Destinazione d’uso

I presenti utensili consentono una crimpatura eccellente dei

connettori e cavi Stäubli PV. La crimpatura deve essere eseguita

solo quando i cavi sono privi di tensione.

L’utensile NON è idoneo al lavoro sotto tensione (IEC60900).

Intended use

The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence

for Stäubli PV connectors with cables. Crimpings shall be carried

out only in de-energized state of the cables.

The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900).

Sostituzione delle lame Replacing the blades

Svitare le tre boccole esagonali A con la relativa chiave. Allentare il

fermo dell’indicatore di lunghezza B con un cacciavite misura 3.

Unscrew the three hexagonal socket screws A with the Allen key.

Loosen the length gauge stop B with a size 3 screwdriver.

Premere a fondo i manici delle pinze per

aprire il supporto lame C e rimuovere le

lame. Sostituire sempre l’intero kit delle

lame (tutte e quattro le lame).

Press the handles of the pliers fully

together. This opens the blade holder

C so that the blades can be removed.

Always replace the complete blade set

(all four blades).

Spellacavo Stripping

Impostare l’indicatore di lunghezza sulla

lunghezza di spelatura desiderata.

Set the length gauge to the desired

stripping length.

Inserire il cavo nella di sezione adeguata. Spingere il cavo contro il

fermo dell’indicatore di lunghezza.

Insert the cable in the appropriate cross-section range. Push the

cable against the length gauge stop.

Premere a fondo i manici delle pinze.

(ill. 8)

Press the handles of the pliers fully together.

(ill. 9)

Aprire le pinze PV-AZM-... e rimuovere il cavo spellato.

(ill. 9)

Open the PV-AZM-... and remove the stripped cable.

Inserire le nuove lame sui perni di

posizionamento D del supporto lame

C. Il lato rettiﬁcato della lama deve

essere rivolto verso il supporto lame. C.

Riportare quindi le pinze spellacavo in

posizione originale e serrare le boccole

esagonali e il fermo dell’indicatore di

lunghezza.

Fit the new blades on the locating pins

D of the blade holder C. The ground

side of the blade must face towards the

blade holder C. Then return the strip-

ping pliers to their original position and

tighten the hexagonal socket screws

and the length gauge stop.
