Important! The Sorriso Clima-SC11 and SCA15 pumps must be installed
by qualied personnel and in compliance with the CEI 64-8 standard.
Moreover, make sure the system has been powered off before conducting
any operation.
Power on the electric circuit of the Sorriso Clima-SC11 and SCA15 pumps by
connecting the Light Blue and Brown wires to the mains supply. Use two wires
with an identical or bigger cross-section connected to a protective device that
interrupts the power supply on the phase and neutral conductors and compliant
with current regulations. The cable does not need to be earthed as the circuit has
a double insulation .
The Sorriso Clima-SC11 and SCA15 pumps have a IP20 protection rating: install
away from water. Do not install in cold-storage rooms.
VERY IMPORTANT!! ALWAYS CONNECT THE ALARM SYSTEM

La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
trasporto non idoneo; installazione non conforme a quanto specicato in questo manuale di
installazione uso e manutenzione; la non osservanza delle speciche tecniche di prodotto;
quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il
reclamo del cliente sia coperto dalla garanzia e noticato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal
fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto
o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
Collegamento elettrico di alimentazione
Importante! L’installazione della pompa Sorriso Clima-SC11 e SCA15
dev’essere eseguita da personale qualicato e in accordo con la norma
CEI 64-8. Assicurarsi, inoltre, che l’impianto sia fuori tensione prima di
effettuare qualsiasi operazione.
Alimentare il circuito elettrico della pompa Sorriso Clima-SC11 e SCA15,
collegando i li Azzurro e Marrone alla rete elettrica generale, mediante due li di
pari o superiore sezione asservito da un dispositivo di protezione e interruzione
elettrica sulla fase e sul neutro conforme alle normative vigenti. Il cavo non
prevede il collegamento di terra in quanto il circuito è a doppio isolamento . La
pompa Sorriso Clima-SC11 e SCA15 hanno grado di protezione IP20: installare
in ambienti riparati dall'acqua. Non installare in celle frigorifere.

La pompa Sorriso Clima-SC11 e SCA15 dispone di un contatto di allarme C-NO
6A 250Vac ai capi dei li neri. Per il collegamento elettrico, fare riferimento allo
schema elettrico presente in questo foglio istruzioni. Si consiglia di utilizzare il
contatto di allarme per interrompere l’unità esterna (o interna in caso di multisplit).

L’allarme interviene nei seguenti casi:
1. Mancata alimentazione elettrica al blocco pompa;
2. Guasto del circuito interno del blocco pompa;
3. Intervento del sensore termico di sicurezza presente nella pompa;
4. Raggiungimento del livello di allarme del galleggiante nel serbatoio.
Quando interviene l'allarme, il contatto apre.
Importante! Non interrompere MAI l’alimentazione della mini pompa.

ai morsetti, il contatto di allarme
commuterà tra C e NO: in questo
modo potrà essere possibile asservire
direttamente l'unità che produce la
condensa.
Se non si intende interrompere
l'alimentazione di tale unità o la serie
termostato, è possibile collegare un
segnale acustico o luminoso asservite
dal relè.
Fino al momento in cui la pompa Sorriso sarà priva di
alimentazione elettrica, il contatto di allarme risulterà assente
tra i capi dei li neri.

ONLY USE Ø 4 mm x 6 mm PIPE TO CONNECT THE PUMP TO THE WATER
OUTLET. VERY IMPORTANT!! ALWAYS CONNECT THE ALARM SYSTEM
KEEP THE SORRISO PUMP ON A FLAT SURFACE. THE TILTED POSITION
OF THE PUMP (MORE THAN 10°) PREVENTS THE INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE
FLOAT FROM FREELY SLIDING ALONG ITS SEAT.
USE THE 3 INSERTS AND 3 FIXING SCREWS TO POSITION THE PUMP.
(REFER TO THE DRILLING DIAGRAM TO FIX THEM)
DO NOT THROTTLE THE PIPE, BEND IT. BENDS MUST HAVE A RADIUS
OF AT LEAST 50 mm. THROTTLING AFFECTS THE PUMP’S OPERATION.
CONSIDER THAT EACH PIPE BEND CORRESPONDS TO A HEAD DROP OF
APPROXIMATELY 1 mt.
INSERT THE WHOLE RUBBER COUPLING OF THE PIPE COMING FROM THE
SPLIT SYSTEM’S OUTLET IN THE TANK
FOR THE SCA MODEL, DO NOT USE THE PUMP TO REMOVE CONDENSATE
COMING FROM THE FLUE: USE IT ONLY FOR THE BOILER’S CONDENSATE
ALWAYS CONDUCT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WHEN THE SEASON STARTS
(BEFORE TURNING ON THE SPLIT SYSTEM OR THE BOILER). OPEN THE
DOOR, TAKE OUT THE TANK AND RINSE IT WITH WATER: RINSE THE FILTER
AS WELL.
AT THE END OF THE SEASON SWITCH OFF THE POWER TO THE PUMP.

ALWAYS CONNECT THE ALARM SYSTEM
1. There is no power supply on the pump blocking device;
2. In the event of failure of the circuit inside the pump blocking device;
3. When the thermal safety sensor in the pump is tripped;
4. When the alarm level of the oat in the tank is reached.
The contact opens when the alarm is triggered.
Important! NEVER interrupt the mini pump’s power supply.

The warranty lasts 2 years from the date of delivery.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct
construction of the components. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing
defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components featuring defects, without
any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to: incorrect
transportation; installation not compliant with that specied in this installation, use and
maintenance manual; non-observance of product technical specications; anything else
that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the customer
complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and in
the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.

1. INSTALLAZIONE CON SPLIT (SORRISO SC15): Posizionare il foglio sulla parete facendolo passare sotto il lato inferiore dello split, allineando la linea “L” con la base dello split
INSTALLAZIONE CON CALDAIA (SORRISO SCA15): Posizionare il foglio sulla parete allineando la linea “L” al di sotto del sifone
2. Forare nei punti “A” e “B” (ø 6 mm) in corrispondenza degli interassi indicati a disegno.
3. Inserire a muro i tasselli forniti a corredo e avvitare quasi completamente le viti nei punti “A”.
4. Agganciare la pompa e traslare secondo il movimento delle asole: serrare le due viti.
5. Completare il della pompa inserendo e serrando la vite nel punto “B”.
1. INSTALLATION WITH SPLIT (SORRISO SC15): Place the sheet on the wall, passing under the bottom side of the split, align the line “L” with the base of the split
INSTALLATION ON BOILER (SORRISO SCA15): Place the sheet on the wall lining up the line “L” below the siphon
2. Drill holes at points “A” and “B” (ø 6 mm) at the center distance in the drawing.
3. Insert to the wall the wall plugs supplied and screw in the screws almost completely at the “A” points
4. Hang the pump and move according to the movement of the slots and tighten the two screws.
5. Complete the pump mounting by inserting and tightening the screw at “B” point .
