Indicazioni di sicurezza
Osservare le seguenti misure di sicurezza per l’installazione della stufa
e per l’utilizzo della sauna.
Per l’utente:
• Questo dispositivo non può essere utilizzato da persone (bambini
inclusi) con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali limitate o prive della
sufficiente esperienza e del know-how necessari, a meno che non
siano in presenza di una persona responsabile per la loro sicurezza
e abbiano ricevuto da questa persona istruzioni su come usare il
dispositivo.
• Fare attenzione che i bambini non giochino con il dispositivo.
• Non utilizzare la stufa come grill.
• Non riporre legna sulla stufa.
• Non coprire la stufa. Pericolo d’incendio!
• Non utilizzare mai la stufa come stendibiancheria. Pericolo d’incendio!
• Non sedersi mai troppo vicino alla stufa. È molto calda e può causare
ustioni serie.
• Non utilizzare né acqua con cloro (ad es. da una piscina o da una
vasca idromassaggio), né acqua di mare. Può causare la rottura della
stufa.
• PRIMA dell’utilizzo iniziale della sauna, riscaldare la stufa per
mezz’ora. NON rimanere nella cabina durante questo arco di tempo (vedi
pagina 16).
• Prima di attivare la funzione dell’orario di preselezione o la modalità di
funzionamento stand-by per l’avvio remoto, assicurarsi che sulla stufa
non siano presenti oggetti infiammabili.

Safety Instructions
Please take note of these safety precautions before using the sauna
or when installing the heater.
For user:
• This product is not designed to be used by persons (including children)
with limited physical or mental abilities and limited experience and
knowledge except under close supervision by a responsible person
with knowledge and experience or having been advised by such person.
• Under no circumstances should children be allowed to play with
the device.
• Do not use the heater as a grill.
• Do not put wood of any kind on the electric heater.
• Do not cover the heater. It may cause a fire.
• Do not use the heater as clothes dryer. It may cause fire.
• Never sit on the heater. It is really hot and can cause serious burns.
Do not use chlorinated water (e.G. From the swimming pool or jacuzzi)
or seawater. It can destroy the heater.
• When installing a new heater, switch the heater on for 30 mins. Do not
stay inside the sauna room while performing the operation. See page 17.
• Make sure that no flammable objects have been placed on the heater
before activating the preset time function or the stand-by mode for the
remote operation.

• I lavori di cablaggio e di riparazione devono essere eseguiti da
personale qualificato.
• Durante l’installazione della stufa per sauna, osservare le distanze
minime di sicurezza (vedi fig. 4).
• Leggere le istruzioni per il posizionamento ottimale del sensore del
termostato nel manuale dell’unità di comando. L’unità di comando deve
essere installata al di fuori della cabina.
• Se questa stufa viene utilizzata per saune pubbliche o per saune che
possono essere attivate da remoto, la porta della cabina deve essere
equipaggiata con un bloccaggio, di modo che la predisposizione per il
modo operativo di stand by possa essere disattivata se la porta della
cabina viene aperta e il modo operativo di stand by per l’utilizzo da
remoto è attivo.
• Durante l’installazione della stufa per sauna, rispettare le distanze
minime di sicurezza (vedi fig. 4).

For Technicians:
• Wiring and repairs must be done by a certified electrician.
• Follow the Minimum Safety Distances when mounting the heater
(see Fig. 4).
• The electronic and electric system should be mounted in a way so
that incoming air will not interfere with it. The control must be mounted
outside the sauna cabin.
• If this sauna heater is used for public saunas or saunas that may
be switched on by a separate remote-control system/ the door of the
sauna room must be fitted with an interlock such that the stand-by
mode setting for remote operation is disabled if the sauna door is
opened when the stand-by mode setting for remote operation is set.
• When positioning the sauna heater, observe the minimum safety
distances (see Fig. 4).
• Observe the specifications on volumes of the sauna cabin (see Fig. 10).
• Observe the specifications on ventilation of the sauna cabin (see Fig. 11).

1.1. Mini Combi (MNC)
• Un dispositivo combinato composto da stufa ed evaporatore con vaschetta per gli aromi.
• Offre la possibilità di scegliere tra la sauna tradizionale e il bagno turco
• Le parti metalliche e il serbatoio dell’acqua sono costruiti in acciaio inox e, per via del design
unico delle resistenze, il serbatoio deve essere tenuto pulito
• Viene attivato da un’unità di comando esterna
• È disponibile su richiesta con alloggiamento rivestito in fibra, un materiale più sicuro che
non si riscalda molto
• Disponibile come modello standard (3,0 kW) e nella versione base (3,6 kW)
2. Istruzioni per il montaggio e l’installazione
2.1. Assemblaggio/Montaggio
2.1.1. Rubinetto a sfera
• Prima dell’installazione del rubinetto a sfera, la filettatura del tubo di scarico deve essere
avvolta con nastro di teflon.
• Durante l’installazione e la disinstallazione del rubinetto a sfera, assicurarsi che la leva
della valvola sia chiusa (vedi fig. 1).

1. Introduction of the Combi Heater
1.1. Mini Combi (MNC)
• A combination of a heater and steamer with Scent Basin. Allows users to choose from normal
sauna to steam bathing.
• Its metal parts and Water Tank are made of stainless steel and the unique design of the heating
elements makes the Water Tank easy to keep clean.
• Operated with an external control unit.
• Its optional fiber-coated casing makes it safer and cool to touch. Available in Standard model
(3.0 kW) and Basic model (3.6 kW).
2. Assembly and Installation Instructions
2.1. Assembly
2.1.1. Ball Valve
• Before installing the Ball Valve, ensure that the drainage pipe’s thread is wrapped with
a teflon tape.
• When attaching and detaching the Ball Valve, make sure that the valve’s handle is in “close”
position. See Figure 1.

2.1.3. Vaschetta per gli aromi
• Per l’installazione della vaschetta per gli aromi sul coperchio dell’evaporatore è prevista
un’incavatura. La vaschetta deve essere riposta nell’incavatura, come mostrato dalla fig. 3.
• Fare particolare attenzione nel maneggiare la vaschetta per gli aromi perché potrebbe rompersi
se viene fatta cadere sul pavimento o su altre superfici dure.
2.2. Installazione
2.2.1. Montaggio della stufa combi
• Si consiglia di montare la stufa combi alla parete, più vicina possibile alla porta d’ingresso.
• Per il montaggio a parete della stufa viene fornito in dotazione un apposito supporto.
• Per garantire la sicurezza e per motivi pratici, devono essere mantenute le distanze minime di
sicurezza, vedi fig. 4.
• Non installare la stufa sul pavimento o in una nicchia della parete.
• Non installare più di una stufa per ogni cabina, a meno che non venga installato un modello
gemello.
• Assicurarsi che la base per la staffa di montaggio (ad es. i tiranti trasversali nei pannelli della
sauna) sia sufficientemente salda, altrimenti rinforzare la parete con un pannello spesso, così che
la stufa possa essere fissata in modo sicuro. Le istruzioni per l’installazione della staffa di
montaggio alla parete sono disponibili nella fig. 4 (“Istruzioni per l’installazione: distanze minime di
sicurezza/staffa di montaggio sulla parete”). La staffa di montaggio viene fissata alla parete con le
viti in dotazione.
• Installazione della stufa sulla staffa: assicurare la stufa con i dadi sul lato posteriore del dispositivo
nei fori con fessure di entrambi i lati della staffa.
• Serrare le viti laterali, per evitare lo spostamento non intenzionale della stufa.

2.1.2. Steamer Cover
• Follow the instructions in attaching or detaching the Steamer Cover given in figure 2.
2.1.3. Scent Basin
• There is a designated hole for the Scent Basin on the Steamer Cover. The Scent Basin is to be
fitted on the hole as per Figure 3.
• The Scent Basin should be handled with care as it might break if dropped on the floor or on any
hard surface.
2.2. Installation
2.2.1. Mounting the Combi Heater
• It is recommended that the Combi Heater is mounted on the wall nearest to the door. A mounting
rack is provided for attachment of the heater.
• For safety and convenience, follow the minimum safety distances as provided in Figure 4. Do not
install the heater on a niche in the wall or let it stand on the floor.
• Do not install more than one heater, unless, you follow the special instructions for twin-heater
installations.
• Make sure to build a strong foundation for the mounting rack (e.g. cross struts in the sauna
paneling), or reinforce the wall with a thick board to prevent the heater from collapsing. Refer to
Figure 4 (Minimum Safety Distances/Wall Mounting Rack Installation Guide) on how to attach the
mounting rack to the wall.
• Secure the mounting rack to the wall with the screws that are provided.
• To mount the heater to the rack, fit the nuts on its back to the slots provided on both sides of the
mounting rack.
• Make sure to lock the side screws to prevent the heater from being accidentally moved.

2.2.2. Cablaggio e installazione
AVVERTENZA: È vietato l’utilizzo di cavi con isolamento in PVC come cavi di collegamento
per la stufa combi, perché questo materiale diventa friabile con l’esposizione al calore.
• L’installazione della stufa combi può essere eseguita solo da un elettricista specializzato,
per garantire la sicurezza della medesima ed evitare guasti ai collegamenti elettrici
• L’installazione deve essere eseguita nel rispetto delle normative e disposizioni specifiche
del paese, per garantire la sicurezza della stufa ed evitare guasti ai collegamenti elettrici.
Allacciamenti elettrici eseguiti non correttamente possono causare scosse elettriche o incendi.
• Il cavo di collegamento deve essere in gomma del tipo HO7RN-F o un tipo di cavo di
fabbricazione equivalente.
• Per ulteriori informazioni, vedi lo schema di collegamento nella fig. 5

2.2.3. Installazione del comando esterno e del sensore
• Le istruzioni per l’installazione dell’unità di comando esterna e l’allacciamento alla stufa
combi e per l’installazione del sensore di sicurezza sono reperibili nel manuale per l’unità
di comando esterna.
2.2.4. Posizionamento del sensore
• Il sensore della temperatura deve essere installato direttamente sopra la stufa, 15 cm sotto
il soffitto (vedi fig. 6).

2.2.2. Electrical Wiring and Installation
NOTE: Using a PVC-insulated wire as connection cable for the Combi Heater is not allowed
because this material easily becomes brittle when subjected to heat.
• A certified electrician must do the installation of the Combi Heater to ensure safety and reliability
of the electrical connections.
• Installation should be done in accordance to the applicable local regulations to ensure safety and
reliability of electrical connections. Wrong electrical connection can cause electric shock or fire.
The connection cable must be of rubber cable type, HO7RN-F, or its equivalent.
• For further assistance, refer to the electrical diagram in Figure 5.
2.2.3. Installation of External Control Unit and Sensor
• Refer to the external Control Unit’s Manual for its installation and connection to the Combi Heater
as well as the installation of the Temperature Sensors.
2.2.4. Sensor Location
• The Safety Temperature Sensor must be installed directly above the heater, 15cm below the
ceiling. Refer to Figure 6.

• Durante il funzionamento la stufa si scalda molto. Per evitare che essa venga toccata
involontariamente, deve essere applicata una schermatura protettiva. La fig. 7 mostra le distanze
da rispettare per l’installazione della schermatura.
2.2.6. Impatto dell’umidità durante il trasporto e l’immagazzinaggio
• Nel controllare l’installazione elettrica della stufa combi, è possibile riscontrare una dispersione
della resistenza d’isolamento. Il motivo di ciò è che il materiale d’isolamento delle resistenze di
riscaldamento durante l’immagazzinaggio e il trasporto accumulano l’umidità dell’aria. Dopo che la
stufa è stata messa in funzione più volte, l’umidità viene eliminata.
3. Manuale
3.1. Caricamento delle pietre
• Le pietre vengono caricate nella stufa combi in modo tale da immagazzinare energia sufficiente,
consentire la corretta evaporazione dell’acqua versatavi sopra e mantenere l’umidità dell’aria
all’interno della cabina della sauna.
• Le pietre per la sauna devono essere sostituite almeno una volta all’anno oppure ogni 500 ore di
funzionamento della stufa, a seconda di ciò che si presenta prima.
• Al momento dell’eliminazione delle pietre, devono essere asportati dalla stufa anche i frammenti
e tutti gli altri spezzoni di pietre (che si formano per l’uso frequente).
• Per la quantità necessaria di pietre, vedere le specifiche tecniche nella fig. 10
AVVERTENZA: La stufa non deve essere utilizzata senza pietre per il pericolo d’incendio. Utilizzare
solo pietre consigliate da SAWO. L’utilizzo di altre pietre può danneggiare le resistenze e causare la
decadenza della garanzia. Non utilizzare mai pietre in ceramica o altre pietre artificiali!
• Prima di caricare le pietre nella stufa, lavarle con l’acqua per eliminare particelle di sporco o
polvere che possono causare un cattivo odore le prime volte che si utilizza la stufa.
• Le pietre devono essere caricate in modo tale da consentire il libero flusso dell’aria nella stufa.

• Le pietre più grosse che non entrano tra le resistenze, non devono essere in nessun caso
pressate dentro con la forza.
• Le pietre con un diametro inferiore a 35 mm non devono essere caricate nella stufa perché
bloccano la circolazione dell’aria nel dispositivo e ne causerebbero il surriscaldamento con il quale
potrebbero danneggiarsi le resistenze.
AVVERTENZA: I danni alla resistenza causati dal surriscaldamento per l’uso di pietre sbagliate
o caricate in modo improprio, non sono coperti dalla garanzia di fabbrica.

2.2.5. Installation of Combi Heater Safety Guard
• The Combi Heater naturally gets very hot during operation. To avoid the risk of accidental contact
with it, it is necessary to affix a Safety Heater Guard. Refer to Figure 7 on the distance
requirements to be observed in installing the Safety Heater Guard.
2.2.6. Effect of Moisture During Transport and Storage
• When doing a final inspection of the electrical installation of the Combi Heater, a “leakage” may be
detected when measuring the insulation resistance. This is because the insulating material of he
heating resistors has absorbed moisture from the air (during transport and storage). The moisture
will eventually be removed after several uses of the heater.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1. How to Load the Stones?
• Stones are loaded into the Combi Heater so that enough energy will be stored to efficiently
vaporize the water thrown on them and maintain the correct humidity inside the Sauna Room.
These stones must be replaced at least once a year or every 500 hours, whichever, occurs first.
• In removing the stones, stone crumbles (small pieces of stones that has broken off from the larger
ones due to frequent usage) must be removed as well.
• Refer to the Technical Data in Figure 10 for the required amount of stones.
NOTE: Never use the Combi Heater without the stones as it can cause fire. Use only stones
recommended by SAWO. The use of any other kind of stones may damage the heating elements
and will void your warranty. Also, never use ceramic stones or any other artificial stones.
• Before loading the stones into the Combi Heater, rinse them first to remove stains or dust that may
cause an unpleasant smell to emit when using the unit for the first time.
• Care must be taken in loading the stones and make sure that they will not block the air circulation
through the heater. Refer to Figure 8 – How to Load the Stones.
• Do not force larger stones in place if they do not fit in between the heating elements. They should
be removed.
• Small pieces of stone (35mm in diameter) must not be put inside the heater as they can block the
air circulation, which can cause overheating resulting to damage of the heating elements.
NOTE: A damaged heating element due to overheating caused by using the wrong kind of stones
or incorrect loading of stones will not be covered by the factory warranty.

3.2. Utilizzo della stufa combi
ATTENZIONE!
Formazione di fumo e odori durante il primo riscaldamento
Sulle nuove resistenze si trovano materiali di consumo derivanti dal processo di produzione. Questi si
disgregano al momento del primo riscaldamento della stufa. Ciò produce fumo e un odore sgradevole.
In caso di inalazione, questi fumi e vapori sono nocivi per la salute.
Eseguire i seguenti passaggi per mettere in funzione per la prima volta la stufa o se ne sono state
sostituite le resistenze. In tal modo si evitano danni alla salute dovuti a fumi e vapori che derivano
dal primo riscaldamento.
1. Selezionare la temperatura più alta possibile sul comando della sauna.
2. Riscaldare la stufa per mezz’ora. NON rimanere nella cabina durante questo arco di tempo.
3. Aerare bene la cabina dopo il primo riscaldamento.
4. Se al successivo riscaldamento non si produce alcun odore e fumo, si può procedere alla
prima sauna. Se continuano a prodursi odore e fumo, uscire immediatamente dalla cabina
della sauna e ripetere la procedura del primo riscaldamento con successiva aerazione.
• Prima di attivare la stufa combi, assicurarsi che su di essa o nelle vicinanze non si trovino altri
oggetti oltre alle pietre. Per ulteriori norme sulla sicurezza consultare il capitolo Indicazioni di
sicurezza a pagina 4 di questo manuale. Al primo utilizzo della stufa combi è possibile che si
produca un odore sgradevole. In tal caso aerare bene la sauna.
• È importante scegliere una stufa il cui valore nominale corrisponda alla grandezza della cabina
della sauna. Il capitolo 5 di questo manuale, “Specifiche tecniche”, vi aiuta a effettuare la giusta
scelta. Una stufa scelta correttamente riscalda la cabina della sauna alla temperatura richiesta
entro un’ora circa.
• Se la potenza di riscaldamento della stufa è troppo elevata per la cabina, l’ambiente si riscalda più
velocemente delle pietre e l’acqua versatavi sopra scorrerebbe troppo rapidamente attraverso di
esse. Se invece la potenza di riscaldamento della stufa è troppo ridotta, l’acqua versata sulle
pietre non aumenta la temperatura dell’ambiente ma raffredda le pietre, abbassando così la
temperatura nella sauna.
• La cabina della sauna deve essere adeguatamente isolata e le pareti della cabina devono essere
costruite con materiali idonei. Istruzioni a riguardo sono reperibili al capitolo 7 “La cabina della
sauna” in questo manuale. La temperatura della sauna deve trovarsi tra +60 e + 90 °C, con
l’evaporatore spento.
Controllare sempre la cabina prima di attivare la stufa (per assicurarsi che non si trovino oggetti
infiammabili sopra la stufa o entro le distanze di sicurezza dalla stessa). Assicurarsi che l’ambiente
della sauna sia ben aerato. Se la potenza della stufa è impostata correttamente, sarà necessaria
un’ora circa per raggiungere la temperatura richiesta. La temperatura nella sauna deve trovarsi fra
+60 e + 90 °C a seconda delle preferenze dell’utente. Una stufa con una potenza eccessiva
riscalderebbe la sauna troppo rapidamente e le pietre troppo lentamente. L’acqua non evaporerebbe
e cadrebbe nella cesta delle pietre. Una stufa non sufficientemente potente, dall’altra parte,
allungherebbe troppo il tempo di riscaldamento della sauna.

3.2. Using the Combi Heater
CAUTION!
Smoke and odor formation when heating up for the first time
Work materials from the manufacturing process will be present on the new heating elements.
These evaporate when the sauna heater is heated up for the first time. This produces smoke
and an unpleasant odor. Breathing in the fumes or smoke can be harmful to your health.
Perform the following steps when operating the sauna heater for the first time and if the heating
elements for the sauna heater have been changed. In this way you will prevent damage to health
due to the fumes and smoke produced when heating up for the first time.
1. Select the highest possible temperature in the sauna control.
2. Heat up the sauna heater for half an hour. Do NOT stay in the sauna cabin during this period.
3. Allow the sauna cabin to ventilate thoroughly after heating up for the first time.
4. If no smoke or odor is produced the next time the sauna heater is heated up, you can start to
use the sauna. If smoke or odor is produced again, leave the sauna cabin immediately and
repeat the initial heating up process followed by ventilation.
• Before turning on the Combi Heater, make sure that nothing else but stones are placed inside or
near the unit. For more safety instructions, please refer to Part Saftey Instuctions at page 5
• Bad odor may be detected when using the Combi Heater for the first time. To remove the smell,
ventilate the Sauna Room thoroughly.
• It is important that you choose the correct power rating of the Combi Heater that will correspond
to your Sauna Room size. Part 5 (Technical Data) of this manual will help you to make the right
choice. A properly selected Combi Heater allows to reach the bathing temperature withinone hour.
• If the heater power is too big for the Sauna Room, the room will heat up faster than the stones and
will cause the water thrown on the stones to go through the stone compartment too quickly.
• On the other hand, if the heater power is too little for the Sauna Room, the water thrown on the
stones will not increase the temperature; instead, it will only cool the stones thus decreasing the
temperature inside the Sauna Room.
• Your Sauna Room must have suitable insulation and wall materials. Refer to Part 7 (The Sauna
Room) of this manual for guidance. The bathing temperature should preferably be within the range
of +60 - + 90 °Celsius, while the Steamer is switched off.
Always check the sauna room before switching sauna heater on (to be sure that there is no
combustible things within the safety distances of the heater or on the heater). Make sure that
sauna room has been efficiently ventilated. If the output of the heater is proper it will take about an
hour to reach suitable temperature. The temperature in sauna room should be between +60 - + 90 °C,
according to the preference of user. Too powerful heater will heat sauna room too quickly and the
stones won’t have enough time to warm. The water poured on the stones will not evaporate, but flow
into the stone holder. An underpowered heater, on the other hand, would lead to an undesirably long
heating period.

3.3. Produzione di vapore
• Se si getta acqua sulle pietre, aumentano l’umidità dell’aria nella sauna e la temperatura
della stufa.
• Il contenuto di umidità dell’aria dipende dalla quantità di acqua versata.
• È sufficiente versare ogni volta tre mestoli di acqua per creare un’atmosfera piacevole.
Non versare troppa acqua sulle pietre, altrimenti potrebbe schizzare sugli altri occupanti
della sauna perché l’acqua non evapora subito.
3.3.1. Acqua per la produzione di vapore
• Per bagnare le pietre utilizzare solo acqua di rubinetto pulita.
• Non utilizzare acqua dura, ferrosa o clorata.
• L’acqua dura causa la formazione di depositi bianchi sulle pietre e sulla superficie della stufa
e riduce la capacità di immagazzinaggio del calore delle pietre.
• L’acqua ferrosa invece forma uno strato di ruggine sulle resistenze e causa la corrosione
anche di altre parti della stufa.
• Anche l’uso di acqua di mare, clorata e umifera può danneggiare la stufa combi e i suoi
componenti.
3.4. Utilizzo dell’evaporatore
• Non versare acqua sulle pietre calde quando altre persone si trovano accanto alla stufa o nelle
sue vicinanze.
• La mini stufa combi ha un serbatoio dell’acqua da 2,5 litri. Se il serbatoio viene riempito con
2,5 litri di acqua, può essere generato vapore per circa 1 ora, se il dispositivo è impostato su Max.
3.4.1. Riempimento del contenitore dell’acqua
• Per riempire il serbatoio, versare l’acqua attraverso l’incavo previsto per la vaschetta per gli aromi.
• Il livello dell’acqua deve trovarsi almeno 50 mm sotto il bordo superiore del serbatoio per evitare
che cada acqua sul pavimento durante il riscaldamento (MNC-30NSB, MNC-36NSB).
• Il livello dell’acqua non deve trovarsi mai sopra il segno massimo, ovvero sopra il segno dei 2,5 litri
nell’indicazione del livello dell’acqua, altrimenti l’acqua bollente verrebbe schizzata sul pavimento.
• Si prega di fare attenzione quando si estrae la vaschetta per gli aromi durante il funzionamento
della sauna, perché è molto calda. Non cercare di rimuovere il coperchio dell’evaporatore perché
è estremamente caldo.
• Prima di attivare l’evaporatore, assicurarsi che ci sia abbastanza acqua nel serbatoio.

3.3. Producing the Steam
• Throwing water on the stones increases the moisture level inside the Sauna Room and the
heater increases the temperature.
• The amount of water thrown on the stones determines the moisture content of the air.
• Three ladles of water at a time are enough to enjoy the Sauna. Throwing too much water on
the stones may cause scalding water to splash on the bathers, as the water may not evaporate
immediately.
• Make sure there is no one sitting near or next to the heater before throwing water on the stones.
3.3.1. Kind of Water to Use
• Use only clean household tap water to throw on the stones.
• Do not use hard, ferrous or chlorinated water.
• Hard water causes white deposits on the stones and on the heater surface, and it also decreases
the heat accumulating property of the stones.
• On the other hand, if the water you are using is ferrous, a rusty layer will cover the heating
elements and other parts of the heater and will lead to corrosion.
• The use of seawater, chlorinated water and humus water can damage your Combi Heater and
its parts as well.
3.4. Using the Steamer
• The Mini Combi Heater has a 2.5-liter Water Tank. When filled with 2.5-liter water, steam can be
produced for approximately 1 hour if set to max.
• To ensure ideal humidity, the Sauna temperature should be between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius,
and the Steamer should be left on for 20 minutes to pre-heat the Sauna and produce sufficient
amount of steam before bathing.
3.4.1. Filling the Water Compartment
• Fill the Tank with water by pouring it through the hole designated for the Scent Basin.
• The amount of water poured should be less than 50mm (minimum) from the top level of the tank
that it will not spill on the floor during boiling (MNC-30NSB, MNC-36NSB).
• The water should not exceed the maximum mark or 2.5-liter marking on the Water Level Indicator;
otherwise it will spill on the floor.
• If “FILL” is displayed on the external control unit, refill the Water Tank with cold household tap
water. Be careful in removing the Scent Basin during bathing, as it will be hot to touch. Do not
attempt to remove the Steamer Cover, as it will be extremely hot to touch.
• Always make sure that there is a sufficient amount of water in the Water Tank before using the
Steamer.

3.4.2. Livello dell’acqua minimo
• La stufa combi è provvista di un sistema di notifica di mancanza di acqua, per ricaricare il
serbatoio di acqua prima che si svuoti completamente.
• Quando il livello dell’acqua raggiunge il segno REFILL, si attiva il sistema di notifica di mancanza
di acqua. Questo sistema disattiva automaticamente l’evaporatore quando rimangono solo 0,8 litri
di acqua nel serbatoio. Nell’unità di comando esterna viene visualizzato il messaggio FILL. Inoltre
viene emesso un segnale acustico (un cicalino). Dopo il ricaricamento, la stufa combi si riattiva
automaticamente.
• Fare particolare attenzione durante il ricaricamento di acqua, perché il serbatoio è molto caldo.
Se, nonostante il messaggio FILL e il segnale acustico di avvertimento, non viene ricaricata
l’acqua, l’evaporatore si riattiva. Viene visualizzato nuovamente il messaggio FILL fino a che
non viene ricaricata l’acqua o viene disattivato l’evaporatore.
• Evitare che il contenitore dell’evaporatore si asciughi completamente durante il funzionamento,
per non danneggiare la lastra di riscaldamento e per allungare la vita della stufa combi.
3.5. Svuotamento e pulizia del contenitore dell’acqua
• Il serbatoio dell’acqua deve essere svuotato e pulito dopo ogni utilizzo, per creare sempre vapore
fresco e pulito.
• Prima dello scarico dell’acqua aspettare che il dispositivo si sia raffreddato.
• Per scaricare l’acqua, aprire il rubinetto a sfera nel fondo del serbatoio in senso antiorario finché
non fuoriesce l’acqua. Preparare un contenitore per raccoglierla.
• Dopo che l’acqua è stata scaricata completamente, estrarre il coperchio dell’evaporatore e pulire
il serbatoio internamente con una spazzola, per asportare le impurità accumulatesi nel serbatoio
e risciacquarlo quindi con acqua.
• Non utilizzare spazzole in acciaio, perché queste potrebbero danneggiare le pareti o la lastra
di riscaldamento del contenitore.
• Non cercare di pulire l’interno del contenitore a mano con un panno per la pulizia, per evitare
di ferirsi con i bordi del contenitore.
• Per pulire la lastra di separazione, estrarla e sfregarla con una spazzola e dell’acqua (vedi fig. 9).
• Sciacquare quindi il contenitore con acqua e richiudere il rubinetto a sfera, girandolo in senso orario.
• Prima di utilizzare nuovamente l’evaporatore, non dimenticare di riempire nuovamente il contenitore
con acqua.
• Non lasciare mai che sia l’evaporatore a eliminare tutta l’acqua al suo interno, come soluzione
alternativa allo svuotamento, perché ciò ridurrebbe la vita del dispositivo.
• È inevitabile che si formino impurità dell’acqua (es. residui calcarei) sulle pareti del serbatoio.
Per la decalcificazione, SAWO consiglia gli anticalcari normalmente utilizzati per gli apparecchi
domestici, come ad esempio per le macchine del caffè e i bollitori. Questi prodotti devono essere
usati secondo le istruzioni presenti nella relativa confezione.
• Pulire la parte esterna del serbatoio con un panno bagnato. Assicurarsi che la stufa combi sia
scollegata.
