Nota :
For installation of the motor please refer to its instruction manual.
Many parts have extremely tight fitting tolerances to guarantee long, continuous
operation. Often some strength is required to mount the parts. A PVC hammer and good
tools are an essential prerequisite.
Insert the chain’s pignon on the driving shaft.
Secure with pin and screw (figure 2).
Safety and warning information must be taken from the QK-SUB instructions and followed.
The installation and testing operations must be performed solely by qualified personnel in order to guarantee the
proper and safe operation of the automatic gate.
The company declines any responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installations due to incompetence and/or
negligence

ŸPlace motor in the box.
ŸSecure the motor with the 4 nuts and
washers
(figure 3).
ŸPlace chain on gears and
secure with chain joint
(figure 5).
ŸGrease pin and sphere and insert the
bracket (fig. 4)

Per il montaggio del motoriduttore fare riferimento al proprio manuale .
Molti pezzi hanno delle tolleranze di accoppiamento estremamente limitate, per garantire
un lungo funzionamento continuato. In parte è necessario esercitare della forza per
montare i pezzi. Strumenti indispensabili sono un martello in PVC e un buon utensile.
ŸInserire il pignone per catena sull’albero
del motore. Fissare con il perno e la vite
(fig. 2).
Indicazioni di sicurezza e avvertenze devono essere desunte dalle istruzioni del Motoriduttore QK-SUB e
assolutamente rispettate.
Le operazioni di installazione e collaudo devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualificato ai fini di garantire la
corretta e sicura funzionalità del cancello automatico.
La casa costruttrice, declina ogni responsabilità per i danni derivati da eventuali errate installazioni dovute ad
incapacità e/o negligenza.

ŸInserire il motore nella cassetta.
ŸFissare il motore con i 4 dadi e rondelle
(fig. 3).
ŸApplicare la catena e fissarla
con l’ausilio dell’apposita
chiusura (fig.5).
ŸIngrassare perno e sfera e inserire la
staffa (fig. 4)

Note :
De nombreuses pièces ont des tolérances d'ajustement très réduites afin de garantir une
longue durée de fonctionnement. Il faut parfois employer la force pour monter les pièces. Un
marteau en PVC et un bon outillage font partie du nécessaire de départ.
Ÿinsérer le pignon de chaîne sur l'arbre du
moteur. Fixez avec goupille et vis (figure : 2).
Les consignes de sécurité et de mise en garde doivent être appliquées et suivies strictement d'après celles de la
notice du SUB
ŸLes opérations d’installation et de contrôle doivent être effectuées uniquement par du personnel qualifié en vue
d’assurer le fonctionnement correct et sûr de la grille automatique.
ŸLa société , décline toute responsabilité concernant les dommages découlant d’une mauvaise installation par
incapacité et/ou négligence.

ŸMettez le moteur dans la boîte
fixer le moteur avec les 4 écrous et
rondelles
(figure : 3)
ŸPosez la chaîne et bloquez-la à
l'aide du joint de chaîne
(figure : 4).
ŸAppliquer la graisse sur la broche et sur
le bille et insérez le support (fig. 4)

ŸInserte el piñón de la cadena en el eje del
motor. Asegure con el pasador y el tornillo.
(fig. 2).
ŸIndicaciones de seguridad e advertencias deben ser derivantes de las instrucciones del motorreductor SUB y
adsolutamente respetadas.
ŸLas operaciones de instalacion y pruebas deber ser realizada solo de personal calificado con el fin de
garantizar la correcta e sicura funcionalidad de la puerta automatica.
ŸEl fabricante desclina toda responsabilidad por daños causados por instalaciones incorrectas debido a
incapacidad y/o negligencia.

NOTA:
Para el montaje del motorreductor hacer referimento al propio manuales.
Muchas piezas tienen tolerancias de enganche extremadamente limitadas, para garantizar un
largo funcionamiento continuo. En parte es necesario ejercer fuerza para ensamblar las piezas.
Instrumentos indispensables son un martillo en PVC es una buena herramienta.

ŸInsertar el motor en la caja.
ŸAsegure el motor con los 4 tornillos y las
tuercas.

ŸAplique la cadena y fijela con la
ayuda del cierre apropiado.
(fig. 5).
ŸEngrasar el pasador y la bola e insertar el
soporte (fig. 4).
