La stazione di saldatura è stata progettata in modo particolare per le operazioni di saldatura a stagno.
Il tempo di riscaldamento, dalla temperatura ambiente a 350 °C, è di 30 secondi.
Questo strumento viene utilizzato nei settori dell’elettronica, dell’insegnamento e della produzione, specialmente per la riparazio-
ne e saldatura di apparecchiature elettroniche e attrezzature per reti di comunicazione.
1.1 Unità di comando
Il saldatore a stilo è comandato automaticamente dal microprocessore. L’elettronica digitale di comando e l’elevata qualità del
sensore e del sistema di scambio del calore garantiscono un controllo preciso della temperatura sulla punta saldante. Il massimo
grado di precisione della temperatura sono ottenuti mediante la registrazione rapida ed esatta dei valori rilevati in un circuito a
comando chiuso; questo modello è dunque particolarmente adatto per i processi di produzione.
1.2 Saldatore a stilo
Il saldatore a stilo ha una potenza di 60 W (potenza termica 130 W).

3.1 Posizionare il saldatore sul suo supporto. Collegare quindi la spina al connettore presente sulla stazione e girare in senso

elettronico si accende automaticamente alla temperatura impostata e visualizza tale valore.
3.2 Display e impostazione della temperatura

5.6 Protezione contro le scosse elettriche
Evitare di toccare con il corpo le parti collegate a terra, per esempio i tubi e i radiatori. L’impugnatura del saldatore antistatico è
conduttiva.
5.7 Ambiente di lavoro
Non utilizzare il saldatore in ambienti umidi o bagnati. Dopo l’utilizzo, il saldatore deve essere riposto sul suo supporto.

1. Description
The soldering station has been especially designed for soft soldering.
It takes 30 seconds to heat up from room temperature to 350 °C.

1.1 Control Unit
The soldering iron tool is automatically controlled by the microprocessor. The digital control electronics and high-quality sensor and
heat exchange system guarantee precise temperature control at the soldering tip. The highest degree of temperature precision is
obtained by quick, accurate recording of the measured values in a closed control circuit; hence this model is particularly suitable
for production processes.
1.2 Soldering Iron
The soldering iron has a power of 60 W (heat-up rating 130 W).
The high power and slim design makes this iron suitable for a wide spectrum of soldering tips. The heating element is made of
PTC, and the sensor on the soldering tip can control the soldering temperature quickly and accurately.

3.1 Place the soldering iron on its stand. Then connect the plug to the receptacle on the station, and turn clockwise to tighten the

3.2 Display and temperature setting
The digital display:
1 Shows the actual temperature of the soldering tip.
2 Shows the set temperature. Pressing the “UP” or “DOWN”
cursor key will change the set temperature value.

3 °C/°F display: Switching the temperature display from °C to °F by pressing this key. Hence the electronic system will display
the actual temperature 1 and the set temperature 2 in°F, and vice versa.
4 When the actual temperature on the soldering tip is less than the set point, “HEAT ON” will be displayed, to indicate that the
resistor is in operation.
5 When the offset between the actual temperature and the set point exceeds 10%, “WAIT” will be displayed, to warn the user that
he/she should wait until the two temperatures (set point and actual temperature) become the same.
6 When “ERROR” is displayed, the soldering iron may not be connected to the control unit correctly, or the resistor of the soldering
tip may be broken (probably due to a shock).
Sleeping Mode
The station will automatically go into sleeping mode if the soldering iron is not operated in 15 minutes. The temperature of the
soldering tip will cool down to 200 °C and keep it during the sleeping period, until the station is restarted. After the station has been
restarted, it will go back to the previous working condition.
