NORME DI SICUREZZA SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

WARNING - If correctly used, the sprayer is a quick, easy to

handle and efficient tool; if used improperly or without the

due precautions it could become a dangerous tool. For

pleasant and safe work,always strictly comply with the

safety rules that follow and throughout this manual.

WARNING: The ignition system of your machine produces

an electromagnetic field of very low intensity. This field

could interfere with certain pacemakers. To reduce the risk

of serious or fatal injury, persons with pacemakers should

consult their doctor or the manufacturer of the pacemaker

before using this machine.

WARNING: – National regulations could limit use of the

machine.

Do not use the sprayer until you have completely urderstood 1.

the specific operating methods. First time users must

familiarize themselves thoroughly with the operation of the

machine before working in the field.

The sprayer must only be used by adults in good physical 2.

condition with knowledge of the operating instructions.

Do not use the sprayer when you are physically tired or after 3.

having taken alcohol, drugs or medication (Fig. 1).

Wear suitable protective gear (PPDs), especially gloves, 4.

overalls, goggles and ear defenders (see pag. 10-11). Wear an

approved respirator and protective overalls for protection

against toxic liquids.

Never allow bystanders or animals to remain within your 5.

working area when starting or working with the sprayer

(Fig. 2).

Always work from a firm-footed and safe position (Fig. 3).6.

Attempt to service the sprayer while the engine is running.7.

Check the sprayer each day to ensure that each device, 8.

whether for safety or otherwise, is functional.

N9. ever use a damaged, modified, or improperly repaired or

assembled sprayer. Do not remove, damage or disactivate any

of the safety devices.

ATTENZIONE - L’irroratore, se ben usato, è uno strumento

di lavoro rapido, comodo ed efficace; se usata in modo

non corretto o senza le dovute precauzioni potrebbe

diventare un attrezzo pericoloso. Perchè il vostro lavoro

sia sempre piacevole e sicuro, rispettare scrupolosamente

le norme di sicurezza riportate qui di seguito e nel corso

del manuale.

ATTENZIONE: Il sistema di accensione della vostra unità,

produce un campo elettromagnetico di intensità molto

bassa. Questo campo può interferire con alcuni

pacemaker. Per ridurre il rischio di lesioni gravi o mortali,

le persone con pacemaker dovrebbero consultare il

proprio medico e il costruttore del pacemaker prima di

utilizzare questa macchina.

ATTENZIONE! – Regolamenti nazionali possono limitare

l’uso della macchina.

Non utlizzare l’irroratore prima di essere istruiti in modo 1.

specifico sull’uso. L'operatore alla prima esperienzadeve

esercitarsi prima dell'utilizzo sul campo.

L’irroratore deve essere usato solo da persone adulte, in buone 2.

condizioni fisiche e a conoscenza delle norme d’uso.

Non usare l’irroratore in condizioni di affaticamento fisico o 3.

sotto l’efetto di alcool o droghe (Fig. 1).

Indossare i DPI con particolare riferimento a guanti, occhiali 4.

protettivi e cuffia (vedi pag. 10-11). Indossare un respiratore

omologato e una tuta protettiva adeguata alla nocività del

liquido utilizzato prima di iniziare il lavoro.

Non permettere ad altre persone o animali di restare entro il 5.

raggio d’azione dell’irroratore durante l’avviamento e l’uso

(Fig. 2).

Lavorare sempre in posizione stabile e sicura (Fig. 3).6.

Non effettuare manutenzione quando il motore è in moto.7.

Controllare giornalmente l’irroratore per assicurarsi che ogni 8.

dispositivo, di sicurezza e non, sia funzionante.

Non lavorare con un irroratore danneggiato, mal riparato, mal 9.

montato o modificato arbitrariamente. Non togliere o

danneggiare o rendere inefficace alcun dispositivo di

sicurezza.

Non utilizzare in atmosfera esplosiva o in prossimità di 10.

sostanze infiammabili. Assicurare la ventilazione dell’ambiente

durante l’utilizzo in serra (Fig. 4).

È proibito applicare alla presa di forza dell’irroratore una 11.

pompa o altra applicazione che non sia quella fornita dal

costruttore.

In caso di necessità della messa fuori servizio dell’irroratore, 12.

non abbandonarlo nell’ambiente, ma consegnarlo al

Rivenditore che provvederà alla corretta collocazione.

Consegnate o prestate l’irroratore soltanto a persone esperte 13.

e a conoscenza del funzionamento e del corretto utilizzo della

macchina. Consegnate anche il manuale con le istruzioni

d’uso, da leggere prima di iniziare il lavoro.

Conservare con cura il seguente Manuale e consultarlo prima 14.

di ogni utilizzo della macchina.

Mantenere tutte le etichette con i segnali di pericolo e di 15.

sicurezza in perfette condizioni. In caso di danneggiamenti o

deterioramenti occorre sostituirle tempestivamente

(Vedi pag. 4).

Si raccomanda di 16. non avviare mai la macchina senza la

pompa. Ciò può causare danni importanti alle parti del

motore e l’immediato decadimento della garanzia.

Non utilizzare l’irroratore in vicinanza di apparecchiature 17.

elettriche e linee elettriche (Fig. 5).

La macchina deve essere posizionata sempre in verticale per 18.

evitare fuoriuscite di liquido dal serbatoio.

Non impiegare l’irroratore con sostanze 19. infiammabili e/o

corrosive.

Non montare la pompa su altri motori o trasmissioni di 20.

potenza.

Prima di avviare il motore, assicurarsi che il rubinetto dei 21.

liquidi sia chiuso.

Non utilizzare la macchina per usi diversi da quelli indicati dal 22.

manuale (vedi pag. 22).

Non abbandonare la macchina con il motore acceso.23.

Ricordare che il proprietario o l’operatore è responsabile degli 24.

incidenti o dei rischi subiti da terzi o da beni di loro proprietà.

DISPOSITIVI DI PROTEZIONE INDIVIDUALE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE DEVICES ÉQUIPEMENTS DE PROTECTION INDIVIDUELLE

Quando si lavora con l’irroratore, nonché in tutte le

fasi in cui si manipolano i prodotti fitosanitari

(trasporto, conservazione, miscelazione,

manutenzione delle attrezzature, ecc.), usare sempre

i DPI. L’uso dei dispositivi di protezione individuale è

indispensabile per evitare che l’operatore sia esposto ai

prodotti fitosanitari. Fatevi consigliare dal vostro

rivenditore di fiducia per la scelta dell’abbigliamento

adeguato.

L’abbigliamento deve essere adatto e non d’impaccio.

Indossare un abito aderente protettivo. La tuta intera è

l’ideale (Fig. 1). Non portare abiti, sciarpe, cravatte o monili

che potrebbero impigliarsi nella sterpaglia. Raccogliere i

capelli lunghi e proteggerli (per esempio con un foulard, un

berretto, un casco, ecc.)

Indossare stivali di sicurezza muniti di suole

antisdrucciolo e puntali d’acciaio (Fig.2).

Indossare gli occhiali o la visiera protettivi (Fig.3-4)!

Indossare un respiratore omologato prima di

spargere i liquidi (Fig. 5).

Applicare protezioni dai rumori; per esempio le cuffie

(Fig.6) o i tappi. L’uso delle protezioni per l’udito richiede

maggior attenzione e prudenza, perché la percezione di

segnali acustici di pericolo (grida, allarmi, ecc.) è limitata.

Calzare guanti (Fig.7) che permettano il massimo

assorbimento delle vibrazioni e proteggono dal contatto

con le sostanze chimiche.

When working with the sprayer, and indeed

whenever crop-spraying chemicals are being

handled (transport, storage, mixing, maintenance of

equipment, etc.), always wear and use the

appropriate PPDs. The use of Personal Protective

Devices is essential, otherwise the operator will run the

risk of exposure to hazardous chemicals. Consult your

trusted supplier to choose an adequate equipment.

The clothing must be proper and not an obstacle. Wear

adherent protective clothing. Full-body overalls (Fig.1) are

best. Do not wear clothes, scarves, ties or bracelets that can

stuck into twigs. Tie up and protect long hair (example with

foulards, caps, helmets, etc.).

Safety boots having skid-proof sole and anti-piercing

insert (Fig.2).

Wear protective goggles or face screens (Fig.3-4)!

Wear an approved breathing apparatus when

spraying liquids (Fig. 5).

Use protections against noises; for example noise

reduction ear guards (Fig.6) or earplugs. The use of

protections for the ear requests much more attention and

caution, because the perception of danger audio signals

(screaming, alarms, etc.) is limited.

Wear gloves (Fig.7) offering superior vibration-absorbing

properties and protection against contact with

chemicals.

Toujours porter les EPI pour utiliser le pulvérisateur

et pour toutes les phases qui prévoient la

manipulation de produits antiparasitaires

(transport, conservation, mélange, entretien des

outils). Le port d'EPI est obligatoire pour éviter que

l’opérateur ne soit exposé aux produits antiparasitaires.

Demandez conseil à votre revendeur habituel pour

choisir le vêtement qui répond le mieux à vos

exigences.

Assurez-vous que le vêtement choisi ne gêne pas les

mouvements. Portez un vêtement de protection près du

corps. La combinaison entière (Fig.1) est l’idéal. Ne portez

pas de vêtements, écharpes, cravates ou bijoux qui

risqueraient de s'accrocher dans les buissons. Nouez les

cheveux longs et protégez-les (par exemple avec un foulard,

un béret, un casque, etc. ..).

Portez des bottes de protection avec semelles antiglisse

et pointes en acier (Fig. 2).

Portez des lunettes ou une visière de protection

(Fig. 3-4)!

Porter un respirateur homologué avant de diffuser

les produits liquides (Fig. 5).

Utilisez des dispositifs protégeant contre les émissions

sonores; casque (Fig. 6) ou boules dans les oreilles.

Rappelez-vous d'être extrêmement prudents lorsque vous

utilisez ce genre de protection car la perception des signaux

acoustiques de danger (cris, alarmes, etc. ..) est réduite.

Porter des gants (Fig.7) qui absorbent le plus possible les

vibrations et qui protègent contre les substances

chimiques.

La macchina viene fornita nell’imballo come in Fig. 1. Per

poterla utilizzare bastano poche e semplici operazioni:

- Collegare il tubo ad alta pressione (A, Fig. 2) alla pompa

tramite il dado ad alette (B). Serrare con forza il dado (B)

per evitare che si sviti durante il lavoro.

- Avvitare il regolatore getto (C, Fig. 3) sulla punta della

lancia (D) serrando con una chiave esagonale da 17 mm.

- Avvitare la lancia (D, Fig. 4) sulla saracinesca (E) serrando

con una chiave esagonale da 16 mm.

PRESTAZIONE DELLE LANCE

Fig. 7 - La lancia con 1 ugello (regolatore getto “C”) con il

regolatore tutto aperto (svitato in senso antiorario) arriva in

verticale a 220 cm dall’uscita della lancia stessa.

La stessa lancia con il regolatore tutto chiuso (avvitato in

senso orario) copre una larghezza di diametro 100 cm circa

nebulizzando moltissimo il prodotto.

Lance opzionali:

- Lancia con 2 ugelli, getto di larghezza di diametro 60 cm

- Lancia con 3 ugelli, getto di larghezza di diametro 70 cm

- Lancia con 4 ugelli, getto di larghezza di diametro 90 cm.

ASSEMBLING THE LANCE

The sprayer is supplied packaged as shown in Fig. 1. To

prepare the sprayer for use a few simple operations are

required:

- Connect the high-pressure hose (A, Fig. 2) to the pump

and secure with wingnut (B). Tighten the bolt (B) firmly to

prevent it from coming loose during operation.

- Screw the jet regulator (C, Fig. 3) on to the tip of the lance

(D) and tighten with a 17 mm spanner.

- Screw the lance (D, Fig. 4) on to the control valve (E) and

tighten with a 16 mm spanner.

OPTIONAL

A range of lances for all operator requirements can be

purchased separately (Fig. 5-6):

F. Lance with 2 nozzles (to be screwed onto standard lance

“D” and tightened with a 16 mm spanner)

G. Lance with 3 nozzles

H. Lance with 4 nozzles

LANCE PERFORMANCE

Fig. 7 -The standard lance with single nozzle (jet regulator

“C”) with the regulator fully open (turned counter-clockwise)

has a vertical throw of 220 cm from the lance tip.

The same lance, with the regulator fully closed (turned fully

clockwise), covers an area approximately 100 cm in diameter

with a very small droplet size.

Optional lances:

- Lance with 2 nozzles, 60 cm diameter jet.

- Lance with 3 nozzles, 70 cm diameter jet.

- Lance with 4 nozzles, 90 cm diameter jet.

MONTAGE LANCE

La machine est fournie dans un emballage, comme illustré à

la Fig. 1. Pour pouvoir l’utiliser, il suffit d’effectuer quelques

simples opérations :

- Raccorder le tuyau haute pression (A, Fig. 2) à la pompe à

l’aide de l’écrou à ailettes (B). Serrer avec force l’écrou (B)

pour éviter son desserrage pendant le fonctionnement.

- Visser le régulateur du jet (C, Fig. 3) sur la pointe de la

lance (D) puis serrer avec une clé hexagonale de 17 mm.

- Visser la lance (D, Fig. 4) sur la vanne (E) et serrer avec une

clé hexagonale de 16 mm.

OPTIONS

Pour toutes les exigences possibles de l’opérateur, une série

de lances à commander séparément est disponible

(Fig. 5-6) :

F. Lance à 2 buses (à visser sur la lance “D” fournie avec la

La lance avec le régulateur totalement fermé (vissé dans le

nébulisation du produit.

CARBURANTE

ATTENZIONE: la benzina è un carburante estremamente

infiammabile. Usare estrema cautela quando si manipola

la benzina o una miscela di combustibili. Non fumare o

portare fuoco o fiamme vicino al carburante o all’irroratore

(Fig.14).

Per ridurre il rischio di incendio e di farsi bruciature, ·

maneggiare con cura il carburante. È altamente

infiammabile.

Agitare e mettere il combustibile in un contenitore approvato per ·

il carburante (Fig.15).

Miscelare di combustibile all'aperto dove non ci siano scintille o ·

fiamme.

Posizionare in terra, fermare il motore e lasciare raffreddare prima ·

di effettuare il rifornimento.

Allentare il tappo del carburante lentamente per rilasciare la ·

pressione e per evitare la fuoriuscita di carburante.

Serrare saldamente il tappo carburante dopo il rifornimento. ·

Le vibrazioni possono causare un allentamento del tappo e la

fuoriuscita di carburante.

Asciugare il combustibile fuoriuscito dall'unità. Spostare la ·

macchina a 3 metri di distanza dal sito di rifornimento prima di

avviare il motore (Fig.16).

Non tentare mai di bruciare combustibile fuoriuscito in qualsiasi ·

circostanza.

Non fumare durante la manipolazione del combustibile o ·

durante il funzionamento dell’atomizzatore.

Stoccare il carburante in un luogo fresco, asciutto e ben ventilato. ·

Non stoccare il combustibile in luoghi con foglie secche, paglia, ·

carta, ecc.

Conservare l'unità e il carburante in luoghi in cui i vapori di ·

carburante non vengano a contatto con scintille o fiamme libere,

bollitori di acqua per riscaldamento, motori elettrici o interruttori,

forni, ecc.

Non togliere il tappo del serbatoio quando il motore è in ·

funzione.

Non utilizzare combustibile per operazioni di pulizia. ·

Fare attenzione a non spargere carburante sul proprio ·

abbigliamento.

FUELING

WARNING: Gasoline is an extremely flammable fuel. Use

extreme caution when handling gasoline or fuel mix. Do

not smoke or bring any fire or flame near to the fuel or the

sprayer (Fig. 14).

To reduce the risk of fire and burn injury, handle fuel with ·

care. It is highly flammable.

Mix and store fuel in a container approved for gasoline (Fig.15). ·

Mix fuel outdoors where there are no sparks or flames. ·

Select bare ground, stop engine, and allow to cool before ·

refueling.

Loosen fuel cap slowly to release pressure and to keep fuel from ·

escaping around the cap.

Tighten fuel cap securely after refueling. Unit vibration can cause ·

an improperly tightened fuel cap to loosen or come off and spill

quantities of fuel.

Wipe spilled fuel from the unit. Move 3 metre away from ·

refueling site before starting engine (Fig.16).

Never attempt to burn off spilled fuel under any circumstances. ·

Do not smoke while handling fuel or while operating the ·

mistblower.

Store fuel in a cool, dry, well ventilated place. ·

Never place the mitblower in a combustible area such as dry ·

leaves, straw, paper, etc.

Store the unit and fuel in an area where fuel vapors cannot reach ·

sparks or open flames from water heaters, electric motors or

switches, furnaces, etc.

Never take the cap off the tank when the engine is running. ·

Never use fuel for cleaning operations. ·

Take care not to get fuel on your clothing. ·

CARBURANT

ATTENTION : l'essence est un carburant extrêmement

inflammable. Manipulez l'essence ou le mélange de

carburant avec une extrême précaution. Ne pas fumer ou

ne pas produire de flammes à proximité du carburant ou

du pulvérisateur (Fig.14).

Pour réduire le risque d'incendie et de brûlures, manipulez le ·

carburant avec précaution. Il est extrêmement inflammable.

Secouez et mettez le carburant dans un récipient homologué ·

(Fig.15).

Mélangez le carburant en plein air dans un endroit sans risque ·

d'étincelles ou de flammes.

Placez au sol, coupez le moteur et laissez-le refroidir avant de ·

procéder au ravitaillement.

Desserrez lentement le bouchon du carburant pour évacuer la ·

pression et pour éviter que le carburant ne se déverse.

Serrez fermement le bouchon après le ravitaillement. Sous l'effet ·

des vibrations, le bouchon risque de se desserrer et le carburant

de s'échapper.

Essuyez le carburant qui aurait pu s'échapper. Écartez l'outil à 3 ·

m du lieu de ravitaillement avant de démarrer le moteur (Fig.16).

Ne tentez en aucun cas de brûler le carburant déversé. ·

Ne fumez pas durant le ravitaillement ou lorsque l'atomiseur est ·

en marche.

Stockez le carburant dans un endroit frais, sec et bien aéré. ·

Ne stockez pas le carburant dans un endroit présentant des ·

feuilles sèches, de la paille, du papier, etc.

Conservez l'outil et le carburant dans un endroit où les vapeurs ·

de carburant n'entreront pas en contact avec des étincelles ou

des flammes libres, des ballons d'eau pour le chauffage, des

moteurs électriques ou des interrupteurs, des fours, etc.

N'ôtez pas le bouchon du réservoir lorsque le moteur tourne. ·

N'utilisez pas de carburant pour les opérations de nettoyage. ·

Assurez-vous de ne pas déverser de carburant sur vos vêtements. ·

CARBURANTE

Questo prodotto è azionato da un motore a 2 tempi e richiede

la premiscelazione di benzina e olio per motori a 2 tempi.

Premiscelare la benzina senza piombo e l’olio per motori a due

tempi in un contenitore pulito approvato per la benzina (Fig.17).

CARBURANTE CONSIGLIATO: QUESTO MOTORE È CERTIFICATO

PER FUNZIONARE CON BENZINA SENZA PIOMBO PER USO

AUTOMOBILISTICO A 89 OTTANI ([R + M] / 2) O CON UN NUMERO

MAGGIORE DI OTTANI (Fig.18).

Miscelare l’olio per motori a 2 tempi con la benzina secondo le

istruzioni sulla confezione.

Consigliamo di usare olio per motori a 2 tempi Oleo-Mac al 2%

(1:50) formulato specificamente per tutti i motori a due tempi

raffreddati ad aria Oleo-Mac.

Le proporzioni corrette di olio/carburante indicate nel prospetto

(Fig.19) sono idonee quando si usa olio per motori Oleo-Mac

PROSINT 2 e EUROSINT 2 (Fig.20) o un olio motore di alta qualità

equivalente (specifiche JASO FD o ISO L-EGD). Quando le

specifiche dell’olio NON sono equivalenti o non sono note, usare

un rapporto di miscelazione olio/carburante del 4% (1:25).

CAUTELA: NON USARE OLIO PER AUTOVEICOLI O OLIO PER

MOTORI FUORIBORDO A 2 TEMPI.

CAUTELA: non usare mai un carburante con una

percentuale di alcool maggiore del 10%; sono accettabili

gasohol con una percentuale di alcool fino al 10% o

carburante E10.

CAUTELA:

Acquistare solo il quantitativo di carburante necessario -

in base ai propri consumi; non acquistarne più di quanto

se ne userà in uno o due mesi;

Conservare la benzina in un contenitore chiuso -

ermeticamente, in un luogo fresco e asciutto.

NOTA: l’olio per motori a due tempi contiene stabilizzatore per

carburante e rimane fresco per 30 giorni. NON miscelare quantitativi

maggiori di quelli utilizzabili in un periodo di 30 giorni. Si consiglia

olio per motori a 2 tempi contenente stabilizzatore per carburante

(Emak ADDITIX 2000 - cod. art. 001000972 – Fig.21).

RIFORNIMENTO (Fig.23)

Agitare la tanica della miscela prima di procedere al rifornimento

(Fig.22).

FUELING

This product is powered by a 2-cycle engine and requires pre-

mixing gasoline and 2-cycle oil. Pre-mix unleaded gasoline and

2-cycle engine oil in a clean container approved for gasoline

(Fig.17).

RECOMMENDED FUEL: THIS ENGINE IS CERTIFIED TO OPERATE ON

UNLEADED GASOLINE INTENDED FOR AUTOMOTIVE USE WITH AN

OCTANE RATING OF 89 ([R + M] / 2) OR HIGHER (Fig.18).

Mix 2-cycle engine oil with gasoline according to the instructions

on the package.

We strongly recommend the use of 2% (1:50) Oleo-Mac two cycle

engine oil, which is specifically formulated for all Oleo-Mac air-

cooled two-stroke engines.

The correct oil / fuel proportions shown in the table (Fig.19)

are suitable when using the Oleo-Mac PROSINT 2 and

EUROSINT 2 (Fig.20) or an equivalent high-quality engine oil

(JASO specification FD or ISO specification L-EGD).When oil

specifications are NOT equivalent or unknown use 4% (1:25) oil /

fuel mixing ratio.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE AUTOMOTIVE OIL OR 2-CYCLE

OUTBOARD OIL.

CAUTION: Never use a fuel with an alcohol percentage

higher than 10%; gasohol up to 10% alcohol or E10 fuel

are acceptable.

CAUTION:

Match your fuel purchases to your consumption; don’t -

buy more than you will use in one or two months;

Store gasoline in a tightly-closed container in a cool, dry -

place.

NOTE: 2-cycle engine oil contains a fuel stabilizer and will stay fresh

up to 30 days. DO NOT mix quantities larger than usable in a 30 day

period. A 2-cycle oil containing a fuel stabilizer is recommended

(Emak ADDITIX 2000 p.n. 001000972 – Fig.21).

FILLING THE TANK (Fig.23)

Stir the mixture well before refuelling (Fig.22).

CARBURANT

Cet appareil est actionné par un moteur 2 temps et nécessite

le prémélange d'essence et d'huile pour moteurs 2 temps.

Prémélangez l'essence sans plomb et l'huile pour moteurs 2 temps

dans un récipient propre homologué pour contenir de l'essence

Mélangez l'huile pour moteurs 2 temps avec l'essence en suivant

les instructions sur l'emballage.

Il est conseillé d'utiliser de l'huile pour moteurs 2 temps Oleo-Mac

à 2% (1:50) spécialement formulée pour tous les moteurs 2 temps

refroidis par air Oleo-Mac.

Les proportions correctes huile/essence illustrées dans la notice

(Fig.19) sont adaptées à l'utilisation d'huile pour moteurs Oleo-Mac

PROSINT 2 et EUROSINT 2 (Fig.20) ou d'huile moteur de haute

qualité équivalente (spécifications JASO FD ou ISO L-EGD).

Quand les spécifications de l'huile NE SONT PAS équivalentes ou ne

sont pas connues, utilisez un rapport de mélange huile/essence de

4% (1:25).

ATTENTION : NE PAS UTILISER D'HUILE POUR

AUTOMOBILES OU POUR MOTEURS HORS-BORD 2 TEMPS.

ATTENTION : N'utilisez jamais de carburant dont

le pourcentage d'alcool dépasse 10% ; le gazole avec

pourcentage d'alcool jusqu'à 10% ou l'essence E10 sont

acceptés.

ATTENTION :

N'achetez que la quantité de carburant nécessaire en -

fonction des consommations personnelles ; n'en achetez

pas plus qu'il n'en sera utilisé en un ou deux mois ;

Conservez l'essence dans un récipient hermétique, dans -

un endroit frais et sec.

REMARQUE : l'huile pour moteurs 2 temps contient un stabilisateur

pour carburant et reste fraîche pendant 30 jours. NE mélangez PAS

des quantités supérieures à celles utilisables sur une période de 30

jours. Il est recommandé d'utiliser une huile pour moteurs 2 temps

contenant un stabilisateur pour carburant (Emak ADDITIX 2000 -

réf. art. 001000972 – Fig.21).

RAVITAILLEMENT (Fig.23)

Secouez le jerrycan du mélange avant de procéder au ravitaillement

(Fig.22).

ATTENZIONE: osservare le istruzioni di sicurezza per

la manipolazione del carburante. Spegnere sempre il

motore prima di fare rifornimento. Non aggiungere

mai carburante a una macchina con il motore in

funzione o caldo. Spostarsi almeno 3 m dalla posizione

in cui è stato effettuato il rifornimento prima di avviare

il motore (fig.24). NON FUMARE!

Pulire la superficie attorno al tappo del carburante per 1.

evitare contaminazioni.

Allentare lentamente il tappo del carburante.2.

Versare con attenzione la miscela di carburante nel serbatoio. 3.

Evitare versamenti.

Prima di rimettere il tappo del carburante, pulire e controllare 4.

la guarnizione.

Rimettere immediatamente il tappo del carburante 5.

stringendolo manualmente. Rimuovere eventuali versamenti

di carburante.

NOTA: è normale che un motore nuovo emetta fumo

durante e dopo il primo utilizzo.

ATTENZIONE: controllare se vi sono perdite di

carburante e, ove presenti, eliminarle prima dell’uso.

Se necessario, contattare il servizio assistenza del

proprio rivenditore.

Motore ingolfato

- Posizionare l’interruttore di massa su STOP.

- Applicare uno strumento idoneo al cappuccio della candela

(3, Fig. 25).

- Sollevare il cappuccio della candela.

- Svitare e asciugare la candela.

- Aprire completamente la farfalla.

- Tirare diverse volte la fune di avviamento per svuotare la

camera di combustione.

- Riapplicare la candela e collegare il cappuccio premendolo

con decisione.

- Posizionare l’interruttore di funzionamento su I, posizione di

avviamento.

- Portare la leva starter nella posizione OPEN, anche se il

motore è freddo.

- Avviare ora il motore.

WARNING: Follow safety instruction for fuel handling.

Always shut off engine before fuelling. Never add fuel

to a machine with a running or hot engine. Move at

least 3 m from refuelling site before starting engine

(Fig.24). DO NOT SMOKE!

Clean surface around fuel cap to prevent contamination.1.

Loosen fuel cap slowly.2.

Carefully pour fuel mixture into the tank. Avoid spillage.3.

Prior to replacing the fuel cap, clean and inspect the gasket.4.

Immediately replace fuel cap and hand tighten. Wipe up any 5.

fuel spillage.

NOTE: It is normal for smoke to be emitted from a new

engine during and after first use.

WARNING: Check for fuel leaks, if any are found, correct

before use. Contact a Servicing Dealer if necessary.

Engine is Flooded

- Set the on/off switch to STOP.

- Engage a suitable tool in the spark plug boot (3, Fig. 25).

- Pry off the spark plug boot.

- Unscrew and dry off the spark plug.

- Open the throttle wide.

- Pull the starter rope several times to clear the combustion

chamber.

- Refit the spark plug and connect the spark plug boot, press it

down firmly.

- Set the on/off switch to I, the starting position.

- Set the choke lever to OPEN position – even if engine is cold.

- Now start the engine.

ATTENTION : respectez les consignes de sécurité sur la

manipulation du carburant. Coupez toujours le moteur

avant de procéder au ravitaillement. Ne faites jamais

l'appoint de carburant lorsque le moteur tourne ou s'il

est encore chaud. Restez à au moins 3 m de la zone de

ravitaillement avant de démarrer le moteur (fig.24). NE

FUMEZ PAS !

Nettoyez la surface autour du bouchon de carburant afin 1.

d'éviter toute contamination.

Dévissez lentement le bouchon de carburant.2.

Versez soigneusement le mélange de carburant dans le 3.

réservoir. Évitez de renverser du carburant.

Avant de remonter le bouchon de carburant, nettoyez et 4.

inspectez le joint d'étanchéité.

Remontez immédiatement le bouchon de carburant et 5.

serrez-le manuellement. Essuyez tout déversement de

carburant

REMARQUE : il est normal qu'un moteur neuf dégage de la

fumée durant et après la première utilisation.

ATTENTION : vérifiez si le carburant fuit et, le cas

échéant, éliminez les fuites avant d'utiliser la machine.

Si nécessaire, faites appel au service d'assistance

auprès de votre revendeur.

Moteur noyé

- Basculez l’interrupteur de marche/arrêt sur la position STOP.

- Insérez un outil adapté dans la coiffe de bougie (3, Fig. 25).

- Faites levier sur la coiffe de bougie et retirez-la.

- Dévissez et séchez la bougie.

- Ouvrez l’accélérateur à fond.

- Actionnez le lanceur à plusieurs reprises de façon à vider la

chambre de combustion.

- Remontez la bougie et connectez la coiffe en l’enfonçant

fermement.

- Basculer l’interrupteur de marche/arrêt sur I, la position de

démarrage.

- Passez le levier d’étrangleur sur la position OUVRIR, même si

le moteur est froid.

- Démarrez à présent le moteur.

AVVIAMENTO MOTORE

Assicurarsi che la leva acceleratore sia posizionata al minimo.

Portare l’interruttore (A, Fig. 28) in posizione. Portare la leva

starter (D, Fig.29-30B) in posizione “CLOSE”. Appoggiare

l’irroratore sul terreno in posizione stabile. Tenendo fermo

l’irroratore (Fig. 31), tirare energicamente la funicella

d’avviamento alcune volte fino ad ottenere l’avviamento.

Aspettare alcuni secondi e quindi azionare la leva

acceleratore (B, Fig. 28) per sbloccare il dispositivo di semi-

accelerazione automatica. La leva starter (D, Fig. 29-30A)

deve ritornare nella posizione originale “OPEN”.

ATTENZIONE - Impiegare il dispositivo di semi-

accelerazione esclusivamente nella fase di

avviamento del motore.

ATTENZIONE - Quando il motore è già caldo, non

usare lo starter per l'avviamento.

RODAGGIO MOTORE

Il motore raggiunge la sua massima potenza dopo 5÷8 ore di

lavoro.

Durante questo periodo di rodaggio non fare funzionare il

motore a vuoto al massimo numero di giri per evitare

eccessive sollecitazioni.

ATTENZIONE! - Durante il rodaggio non variare

la carburazione per ottenere un presunto

incremento di potenza; il motore potrebbe esserne

danneggiato.

STARTING THE ENGINE

Make sure that the throttle lever is in the idle position.

Put the ON/OFF switch (A, Fig. 28) in the position. Put the

choke lever (D, Fig. 29-30B) in the “CLOSE” position.

Place the sprayer on the ground in a stable position. Holding

the sprayer firmly (Fig. 31), pull sharply on the starter cord to

start the engine. Wait a few seconds then operate the

throttle lever (B, Fig. 28) to release the automatic semi-

acceleration device. The starter lever (D, Fig. 29-30A) should

return to its original “OPEN” position.

WARNING - Use the semi-acceleration device only in

the phase of starting the engine.

WARNING - Once the engine is warmed up to not use

the choke to start up again.

BREAKING-IN THE ENGINE

The engine reaches the maximum power after 5÷8 hours of

activity.

During this period of breaking-in do not make the machine

function idly at full throttle, to avoid excessive functioning

stress.

WARNING! - During the breaking-in period do not

vary the carburetion to obtain a presumed power

increment; the engine can be damaged.

DEMARRAGE DU MOTEUR

S’assurer que l’accélérateur est positionné au ralenti.

Mettez l’interrupteur (A, Fig. 28) sur. Mettez le levier starter

(D, Fig. 29-30B) sur “CLOSE”. Posez l’irrorateur sur le terrain en

position stable. Tout en immobilisant l’irrorateur (Fig. 31),

tirer énergiquement plusieurs fois sur le cordon de

mi-accélération que dans la phase de démarrage du

moteur.

ATTENTION - Quand le moteur est chaud n’utilisez

pas le starter pour le faire démarrer.

RODAGE MOTEUR

Le moteur atteint sa puissance maximale au bout de 5 à 8

heures de travail.

Au cours de cette période de rodage, ne faites pas tourner le

moteur à vide au régime maxi pour lui éviter des efforts

inutiles.

ATTENTION! - Durant le rodage, ne modifiez pas la

carburation en vue d'augmenter la puissance; vous

risquez seulement d'endommager le moteur.

Il presente manuale è valido per gli irroratori che vengono

impiegati per trattamenti fitosanitari in frutteti e vigneti, in

filari di vario genere o tipo e in serre.

Pianificate attentamente il vostro lavoro. Non iniziare a

lavorare fino a quando non avete definito chiaramente la

zona di lavoro.

ATTENZIONE - Verificare costantemente l’area in cui

RULES OF USE

The sprayers in this range are designed for agricultural use.

The materials used withstand normal chemical products for

agricultural spraying used when built.

Alternative use of the machine is not permitted, we do not

answer for eventual damages caused by aggressive chemicals

or thick sticky products.

MACHINE USE IS HIGHLY PROHIBITED TO PEOPLE UNDER THE

AGE OF 18.

This manual is valid for sprayers used for crop-spraying

chemicals in orchards and vineyards, various types of rows of

plants and in greenhouses.

Plan your work carefully and intelligently. Establish the exact

expanse and confines of the area to be treated, before

commencing work.

WARNING - Keep a constant watch on conditions in

the area being treated: do not direct the jet at people

or animals. Stop the spray jet immediately if anyone

approaches.

PRECAUTIONS FOR THE WORK AREA

Do not work near electrical cables or buildings. -

Work only in conditions offering sufficient visibility and -

light to see clearly.

Do not walk backwards when using the machine. -

Stop the engine before setting the sprayer down. -

Be particularly cautious and alert when wearing ear -

protectors, as these can restrict your ability to hear sounds

indicating danger (shouts, signals, warnings, etc.)

Be extremely careful when working on slopes or uneven -

surfaces.

Use of this machine is strictly prohibited with these products:

- Paints of any kind or type

- Paint solvents or diluents of any kind or type

UTILIZZO PRODOTTI CHIMICI

Tutti i prodotti antiparassitari o diserbanti possono essere

dannosi sia all'uomo sia all'ambiente se utilizzati in modo

non corretto o inavvertitamente.

Si consiglia pertanto l'utilizzo solo a persone

opportunamente addestrate (patentino) e in ogni caso

soltanto dopo aver letto attentamente le istruzioni d'uso

riportate sul contenitore.

NORME DA SEGUIRE PER L'UTILIZZO DI PRODOTTI

All pesticide or herbicides products can be harmful both to

man and to the environment if used wrongly or without

attention.

We advise that the machine be used by trained people

(licensed) and have carefully read the user instructions

written on the container.

NORMS TO FOLLOW FOR THE USAGE OF CHEMICAL

PRODUCTS

Comply with the following precautions in order to prevent

damage or injury:

- Careful stocking, in secure places with denied access to

strangers and children.

- Handle products with care wearing antiacid rubber gloves,

protective glasses – face masks or protective helmets,

water-repellent or TIVEK overalls, rubber boots or similar.

- In case of eye contact or ingestion of chemical products or

mixture consult a doctor, and take the nameplate of the

product ingested with you.

- Garments that come in contact with chemical mixture

being pure or diluted, must be carefully washed before

being re-used.

EMPLOI DE PRODUITS CHIMIQUES

Tous les produits antiparasitaires ou désherbants peuvent

avoir des effets nocifs sur l'homme et l'environnement s'ils

ne sont pas utilisés dans les règles de l'art en prenant les

précautions qui s'imposent. Il est conseillé de n'autoriser leur

emploi qu'à des personnes ayant suivi une formation

spécifique (titulaires d'un permis) et, de toute façon,

uniquement après voir lu attentivement la notice figurant

sur l'emballage de chaque produit.

RÈGLES ET CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ À RESPECTER POUR

L'UTILISATION DE PRODUITS CHIMIQUES

Respecter les recommandations suivantes pour éviter tout

dommage ou accident :

- Les lieux de stockage doivent être protégés et leur accès

doit être interdit aux personnes étrangères et aux enfants.

- Manipulez les produits avec précaution. Portez des gants

en caoutchouc résistants aux acides, des lunettes -

masques ou casques d'épuration, des vêtements

In caso di contatto con occhi o ingestione di prodotti -

chimici o miscela di prodotto consultare un medico

portando con se la targhetta del prodotto ingerito.

Lavare con cura, prima di riutilizzarli, tutti gli indumenti -

che entrino in contatto con la miscela chimica sia essa pura

o diluita.

Non fumare, bere e mangiare durante la preparazione o la -

distribuzione della miscela e nei pressi o all'interno di

appezzamenti trattati.

Trattare rispettando le distanze di sicurezza da centri -

abitati, corsi d'acqua, strade, centri sportivi, verde pubblico

o sentieri di uso pubblico.

Lavare con cura i contenitori dei fitofarmaci sciaquandoli -

più volte con acqua pulita, quindi riporli asciutti in appositi

sacchi di plastica. I liquidi di lavaggio possono essere

utilizzati per il trattamento.

I contenitori vuoti devono essere consegnati agli appositi -

centri di raccolta nel rispetto della legislazione nazionale e

delle direttive impartite a livello territoriale. I contenitori

non devono essere mai abbandonati nell’ambiente e non

devono essere riutilizzati per nessun altro scopo.

Terminata l’irrorazione lavare con cura l’irroratore diluendo -

i residui con una quantità di acqua almeno 10 volte

superiore allo stesso residuo ridistribuendo la miscela

ottenuta sul campo trattato.

Con l’utilizzo di prodotti chimici aggressivi intensificare i -

controlli delle membrane e dei tubi; dopo ogni utilizzo

dell’idrossido di rame occorre lavare l’impianto.

E’ necessario disporre di acqua pulita nelle vicinanze del -

luogo dove viene effettuato il trattamento.

ATTENZIONE: Al termine del funzionamento

dell’irroratore ci sarà un residuo nel serbatoio della

macchina (circa 2 cm

PRECAUZIONI CONTRO GLI INCENDI

Non avvicinare fiamme o fonti di calore all’irroratore.

CONDIZIONI METEREOLOGICHE

Si consiglia di trattare nelle prime ore del mattino o nelle

ultime ore del pomeriggio evitando le ore più calde del

giorno.

Non trattare mai se il tempo minaccia pioggia o se piove.

Non trattare in presenza di vento forte o comunque

superiore a 3/5 metri al secondo.

Do not smoke, drink and eat during the preparation or -

distribution of the mixture, and also near to or inside plots

of ground already treated.

Treat plots of ground respecting safety distances from -

neighborhoods, watercourses, roads, sports centers, public

greens or paths of public use.

Empty chemicals containers should be rinsed out -

repeatedly with clean water, dried, and put into special

plastic disposal bags. The rinse liquids can be used

subsequently for the crop treatment.

Empty containers must be taken to designated collection -

centres, in accordance with national statutory regulations

and local bylaws. Containers must never be dumped or

disposed of as normal refuse, and must not be reused for

any other purpose.

Having completed spraying, wash the sprayer carefully, -

diluting any residues with at least ten times more water

than the residue itself and disposing of the mixture

obtained on the sprayed field.

When using aggressive chemicals, strengthen the -

membranes and pipes; after using copper hydroxide, wash

the system through.

There must be a supply of clean water on hand near the -

site where the treatment is being carried out.

WARNING: At the end of operations using the

sprayer there will be some residue left in the tank

(approx. 2 cm

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

Do not place live flames or heat sources near the sprayer

METEROLOGICAL CONDITIONS

It is advised to treat early in the morning or in the latter part

of the afternoon avoiding the warmer hours of the day.

Never treat before or while raining.

Never treat with strong wind or with winds higher than 3/5

meters per second.

Laver les récipients contenant les antiparasitaires avec -

précaution; les rincer plusieurs fois à l'eau propre puis les

ranger, secs, dans des sachets en plastique. Les liquides de

lavage peuvent être utilisés pour le traitement.

Les récipients vides doivent être confiés à des centres de -

collecte appropriés, conformément à la loi nationale et

aux directives adoptées au niveau territorial. Ne jamais

jeter les récipients dans la nature et ne les réutiliser sous

aucun prétexte.

Après l'avoir utilisé, laver à fond le pulvérisateur en diluant -

les résidus avec une quantité d'eau au moins 10 fois

supérieure au résidu en question en redistribuant le

mélange obtenu sur le terrain.

En cas d'utilisation de produits chimiques agressifs, -

intensifier le contrôle des membranes et des tuyaux ; après

chaque utilisation de l'hydroxyde de cuivre, laver le circuit.

Prévoir de l'eau propre à proximité de l'endroit où le -

traitement est effectué.

ATTENTION : Après avoir utilisé le pulvérisateur, le

réservoir conserve un résidu du produit employé

Ne pas approcher de flammes ou de sources de chaleur du

pulvérisateur

CONDITIONS MÉTÉOROLOGIQUES

Lorsque la température extérieure est élevée, effectuer le

traitement tôt le matin ou en fin d'après-midi en évitant les

heures de grosses chaleurs.

Ne traitez jamais sous la pluie ou s'il risque de pleuvoir.

Ne traitez pas en présence d'un vent fort ou, de toute façon,

UTILIZZO

1. Regolare la tracolla in modo che la macchina sia facile da

portare (fig. 33).

2. Riempire il serbatoio dei liquidi (Fig. 34). Chiudere il tappo

(D) assicurandosi della tenuta.

ATTENZIONE! – Quando si riempie il serbatoio dei

liquidi, tenere ben presente che il peso della macchina a

pieno carico non deve superare i 30 kg per gli uomini e i

20 kg per le donne.

3. Avviare il motore seguendo le allegate procedure

(Pag. 20).

4. Regolare la portata dei liquidi tramite il regolatore di

pressione (C, Fig. 35). Il regolatore è facilmente azionabile

anche quando l’irroratore è già posizionato sulle spalle

dell’operatore.

5. Agire sulla saracinesca (D, Fig. 36) per regolare la

fuoriuscita dei liquidi.

ATTENZIONE! – Appena avviato l’irroratore, azionare

immediatamente la saracinesca (D) per fare fuoriuscire

l’aria residua dall’interno della pompa ed assicurarsi che

il flusso dei liquidi sia normale. Se è anormale agire sul

regolatore di pressione (C) per eliminare l’aria che

ostruisce la pompa. Non fare funzionare la pompa,

per nessun motivo, con il serbatoio liquidi vuoto.

ATTENZIONE – Controllare l’ambiente circostante: non

soffiare mai in direzione di altre persone o animali

(Fig. 37).

ATTENZIONE - Richiudere il rubinetto liquidi

(Fig. 36), quando si è terminato il lavoro, prima di

procedere all’arresto motore.

USE

1. Adjust the harness so that the machine is easy to carry

(Fig. 33).

2. Fill the chemical tank (Fig. 34). Tighten the cap (D) and

check for seal.

WARNING! – When putting liquids into the tanks,

remember that in the fully loaded condition, the

machine must not weigh more than 30 kg for men, and

20 kg for women.

3. Start the engine following the enclosed instructions

(Page 20).

4. Adjust the liquid flow by way of the pressure regulator

(C, Fig. 35). The regulator can be easily operated when the

sprayer is on the back of the operator.

5. Operate the control valve (D, Fig. 36) to control the spray.

WARNING! – After starting the sprayer, operate the

control valve (D) immediately to allow any residual air

trapped inside the pump to escape and to check that

the liquid is flowing normally. If the liquid does not flow

normally, operate the pressure regulator (C) to eliminate

air from the pump. Never under any circumstances

operate the pump when the liquid tank is empty.

WARNING – Constantly check the area in which you are

working: never direct the air jet towards people or

animals (Fig. 37).

WARNING - When work is finished, close the liquid

cock (Fig. 36) before stopping the motor.

UTILISATION

1. Ajustez le harnais pour que la machine soit facile à porter

(Fig. 33).

2. Remplir le réservoir de liquides (Fig. 34). Mettre le

bouchon (D) en s’assurant de l’étanchéite (hermétique).

ATTENTION! – Lors du remplissage du réservoir à

liquides, rappelez-vous que le poids de la machine à

pleine charge ne doit pas dépasser 30 kg pour les

hommes et 20 kg pour les femmes.

3. Mettre le moteur en marche en suivant les instructions

jointes (Page 20).

4. Régler le débit des liquides en agissant sur le régulateur

de pression (C, Fig. 35). Le régulateur est facile à actionner

même lorsque l’irrorateur est déjà en place sur les épaules

de l’opérateur.

5. Agir sur la vanne (D, Fig. 36) pour régler la sortie des

liquides.

ATTENTION! – Dès que l’irrorateur a démarré, actionner

immédiatement la vanne (D) pour faire sortir l’air encore

présent dans la pompe et s’assurer que le débit des

liquides est normal. S’il est anormal, agir sur le

régulateur de pression (C) pour éliminer l’air qui obstrue

la pompe. Ne faire fonctionner la pompe pour aucun

motif lorsque le réservoir à liquides est vide.

ATTENTION – Contrôler la direction du jet sur

l’entourage immédiat et ne jamais diriger le jet sur

des personnes ou des animaux (Fig. 37).

ATTENTION - Refermer le robinet à liquides (Fig. 36),

dès que le travail est terminé et avant d’arrêter le

moteur.

ARRESTO MOTORE

Portare la leva acceleratore al minimo. Spegnere il motore,

riportando l’interruttore di massa (A, Fig. 41) in posizione STOP.

ATTENZIONE! - Assicurarsi di pulire l’interno della pompa

mettendo acqua pulita nel serbatoio e riavviando la macchina

immediatamente dopo avere utilizzato liquidi chimici.

TRASPORTO

Trasportare l’irroratore a motore spento.

ATTENZIONE – Per il trasporto dell’irroratore su veicolo

accertarsi del corretto e robusto fissaggio sul veicolo tramite

cinghie. L’irroratore va trasportato in posizione verticale con

serbatoio vuoto assicurandosi inoltre che non violi le vigenti

norme di trasporto per tali macchine.

MANUTENZIONE

Seguire sempre le nostre istruzioni per le operazioni di

manutenzione.

Non effettuare mai da soli operazioni o riparazioni che non siano di

normale manutenzione. Rivolgersi soltanto ad officine specializzate

ed autorizzate.

Non usare carburante (miscela) per operazioni di pulizia.

Staccare il cappuccio della candela ogni volta che si effettuano

operazioni di manutenzione, pulizia o riparazione.

ATTENZIONE! – Durante le operazioni di manutenzione

indossare sempre i guanti protettivi. Non effettuare le

manutenzioni con motore caldo.

CARBURATORE

Prima di effettuare la regolazione del minimo, pulire il filtro dell’aria

(B, Fig. 42) e riscaldare il motore. Questo motore è progettato e

costruito in conformità all’applicazione delle direttive 97/68/EC e

2002/88/EC.

ATTENZIONE! – Non manomettere il carburatore.

La vite del minimo T (Fig. 43) è regolata per ottenere un regime di

funzionamento del motore a 2700 giri/minuto.

STOPPING THE ENGINE

Set the throttle lever to minimum. Switch off the engine by turning

the stop switch (A, Fig. 41) to STOP.

WARNING! - After use of liquid chemicals, flush out the pump

immediately by filling the tank with clean water and

re-starting the sprayer.

TRANSPORTATION

Only transport the sprayer with the engine switched off

WARNING - When transporting the sprayer on a vehicle,

ensure that it is firmly and securely fastened using straps. The

sprayer must be transported in the vertical position with an

empty tank, also ensuring compliance with applicable

transport regulations for such machines.

MAINTENANCE

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the maintenance

operations.

Never carry out operations or repairs on your own that are other

than routine maintenance. Call specialised and authorised

workshops only.

Never use fuel for cleaning operations.

Take the cap off the spark plug each time maintenance, cleaning or

repair work is carried out.

WARNING! – Always wear protective gloves during

maintenance operations. Do not carry out maintenance

with the engine hot.

CARBURETTOR

Before adjusting the idle speed, clean the air filter (B, Fig. 42) and

run the engine until warm. This engine is designed and

manufactured in order to comply with the applicable 97/68/EC and

2002/88/EC Directive.

WARNING! – Don’t tamper the carburetor.

The idle speed adjuster screw T (Fig. 43) is set to obtain an idle

speed to 2700 rpm.

ARRET MOTEUR

Mettre le levier de l’accélérateur au minimum. Éteindre le moteur

en ramenant l’interrupteur de masse (A, Fig. 41) en position STOP.

ATTENTION! - Veiller à nettoyer l’intérieur de la pompe en

mettant de l’eau propre dans le réservoir et en redémarrant

l’appareil immédiatement après avoir utilisé des liquides

chimiques.

TRANSPORT

Transporter le pulvérisateur après avoir éteint le moteur.

ATTENTION – Pour transporter le pulvérisateur sur un

véhicule, s'assurer qu'il y est fixé correctement à l'aide de

sangles. Transporter le pulvérisateur en position verticale,

réservoir vide, et s'assurer également que les consignes pour

le transport de ce genre de machines ont été respectées.

ENTRETIEN

Suivez toujours nos instructions pour les opérations d’entretien.

N’effectuez jamais par vous-mêmes des opérations ou des

réparations qui ne sont pas d’entretien normal. Adressez-vous

seulement à des ateliers spécialisés et autorisés.

N’utilisez pas de carburant (mélange) pour les opérations de

nettoyage.

Avant d’entreprendre les travaux d’entretien, de nettoyage ou de

réparation, s’assurer que le moteur est à l’arrêt et le fil de la bougie

débranché.

ATTENTION! – Durant les opérations d’entretien et de

maintenance, porter toujours des gants de protection. Ne

pas effectuer les entretiens avec un moteur chaud.

CARBURATEUR

Avant de régler le ralenti, nettoyer le filtre à air (B, Fig. 42) et

réchauffer le moteur. Ce moteur est conçu et réalisé conformément

aux directives 97/68/EC et 2002/88/EC.

ATTENTION! – Ne pas modifier les caractéristiques du

carburateur.

La vis du régime minimal T (Fig. 43) est réglée pour que le moteur

fonctionne en régime ordinaire à une vitesse de 2700 tours/minute.

MANUTENZIONE MAINTENANCE ENTRETIEN

FILTRO ARIA – Ogni 8-10 ore di lavoro, togliere il coperchio

(A, Fig. 49), il filtro (B). Il filtro (B) va pulito scuotendolo bene e con

un pennello morbido. Sostituirlo se è intasato o danneggiato. Prima

di montare il nuovo filtro, eliminare lo sporco grossolano dal lato

interno del coperchio e dalla zona intorno al filtro.

FILTRO CARBURANTE - Verificare periodicamente le condizioni del

filtro carburante (C). In caso di sporcizia eccessiva, sostituirlo

(Fig. 50). Lavare il filtro in un fluido detergente pulito, non

infiammabile (es. acqua saponata calda) ed asciugarlo. Un filtro

sporco provoca difficoltà di avviamento e diminuisce le prestazioni

del motore.

MOTORE – Pulire periodicamente le alette del cilindro con pennello

o aria compressa (Fig. 51). L’accumulo di impurità sul cilindro può

provocare surriscaldamenti dannosi per il funzionamento del

motore.

CANDELA – Periodicamente si raccomanda la pulizia della candela

e il controllo della distanza degli elettrodi (Fig. 52). Utilizzare

candela RCJ-6Y o di altra marca di grado termico equivalente.

ATTENZIONE - Durante le operazioni di manutenzione

indossare sempre i guanti protettivi. Non effettuare le

manutenzioni con motore caldo.

GRUPPO AVVIAMENTO

ATTENZIONE: La molla elicoidale è sotto tensione e potrebbe

volare lontano causando gravi lesioni. Non tentare mai di

smontarla o modificarla.

GUARNIZIONI

L'utilizzo di prodotti chimici, particolarmente dannosi per le

mescole di gomma nitrilica, può provocare rotture precoci delle

membrane; in queste condizioni intensificare i controlli. Effettuando

trattamenti con idrossido di rame occorre prestare molta cura alla

pulizia dell’impianto lavandolo dopo ogni trattamento.

AIR CLEANER – Every 8-10 working hours, take off the cover

(A, Fig. 49) and the filter (B). The filter (B) should be cleaned by

shaking it well and with a soft brush. Change the filter if not clean

or damaged. If it necessary change the filter. Make sure the cover

and the support are clean before fitting the new filter.

FUEL FILTER - Check the fuel filter (C) periodically. Replace it if too

dirty (Fig. 50). Wash the filter in a clean, non-flammable detergent

liquid (e.g. hot soap water), then dry. A dirty filter can cause difficult

starting and lower engine performance.

ENGINE – Periodically clean the cylinder fins using a brush or

compressed air (Fig. 51). If dirt is allowed to build up on the cylinder

it could cause overheating and impair engine performance.

SPARK PLUG – Periodically clean the spark plug and check the

electrode gap (Fig. 52). Use a RCJ-6Y spark plug or equivalent.

WARNING - Always wear protective gloves during

maintenance operations. Do not carry out maintenance

when the engine is hot.

STARTER ASSEMBLY

WARNING: The coil spring is tensioned and could fly out if

released, causing serious injury. Never attempt to disassemble

or modify the spring.

GASKETS

The use of chemical products aggressive to compositions of nitric

rubber, can cause premature breakage of membranes; as such

controls must be intensified. The system must be carefully cleaned

after use of copper hydroxide treatment.

FILTRE À AIR – Toutes les 8-10 heures de travail, enlevez le

couvercle (A, Fig. 49), et le filtre (B). Le filtre (B) il suffit de bien le

secouer et de le nettoyer avec un pinceau souple. Le remplacer

n’est ni encrassé, ni endommagé. Avant de remonter le filtre neuf,

éliminer la saleté la plus apparente du côté intérieur du couvercle

et de la zone entourant le filtre.

FILTRE DU CARBURANT - Vérifiez périodiquement les conditions

du filtre carburant (C); s’il est trop sale, mieux vaut le changer

(Fig. 50). Laver le filtre avec un détergent propre et non inflammable

(l’immerger dans de l’eau savonneuse chaude par exemple) et le

sécher. Un filtre sale entraîne des difficultés de démarrage et

diminue les performances du moteur.

MOTEUR – Nettoyer régulièrement les ailettes du cylindre avec un

pinceau ou à l’air comprimé (Fig. 51), l’accumulation d’impuretés

sur le cylindre pouvant entraîner la surchauffe du moteur.

BOUGIE – Il est recommandé de nettoyer périodiquement les

bougies et de contrôler l’écartement ds électrodes (Fig. 52). Utiliser

une bougie RCJ-6Y ou une bougie d’une autre marque possédant

les mêmes caractéristiques thermiques.

ATTENTION - Pendant les opérations d’entretien, portez

toujours des gants. Laissez retroidir le moteur avant

d’intevenir.

GROUPE DE DÉMARRAGE

ATTENTION : Le ressort hélicoïdal est sous tension et pourrait

voler loin en causant des blessures graves. N'essayez jamais

de le démonter ou de le modifier.

JOINTS

L'emploi de produits chimiques, particulièrement agressifs sur les

mélanges de caoutchouc nitrile, peut causer des rupture précoces

des membranes ; dans ces conditions, intensifiez les contrôles. En

cas de traitement à l'hydroxyde de cuivre, redoublez d'attention en

veillant à laver parfaitement l'appareil après chaque utilisation.

MANUTENZIONE POMPA

OLIO – Per controllare il livello dell’olio, togliere la protezione

(cuscino in gomma) (A, Fig. 53) dello schienale svitando le

viti (B). La prima volta cambiare l’olio dopo 30 ore di lavoro e

successivamente ogni 70÷100 ore.

Sostituzione olio:

1. Svitare la vite (C, Fig. 54) ed eliminare l’olio residuo.

Avvitare la vite (C).

2. Svitare la vite di sfiato (D, Fig. 55) del serbatoio olio e

riempire a livello con 120 cm

di olio SAE 40 nuovo.

INGRASSATORI – Ripristinare con grasso MOBILUX EP3

ogni ingrassatore (E, Fig. 56).

ATTENZIONE! - Avvitare di 2 giri l’ingrassatore ogni 2

ore di lavoro.

VALVOLA – Smontare la valvola (F, Fig. 57) svitando le viti (G)

e il tappo valvola (H) per pulirli se risultano bloccati.

Eliminare eventuali residui dal tappo valvola. Cambiare la

molla della valvola (L) se è rotta o usurata.

Se la valvola non tiene la pressione:

1. Sostituirla con una nuova se il regolatore di pressione (M)

o la sede valvola (N) sono usurati.

2. Eliminare eventuali residui dalla sede valvola.

3. Se le guarnizioni olio sono usurate, sostituirle.

UGELLI (Fig. 58) – Sostituire gli ugelli se sono rotti o causano

un calo di pressione.

TUBO ALTA PRESSIONE (Fig. 59) – Sostituire il tubo alta

pressione (K) se è rotto o usurato.

PUMP MAINTENANCE

OIL – To check the oil level, remove the protective rubber

cushion (A, Fig. 53) from the harness by removing screws (B).

The first oil change should be carried out after 30 operating

hours and subsequent changes every 70÷100 operating

hours.

Changing the oil:

1. Unscrew plug (C, Fig. 54) and drain oil. Replace and tighten

drain plug (C).

2. Unscrew breather cap (D, Fig. 55) of the oil tank and fill

with 120 cm

of new SAE 40 oil.

GREASE NIPPLES – Apply with MOBILUX EP3 grease at

each grease nipple (E, Fig. 56).

WARNING! - Screw in the grease nipple two turns every

2 operating hours.

VALVE – To remove the valve (F, Fig. 57) for cleaning, remove

screws (G) and valve cap (H). Remove any residue from the

valve cap. Change the valve spring (L) if broken or worn.

If the valve looses pressure:

1. Fit a new valve if the pressure regulator (M) or the valve

seat (N) are worn.

2. Remove any residue from the valve seat.

3. Renew the oil seals if worn.

NOZZLES (Fig. 58) – Replace the nozzles if broken or if they

loose pressure.

HIGH PRESSURE HOSE (Fig. 59) – Replace the high pressure

hose (K) if broken or worn.

ENTRETIEN POMPE

HUILE – Pour contrôler le niveau d’huile, enlever la

protection (coussin en caoutchouc) (A, Fig. 53) du dos en

dévissant les vis (B). La première fois, vidanger l’huile au

bout de 30 heures de travail puis toutes les 70÷100 heures.

Remplacement huile :

1. Dévisser la vis (C, Fig. 54) et éliminer l’huile restante. Visser

la vis (C).

2. Dévisser la vis d’évent (D, Fig. 55) du réservoir d’huile et

remplir à niveau avec 120 cm

d’huile SAE 40 neuve.

GRAISSEURS – Faire l’appoint avec graisse MOBILUX EP3

dans chaque graisseur (E, Fig. 56).

ATTENTION! - Visser de 2 tours le graisseur toutes les 2

heures de travail.

VANNE – Démonter la vanne (F, Fig. 57) en dévissant les vis

(G) et le bouchon de la vanne (H) pour les nettoyer s’ils sont

bloqués. Éliminer d’éventuels résidus du bouchon de la

vanne. Changer le ressort de la vanne (L) s’il est cassé ou usé.

Si la vanne ne résiste pas à la pression:

1. La remplacer par une neuve si le régulateur de pression

(M) ou le logement de la vanne (N) sont usés.

2. Éliminer d’éventuels résidus du logement de la vanne.

3. Si les joints huile sont usés, les remplacer.

BUSES (Fig. 58) – Remplacer les buses si elles sont cassées

ou si elles provoquent une baisse de pression.

TUYAU HAUTE PRESSION (Fig. 59) – Remplacer le tuyau

haute pression (K) s’il est endommagé ou usé.

MANUTENZIONE MAINTENANCE ENTRETIEN

Dopo ogni trattamento, pulire accuratamente l'attrezzatura,

lavandola con acqua e asciugarla accuratamente. Attrezzature

sporche sono molto pericolose per le persone e in particolare

per i bambini. Lo scarico dei residui di lavaggio nell'ambiente

senza precauzioni è vietato poiché causa di inquinamenti

delle falde. Distribuire i residui ripassando sul campo o su

coltivazioni dove non si produca danno.

MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA

È opportuno, a fine stagione se con uso intenso, ogni due

anni con uso normale provvedere ad un controllo generale

da eseguirsi con un tecnico specializzato della rete di

assistenza.

ATTENZIONE! – Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione

non riportate sul presente manuale devono essere

effettuate da un’officina autorizzata. Per garantire un

costante e regolare funzionamento dell’irroratore,

ricordate che le eventuali sostituzioni delle parti di

ricambio dovranno essere effettuate esclusivamente con

RICAMBI ORIGINALI.

Equipments must be accurately cleaned with water and dried

after each treatment. Unclean equipment is very dangerous

for people and especially for children. Washing residuals

released in the environment without precautions is

prohibited since is the cause of soil pollution. Residue must

be dispersed on treated fields or cultivation where no

damage can be caused.

EXTRA MAINTANANCE ADVISABLE

It is advisable to inspect the machine by a specialized

technician at an authorized service network at the end of

season, if used intensively, and every two years if with normal

use.

WARNING! – Any maintenance operations not

specifically dealt with in this manual must be carried

out by an authorised service centre. To ensure that

your sprayer continues to function correctly, use only

ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS.

Après chaque traitement, lavez soigneusement l'appareil à

l'eau et séchez-le avec soin. Les équipements sales sont très

dangereux pour les personnes et surtout pour les enfants.

Les résidus de lavage polluent les nappes phréatiques ; leur

dispersion dans l'environnement est interdite sans prendre

certaines précautions. Distribuez les résidus en les vaporisant

sur le champ traité ou sur des cultures qui ne risquent pas de

subir des dommages.

ENTRETIEN EXCEPTIONNEL

À la fin de la saison, si l'appareil a fait l'objet d'un usage

intense, ou tous les deux ans en cas d'usage normal, faites

contrôler l'appareil par un technicien spécialisé du réseau

d'assistance.

ATTENTION! – Les opérations de maintenance et

d’entretien non reprises dans le présent manuel

devront être effectuées par un agent agréé. Pour

garantir le fonctionnement régulier et constant du

pulvérisateur, veiller à ce que les éventuels

remplacements de pièces de rechange soient effectués

exclusivement avec des PIÈCES ORIGINALES.

RIMESSAGGIO STORAGE REMISSAGE

Quando la macchina deve rimanere ferma per lunghi

periodi:

Vuotare e pulire i serbatoi carburante e olio in un luogo -

ben ventilato.

Smaltire il carburante e l’olio secondo le norme e -

rispettando l’ambiente.

Per vuotare il carburatore, avviare il motore e attenderne -

l’arresto (lasciando la miscela nel carburatore le

membrane potrebbero danneggiarsi).

Pulire accuratamente le feritoie di raffreddamento del -

carter gruppo avviamento (Fig.61), il filtro aria (Fig.62) e le

alette del cilindro (Fig.63).

Conservare la macchina in ambiente secco, possibilmente -

non a diretto contatto con il suolo, lontano da fonti di

calore e con i serbatoi vuoti.

Le procedure di messa in servizio dopo un rimessaggio -

invernale sono le stesse che si effettuano durante l’avvio

normale della macchina (pag.16-20).

DEMOLIZIONE E SMALTIMENTO

Quando l’irroratore verrà definitivamente messo a riposo,

per esaurimento del servizio, sarà opportuno lavarlo con la

massima attenzione per rimuovere residui di prodotti

chimici.

Buona parte dei materiali impiegati nella costruzione

dell’irroratore sono riciclabili; tutti i metalli (acciaio, alluminio,

ottone) si possono consegnare ad un normale ferro-

recupero.

Per Informazioni rivolgersi al normale servizio di raccolta di

rifiuti della vostra zona.

Lo smaltimento dei rifiuti derivati dalla demolizione della

macchina dovrà essere eseguito nel rispetto ambientale,

evitando di inquinare suolo, aria e acqua.

In ogni caso dovranno essere rispettate le locali

legislazioni vigenti in materia.

If the machine is to be stored for long periods:

Drain and clean the fuel and oil tank in a well-ventilated -

area.

Dispose of fuel and oil according to the rules and -

respecting the environment.

To drain the tank, start the engine and wait until the fuel -

is exhausted and the engine stops (leaving fuel mixture in

the carburettor could damage the membranes).

Thoroughly clean the air intake slots on the starter -

housing (Fig.61), the air filter (Fig.62) and the cylinder fins

(Fig.63).

Store the blower in a dry place, preferably not in direct -

contact with the ground, away from heat sources and the

tanks empty.

The procedures for returning the machine to service -

following winter storage are the same as for starting up

during everyday use (page 16-20).

DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL

Before disposing of the sprayer at the end of its life cycle,

wash it very carefully to remove all chemical residues.

The majority of the materials used to build the sprayer can

be recycled; metals (steel, aluminum, and brass) can be

delivered to recycling station.

For further information contact a recycling station service of

your area.

Machine disposal must be executed in respect to the

environment, avoiding soil, air and water pollution.

Local legislation enforced in matter should be respected

in any case.

Lorsque l'appareil doit être entreposé pendant de longues

périodes :

Vidanger et nettoyer les réservoirs à carburant et huile -

dans un endroit bien aéré.

Éliminer le carburant et l'huile conformément aux normes -

et en respectant l'environnement.

Pour vider le carburateur, démarrer le moteur et en -

attendre l'arrêt (le fait de laisser du mélange dans le

carburateur pourrait endommager les membranes).

Nettoyer à fond les fentes de refroidissement du carter du -

groupe de démarrage (Fig.61), le filtre de l'air (Fig.62) et

les ailettes du cylindre (Fig.63).

Ranger l'engin dans un endroit sec, de préférence sans le -

mettre en contact direct avec le sol, loin de toute source

de chaleur et avec les réservoirs vides.

Les procédures de mise en service après un remisage -

hivernal sont les mêmes que pour le démarrage normal

de la machine (pages 16-20).

DÉMOLITION ET MISE AU REBUT

Lorsque le pulvérisateur devra être mis au rebut, le laver à

fond pour éliminer toute trace de produit chimique.

Une grande partie des matériaux utilisés pour la fabrication

du pulvérisateur sont recyclables ; tous les métaux (acier,

aluminium, laiton) peuvent être envoyés à la ferraille.

Pour tout renseignement, contactez votre service local de

collecte des déchets.

Les déchets dérivant de la démolition de l'appareil doivent

être éliminés en respectant l'environnement, en évitant de

polluer le sol, l'eau et l'air

Quoi qu'il en soit, il est obligatoire de respecter les

normes et législations locales en vigueur.
