Introducción
El instalador de fuelles debe ser utilizado ex-
clusivamente para el estiramiento de los fuelles
exibles sobre los ejes de transmisión de los
vehículos.

Siga con cuidado. La presión máxima de funcio-
namiento es de 130Psi. Las conexiones de aire

Colocación en servicio

Montaje / desmontaje

Operación
1. Deslice el fuelle hacia los brazos de la máquina, ex-

Introduction
The CV boot installation tool is to be used so-
lely for the stretching of exible CV boots onto
drive-shaft assemblies of automotive vehicles.
Specications
Working pressure: 72-130Psi
Dimensions: 460 x 140 x 140mm
Maximum joint diameter 120mm
Safety First
Read the operating and safety instructions. Fo-
llow them carefully. Maximum safe operating
pressure 130 psi. Air lines are dangerous – use
them correctly Keep hands away from moving
parts. Never operate the CV boot installation
tool near the face or body. Only use this tool to t
CV boots. If air line pressure exceeds 130 psi, t
a regulator. Disconnect the CV boot installation
tool from the air supply after use.
Putting into service
Before use, check cap-retaining screws are se-
cure. If the CV boot installation tool is dropped,
check for cracked components. Check air line
pressure before connecting the Bootgun. The
CV boot installation tool should be used only by
people trained in the use of pneumatically ope-
rated tools.
Maintenance
Do not attempt to clean or repair the CV boot
installation tool whilst air line is connected. The-
re is no routine maintenance on this tool. Only
use genuine spare parts obtainable from your
supplier.
Assembly / dismantling
No assembly or dismantling is required. The air adaptor
may be exchanged if necessary. The body is threaded to
accept 1/4 inch BSP connector.
Operation
1. Slide boot onto arms, large end rst. The arms should
just protrude from the small end of the boot. To t a
boot to an inner joint, turn the boot inside out before
sliding it onto the CV boot installation tool’s arms.
2. Press “+” button until arms open enough to pass over
the joint. Keep hands clear of moving parts.
3. The air line can now be disconnected. The arms will
remain open until the Minus button is pressed.
4. Place this tool over CV joint and press release Minus
button. Keep hands away from moving parts.
5. Slide the boot from this tool onto the axle and with-
draw the CV boot installation tool over the joint, lea-
ving the boot in position. Complete the installation in
the normal way.

l’outil. Utilisez uniquement des pièces d’origine
achetées auprès de votre fournisseur.
Montage / démontage
Le montage ou le démontage du dispositif n’est pas néce-
ssaire. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez changer l’adaptateur
pneumatique. Le boîtier a une connexion letée de 1/4”
pour le connecteur BSP.
Travail avec le dispositif
1. Placez la botte sur les leviers, d’abord sa grande ex-

Arbeit mit dem Gerät

curezza. Attenersi rigorosamente alle istruzioni

Manutenzione
Non provare a pulire o riparare l’attrezzo quando
esso è collegato alla fonte d’aria. Tale attrezzo
non richiede la manutenzione tecnica ordinaria.
Utilizzare esclusivamente ricambi originali che
si può acquistare dal vostro vendi-tore.
Assemblaggio/smontaggio
L’attrezzo non richiede l’assemblaggio né lo smontaggio.

Principio d’uso

Inleiding

Veiligheid
Lees de instructies van het apparaat en de vei-
ligheidsrichtlijnen. Volg de instructies onvermi-

Werken met het apparaat

A féltengelycsukló porvédő beállításához való
eszköz csak a rugalmas porvédők nyújtására és
a járművek hajtótengelyeire való felszerelésre
szolgál.

Biztonság
Olvassa el a használati és biztonsági utasítá-
sokat. Kötelező betartani ezeket az utasítá-
sokat. A biztonságos működés maximális üzemi
nyomása 130 psi. A légi vonalak veszélyesek –
nagyon óvatosan kell velük dolgozni.
Tartsa távol a kezeit a mozgó alkatrészektől.
Soha ne üzemeltesse a készüléket az arca
vagy a teste közelében. A készüléket csak a
porvédők beállításához használjuk. Ha a veze-
téknyomás meghaladja a 130 psi-t, szereljen be
egy nyomásszabályozót. Miután minden munka
befejeződött, húzza ki a készüléket a levegőfo-
rrásból.
Üzembehelyezés
Működés előtt ellenőrizze a fedelet rögzítő
csavarokat, majd húzza meg azokat. Ha az
eszköz leesik, ellenőrizze, hogy nincsenek-e
repedések az alkatrészeken. Mielőtt csatlakoz-
tatná a légvezetéket, ellenőrizze a benne lévő
légnyomást. Csak a pneumatikus szerszámok
használatára kiképzett személyek dolgozhatnak
a készülékkel.
Karbantartás
Ne próbálja meg megtisztítani vagy megjavíta-
ni a készüléket, ha az a levegőforráshoz van
csatlakoztatva. A készülék nem rendelkezik
ütemezett karbantartással. Csak a szállítótól
vásárolt eredeti pótalkatrészeket használja.
Összeszerelés/szétszerelés
A készülék összeszerelése vagy szétszerelése nem szük-
séges. Szükség esetén kicserélheti a pneumatikus adap-
tert. A ház a BSP csatlakozóhoz való 1/4 ”menetes csat-
lakozóval rendelkezik.
Az eszköz használata
1. Helyezze a porvédőt a karokra, előbb nagy véggel.
Ennek eredményeképpen a karoknak a kis részén
keresztül ki kell jönniük. A porvédő a belső féltenge-
lycsuklóra történő beállításához fordítsa ki a porvé-
dőt, ezek után helyezze az eszközt a karokra
2. Nyomja meg a „+” gombot addig, amíg a karok nem
nyílnak megfelelően, hogy áthaladjanak a féltenge-
lycsuklón. Tartsa távol a kezeit a mozgó alkatrésze-
ktől.
3. A légvezetékek most már leválaszthatók. A karok nyi-
tva maradnak, amíg meg nem nyomja a “- “gombot.
4. Helyezze a készüléket a féltengelycsukló fölé, majd
nyomja meg a “- “gombot. Tartsa távol a kezeit a
mozgó alkatrészektől.
5. Csúsztassa a porvédőt a tengelyre, majd távolítsa el
a készüléket a féltengelycsuklóról úgy, hogy a por-
védő a kívánt helyzetben maradjon. A beállítást a
szokásos eljárás szerint kell elvégezni.

Безопасность
Изучите инструкции по работе с устройством
и технике безопасности. В обязательном
порядке соблюдайте приведенные инструкции.
Максимальное рабочее давление для
безопасной работы составляет 130 фунтов
на кв. дюйм. Воздушные магистрали
представляют опасность – работайте с ними с
особой осторожностью.
Держите руки подальше от движущихся
деталей. Никогда не работайте с инструментом
рядом с лицом или туловищем. Используйте
приспособление только для установки
пыльников. Если давление в магистрали
превышает 130 фунтов на кв. дюйм, установите
регулятор давления. После окончания всех
работ отсоедините приспособление от
источника воздуха.
Ввод в эксплуатацию
Перед началом работы проверьте
фиксирующие крышку винты и их затяжку. В
случае падения приспособления проверьте
компоненты на наличие трещин. Перед
подключением воздушной магистрали
проверьте давление воздуха в ней. К работе
с приспособлением допускается только
персонал, прошедший обучение по работе с
пневматическим инструментом.
Техническое обслуживание
Не пытайтесь почистить или отремонтировать
данное приспособление, пока оно
подключено к источнику воздуха. Для
инструмента не предусмотрено плановое
техническое обслуживание. Используйте
только оригинальные запасные детали,
приобретаемые у своего поставщика.
Сборка/разборка
Сборка или разборка приспособления не требуется.
При необходимости можно сменить пневматический
адаптер. В корпусе предусмотрено резьбовое
соединение 1/4 дюйма для BSP-разъема.
Работа с приспособлением
1. Наденьте пыльник на рычаги, сначала большим
концом. В результате рычаги должны выйти
через малую часть пыльника. Чтобы установить
пыльник на внутренний ШРУС, выверните
пыльник наизнанку, после чего наденьте на
рычаги приспособления.
2. Нажимайте на кнопку «+» до раскрытия рычагов,
достаточного для продевания поверх ШРУСа.
Держите руки подальше от движущихся частей.
3. Теперь воздушную магистраль можно
отсоединить. Рычаги при этом останутся в
раскрытом положении до нажатия на кнопку «-».
4. Расположите приспособление над ШРУСом и
нажмите на кнопку «-». Держите руки подальше от
движущихся частей.
5. Сдвиньте пыльник на ось и извлеките
приспособление с ШРУСа, чтобы пыльник остался
в требуемом положении. Завершите установку
согласно стандартной процедуре.

Przeczytaj instrukcje urządzenia i wytyczne dotyczące
bezpieczeństwa. Pamiętaj, aby postępować zgodnie
z instrukcjami. Maksymalne ciśnienie robocze do be-
zpiecznego działania wynosi 130 funtów na cal kwa-
dratowy. Linie powietrzne są niebezpieczne - pracuj
z nimi z najwyższą ostrożnością. Trzymaj ręce z dala

trza w nim. Z urządzeniem może pracować tylko perso-
nel przeszkolony w użyciu narzędzi pneumatycznych.
Konserwacja
Nie próbuj czyścić lub naprawiać urządzenia, gdy jest
podłączone do źródła powietrza. Nie jest przewidziana
konserwacja instrumentu. Używaj tylko oryginalnych
części kupionych u dostawcy.
Montaż / demontaż
Montaż lub demontaż urządzenia nie jest wymagany. W razie po-
trzeby można zmienić adapter pneumatyczny. Obudowa ma gwin-
towane złącze 1/4 ”do złącza BSP.
Praca z urządzeniem
1. Załóż pylnik na dźwigne, najpierw dużym końcem. W rezulta-
cie dźwignie powinny wychodzić przez niewielką część pylni-
ka. Aby zainstalować pylnik na wewnętrznym przegubie CV,
odwróć pylnik na lewą stronę, a następnie załóż na uchwyty
dźwigni.
2. Naciskaj przycisk „+”, aż dźwignie otworzą się wystarczają-
co do przewlekania przegubu CV. Trzymaj ręce z dala od
ruchomych części.
3. Teraz linia powietrzna może zostać odłączona. Dźwignie
pozostaną w pozycji otwartej do momentu naciśnięcia przy-
cisku „-”.
4. Umieść urządzenie nad przegubem CV i naciśnij przycisk „-”.
Trzymaj ręce z dala od ruchomych części.
5. Przesuń pylnik na oś i wyjmij urządzenie z przegubu CV,
tak aby pylnik pozostał w żądanej pozycji. Zakończ montaż
zgodnie ze standardową procedurą.
