Raised rack for dehydrating food
This multifunction Air Fryer provides an easy and healthy way of preparing your favourite ingredients. By
using convection (generated with fan and heating resistance), it is able to make numerous dishes. The
best part is that the Air FRYER heats food at all directions and most of the ingredients do not need any oil.
Before use
The air fryer must be preheated for 10 minutes without food. If the appliance emits a slight smell of
burning or smoke, this is normal and will disappear quickly.
Wipe the inside of the bowl with a damp sponge. Place the fryer grid in the bowl. Slide the glass bowl
back into the fryer. Plug in the appliance. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Set the temperature to 200°C.
When the time is up, unplug the appliance and leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
Use of the device
(Figure 1-2)
• Place the appliance on a level surface or a stable, heat-resistant surface. Place the frying grid in
the bottom of glass bowl. Never place any objects on top of the appliance, as they could interrupt
the air flow and affect its operation.
Note: We recommend that you preheat the appliance before placing the ingredients in it.
Plug in the appliance, all the lights will come on and the buzzer will sound once. All the lights will go off
and only the on/off button will remain lit. In standby mode, only this button remains lit. If you press this
button at any time, the fryer will stop.
• Carefully remove the glass bowl from the appliance and place the frying grid inside. Place the
ingredients on the frying grid.
Note: The ingredients must not exceed the MAX mark, as this may affect the cooking of the food. DO NOT
FILL THE GLASS BOWL WITH OIL OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
• Slide the glass bowl back into the fryer.
By default, the fryer is set to French fries mode, cooking temperature 180°C.
Use the button to navigate between the different programmes. You can then select the programme
of your choice and press to start cooking.
• When you hear the timer sound, the cooking time is up. The fryer will stop automatically. You can
use the silicone mat to keep the ingredients warm in the bowl if you don’t empty it right away.
• Remove the glass bowl from the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Check that the ingredients are cooked. If you want to cook for longer, put the glass bowl back in
the appliance and set the timer for a few more minutes. Empty the ingredients from the bowl onto
a plate or bowl with a food clip or fork .
Note: In the event of a power cut, your fryer will remember the setting you made and restart
automatically. The fryer also has an overheating protection that will stop cooking automatically.
