NOMENCLATURE SPECIFIC INFORMATION DRAWINGS
Category III Personal Protective Equipment 864.016 3 RIG is a multi-anchor
rigging plate, compliant with UIAA 130:2021 V1 and relevant points
of EN 354:2010, EN 365:2004, EN 795:2012 and Regulation (EU)
2016/425 suitable for:
- use in mountaineering, including rock climbing;
- protection/prevention of falls from height;
- creating prevention and fall arrest systems, retention, work positioning
and rope access systems.
The device also complies with clause 4.2.1.1 of CEN/TS 16415:2013 for
simultaneous use by 3 users: this type of utilisation is to be considered
outside the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
Important:
- carefully assess the suitability of the structure and of the anchor point,
in relation to the load transmitted (max 36 kN) by the device during
use and the corresponding direction of application ( g. 1);
- when you use this devis as part of a fall-arresting system, you must
use suitable equipment (like energy absorbers) to reduce impact
forces which may be created when a fall is arrested.

Warning:
Devices inserted in the connection eyelets (A):
- must be free to move and to position themselves in the foreseeable
direction of load application;
- must not get into contact with each other.

The rigging plate 3 RIG has been designed for connection with the
following metal and textile devices whose attachment point can be
opened or passes through the connection eyelets (A):
- connectors (EN 362, EN 12275);
- ropes (EN 892, EN 1891);
- slings (EN 566);
- lanyards (EN 354);
- energy absorbers (EN 958, EN 355);
- fall arresting devices (EN 353-1, EN 353-2, EN 360, EN 12841/A).
Checks before and after use
Before and after use, make sure that the device is in an ef cient
condition and that it works properly, in particular, check that:
- it is suitable for the intended use;
- it is free of cracks, corrosion, mechanical deformation and that any
wear and tear is only of an aesthetic nature;
- markings are legible.

Il Dispositivo di Protezione Individuale di III categoria
864.016 3 RIG è una piastra per connessioni multiple,
conforme allo standard UIAA 130:2021 V1 e alle parti
rilevanti e applicabili delle norme EN 354:2010, EN
365:2004, EN 795:2012 e del Regolamento (UE)
2016/425, adatto per:
- l’uso in alpinismo;
- la protezione/prevenzione delle cadute dall’alto;
- realizzare sistemi di trattenuta, di posizionamento sul lavoro
e di accesso mediante funi.
Il dispositivo è inoltre conforme alla clausola 4.2.1.1 della
norma CEN/TS 16415:2013 per l’uso simultaneo da parte
di 3 utilizzatori: questo tipo di utilizzo è da considerarsi al
di fuori degli scopi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/425.
Importante:
- valutare attentamente l’idoneità della struttura e del
punto di ancoraggio in funzione del carico trasmesso dal
dispositivo durante l’utilizzo e della relativa direzione di
applicazione (g. 1);
- quando si utilizza questo dispositivo come parte di un
sistema anticaduta, equipaggiarsi con mezzi idonei (ad
es. dissipatori di energia) che riducano le forze di impatto
che si creano durante l’arresto di un’eventuale caduta.

Attenzione
I dispositivi inseriti nei punti di connessione (A):
- devono essere liberi di muoversi e di posizionarsi nella
direzione prevista di applicazione del carico;
- non devono interferire tra loro.
Compatibilità
La piastra 3 RIG è compatibile per il collegamento con i

Controlli pre e post uso
Prima e dopo l’uso assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia in
condizioni efcienti e funzioni correttamente, in particolare
vericare che:
- sia adatto all’uso previsto;
- non presenti cricche, tracce di corrosione, deformazioni
meccaniche e che l’eventuale usura sia esclusivamente
di carattere estetico;
- le marcature siano leggibili.

L’Équipement de Protection Individuelle de catégorie III
864.016 3 RIG est un multiplicateur d’amarrages, conforme
à la UIAA 130:2021 V1 et aux parties pertinentes des EN
354:2010, EN 365:2004, EN 795:2012 et du Règlement
(UE) 2016/425, adapté à:
- L’utilisation en alpinisme ;
- La protection/prévention contre les chutes de hauteur ;
- La réalisation de systèmes de maintien au travail et
d’accès par corde.
Le dispositif est également conforme à la clause 4.2.1.1
de la norme CEN/TS 16415:2013 pour une utilisation
simultanée par 3 utilisateurs : ce type d’utilisation doit être
considéré comme n’entrant pas dans le champ d’application
du règlement (UE) 2016/425.
Important:
- Évaluez avec attention l’aptitude de la structure, du
point d’amarrage en fonction de la charge transmise par
l’équipement pendant l’emploi et de la direction prévue
pour l’application (g. 1) ;
- Lorsque vous utilisez cet équipement comme partie d’un
système antichute, vous devez vous équiper de moyens
adéquats (par ex. des absorbeurs d’énergie) qui réduisent
les forces d’impact pouvant se créer au cours d’un arrêt
lors d’une chute éventuelle.

Attention:

- Ne doivent pas interférer entre eux.

Le dispositif 3 RIG est compatible avec les dispositifs

être ouvert ou passer à travers les trous d’amarrage (A):

Contrôles avant et après l’emploi
Avant et après l’utilisation, assurez-vous que le dispositif
est dans un état efcace et qu’il fonctionne correctement,
en particulier, vériez que:
- Il est adapté à l’utilisation prévue ;
- Il est exempt de ssures, de corrosion, de déformation
mécanique et que l’usure éventuelle est purement
esthétique ;
- Les marquages sont lisibles.

ist eine Platte für Mehrfachverbindungen, die nach UIAA
130:2021 V1 und nach den geltenden und relevanten Teilen
der Normen EN 354:2010, EN 365:2004, EN 795:2012 und
der Verordnung (EU) 2016/425 zertiziert ist und für:
- die Verwendung beim Bergsteigen;
- Schutz/Verhinderung von Abstürzen aus der Höhe;
- die Realisierung von Rückhaltesystemen,
Arbeitspositionierung und Seilzugangssystemen.
Das Gerät entspricht auch Abschnitt 4.2.1.1 der CEN/TS
16415:2013 für die gleichzeitige Verwendung durch 3 Benutzer:
diese Verwendung ist außerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs
der Verordnung (EU) 2016/425 zu betrachten.
Wichtig:
- sorgfältig die Eignung der Struktur, der Anschlagstelle
abschätzen, abhängig von der Last, die von der
Vorrichtung während des Gebrauchs übertragen wird,
und der jeweiligen Anwendungsrichtung (Abb. 1);
- wenn die Vorrichtung als Teil eines Absturzschutzsystems
verwendet wird, dann muss man sich mit geeigneten
Mitteln (z.B. Falldämpfer) ausrüsten, zur Minderung der
Aufschlagkräften, die bei der Fallbremsung auftreten
können.

Achtung:
Die Vorrichtungen, die in die Verbindungsstellen (A)
eingesetzt werden:
- müssen sich frei bewegen und in der vorhersehbaren
Richtung der Lastanwendung positionieren können;
- dürfen sich nicht gegenseitig behindern
Kompatibilität
Die Vorrichtung 3 RIG ist für den Anschluss an folgende
Metall- und Textilgeräte geeignet, deren Befestigungspunkt
geöffnet werden kann oder durch die Verbindungsstellen
(A) führt:
- Verbinduselemente (EN 362, EN 12275);
- Seile (EN 892, EN 1891);
- Schlingen (EN 566);
- Reepschnüre (EN 354);
- Falldämpfer (EN 355, EN 958);
- Absturzsicherungssysteme (EN 353-1, EN 353-2, EN
12841/A, EN 360).
Kontrollen vor und nach dem Gebrauch
Vergewissern Sie sich vor und nach der Benutzung, dass
sich das Gerät in einem efzienten Zustand bendet und
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, und prüfen Sie insbesondere,
ob:
- es für die vorgesehene Verwendung geeignet ist;
- es frei von Rissen, Korrosion und mechanischen
Verformungen ist und dass etwaige
Abnutzungserscheinungen rein ästhetischer sind;
- die Markierungen lesbar sind.

El equipo de protección personal de categoría III 864.016 3 RIG
es una placa de aparejo para múltiples Conexiones, certicada
según el UIAA 130:2021 V1 y las partes pertinentes de las normas
EN 354:2010, EN 365:2004, EN 795:2012 y del Reglamento (UE)
2016/425, apta para:
- el uso en alpinismo;
- la protección/prevención contra las caídas de altura;
- sistemas de retención, de posicionamiento en el trabajo y
de acceso mediante cuerdas.
El dispositivo también cumple la cláusula 4.2.1.1 de la norma

3 usuarios: este tipo de uso debe considerarse fuera del

Importante:

durante la detención de una caída.

Comprobaciones antes y después del uso
Antes y después del uso, asegúrese de que el aparato está

Важно:
- тщательно оценить пригодность конструкции, точки
крепления в зависимости от нагрузки, передаваемой
устройством во время использования, и относительное
направление применения (рис. 1);
- при использовании этого устройства в качестве
части системы защиты от падения следует иметь
подходящие средства (например, энергопоглотители),
которые уменьшают силу удара, возникаюущую во
время остановки падения.
