzen

zu können, ist die App LAMAX Tracking erforderlich,

die von Google Play und dem Appstore kostenlos

angeboten wird.

3) Registrierung des Nutzers

Geben Sie eine E-Mail (1) und ein Passwort (2) ein.

Klicken Sie auf “Verifizierungscode zusenden“ (3).

Es erscheint eine Zeitmessung, die anzeigt, wann

Sie einen neuen Code anfordern können. Schauen

Sie in Ihrem E-Mail-Postfach und im SPAM-Ordner

nach und schreiben Sie den Verifizierungscode ab.

4) Registrierung des Gerätes

Um das Gerät zu Ihrem Konto hinzufügen

zu können, halten Sie die 10-stellige ID-Nummer

des Gerätes bereit, die Sie auf der Verkaufsverpackung

auf dem silbernen Etikett finden.

5) Grundeinstellungen des Gerätes

Gehen Sie auf dem Einleitungsbildschirm zum Angebot

“Menü“ ->“Einstellung des aktuellen Gerätes“,

wo Sie Folgendes einstellen:

“Telefonnummer des Administrators“ - Nummer

Ihres Mobiltelefons.

“Voreingestellte SOS-Kontakte“-Telefonnummern,

die in Notfällen vom LAMAX GPS-Locator angerufen

werden sollen.

“Telefonverzeichnis” - Telefonnummern,

die den LAMAX GPS-Locator erreichen können.

* Geben Sie alle Telefonnummern im internationalen

Format +49XXXXXXXXX ohne Leerzeichen ein.

** Wenn Sie die Nummer des Admins nicht eingeben,

kann das Gerät von jeder beliebigen Telefonnummer

angerufen werden. Wenn Sie die Nummer des Admins

eingeben, gehen nur Anrufe von den Nummern,

die Sie in der Applikation als SOS Kontakte angegeben

haben, aus der Liste der Kontakte oder von den Nummern

des Admins ein.

Nach erfolgreicher Registrierung des Geräts wird

in der Anwendung ein Setup-Assistent geöffnet,

in den Sie alle erforderlichen Daten eingeben können.

Falls Sie diesen überspringen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor.

Nabíjení

Před prvním použitím zařízení plně nabijte. Pro nabíjení

používejte výhradně nabíjecí adaptéry s proudem 1 A a

Poznámky k SIM kartě

Přibalená SIM karta je připravena k použití bez dalších

kroků.

- SIM karta musí mít vypnutý PIN a aktivovaný datový

tarif. Pokud si nejste jisti, můžete funkčnost ověřit

v mobilním telefonu.

První kroky s LAMAX GPS Locator

Vyndejte SIM kartu z balení a vylomte z rámečku kartu

o velikosti Nano nebo vezměte svou o stejné velikosti.

- Vložte do zařízení SIM kartu, vizte obrázek na straně č. 22.

- Nasaďte zpět krytku

a zašroubujte šroubek.

- Zapněte zařízení podržením

tlačítka “Zapnout/Vypnout”.

- Pomocí přiloženého šroubováčku

odšroubujte šroubek v ochranné

krytce.

Nehtem odeberte krytku pohybem

vzhůru od místa pro šroubek.

Posuňte pojistku SIM slotu podle

znázorněné šipky do polohy

„OPEN“, vložte Nano SIM kartu

a posuňte pojistku zpět do polohy

„LOCK“.

- Svítí 3s - zařízení se zapnulo.

- Nabíjení: Svítí modře - zařízení se nabíjí.

Nesvítí - zařízení je nabité.

- Bliká modře jednou za 2 s - zařízení hledá mobilní signál.

- Zhasnutá - zařízení je online.
