3.3.1 - ASSEMBLAGGIO GUIDA IN DOTAZIONE A GD0
La guida in dotazione a GD0 deve essere assemblata in questo modo:
1. Facendo riferimento alla figura 14, estrarre il rinvio tendicinghia (14a); infilare un estremo della cinghia nella puleggia
(14b); reinserire il rinvio tendicinghia nella guida (14c).

2. Far passare lo stesso estremo della cinghia attraverso la
testa (B), come in figura 15.
Nota – Fate attenzione alla posizione della cinghia: deve es-
sere con i denti rivolti verso l'interno, dritta e senza attorciglia-
menti.

3. Orientare la parte inferiore del carrello, facendo corri-
spondere le scanalature con i due estremi della cinghia,
come in figura 16.
4. Posizionare entrambi gli estremi della cinghia nelle feri-
toie sagomate del carrello inferiore (C), occupandole
tutte. Fissare gli estremi della cinghia tramite le apposite
2 viti V4.2x9.5 e le 2 rondelle R05, come in figura 17.

5. Fissare tramite la vite V6x18 e relativo dado M6 la staffa
di traino (D) al carrello superiore (E), come in figura 18.

6. Agganciare il carrello superiore (E) a quello inferiore (C)
e portare l'intero carrello all'interno della guida, come in
figura 19.

7.
Assemblare i tre pezzi della guida innestando con forza i
pezzi all’interno delle due staffe di giunzione (F), usando il
martello, come in figura 21 e 22.
Importante – le guide devono scorrere nelle staffe fino a
quando si avverte uno scatto secco.
8. Posizionare, con molta attenzione, la cinghia nella guida
evitando che resti attorcigliata.
9. Incastrare con molta forza la testa
(B)
nell’estremità li-
bera della guida, come in figura 20.

10. Agendo, infine, sul la
vite di regolazione
(H) del rinvio tendi-
cinghia, mettere in
tensione la cinghia.

Attenzione - Se la cin-
ghia è MOLTO tesa, si
rischia di rompere il mo -
toriduttore; se inve ce è
POCO tesa, può cau-
sare fastidiosi rumori.

2. Pass the same end of the belt through the head (B), as
in figure 15.
Note – Make sure that the belt is correctly positioned: it
must be with the teeth facing inwards, straight and without
twists.

3. Turn the lower section of the carriage so that the
grooves correspond with the two ends of the belt, as in
figure 16.
4. Position both ends of the belt into all of the shaped slots
of the lower carriage (C). Secure the ends of the belt
with the 2 screws (V4.2x9.5) and 2 washers (R05), as in
figure 17.

5. Fix the belt guide (D) to the upper carriage (E) with the
V6x18 screw and related M6 nut, as in figure 18.

6. Insert the upper carriage (E)into the lower carriage (C)
and place the entire carriage assembly inside the guide,
as in figure 19.

7. With the aid of a hammer, assemble the three pieces of
the guide engaging them into the connection brackets
(F) with force, as in figures 21 and 22.
Important – the guides must slide into the brackets until
they click into position.
8. Carefully position the belt into the guide, making sure
that it is not twisted.
9. Fix the head (B) into the free end of the guide with force,
as in figure 20.

10. Finally, tension the
belt with the adjust-
ment screw (H) of the
belt tensioner device,
as in figure 23.
Warning – the gear-
motor could break if
the belt is too taut and
if it is too slack, it
could cause
unpleasant noise.

3.3.1 - ASSEMBLAGE RAIL FOURNI AVEC GD0
Le rail fourni avec GD0 doit être assemblé de la façon suivante:
1. En suivant les indications de la figure 14, extraire le renvoi de tension de la courroie (14a); enfiler une extrémité de la
courroie dans la poulie (14b); réintroduire le renvoi de tension de la courroie dans le rail (14c).

2. Faire passer la même extrémité de la courroie à travers
la tête (B), comme sur la figure 15.
Note – Faites attention à la position de la courroie : elle doit
se trouver avec les dents vers l’intérieur, droite et sans tor-
sions.

3. Orienter la partie inférieure du chariot, en faisant coïnci-
der les rainures avec les deux extrémités de la courroie,
comme sur la figure 16.

6. Accrocher le chariot supérieur (E) au chariot inférieur (C)
et porter tout le chariot à l’intérieur du rail, comme sur la
figure 19.

7. Assembler les trois pièces à l’intérieur des deux étriers
de jonction (F), en utilisant un marteau, comme sur les
figures 21 et 22.
Important – les rails doivent coulisser dans les étriers
jusqu’à ce qu’on entende un déclic sec.
8. Positionner, avec beaucoup d’attention, la courroie
dans le rail en évitant les entortillements.
9. Avec beaucoup de force la tête (B) dans l’extrémité libre
du rail, comme sur la figure 20.

courroie TRÈS risque
de casser l’opérateur;

3.3.1 - GD0 GUIDE ASSEMBLY
The guide that is supplied with GD0 must be assembled as follows:
1. Referring to figure 14, remove the belt tensioner device (14a); insert one end of the belt into the pulley (14b); reintroduce
the belt tensioner device into the guide (14c).
4. Positionner les deux extrémités de la courroie dans les
fentes du chariot inférieur (C), en les occupant complè-
tement. Fixer les extrémités de la courroie avec les 2 vis
V4.2x9.5 et les 2 rondelles R05 fournies, comme sur la
figure 17.
5. Avec la vis V6x18 et l’écrou M6 correspondant, fixer
l’étrier de traction (D) au chariot supérieur (E), comme
sur la figure 18.
