6 I rifiuti elettrici ed elettronici possono con-
tenere sostanze pericolose per l’ambiente e
per la salute umana; non devono pertanto
essere smaltiti con quelli domestici ma me-
diante una raccolta separata negli appositi
centri di raccolta o riconsegnati al venditore
nel caso di acquisto di una apparecchiatura
nuova analoga. Lo smaltimento abusivo dei
rifiuti comporta l’applicazione di sanzioni
amministrative.
7 Le batterie incluse nell’apparecchio pos-
sono essere smaltite assieme ad esso. Non
gettate nel fuoco e non disperdete nell’am-
biente le batterie esauste ma consegnatele
agli appositi centri per il loro smaltimento.
Non smaltire assieme ai rifiuti domestici.
8 Doppio isolamento elettrico.
9 Solo per uso interno e in ambienti asciutti.
10 Pericolo di esplosione. Mantenete l’apparec-
chio e le batterie lontano da fonti di calore e
dal fuoco.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA GENERALI
ATTENZIONE! Leggere tutte le avvertenze
e tutte le istruzioni. La mancata ottemperanza
alle avvertenze e alle istruzioni può dare luogo

Utilizzate l’apparecchio nei modi descritti in
queste istruzioni. Non utilizzatelo per scopi a
cui non è destinato.

a) Tenere pulita e ben illuminata l’area di
lavoro. Le aree ingombre e/o poco illuminate
possono provocare incidenti. Quando vi spo-
state fate attenzione a non inciampare nella
tubazione dell’aria e nel cavo di alimentazione
o di prolunga.
b) Mantenete in un luogo sicuro i sacchi di
nylon presenti nell’imballaggio. I sacchi
possono provocare il soffocamento e i bambini
non devono entrarne in possesso.
c) Non far funzionare l’apparecchio in presen-
za di fiamme libere, oggetti incandescenti,
lampade non protette, luoghi con pericolo di
incendio o esplosione ecc. Durante l’uso non
fumate. L’alta temperatura può provocare un
incendio o una esplosione.
d) Tenere i bambini e gli estranei a distanza
durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio.
Le distrazioni possono far perdere il controllo
dell’apparecchio. I vapori di verniciatura vengo-
no trasportati velocemente dalle correnti d’aria
e possono investire le persone anche a diversi
metri di distanza.
e) Usate l’apparecchio possibilmente in un
luogo all’aperto con un sufficiente ricambio
d’aria o in una cabina idonea con aspira-
zione forzata e/o abbattimento dei vapori
di verniciatura. Per l’uso in ambienti interni,
assicurate una costante ventilazione dei locali
con adeguati ricambi d’aria. L’areazione è
necessaria per eliminare le particelle disperse
nell’aria che creano rischi per la salute, di
incendio e di esplosione.
f) Non distrarsi mai, controllare quello che si
sta facendo e usare il buon senso quando si
azionano apparecchi a spruzzo. Non azionare
l’apparecchio quando si è stanchi o sotto
l’influsso di droghe, alcol o medicinali. Un
momento di disattenzione durante l’aziona-
mento può dare luogo a serie lesioni personali.
g) Usare un’apparecchiatura di protezione per-

sonale. Indossare sempre protezioni per gli
occhi, per le vie respiratorie, per l’udito e per
il corpo. Le apparecchiature di protezione quali
occhiali, maschera, cuffie antirumore, guanti,
vestiario robusto e calzature protettive riducono
la possibilità di subire lesioni personali.
h) Se sono previsti dispositivi da collegare ad
impianti per l’estrazione dell’aria ambiente,
accertarsi che siano collegati e usati in ma-
niera appropriata. L’uso di questi dispositivi
può ridurre i rischi correlati alla nocività delle
vernici.
i) Prestate attenzione e leggete tutte le istru-
zioni ed avvertenze riguardanti le vernici
utilizzate, i diluenti, i prodotti per la pulizia .
j) Non rivolgere mai l’ugello della pistola a
spruzzo contro voi stessi, persone o animali,
contro apparecchi in tensione elettrica, con-
tro fiamme od oggetti incandescenti.
k) Quando il motore è acceso e il grilletto
della pistola non premuto, il serbatoio della
vernice rimane costantemente in pressione.
Spegnete pertanto il motore e premete poi il
grilletto per scaricare la pressione residua
del serbatoio quando non utilizzate l’appa-
recchio o prima di eseguire il rabbocco del
serbatoio stesso.
l) Spegnete il motore, premete il grilletto per
scaricare la pressione residua nel serbatoio
e staccate la spina dalla rete elettrica quan-
do non utilizzate l’apparecchio, lo lasciate
incustodito, lo pulite, eseguite qualsiasi
manutenzione.
m) L’apparecchio non è un giocattolo. L’ap-
parecchio contiene piccole e appuntite parti,
i bambini non devono entrarne in possesso.
n) Riporre l’apparecchio inutilizzato fuori della
portata dei bambini e non permetterne l’uso a
persone inesperte che non conoscano queste
istruzioni. L’uso è consentito solo a persone
addestrate all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio ed
istruite sui prodotti da spruzzare. L’apparec-
chio è potenzialmente pericoloso se utilizzato
da persone inesperte. Se utilizzato in modo
improprio genera pericoli molto gravi.
p) Mantenere sempre pulito l’apparecchio ed
effettuate la manutenzione necessaria. In
caso contrario l’apparecchio non funzionerà e
la sicurezza sarà compromessa.
r) Mantenete una distanza di sicurezza dal
flusso della vernice e dirigete il flusso sem-
pre in avanti.
s) Non modificate l’apparecchio. Togliere, so-
stituire o aggiungere componenti non previsti
dalle istruzioni è vietato ed annulla la garanzia.
t) Fare effettuare le operazioni di manuten-
zione diverse da quelle indicate nel relativo
capitolo del manuale d’uso, da parte di
personale tecnico qualificato che utilizza
soltanto ricambi originali. Questo permetterà
di mantenere la sicurezza dell’apparecchio.
u) Non tentare di riparare l’apparecchio. Inter-
venti effettuati da personale non qualificato e
non autorizzato dal fabbricante può generare
seri pericoli ed annulla la garanzia.
v) Richiedete solo ricambi originali. L’utilizzo
di ricambi non originali può compromettere la
sicurezza dell’apparecchio.
AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA PER
LA RUMOROSITA’ E PER LE VIBRAZIONI
Il livello di rumorosità e di vibrazioni riportate
nelle istruzioni d’uso si riferiscono a valori medi
di utilizzo dell’apparecchio. La variazione di
pressione dell’aria e l’assenza di manutenzione
influiscono in modo significativo nelle emissioni
sonore e nelle vibrazioni. Di conseguenza adotta-
te tutte le misure preventive in modo da eliminare
possibili danni dovuti ad un rumore elevato e
alle sollecitazioni da vibrazioni; indossate cuffie
antirumore, guanti antivibrazioni, effettuate
delle pause durante la lavorazione, mantenete
efficiente l’apparecchio e gli accessori.
AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA PER I
PRODOTTI DI RIVESTIMENTO E FINITURA
POLVERIZZATI E SPRUZZATI
Polveri e vapori generati dall’uso dell’appa-
recchio, possono causare malattie dovute al
contenuto chimico delle vernici e dei diluenti.
La valutazione del rischio e l’attuazione di ap-
propriati controlli per questi rischi è essenziale.
Tutte le attrezzature o accessori per la raccolta,
estrazione o soppressione delle polveri e vapori
nell’aria ambiente, devono essere correttamente
usate e manutenzionate in accordo con le istru-
zioni del fabbricante.
Usare le protezioni per le vie respiratorie, in
ottemperanza delle istruzioni delle stesse e delle
leggi e norme in ambito di protezione della salu-
te, e manipolare i prodotti con guanti protettivi.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA ELETTRICHE
1) Proteggetevi da scosse elettriche. Evitate
il contatto del corpo con superfici messe a
terra o a massa come tubi, radiatori ecc.
Non usare l’apparecchio se l’interruttore non
funziona. Far sostituire gli interruttori difettosi
da un servizio autorizzato.
2) Connessione alla rete. La tensione di
alimentazione deve corrispondere a quella
dichiarata sulla targhetta dati tecnici. Non
utilizzate altro tipo di alimentazione. E’ ob-
bligatorio l’uso di un apparecchio salvavita
sulla linea di alimentazione elettrica per un
campo di intervento secondo le normative
vigenti nel Paese di utilizzo; consultate il
vostro elettricista di fiducia. Verificate che
le prese e le spine degli allacciamenti siano
compatibili tra di loro.
3) Non abusate del cavo. Non trasportate o
sollevate mai l’apparecchio per il cavo di
alimentazione e non tiratelo mai per scolle-
garlo dalla presa. Per spostare l’apparecchio
usate l’impugnatura o la cinghia di sostegno
(se prevista), non tiratelo per il tubo dell’aria
(se presente ). Tenete il cavo lontano da fonti
di calore, olio e spigoli vivi.
4) Controllare il cavo di alimentazione. La
spina e il cavo di alimentazione devono
essere controllati periodicamente e prima di
ogni uso per assicurarsi che non presentino
segni di danneggiamento o di invecchiamen-
to. Se non risultasse in buone condizioni
fateli riparare presso un centro di assistenza
autorizzato. Fate riparare eventuali guasti del
sistema elettrico solamente presso un centro
di assistenza autorizzato.
5) Cavi di prolunga. I cavi di prolunga devono
avere una portata pari o maggiore di quella
prevista per l’apparecchio. Usate lo specifico
aggancio cavo ( se presente) per il collega-
mento del cavo di prolunga. Evitate che il
cavo di prolunga sia calpestato o schiacciato.
Esaminate i cavi di prolunga periodicamente e
sostituiteli se danneggiati. Non utilizzate cavi
di prolunga con segni di usura o di invec-
chiamento poiché rappresentano un rischio
mortale. Teneteli lontani dalla zona di lavoro,
da superfici umide, bagnate, oliate, con bordi
taglienti, da fonti di calore e da combustibili
6) Cavi di prolunga per uso all’aperto.
Quando si usa l’apparecchio all’esterno,
usare soltanto cavi di prolunga previsti
per l’uso esterno. Impiegate soltanto cavo
di prolunga omologato e adeguatamente
contrassegnato.
7) Attenzione. Estraete la spina dalla rete di
alimentazione elettrica quando l’apparecchio
non viene adoperato.
Questa apparecchio è costruito con sistema
a doppio isolamento. Il doppio isolamento of-
fre maggiore sicurezza elettrica e non rende
necessaria la messa a terra dell’apparecchio.

Carefully observe the symbols in fig.A and
memorise their respective meanings. Correct
interpretation of the symbols allows a safer use
of the machine.

2 Read these instructions carefully before
using the machine.
3 Do not aim the jet towards people or parts
of the body, hot or flammable surfaces.
4 Use safety earmuffs, protective goggles and
face mask.
5 Wear protective gloves.
6 Electric and electronic waste may contain
potentially hazardous substances for the
environment and human health. It should
therefore not be disposed of with dome-
stic waste, but by means of differentiated
collection at specific centres or returned to
the vendor in the event of purchasing a new
identical tool. The illegal disposal of such
equipment may result in prosecution to the
full extent of the law.
7 The batteries included in the equipment
can be disposed of along with it. Do not
throw the used batteries on the fire and do
not dispose of them in the environment, but
take them to special disposal centres. Do
not dispose of them with domestic waste.
8 Double electric insulation.
9 Only for indoor use and in dry conditions.
10 Risk of explosion. Keep the equipment and
the batteries far from heat sources and fire.
11 Do not expose them to temperatures over
50°C.

GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS
WARNING! Read all the warnings and in-
structions. Failure to comply with the warnings
and instructions may cause serious accidents
and/or injuries.
Use the appliance as described in these in-
structions. Do not use it for purposes for which
it was not intended.
Keep all the warnings and instructions for
future reference.
a) Keep the work area clean and well lit.
Overcrowded and/or badly lit areas may cause
accidents. When you move around, take care
not to trip over the air piping and in the power
or extension cord.
b) Keep the nylon packaging bags in a safe
place. Bags can cause suffocation and must
be kept out of the reach of children.
c) Do not operate the appliance in the presen-
ce of naked flames, incandescent objects,
unprotected lamps, or places where there is
a risk of fire or explosion, etc. During use do
not smoke. The high temperature can cause
fire or explosion.
d) Keep children and unauthorised personnel
at a distance during operation. Distractions
may cause you to lose control of the applian-
ce. Paint fumes are quickly transported by
air currents and can even hit people a few
metres away.
e) If possible, use the appliance in an open
place with sufficient air exchange or in a
suitable cab with forced suction and/or paint
fume extraction systems. For indoor use,
ensure a constant ventilation with adequate
ventilation. Ventilation is necessary to eliminate
the particles dispersed in the air that could
damage health and cause fire or explosion.
f) Never allow yourself to be distracted.
Control what you are doing and use your
common sense when using high pressure
appliances. Never use the appliance when
you are tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medicines. A moment of distraction
when using the appliance could cause serious
personal injuries.
g) Use personal protective equipment. Always
wear protection for the feet, eyes, ears and
respiratory tracts. Protection equipment such
as goggles, masks, ear muffs, protective glo-
ves, strong clothing and anti-slip safety shoes
reduces the possibility of personal injuries.

h) If any devices to be connected to air ex-
traction and collection systems are provided,
make sure that they are connected and used
appropriately. The use of these devices may
reduce the risks connected with paints.
i) Take care and read all the instructions and
warnings on the paints used, thinners, cle-
aning products.
j) Never turn the spray tip nozzle towards
yourself, people or animals, against ap-
pliances with supplied voltage, flames or
incandescent objects.
k) When the engine is on and the gun trigger
is not pressed, the paint tank is constantly
pressurized. Turn off the engine and press
the trigger to discharge the residual tank
pressure when not using the unit or before
refilling the tank.
l) Turn off the engine, push the trigger to di-
scharge the residual pressure in the tank and
disconnect the plug from the power supply
when not using the appliance, leave it unat-
tended, clean, perform any maintenance.
m) The appliance is not a toy. The appliance
contains small and sharp parts. Children must
not get hold of it.
n) Store the unused appliance out of reach of
children and do not allow it to be used by
any unskilled people or who are not aware
of these instructions. The appliance can only
be used by people trained for its safe use and
informed about the products to be sprayed.
The appliance is potentially dangerous if used
by unskilled people. If used incorrectly, it ge-
nerates very serious dangers.
p) Always keep the appliance clean and per-
form the necessary maintenance. Otherwise
the appliance will not work and its safety will
be compromised.
r) Keep a safe distance from the flow of paint
and always point the flow forwards.
s) Do not tamper with the appliance. Taking off,
replacing or adding components not included
in the instructions is prohibited and causes the
warranty to become null and void.
t) Have the maintenance operations different
than those indicated in the relevant chapter
of the user manual, carried out by qualified
technical personnel only using original spare
parts. This will allow the safety of the appliance
to be maintained.
u) Do not attempt to repair the equipment.
Interventions by unqualified personnel and
unauthorised by the manufacturer could create
serious risks and will cause the warranty to be
null and void.
v) Request only original spare parts. The use
of non-original spare parts may compromise
the safety of the appliance.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR NOISE AND
VIBRATIONS
The level of noise and vibrations shown on the
operating instructions refer to average values for
the use of the appliance. Air pressure changes
and the absence of maintenance significantly
affect the sound emissions and vibrations.
Therefore, adopt all the preventive measures
necessary to eliminate any possible damage due
to loud noises and strain from vibrations; wear
ear phones, anti-vibration gloves, take breaks
while working and ensure the appliance and its
accessory are kept efficient at all times.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR COATING PRO-
DUCTS AND POWDER AND SPRAY FINISHES
Powders and sprays generated by using the
appliance can causes diseases due to the
chemical content of the paints and thinners.
The risk assessment and the implementation of
appropriate checks for these risks is essential.
All the tools or accessories for the collection,
extraction or suppression of powders and fumes
in the ambient air, must be correctly used and
maintained in accordance with the manufactu-
rer’s instructions.
Use the protection devices for the respiratory
tracts, in compliance with their instructions and
the laws and standards for protecting health, and
handle products with protective gloves.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY STANDARDS
1) Protect yourself against electrical shocks.
Avoid touching surfaces that are earthed,
such as hoses, radiators, etc. Do not use
the machine if the switch will not switch on
or off. Get an authorised service centre to
change defective switches.
2) Connecting to the power supply. The power
supply voltage must correspond to that in-
dicated on the technical data plate. Do not
use any other power supply. It is advisable
to fit a trip switch on the power supply line
that trips at the levels laid down in standards
currently in force in the Country in which the
machine is used. Contact your local electri-
cian. Check that the plugs and sockets used
for the power supply are compatible.
3) Do not damage the cable. Never carry or
move the tool by the power supply cable and
never pull the cable to disconnect it from the
power supply. To move the unit use the hand
grip (3 - Fig. A) or the support belt (5 - Fig.
A where fitted). Do not pull it by the air hose
(6 - Fig. A). Keep the cable away from heat
sources, oil or sharp edges.
4) Check the power supply cable. The power
supply cable and plug must be checked
from time to time, and each time it is used
to check for any signs of damage or ageing.
If these are not found to be in good condition
the machine must not be used until it has
been repaired by an authorised assistance
centre. Only allow an authorised assistance
centre to effect any repairs to the electrical
system.
5) Extension cables. Extension cables are to
have a capacity that is equal to or greater
than that required for the machine. Use the
cable connection (where fitted) specifically
provided for an extension cable. Prevent the
extension cable from being trodden on or
crushed. Check the extension cables from
time to time and replace if damaged. Do not
use extension cables that show signs of wear
or ageing, as they may pose a fatal hazard.
Keep them away from the working area,
damp, wet, or oily surfaces, or surfaces with
sharp edges, heat sources, and fuels.
6) Extension cables used out in the open.
When using the machine outdoors, only use
extension cables designed for outdoor use.
Only use extension cables that are tested and
adequately marked.
7) Warning. Remove the plug from the power
supply socket when the machine is not in
use.
This machine has a double insulation
system.
Double insulation provides greater electrical
safety and makes it unnecessary to earth the
machine.
