2.2 Çíà÷åíèå ñèìâîëîâ è ôóíêöèé
Ñâàðêà ìåò îäîì TIG
Ïðè ñâàðêå TIG ïðîèñõîäèò ðàñïëàâëåíèå ìåòàëëà ñâàðèâàåìîé äåòàëè ñ
ïîìîùüþ ýëåêòðè÷åñêîé äóãè, âîçáóæäàåìîé íà âîëüôðàìîâîì ýëåêòðîäå,
êîòîðûé ñàì íå ïëàâèòñÿ. Çîíà ñâàðêè è ñàì ýëåêòðîä çàùèùåíû àòìîñôåðîé
èç çàùèòíîãî ãàçà.

×åì áîëüøå òîê, òåì øèðå ñâàðî÷íàÿ âàííà è òåì ëó÷øå ïðîíèêíîâåíèå â
ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü.
Èìïóëüñíûé òîê
Èìïóëüñíûé ðåæèì èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ óëó÷øåíèÿ óïðàâëåíèÿ ñâàðî÷íîé
âàííîé è ïðîöåññîì çàñòûâàíèÿ. ×àñòîòà èìïóëüñîâ óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ
íàñòîëüêî íèçêîé, ÷òîáû â ïðîìåæóòêå ìåæäó èìïóëüñàìè ñâàðî÷íàÿ âàííà
óñïåâàëà çàñòûòü, ïî êðàéíåé ìåðå, ÷àñòè÷íî. Äëÿ óñòàíîâêè èìïóëüñíîãî
ðåæèìà íåîáõîäèìî çàäàòü ÷åòûðå ïàðàìåòðà: òîê èìïóëüñà, äëèòåëüíîñòü
èìïóëüñà, òîê ïàóçû è äëèòåëüíîñòü ïàóçû.

Íàðàñòàíèå
Ôóíêöèÿ íàðàñòàíèÿ îçíà÷àåò, ÷òî ïîñëå âîçáóæäåíèÿ äóãè TIG òîê ìåäëåííî
ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî çàäàííîé âåëè÷èíû. Ýòî îáåñïå÷èâàåò áîëåå ”ïëàâíûé”
ðàçîãðåâ ýëåêòðîäà è äàåò âîçìîæíîñòü ñâàðùèêó ïðàâèëüíî ðàñïîëîæèòü
ýëåêòðîä äî òîãî, êàê áóäåò äîñòèãíóòî çàäàííîå çíà÷åíèå ñâàðî÷íîãî òîêà.

Ïðè ñâàðêå TIG èñïîëüçóåòñÿ òàêæå ”ñïàä”, âî âðåìÿ êîòîðîãî òîê ”ìåäëåííî
ñïàäàåò â òå÷åíèå çàäàííîãî âðåìåíè, ÷òî ïîçâîëÿåò èçáåæàòü îáðàçîâàíèÿ
êðàòåðîâ è/èëè ïîÿâëåíèÿ òðåùèí ïî çàâåðøåíèè âûïîëíåíèÿ øâà.
Çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà
Çàäàíèå âðåìåíè , â òå÷åíèå êîòîðîãî ïîäàåòñÿ çàùèòíûé ãàç ïîñëå ïîãàñàíèÿ
äóãè.
HF
Ôóíêöèÿ HF âîçáóæäàåò ýëåêòðè÷åñêóþ äóãó ñ ïîìîùüþ èñêðû,
ïðîñêàêèâàþùåé ñ âîëüôðàìîâîãî ýëåêòðîäà íà ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü, êîãäà
ýëåêòðîä ïðèáëèçèòñÿ ê äåòàëè.

Ôóíêöèÿ Lift Arct (”Ïîäíÿòü äóãó”) âîçáóæäàåò äóãó, êîãäà ýëåêòðîä êàñàåòñÿ
ñâàðèâàåìîé äåòàëè, à çàòåì ïðèïîäíèìàåòñÿ íàä íåé.

îòâîäèò ýëåêòðîä îò äåòàëè: âîçáóæäàåòñÿ äóãà, è òîê àâòîìàòè÷åñêè ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî
çàäàííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ.

çàïóñêàåòñÿ ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (åñëè ýòà ôóíêöèÿ
âêëþ÷åíà) . Ïî îêîí÷àíèè âðåìåíè ïðåäâàðèòåëüíîé ïîäà÷è çàùèòíîãî ãàçà
òîê ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî íà÷àëüíîãî óðîâíÿ (íåñêîëüêî àìïåð), è âîçáóæäàåòñÿ
ýëåêòðè÷åñêàÿ äóãà. Ïðè îòïóñêàíèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (2) òîê
âîçðàñòàåò äî çàäàííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ ïîñòåïåííûì íàðàñòàíèåì, åñëè
âêëþ÷åíà ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ ôóíêöèÿ). Ïðè ñëåäóþùåì íàæàòèè êóðêîâîãî
âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (3) òîê ñïàäàåò äî çàäàííîãî íà÷àëüíîãî çíà÷åíèÿ (ïëàâíî, åñëè
âêëþ÷åíà ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ ôóíêöèÿ). Ïðè ñëåäóþùåì îòïóñêàíèè êóðêîâîãî
âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (4) äóãà ãàñíåò, è ïðîèñõîäèò çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà.

Èçìåíåíèå íàñòðîéêè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ
Ýòà ôóíêöèÿ ïîçâîëÿåò ïåðåéòè îò îäíîãî íàáîðà ñîõðàíåííûõ ïàðàìåòðîâ
ñâàðêè ê äðóãîìó ïóòåì äâîéíîãî íàæàòèÿ íà ñïóñêîâîé ìåõàíèçì ñâàðî÷íîãî
ïèñòîëåòà.
Ïðèìåíèìî òîëüêî äëÿ ñâàðêè ìåòîäîì TIG.
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
Íàñòðîéêè âûïîëíÿþòñÿ ñ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ.
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ äîëæåí áûòü ïîäêëþ÷åí ê
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåìó ðàçúåìó íà ñâàðî÷íîì àãðåãàòå äî íà÷àëà ðàáîòû. Ïîñëå
âêëþ÷åíèÿ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ ñòàíîâèòñÿ
íåàêòèâíîé.

2.3 Ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè TIG
Íà ïàíåëè óïðàâëåíèÿ èìåþòñÿ ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè.
Äëÿ äîñòóïà ê ýòèì ôóíêöèÿì íàæìèòå íà 5 ñåêóíä. Íà äèñïëåå
ïîÿâèòñÿ áóêâà è ÷èñëåííîå çíà÷åíèå. Âûáåðèòå ôóíêöèþ, íàæèìàÿ êíîïêó
ñî ñòðåëêîé, íàïðàâëåííîé âïðàâî. Äëÿ èçìåíåíèÿ ÷èñëåííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ
âûáðàííîé ôóíêöèè èñïîëüçóåòñÿ êðóãëàÿ ðó÷êà.

Çàäàåò ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ïðåäâàðèòåëüíîé ïîäà÷è çàùèòíîãî ãàçà äî
ìîìåíòà çàæèãàíèÿ äóãè.
Ìèêðîèìïó ëüñ
Äëÿ âûáîðà ìèêðîèìïóëüñà íåîáõîäèìî, ÷òîáû áûë óñòàíîâëåí ðåæèì
èìïóëüñíîãî òîêà . Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü èìïóëüñà è ïàóçû â íîðìàëüíîì
ðåæèìå óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ â ïðåäåëàõ 0,01 2,50 ñåêóíä. Ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè
ìèêðîèìïóëüñîâ ýòî âðåìÿ ìîæåò áûòü ñîêðàùåíî äî 0,001 ñåêóíäû. Ïðè
âêëþ÷åííîì ìèêðîèìïóëüñíîì ðåæèìå ïðîìåæóòêè âðåìåíè ìåíåå 0,25
ñåêóíä îòîáðàæàþòñÿ íà äèñïëåå áåç äåñÿòè÷íîé çàïÿòîé.

Ìåòîä MMA íàçûâàåòñÿ òàêæå ñâàðêîé ïîêðûòûìè ýëåêòðîäàìè. Çàææåííàÿ
äóãà ðàñïëàâëÿåò ýëåêòðîä, è åãî ïîêðûòèå îáðàçóåò çàùèòíûé øëàê.

Íàñòðîéêè âûïîëíÿþòñÿ ñ ïàíåëè óïðàâëåíèÿ.
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
Íàñòðîéêè âûïîëíÿþòñÿ ñ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ.
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ äîëæåí áûòü ïîäêëþ÷åí ê
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåìó ðàçúåìó íà ñâàðî÷íîì àãðåãàòå äî íà÷àëà ðàáîòû. Ïîñëå
âêëþ÷åíèÿ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ, ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ ñòàíîâèòñÿ
íåàêòèâíîé.
3.3 Ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè MMA
Íà ïàíåëè óïðàâëåíèÿ èìåþòñÿ ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè.
Äëÿ äîñòóïà ê ýòèì ôóíêöèÿì íàæìèòå íà 5 ñåêóíä. Íà äèñïëåå

Ñâàðî÷íûé ðåãóëÿòîð ArcPlust ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé îðãàí ðåãóëèðîâàíèÿ
íîâîãî òèïà, êîòîðûé ïîçâîëÿåò ïîëó÷èòü áîëåå èíòåíñèâíóþ, áîëåå
êîíöåíòðèðîâàííóþ è ñïîêîéíóþ äóãó. Îíà áûñòðåå âîññòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ ïîñëå
òî÷å÷íîãî êîðîòêîãî çàìûêàíèÿ, ÷òî óìåíüøàåò ðèñê ïðèëèïàíèÿ ýëåêòðîäà.

Íîìåð êîäà íåèñïðàâíîñòè è íîìåð óñòðîéñòâà îòîáðàæàþòñÿ ïîî÷åðåäíî.
Åñëè îáíàðóæåíî íåñêîëüêî íåèñïðàâíîñòåé, íà ýêðàí áóäåò âûâåäåí òîëüêî
êîä ïîñëåäíåé îáíàðóæåííîé íåèñïðàâíîñòè. Äëÿ òîãî, ÷òîáû óäàëèòü ñ

1 INTRODUCTION
The manual describes use of TA24 control panel.
For general information about operation see the user’s instructions for the power
source.
When mains power is supplied the unit runs a self diagnosis of the
LEDs and the display, the program version is displayed and in this
example the program version is 0.18A

2.2 Symbol and Function explanations
TIG welding
TIG welding melts the metal of the work piece, using an arc struck from a tungsten
electrode, which does not itself melt. The weld pool and the electrode are protected by
shielding gas.
Constant current
A higher current produces a wider weld pool, with better penetration into the work
piece.
Pulsed current
Pulsing is used for improved control of the weld pool and the solidification process.
The pulse frequency is set so slow that the weld pool has time to solidify at least
partially between each pulse. In order to set pulsing, four parameters are required:
pulse current, pulse time, background current and background time.

Slope up
The slope up function means that, when the TIG arc strikes, the current rises slowly
to the set value. This provides ‘gentler heating of the electrode, and gives the welder
a chance to position the electrode properly before positioned weld current is
received.

Slope down
TIG welding uses “slope down”, by which the current falls slowly’ over a controlled
time, to avoid crater s and/or cracks. when a weld is finished.
Gas post--flow
This controls the time during which shielding gas flows after the arc is extinguished.
HF
The HF function strikes the arc by means of a spark from the electrode to the work
piece as the electrode is brought closer to the work piece.
LiftArct
The LiftArct function strikes the arc when the electrode is brought into contact with
the work piece and then lifted away from it.

2: the trigger switch is pressed, and a low current starts to flow . Step 3: the welder lifts the electrode
from the work piece: the arc strikes, and the current rises automatically to the set value.

In the 2 stroke control mode, pressing the TIG torch trigger switch (1) starts gas
pre--flow (if used) and strikes the arc. The current rises to the set value (as controlled
by the slope up function, if in operation). Releasing the trigger switch (2) reduces the
current (or starts slope down if in operation) and extinguishes the arc. Gas post--flow
follows if it is in operation.

Functions when using 4 stroke control of the welding torch.
In the 4 stroke control mode, pressing the trigger switch (1) starts gas pre--flow (if
used). At the end of the gas pre--flow time, the current rises to the pilot current (a few
ampere), and the arc is struck. Releasing the trigger switch (2) increases the current
to the set value (with slope up, if in use). When the trigger switch is pressed in (3)
the current returns to the set pilot current (with ”slope down” if in use). When the
trigger switch is released again (4) the arc is extinguished and any gas post flow
occurs.
Active panel
Settings are made from the control panel.
Changing trigger data
This function permits changing between different welding data memories by a double
press on the trigger of the welding gun.
Only applies for TIG welding.
Remote control unit
Settings are made from the remote control unit.
The remote control unit must be connected to the remote control unit socket on the
machine before activation. When the remote control unit is activated the panel is
inactive.
2.3 Concealed TIG functions
There are concealed functions in the control panel.
To access the functions, press for 5 seconds. The display shows a letter and
a value. Select function by pressing the right arrow. The knob is used to change the
value of the selected function.
