To set up the device:
1. Activate the vibrating alarm option on the clock.
2. On the vibration alarm device, slide the ALARM
switch to alarm 1, alarm 2 or both.
3. To set the vibration, slide the HI / MED / LOW
switch to the desired level. The unit plays a
melody alarm or soothing sound simultaneously.
The sleep function with soothing sounds can be set
to play through the clock and vibration device to help
lull you to sleep.
The vibration alarm vibrates for 1.5 minutes. To
conserve power when you are not using the vibration
device, slide the alarm switch to the OFF position.
NOTE The LED light is green when the unit is turned
on and flashes red when the battery is low.
PRECAUTIONS
This product is engineered to give you years of
satisfactory service if you handle it carefully. Here are
a few precautions:
• Do not immerse the unit in water. If you spill
liquid over it, dry it immediately with a soft, lint-
free cloth.
• Do not clean the unit with abrasive or corrosive
materials.
• Do not subject the unit to excessive force, shock,
dust, temperature or humidity, which may result
in malfunction, shorter electronic life span,
damaged battery and distorted parts.
• Do not tamper with the unit’s internal
components. Doing so will invalidate the warranty
on the unit and may cause unnecessary damage.
The unit contains no user-serviceable parts.
• Only use fresh batteries as specified in the user’s
instructions. Do not mix new and old batteries.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
• Remove batteries when storing the product for a
long time.
• Do not dispose this product as unsorted
municipal waste. Collection of such waste
separately for special treatment is necessary.

GETTING STARTED
POWER
1. To access the battery compartment, turn the
back cover of the unit counterclockwise and
remove.
2. Insert 2 x UM-3 (AA) 1.5V batteries into the
compartment before first use, matching the
polarity (+ and -).
3. Press RESET after each battery change (or to
return the unit to the default settings).
4. Replace back cover, turning it clockwise to
tighten.
NOTE It is recommended that you use alkaline
batteries with this product for longer performance.
USING THE ALARM
The vibrating wake-up device can be placed under
your pillow or up to 15 meters away from the main unit
(e.g., BARM969P / BARM969PA clock) and performs
a wake-up function by vibrating. Simply select the
alarm time when you want the vibration device to
wake you up.

AVVIO DEL PRODOTTO
ALIMENTAZIONE
1. Per accedere al vano batterie, ruotare la
copertura posteriore dell’unità in senso antiorario
e toglierla.
2. Prima dell’uso, inserire nel vano 2 batterie di tipo
UM (AA) da 1,5V, rispettando i segni di polarità
(+ e -).
3. Premere RESET dopo ogni sostituzione delle
batterie o per ripristinare i valori predefiniti
dell’unità.
4. Riposizionare la copertura posteriore, ruotandola
in senso orario per fissarla.
NOTA Per prestazioni prolungate con questo
prodotto si consiglia di utilizzare batterie alcaline .
UTILIZZO DELLA SVEGLIA
Il dispositivo a vibrazione può essere posto sotto
il cuscino o ad una distanza massima di 15 metri
dall’unità principale (es. BARM969P o BARM969PA)
per essere usato come sveglia a vibrazione. È
sufficiente selezionare l’ora della sveglia per essere
svegliati dal dispositivo a vibrazione quando si
desidera.
Per impostare il dispositivo:
1. Attivare sull’orologio l’opzione di sveglia a
vibrazione.
2. Sul dispositivo di sveglia a vibrazione, spostare la
levetta ALARM su alarm 1, alarm 2 o su
entrambi.
3. Per impostare la vibrazione, spostare la levetta
HI / MED / LOW sul livello desiderato. L’unità
riproduce una melodia o un suono rilassante allo
stesso tempo.
È possibile impostare la funzione sleep timer con
suoni rilassanti, in modo che si attivino mediante
l’orologio e il dispositivo a vibrazione così da
conciliare il sonno.
La sveglia a vibrazione vibra per 1 minuto e mezzo.
Per risparmiare energia quando non si utilizza il
dispositivo a vibrazione, spostare la levetta della
sveglia sulla posizione OFF.
NOTA La luce LED è verde quando l’unità è accesa,
mentre lampeggia in rosso quando la batteria è in
esaurimento.

AU COMMENCEMENT
ALIMENTATTION
1. Pour accéder au compartiment des piles, tournez
le couvercle arrière de l’appareil dans le sens inverse
des aiguilles d’une montre et retirez le.
2. Insérez 2 piles UM-3 (AA) 1,5V dans le
compartiments avant la première utilisation en
respectant les polarités (+ et -).
3. Appuyez sur RESET après chaque changement
de piles (ou pour revenir aux réglages par défaut).
4. Replacez le couvercle arrière, tournez le dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour serrer.
REMARQUE Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser
des piles alcalines pour une meilleure performance.
UTILISATION DE L’ALARME
Le vibreur d’alarme peut être placé sous votre oreiller
et jusqu’à 15 mètres de l’appareil principal (par
exemple des horloges BARM969P / BARM969PA)
et ses vibrations vous réveilleront en douceur.
Sélectionnez simplement l’heure à laquelle vous
désirez que le vibreur vous réveille.
Pour installer le dispositif
1. Activez la fonction vibreur d’alarme sur l’horloge
2. Sur le vibreur, mettre le bouton ALARME sur
alarme 1, alarme 2, ou les deux.
3. Pour régler la vibration, placer le bouton HI / MED
/ LOW sur le réglage désiré. L’appareil diffuse une
mélodie d’alarme ou un son relaxant simultanément.
IT
La fonction SLEEP accompagnée de sons relaxants
diffusés depuis l’horloge ou le vibreur vous permet de
vous endormir paisiblement.
Le vibreur d’alarme vibre pendant 1,5 minutes. Par
économie d’énergie, lorsque que le vibreur n’est pas
utilisé, mettez le bouton de l’alarme en position OFF.
REMARQUE La diode électroluminescente est
verte lorsque le vibreur est sous tension et rouge
clignotante quand les piles sont faibles.
PRECAUTIONS
Ce produit est conçu pour vous donner satisfaction
pendant de nombreuses années si vous le manipulez
avec soins. Voici quelques précautions à prendre en
compte :
• Ne pas immerger le produit dans l’eau. Si
vous renversez du liquide sur l’appareil, séchez

ERSTE SCHRITTE
STROMVERSORGUNG
1. Um das Batteriefach zugänglich zu machen,
drehen Sie den hinteren Gehäusedeckel gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie ihn vom
Gerät ab.
2. Legen Sie 2 Batterien des Typs UM-3 (AA) 1,5V
vor der ersten Verwendung in das Fach und
achten Sie auf die Übereinstimmung der Polarität
(+ und -).
3. Drücken Sie nach jedem Batteriewechsel auf
RESET (oder um das Gerät auf die
Standardeinstellungen zurückzusetzen).
4. Legen Sie den Gehäusedeckel wieder auf
das Gerät und befestigen Sie ihn durch Drehen
im Uhrzeigersinn.
HINWEIS Es wird empfohlen, dass Sie für dieses
Produkt Alkaline-Batterien verwenden, um eine
längere Betriebsleistung zu ermöglichen.
DEN ALARM VERWENDEN
Der Vibrationsalarm kann unter Ihr Kopfkissen oder
bis zu 15 m vom Hauptgerät (z.B. Uhr BARM969P /
BARM969PA) entfernt gelegt werden, und erfüllt eine
Weckfunktion durch Vibrationen. Stellen Sie einfach
die Alarmzeit ein, wenn Sie vom Vibrationsalarm
geweckt werden möchten.

Schalter HI / MED / LOW auf die gewünschte
Stufe. Das Gerät spielt gleichzeitig einen
Melodiealarm oder einen beruhigenden Klang ab.
Die Sleep-Funktion mit beruhigenden Klängen kann
so eingestellt werden, dass sie über die Uhr oder
das Vibrationsgerät abgespielt wird, um Ihnen das
Einschlafen zu erleichtern.
Der Vibrationsalarm vibriert 1,5 Minuten lang. Wenn
Sie das Vibrationsgerät nicht benutzen, sollten Sie
den Alarmschalter auf die Stellung OFF verschieben,
um Strom zu sparen.
HINWEIS Das LED-Licht leuchtet grün, wenn das
Gerät eingeschaltet wird, und blinkt rot, wenn die
Ladung der Batterie niedrig ist.

INTRODUCTIE
Dank u dat u gekozen hebt voor de Oregon
ScientificTM Vibrerende Wekker (VR201).
Deze vibrerende wekker werkt met de volgende
Oregon Scientific klokken:
• BARM969P
• BARM969PA

1. Om het batterijvak te openen, draait u de
achterkant van het apparaat tegen de klok in en
verwijdert u hem.
2. Plaats 2 x UM-3 (AA) 1,5V batterijen in het
batterijvak voor het eerste gebruik, in
overeenstemming met de polariteit (+ en -).
3. Druk RESET na elke batterijwissel (of om alle
instellingen terug te zetten op de standaard
instellingen).
4. Plaats de achterkant terug en draai hem vast met
de klok mee.
NB U wordt aangeraden alkalinebatterijen in dit
product te gebruiken voor langere prestaties.
GEBRUIK VAN HET ALARM
De vibrerende wekker kunt u onder uw kussen
leggen of tot 15 meter van de klok (bijv. BARM969P /
BARM969PA) en deze zal u wekken door middel van
vibraties. Selecteer simpelweg de alarmtijd waarop u
door de vibratie-eenheid wilt worden gewekt.
Om het apparaat in te stellen:
1. Activeer de vibratiealarmfunctie op de klok.
2. Op de vibrerende wekker, schuift u de ALARM
schakelaar naar alarm 1, alarm 2 of alle.
3. Om het vibratieniveau in te stellen, zet u de
HOOG / MED / LAAG schakelaar in de gewenste
positie. Het apparaat kan tegelijkertijd ook een
melodiealarm of kalmerend geluid afspelen.
De slaapfunctie met kalmerende geluiden kan worden
afgespeeld via de klok en de vibratie-eenheid om u te
helpen in slaap te vallen.
Het vibratiealarm trilt gedurende 1,5 minuut. Om
stroom te sparen wanneer u de vibratie-eenheid niet
gebruikt, schuift u de alarmschakelaar in de OFF
positie.
NB Het LED-licht is groen wanneer het apparaat aan
staat en knippert rood als de batterij leeg raakt.
WAARSCHUWINGEN
Dit product is ontworpen om u vele jaren plezier te
geven, mits goed behandeld. Hier volgen een aantal
onderhoudstips:
• Dompel het product nooit onder in water. Als u
water over het apparaat morst, droog het dan
onmiddellijk af met een zachte stofvrije doek.
• Reinig het apparaat niet met krassende of
bijtende materialen.
• Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan extreme klappen,
schokken, stof, temperatuur of vochtigheid. Dit
kan leiden tot fouten, verkorting van de
levensduur, schade aan de batterijen en
vervormde onderdelen.
• Laat de interne componenten met rust. Doet u dit
niet dan zal de garantie vervallen en kan
onnodige schade ontstaan. Het apparaat bevat
geen door de gebruiker te repareren onderdelen.
• Gebruik alleen nieuwe batterijen zoals
aangegeven in deze handleiding. Gebruik nooit
oude en nieuwe batterijen door elkaar.
• Gebruik geen oplaadbare batterijen.
• Verwijder de batterijen wanneer u het product
voor langere tijd wegbergt.
• Gooi dit product niet weg bij het huishoudelijk
afval, maar lever het in bij een KCA depot
• De in houd van deze handleiding mag niet
worden vermenigvuldigd zonder toestemming
van de fabrikant.

STRÖMFÖRSÖRJNING
1. För att öppna batterifacket, vrid bakstycket på
enheten moturs och ta bort locket.
2. Sätt i 2 x UM-3 (AA) 1.5V batterier i facket innan
du börjar använda produkten, se till att polariteten
stämmer enligt figuren (+ och -).
3. Tryck RESET efter varje batteribyte eller för att
återställa produkten till grundinställning.
4. Sätt tillbaka bakstycket, vrid det medurs för att
fixera.
NOTERING Det rekommenderas att använda Alkaline
batterier till denna produkt för maximal drifttid.
ATT ANVÄNDA ALARMET
Vibratorenheten kan placeras under din kudde eller
upp till 15 meter från huvudenheten (t.ex. BARM969P
/ BARM969PA) och det väcker dig genom att vibrera.
Ställ helt enkelt alarmtiden när du vill bli väckt med
vibration.
Att ställa in enheten:
1. Aktivera inställningen för vibrationsalarm på
klockan
2. På vibrationsenheten, skjut ALARM omkopplaren
till alarm 1, alarm 2 eller båda.
3. För att ställa in vibrationsnivå, skjut HI / MED /
LOW omkopplaren till önskad nivå. Enheten
spelar en melodi eller ett lugnande ljud samtidigt.
Sovfunktionen med lugnande ljud kan ställas in så att
den spelar från klockan för att hjälpa dig att somna.
NOTERING Vibratoralarmet vibrerar i 1,5 minuter. För
att spara batterikraft när du inte använder enheten,
skjut alarmomkopplaren till läge OFF.
NOTERING Lysdioden lyser grönt när enheten är på
och blinkar rött när batterinivån är låg.

• Plocka ur batterierna om produkten skall förvaras
under en längre period.
• Förbrukad produkt måste sorteras som
specialavfall på avsedd miljöstation och får inte
slängas som vanligt restavfall.

PARA EMPEZAR
ALIMENTACIÓN
1. Para acceder al compartimiento de las pilas,
gire la cubierta posterior de la unidad en la
dirección contraria a las agujas del reloj y retírela.
2. Antes de usarla, introduzca 2 pilas UM-3 (AAA)
de 1,5V en el compartimiento, asegurándose de
que las polaridades (+ y -) encajen.
3. Pulse RESET cada vez que cambie las pilas
(para volver a la configuración predeterminada).
4. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta posterior, haciéndola
girar en la dirección de las agujas del reloj para
cerrarla.
NOTA Recomendamos utilizar pilas alcalinas con
este producto para que funcione durante más
tiempo.
USO DE LA ALARMA
El dispositivo vibratorio se puede colocar debajo
de la almohada o a hasta 15 metros de la unidad
principal (ej. un reloj BARM969P / BARM969PA), y le
despertará vibrando. Lo único que tiene que hacer es
seleccionar la hora de la alarma en la cual desea que
el dispositivo vibratorio le despierte.
Para configurar el dispositivo:
1. Active la opción de alarma vibratoria en el reloj.
2. En el dispositivo de alarma vibratoria, deslice
el interruptor a la posición alarma 1, alarma 2 o
ambas.
3. Para ajustar la vibración, deslice el interruptor
HI / MED / LOW a la posición deseada. La
unidad reproducirá simultáneamente una alarma
melódica o un sonido relajante.

ALIMENTAÇÃO
1. Para acessar o compartimento de pilhas, gire a
tampa traseira da unidade no sentido anti-horário
e remova-a.
2. Insira duas pilhas UM-3 (AA) de 1,5V no
compartimento antes de usar o produto pela
primeira vez, correspondendo com as
polaridades (+ e -).
3. Pressione REDEFINIR depois de cada troca
de pilhas (ou para retornar a unidade para as
configurações padrão).
4. Recoloque a tampa, girando-a no sentido horário
para apertá-la.
OBSERVAÇÃO Recomenda-se usar pilhas alcalinas
com este produto para obter um maior desempenho.
USO DO DESPERTADOR
O despertador vibratório pode ser colocado sob
o travesseiro ou até a 15 metros de distância da
unidade principal (por exemplo, o relógio BARM969P/
BARM969PA) e executa uma função de despertador
vibratório. Simplesmente selecione a hora do alarme
quando quiser que o dispositivo vibratório o acorde.
Para configurar o dispositivo:
1. Ative a opção de despertador vibratório no relógio.
2. No despertador vibratório, deslize a chave
ALARM para alarme 1, alarme 2 ou ambos.
3. Para definir a vibração, deslize a chave ALTO/
MÉDIO/BAIXO para o nível desejado. A unidade
reproduz um alarme harmonioso ou um som
calmante simultaneamente.

no gastar corriente cuando no estás utilizando el

NOTA El piloto LED se enciende en color verde
cuando la unidad está encendida, y rojo si se está
acabando la pila.
PRECAUCIÓN
Este producto está diseñado para funcionar durante
muchos años, si se usa correctamente. Aquí tiene
algunos consejos:
• No sumerja el dispositivo en agua. Si se vertiera
líquido en la unidad, límpiela con un paño suave
y sin electricidad estática.
• No limpie la unidad con materiales abrasivos o
corrosivos.
• No exponga la unidad a fuerza excesiva,
descargas, polvo, temperatura o humedad
excesivas, lo cual podría resultar en problemas
de funcionamiento, disminución de la vida útil,
pilas gastadas y componentes dañados.
• No manipule los componentes internos. De
hacerlo anulará la garantía de la unidad y podría
causar daños innecesarios. La unidad contiene
componentes que el usuario no debe manipular.
• Use solamente pilas nuevas como las indicadas
en las instrucciones de uso. No mezcle pilas
viejas con pilas nuevas.
• No use pilas recargables.
• Retire las pilas antes de guardar el producto por
un largo período de tiempo.
• No tire este producto a un contenedor de basura
municipal sin clasificar. Es necesario que
recopile este tipo de basura para un tratamiento
especial.
• Los contenidos de este manual no pueden
reproducirse sin permiso del fabricante.

A função Dormir com sons calmantes pode ser
definida para ser reproduzida pelo relógio e dispositivo

Ele vibrará por 1,5 minutos. Para conservar a energia

vibratório, deslize a chave para a posição OFF.
