Check alarms : Click "Notify" to view the relevant alarm information,as shown in Figure 6 below.

(1) Low power alarm: When the internal ba tte ry voltage is lower than 3.6V, will
automatically send an alarm to the p lat for m.
(2) Tampe r ala rm: W hen t he eq uip men t tam per s witch is detected to be re moved, it will
automatically send an alarm to the p lat for m.
(3) Light alarm: equipment installed in the dark, w hen t he de vic e in th e pho toresistor to
detect the light, it will autom ati cal ly se nd an a lar m to th e pla tfo rm.
(4) Displacement and vibration alarm: When the device senses that the vehicle is
abnormally vibrated or is illegally move d, it w ill a uto mat ica lly s end a n ala rm to the
platform.
(5) Over speed alarm: speed alarm to s et th e spe ed th res hol d, wh en th e dev ice s pee d
exceeds the thre sho ld, i t wil l aut oma tic all y sen d an al arm to the platform. The default
speed threshol d is 12 0km / h , and 0 i ndi cat es th e ove rsp eed a lar m is off.
3.10 Se t GPS upl oading int er val
The GPS default uploading interval is 30 seconds,you can set the minimum to 10 seconds ,
and it will uploading more frequently and correspond will cost more battery and GPRS data.

Supplement:
*Each time the device wakes up from a low-power mode, it will perform AGPS fast positioning.
If the network abnormality causes the AGPS to fail, it will try several times.
*If the satellite positioning fails, the device will upload base station location data to the server,
base station positioning accuracy is lower than the satellite positioning.
8. Trouble Shooting

Solutions: call T802, if it does not answer :
Please confirm that the power supply is connected, a nd th e GSM i ndi cat or is l igh ted.
Please confirm that the SIM card is in ser ted correct ly or i ts ba lan ce is e nou gh.
If it answere d, pl eas e con fir m tha t the a cco unt y ou lo gge d in is c orrect.
If it is still of fli ne, p lea se re sta rt the T802.
èGPS positioning is not accurate?
Solution: Please confirm T802 is in outdoo r env iro nme nt, a nd GP S antenna is not blocked
by metal objects.
The positioning accuracy of G PS is a bou t 10 me ter s. If t he po sit ion ing i s not s o acc ura te,
the T802 may be in indoor place. If the GPS signal is weak, t he Ce ll- ID po sit ion ing w oul d
enable. The positioning accuracy about 10~30m of C ell -ID i s usu all y wor se th an th at of
GPS. You ca n ena ble o r dis abl e the C ell -ID p osi tioning in the platform.
èCan not remotely listen?
Solutions:
Please confirm that the SIM card in th e T80 2 has t he vo ice c all f unc tio n.
Please confirm that the listening functi on of T 802 i s ena ble d.
