1. Please use the Optical cable to connect the transmitter to TV.
2. Ensure that the “OPT” LED on transmitter is lit. If not, tap AUX / OPT
once.
3. Set your TV’s Sound Out / Speaker setting to “External Speaker” or
“Optical audio out.””e.g.: Samsung > Audio Out/Optical;
LG > Optical Out. Various on other TV brands.
4. Set your TV’s Audio Format / Digital Sound Out to “PCM” or and
set the Dolby / DTS Digital to “OFF”.
Now you can stream audio from your TV.
NOTE: If you don’t know how to change the settings on your TV, or if
you cannot hear anything through your headphone after changing
the settings, please contact your TV manufacturer for support.

Connecter le transmetteur à votre TV ou toute

Vériez les options de sortie de votre source audio avant de vous

Si votre TV dispose d’une sortie Optique>
1. Veuillez utiliser le câble optique pour relier le transmetteur à votre
TV.
2. Vériez que la LED “OPT” du transmetteur est allumée. Sinon,
touchezAUX/OPT1 fois.
3. Réglez le paramètre Sortie audio / haut-parleur de votre téléviseur
sur «Haut-parleur externe» ou «Sortie audio optique». Ex : Samsung
> Audio Out / Optical; LG> Sortie optique. Ce réglage varie suivant
les marques et modèles de téléviseurs.
4. Réglez le format de sortie audio Digital de votre TVsur “PCM” ou
désactivez leDolby/DTS.
Dès à présent, vous pouvez diuser du son depuis votre TV.
NOTE: Si vous ne savez pas comment modier les paramètres de votre
téléviseur ou si vous n'entendez rien dans votre casque après avoir
modié les paramètres, veuillez contacter le fabricant de votre
téléviseur pour obtenir de l'aide.

non riesci a sentire nulla attraverso le cuedopo aver modicato le
impostazioni, contatta il produttore del televisore per assistenza.

Für den Kopfhöreranschluss – stellen Sie den Sound Out/

„Headset“ um.
Für einen roten/ weißen Audio-Anschluss – stellen Sie den Sound Out
/ Lautsprecher an Ihrem Fernseher auf „externer Lautsprecher“ um.
Section 2:Use as a Bluetooth Receiver
(RX mode)
Make sure the Mode switch is in Bluetooh mode, TX / RX mode in the
“RX” position.
1Connect the TC500 to a power supply &connect a suitable cable
to speaker, refer to Fig 2-1
2Pair the TC500 with your Bluetooth-enabled phone/pc/tablet.
• The TC500 should enter pairing mode automatically, or you can hold
button for 2s – “RX” LED will ash GREEN & WHITE alternately.
Pair and connect to Bluetooth headphone /
receiver
NOTE:
1) For the rst time use, the transmitter will enter pairing mode
automatically - “TX” LED will ash GREEN & WHITE alternately.
For non-rst-time use, hold button for 2s to enter pairing mode.
2) Enter your headphones into PAIRING MODE – please refer to its
user manual.
3) Keep them close together and wait. Once connected, the “TX” LED
will stop ashing and “A” will light up.
• Add a 2nd pair of Bluetooth headphone - Repeat above step 1)~3)
to connect 2 headhphones. Once connected, both “A” and “B” LED
indicators will light up.
• Reconnect - The transmitter will reconnect to the most recently
connected 2 devices once that device has been switched ON.
Alternatively, reboot the transmitter and wait 5-10 seconds for them
to reconnect.

HINWEIS:
1) Bei der ersten Nutzung geht der Transmitter automatisch in den
Paarungsmodus – Die „TX“ LED-Anzeige blinkt abwechselnd
GRÜN & WEISS auf. Bei darauolgenden Verwendungen halten Sie
die Taste 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um in den Paarungsmodus
zu gehen.
2) Setzen Sie Ihre Kopfhörer in den PAARUNGSMODUS – bitte
beziehen Sie sich auf die jeweilige Bedienungsanleitung.
3) Halten Sie diese dicht beieinander und warten Sie. Sobald eine
Verbindung besteht, hört die „TX“ LED-Anzeige auf zu blinken,
und „A“ leuchtet auf.
• Um ein zweites Paar Kopfhörer hinzuzufügen–Wiederholen Sie
Schritt 1)-3), um ein zweites Paar Kopfhörer zu verbinden. Sobald
eine Verbindung besteht, leuchten beide „A“ und „B“ LED
-Anzeigen auf.
• Erneut verbinden –Der Transmitter wird sich mit den zuletzt
verbundenen 2 Geräten verbinden, sobald das Gerät
EINGESCHALTET wird. Alternativ können Sie den Transmitter neu
starten und 5-10 Sekunden warten, bis sich die Geräte miteinander
verbinden.

To “Bypass” the TC500
If you want to use your sound system for TV watching, you can connect
your sound system to the "RX Output" port of TC500. And slide the
mode switch to "Bypass" position. No need to plug / unplug any cable.
(Switch back to “TX” position to stream audio through headphones.)
If your TV has Headphone Out or Red/White Audio Out (RCA- only for TV)>
1. Please use the AUX cable / RCA cable to connect the transmitter
and TV.
2. Ensure the “AUX” LED on the transmitter is on. If not, tap AUX/OPT
once.
Now you can stream audio from your TV.
Note: If there is no sound playing from your headphone, please:
For Headphone out - set the Sound Out / Speaker setting on your TV
to “Wired headphone” or “Headset”.
For Red / White Audio Out - set the Sound Out / Speaker setting on
your TV to “External Speaker”.
If your device is an AV Receiver, please use its 6.35mm “Phones” Jack
Please purchase a 6.35mm to 3.5mm converter separately.
Make sure that the “AUX” LED is on; if not, tap AUX / OPT once to select
AUX audio.
NOTE:
• Please do NOT use the Red / White ports on the back of your AV
receiver; they may permanently damage the transmitter.
• If no sound, please test the port with wired headphone.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search& select “Avantree TC500”
to connect. Once connected, the “RX” LED will stop ashing and “A”
will light up.

Powering up
Preparation before set up
Power up the transmitter with the USB cable provided. Connect it
to a TV USB port (TV needs to be turned on) or any other USB
charger that supports 5V/500mA-2A.
• If you are using the TC500 as a transmitter to stream TV audio
through your Bluetooth headphone/receiver, please refer to
Section 1.
• If you are using the TC500 as a receiver to stream music into your
home stereo or speakers from your cellphone/laptop, please refer
to Section 2.

Anschließen

Mise en marche
