PULIZIA Pulire sempre con un panno umido e una soluzione saponosa neutra. Non usare
prodotti contenenti solventi o acidi.
POSIZIONAMENTO L’apparecchiatura deve essere collocata in un luogo asciutto, facilmente
accessibile, non esposto alla luce solare diretta e non soggetto a brusche escursioni termiche.
L’apparecchiatura deve essere installata su un suolo piano e stabile, in grado di sostenerne il peso
quando è piena di acqua.
1.2 Ispezione preliminare
Alla consegna della merce, verificare l’integrità della confezione. Se è danneggiata, estrarne il
prodotto e verificare visivamente che non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto. Qualora il
prodotto risulti danneggiato, informare immediatamente il distributore.
Il prodotto è consegnato in una confezione di cartone. Durante il trasporto e la conservazione,
proteggere il prodotto da umidità, fonti di calore ed eventuali danni meccanici (urti, cadute, ecc.).
Sollevare e maneggiare il prodotto con cura, usando gli appositi dispositivi di sollevamento.
2. Descrizione generale
2.1 Introduzione
Le presenti istruzioni hanno lo scopo di garantire una corretta installazione e l’utilizzo ottimale
dell’apparecchiatura NBB.
Le istruzioni e le specifiche di seguito si riferiscono alla versione standard. Per variazioni e
caratteristiche della versione speciale, consultare la documentazione di vendita contrattuale.
Ove sia necessario richiedere informazioni tecniche o pezzi sostitutivi all’ufficio assistenza clienti,
si prega di fornire la denominazione esatta del modello, unitamente al numero di serie.
Per istruzioni, situazioni ed eventi non coperti dal presente manuale o dalla documentazione di
vendita, rivolgersi al più vicino centro di assistenza clienti.
L’apparecchiatura comprende un serbatoio dell’acqua con entrata controllata da una valvola
meccanica. L’acqua generalmente proviene dalla rete pubblica di approvvigionamento di acqua
potabile.

Classificazione delle diverse categorie di acqua stoccata secondo EN 1717:
Categoria 1: Acqua destinata al consumo umano proveniente direttamente da una rete di
approvvigionamento di acqua potabile.
Categoria 2: Fluido che non pone alcun rischio per la salute umana. Fluido riconosciuto idoneo
per il consumo umano, specialmente acqua proveniente da un impianto di acqua potabile che
potrebbe essere compromesso in termini di gusto, odore, colore e temperatura.
Categoria 3: Fluido che pone un certo rischio per la salute umana a causa della presenza di una o
più sostanze nocive.
Categoria 4: Fluido che pone un certo rischio per la salute umana a causa della presenza di una o
più sostanze tossiche o molto tossiche, oppure una o più sostanze radioattive, mutagene o
cancerogene.
Categoria 5: Fluido che pone un rischio per la salute umana a causa della presenza di un sistema
microbiologico o virale.
2.2 Caratteristiche tecniche
Il dispositivo NBB è in grado di approvvigionare di acqua al massimo due abitazioni alla volta.
Il serbatoio prevede un’uscita di troppopieno per evitare la possibile contaminazione dell’acqua
potabile proveniente dalla rete pubblica in caso di riflusso, conformemente allo standard europeo
EN1717 in materia di “Protezione dalla contaminazione degli impianti di acqua potabile e requisiti
generali per evitare la contaminazione da riflusso”. È prevista una protezione tipo AB che consente
di usare l’apparecchiatura in impianti con fluidi fino alla categoria 5.
L’apparecchiatura incorpora anche un sistema di collegamento per lo scarico con presa di aria,
conformemente ai requisiti dello standard EN1717.

3. Installazione
Le operazioni di installazione devono essere eseguite unicamente da personale qualificato ed
esperto. Usare attrezzature e dispositivi di protezione adeguati. Rispettare le normative per la
prevenzione degli infortuni. Sollevare e manipolare il prodotto con cautela usando gli appositi
dispositivi di sollevamento.
Se il prodotto mostra segni evidenti di danneggiamento, non procedere all’installazione e rivolgersi
all’ufficio assistenza clienti.
3.1 Collegamento idraulico
Disporre l’apparecchiatura su un suolo piano, in grado di sostenerne il peso quando è piena di
acqua.
Assicurarsi che lo spazio attorno e sopra all’apparecchiatura NBB sia sufficiente per l’installazione
e la manutenzione.
L’apparecchiatura NBB deve essere collegata all’impianto usando giunti flessibili per evitare
eccessive sollecitazioni sull’impianto.
Si consiglia anche di installare un filtro in entrata per evitare che la valvola meccanica sia ostruita
da detriti.
4. Messa in esercizio e funzionamento
Per iniziare ad utilizzare l’impianto, è necessario completarlo con il kit e le pompe forniti
separatamente. Per ulteriori informazioni, rivolgersi all’assistenza clienti.
5. Riparazione e manutenzione
5.1 Manutenzione
Manipolazioni o riparazioni vanno eseguite unicamente dall’assistenza tecnica ufficiale. L’utente
potrà effettuare soltanto le manipolazioni indicate nel presente manuale.
Il costruttore non sarà responsabile di altre manipolazioni effettuate dall’utente.
6. Possibili problemi, cause e soluzioni
Se si hanno problemi con l’interruttore del galleggiante di entrata, smontare e pulire il filtro interno.
Per raggiungere il filtro interno, scollegare il tubo flessibile dalla rete idrica pubblica; all’interno del
diametro è presente un filtro. Rimuovere il filtro con un attrezzo apposito e pulirlo.
7. Trasporto e magazzinaggio
L’apparecchiatura NBB viene fornita confezionata in maniera corretta per il trasporto su pallet. Non
estrarre il prodotto dalla confezione finché non giunge alla destinazione finale.
8. Smaltimento
Dopo l’installazione, smaltire la confezione conformemente alle norme applicabili e, ove possibile,
riciclarla.
Per lo smaltimento dell’impianto, ricordare che non contiene materiali tossici o contaminanti.

1. Safety

DANGER Risk of injury in the event of non-compliance with this specification.
DAMAGE Risk of damage to the equipment or the installation in the event of

DO NOT MANIPULATE OR REPAIR Manipulations or repair must only be
performed by the official technical service. The user may only perform the
manipulation indicated in this manual.
The manufacturer is not responsible for other manipulations performed by the user.
In General:
CLEAN Always clean with damp cloth and a neutral soap solution. Do not use products that
contain solvent or acid.
LOCATION The equipment must be placed in a dry location, easily accessible, without direct
sunlight, not subject to extreme temperature changes and installed on a flat and stable floor, able
to withstand the weight of the equipment when full of water.
1.2 Preliminary inspection.
Upon delivery of the merchandise, check the integrity of the packaging. If it is damaged, take the
product out of the packaging and check visually that it has not suffered any damage during
transport. If the product is damaged, inform our distributor immediately.
The product is delivered in cardboard packaging. During transport and storage, protect the product
from humidity, heat sources and possible mechanical damage (impact, falls,etc….). Lift and handle
the product with care, using the appropriate lifting devices.
2. General overview
2.1 Introduction
The instruction are intended to ensure correct installation and optimum performance of our NBB.
The instruction and specifications below refer to the standard version. Refer to the contractual
sales documentation for variations and features of the special version.
If it is necessary to request technical information or replacement parts from our customer service
department, please give the exact name of the mode, together the serial number.
For instruction, situation and events which are not covered in this manual or in the sales
documentation contact our nearest customer service point.
The equipment comprises a water storage tank, with a water intake controlled by a mechanical
valve. This water usually comes from the public drinking water supply.

A domestic water installation classified the tank water as category 2.
Classification of the difference categories of stored water, as per EN 1717:
Category 1: Water destined for human consumption, coming directly from a drinking water
distribution network.
Category 2: Fluid that does not represent any risk to human health. Fluid recognized as valid for
human consumption, in particular water taken from a drinking water system that may be impaired
in term of taste, odour, colour and temperature.
Category 3: Fluid that represent a certain rick to human health due to the presence of one or more
harmful substances.
Category 4: Fluid that represents a certain rick to human health due to the presence of one or
more toxic or very toxic substances, or one or more radioactive, mutagenic or cancerous
substances.
Category 5: Fluid that represents a risk to human health due to the presence of microbiological or
viral system.
2.2 Technical features
The NBB device can supply water to a maximum of two homes at once.
The tank incorporates an overflowoutlet, to prevent possible contamination of drinking water from
the public network in the event of backflow, in compliance with European regulation EN1717
“Protection against contamination of drinking water installation and general requisites for devices to
avoid contamination by reflux”. AB type protection is provided, allowing us to use the equipment in
installation with fluids up to category 5.
The equipment also incorporates a drainage connection system with air vent, as for the
requirements of regulation EN1717.

3. Installation
Installation operation must be carried out solely by expert qualified personnel. Use adequate
equipment and protection. Comply with regulations for accidental prevention. Lift and manipulate
the product with care, using the appropriate lifting devices.
If the product shows obvious signs of damage do not perform the installation and consult the
customer service department.
3.1 Hydraulic installation
Place the equipment on a horizontal floor, strong enough to support the weight of the equipment
when full of water.
Ensure sufficient space for installation and maintenance around and above the NBB.
The NBB must be connected to the installation using flexible joints, to avoid excessive force on the
system.
The installation of a filter at the intake is also recommended to avoid the intake mechanical valve
becoming obstructed by debris.
4. Start up and operation
To start work with this system you need to complete the system with the kit and pumps supply
separately. For more information, please contact, our customer service.
5. Repair and maintenance
5.1 Maintenance
Manipulations or repair must only be performed by the official technical service. The user may only
perform the manipulation indicated in this manual.
The manufacturer is not responsible for other manipulations performed by the user.
6. Possible problem, causes and solution
If you have problem with inlet float switch, remove and clean the internal filter.
To arrive to internal filter, remove the flexible pipe from public water network and inside the
diameter you find a filter. With tool remove the filter and clean.
7. Transport and storage
The NBB arrive correctly packaged for transport on pallets. Do not unpack the system until it arrive
at the final location.
8. Disposal
After the installation, dispose of the packaging according to the applicable laws and if is possible,
recycle.
When the system must be disposed of, it does not contain any toxic or contaminating material.

Im Allgemeinen:
REINIGUNG Stets mit einem feuchten Lappen und neutraler Seifenlauge säubern. Keine
lösemittel- oder säurehaltigen Mittel verwenden.
AUFSTELLEN Das Gerät muss an einem leicht zugänglichen, trockenen und weder
Sonnenlicht, noch brüsken Temperaturschwankungen ausgesetztem Ort aufgestellt werden. Das
Gerät soll auf einem ebenen und stabilen Untergrund stehen, der seinem Gewicht bei voller
Wasserfüllung standhalten kann.
1.2 Vorbereitende Inspektion
Bei Lieferung der Ware die Unversehrtheit der Packung kontrollieren. Ist die Verpackung
beschädigt, das Produkt herausnehmen und einer Sichtkontrolle auf Transportschäden
unterziehen. Falls das Produkt schadhaft ist, umgehend den Händler unterrichten.
Das Produkt wird in einem Karton verpackt geliefert. Während Transport und Lagerung muss das
Produkt gegen Feuchtigkeit, Wärmequellen und etwaige mechanische Einwirkungen (Stöße,
Fallen, usw.) geschützt werden. Das Produkt unter Verwendung des speziellen Hebezeugs
vorsichtig anheben und handhaben.
2. Allgemeine Beschreibung
2.1 Vorwort
Die Anleitung hat den Zweck, die korrekte Installation und den optimalen Gebrauch des Gerätes
NBB zu gewährleisten.
Die folgenden Anleitungen und Angaben beziehen sich auf die Standard-Version. Für die
Abweichungen und Merkmale der Sonderversion die vertraglichen Unterlagen konsultieren.
Bei der Anforderung von technischen Daten oder Eratzteilen bei unserer Kundendienstabteilung
bitte die exakte Modellbezeichnung und die Seriennummer angeben.
Für Anleitungen, Situationen und Ereignisse die nicht in diesem Handbuch oder den
Verkaufsunterlagen behandelt werden, das nächstgelegene Kundendienstzentrum kontaktieren.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Wassertank ausgestattet, dessen Zulauf von einem mechanischen Ventil
kontrolliert wird. Das Wasser stammt im Allgemeinen aus dem öffentlichen Trinkwassernetz.

Klassifikation der verschiedenen Kategorien eingelagerten Wassers gemäß EN 1717:
Kategorie 1: Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch, das direkt aus einer Trinkwasserinstallation
entnommen wird.
Kategorie 2: Flüssigkeit, die kein Risiko für die menschliche Gesundheit darstellt. Flüssigkeit, die
für den menschlichen Gebrauch geeignet ist, im Besonderen Wasser aus einer Trinkwasser-
Installation, das eine Veränderung in Geschmack, Geruch, Farbe oder Temperatur aufweisen
kann.
Kategorie 3: Flüssigkeit, die eine Gesundheitsgefährdung für Menschen durch die Anwesenheit
einer oder mehrerer giftiger Stoffe darstellt.
Kategorie 4: Flüssigkeit, die eine Gesundheitsgefährdung für Menschen durch die Anwesenheit
einer oder mehrerer giftiger oder besonders giftiger Stoffe oder einer oder mehrerer radioaktiver,
mutagener oder kanzerogener Substanzen darstellt.
Kategorie 5: Flüssigkeit, die eine Gesundheitsgefährdung für Menschen durch die Anwesenheit
von mikrobiellen oder viruellen Erregern übertragbarer Krankheiten darstellt.
2.2 Technische Charakteristiken
Die Vorrichtung NBB ist in der Lage, maximal zwei Wohnungen auf einmal mit Wasser zu
versorgen.
Der Tank hat einen Überlauf, damit im Falle des Rückfließens die Verunreinigung des aus dem
öffentlichen Netz kommenden Trinkwassers vermieden wird, wie es der Europäische Standard
EN1717 zum Thema “Schutz des Trinkwassers gegen Verunreinigung in Trinkwasserinstallationen
und allgemeine Anforderungen an Sicherheitseinrichtungen zur Verhütung von
Trinkwasserverunreinigungen durch Rückfließen” vorschreibt. Es ist ein Schutz des Typs AB
vorgesehen, der den Einsatz des Gerätes in Anlagen mit Flüssigkeiten bis Kategorie 5 ermöglicht.
Das Gerät enthält auch eine Verbindung für den Abfluss mit Lüftungsklappe gemäß Anforderungen
des Standards EN1717.

3. Installation
Die Installationsarbeiten dürfen ausschließlich von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden. Adäquate Ausrüstungen und Schutzvorrichtungen verwenden. Die Vorschriften für die
Unfallverhütung befolgen. Das Produkt unter Verwendung des speziellen Hebezeugs vorsichtig
anheben und handhaben.
Falls das Produkt ersichtliche Schäden aufweist, nicht installieren und den Kundendienst
benachrichtigen.
3.1 Hydraulikanschlüsse
Das Gerät soll auf einem ebenen Untergrund installiert werden, der seinem Gewicht bei voller
Wasserfüllung standhalten kann.
Sicherstellen, dass um und über dem Gerät NBB ausreichend Platz für die Installation und
Wartung bleibt.
Das Gerät NBB muss mittels elastischer Kupplungen angeschlossen werden, damit die Anlage
nicht übermäßig belastet wird.
Daneben sollte am Zulauf ein Filter installiert werden, damit das mechanische Ventil nicht verstopft
wird.
4. Inbetriebsetzung und Funktion
Um die Anlage benutzen zu können, muss sie mit dem separat gelieferten Bausatz und den
Pumpen komplettiert werden. Für weitere Informationen unseren Kundendienst kontaktieren.
5. Reparaturen und Wartung
5.1 Wartung
Manipulierungen oder Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich durch den offiziellen technischen
Kundendienst erfolgen. Der Nutzer darf lediglich die in diesem Handbuch beschriebenen
Handlungen vornehmen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für andere, vom Nutzer ausgeführte Manipulierungen.
6. Mögliche Probleme, Ursachen und Abhilfen
Im Falle von Problemen mit dem Schwimmerschalter am Zulauf den inneren Filter ausbauen und
reinigen.
Dazu das flexible Rohr vom Wassernetz trennen; in dessen Innerem ist der Filter untergebracht.
Den Filter mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug ausbauen und reinigen.
7. Transport und Lagerung
Das Gerät NBB wird für den Transport korrekt auf einer Palette verpackt. Das Produkt erst
auspacken, wenn es an seinem Endziel angekommen ist.
8. Entsorgung
Nach erfolgter Installation die Verpackung vorschriftsmäßig entsorgen und wenn möglich dem
Recycling zuführen. Für die Entsorgung der Anlage ist zu bedenken, dass diese keine giftigen oder
verunreinigenden Materialien enthält.
