If you met any problem which listed below, please check the Setting of System
and Software by following steps;
Problem 1 -
Software could not connect with VORSCH webcam? Please Check System Privacy first.
Problem 2-
Cannot play the voice or would like to modify the balance of voice?
Problem 3-
Voice Volume too low?
Problem 4-
Specific Software Connection Problem.
HOW TO SOLVE：
Problem 1 -
Software could not connect with VORSCH webcam? Please Check System Privacy first.
1) Please Find “System Preferences”.
2) Please Find “Security & Privacy”from System Preference.

3) Find the “Camera”and Open access for the softwares. Same as “Microphone”.
Problem 2-
Cannot play the voice or would like to modify the balance of voice?
1) Please Find “System Preferences”.
2) Please Find “Sound”from System Preferences.

3) Find “Output”from Sound and Choose the Speakers you used, and Modify
“Balance”as you wished.
Problem 3-
Voice Volume too low?
1) Please Find “System Preferences”.
2) Please Find “Sound”from System Preferences.

3) Find “Input”of Sound, Choose the “Camera”or “Macbook”as you needed. And
modify the Input and Output Volume.
Problem 4-
Specific Software Connection Problem.
1.FaceTime
1) Please Find the specific Camera from “Video”of the Menu Bar and choose.
2) Enjoy!

2.Microsoft Teams
Find Setting icon(①), Switch Camera to our specific Camera(③) and Switch
Microphone as you needed (②).
3.ZOOM
1) Find the “Audio”and “Video”from the left corner and switch the our specific
camera.
For more detail Setting, Find “Video Setting...”to Step 2.
2) For More detail setting, Find “Video”or “Audio”to change option as you needed.

4.WhatsApp
1) Open a chat window and Find “ ”
2) Click “...”and Switch the specific webcam.
5.Skype
1) Find the Camera Option as listed and Switch to our specific camera.
2) For More setting, Click “User Portrait icon”and Find “Setting”.
3)Find “Audio&Video”and modify.

6.OBS for Mac
1) Find “Sources”from the bottom and click “+”of Sources.
2) After click “+”, Find “Audio Input Capture”and “Video Capture Devices”and
add our webcam in.
3) After click “Audio Input Capture”or “Video Capture Devices”, Find “Device”and
choose our webcam and Preset “1920x1080”then finished.

In caso di problemi elencati di seguito, controllare l'impostazione del sistema
edel software seguendo i passaggi;
Problema 1 -
Il software non è riuscito a connettersi con la webcam VORSCH? Si prega di controllare
prima la privacy del sistema.
Problema 2-
Non riesci a riprodurre la voce o desideri modificare il bilanciamento della voce?
Problema 3-
Il volume della voce è troppo basso?
Problema 4-
Problema di connessione software specifico.
COME RISOLVERE:
Problem 1 -
Il software non è riuscito a connettersi con la webcam VORSCH? Si prega di controllare
prima la privacy del sistema.
1) Trova “Preferenze di Sistema”.
2) Trova "Sicurezza e Privacy" da Preferenze di sistema.

3) Trova la "Fotocamera" e Apri l'accesso per il software. Uguale a "Microfono".
Problema 2-
Non riesci a riprodurre la voce o desideri modificare il bilanciamento della voce?
1) Trova “Preferenze di Sistema”.
2) Trova "Suono" dalle Preferenze di Sistema.

3) Trova "Uscita" da Suono e scegli gli altoparlanti che hai utilizzato e modifica
"Bilanciamento" come desideri.
Problema 3-
Il volume della voce è troppo basso?
1)Trova “Preferenze di Sistema”.
2) Trova "Suono" dalle Preferenze di Sistema.

3) Trova "Ingresso" del suono, scegli "Fotocamera" o "MacBook" di cui hai
bisogno. E modificare il volume di input e output.
Problema 4-
Problema di connessione software specifico.
1.FaceTime
1) Trova la telecamera specifica dal "Video" della barra dei menu e scegli.
2) Divertiti!

2.Microsoft Teams
Trova l'icona delle impostazioni (①), passa alla nostra fotocamera specifica (③) e
cambia microfono in base alle tue esigenze (②).
3.ZOOM
1）Trova "Audio" e "Video" dall'angolo sinistro e cambia la nostra fotocamera
specifica.
Per un'impostazione più dettagliata, trovare "Impostazioni video..." al passaggio 2.
2)Per impostazioni più dettagliate, trova "Video" o "Audio" per modificare
l'opzione in base alle tue esigenze.

4.WhatsApp
1) Apri una finestra di chat e trova " ".
2) Fare clic su "..." e cambiare la webcam specifica.
5.Skype
1) Trova l'opzione Fotocamera come elencato e passa alla nostra fotocamera
specifica.
2) Per ulteriori impostazioni, fare clic sull'icona "Ritratto utente" e trovare
"Impostazioni".
3) Trova "Audio e video" e modifica.

6.OBS for Mac
1) Trova "Quellen" in basso e fai clic su "+" di Sorgenti. (①)
2)Dopo aver fatto clic su "+", Trova "Cattura l’audio in ingresso" e “Dispositivi di
cattura video”e aggiungi la nostra webcam in.
3)Dopo aver fatto clic su "Acquisizione ingresso audio" o "Dispositivi di
acquisizione video", Trova "Dispositivo" e scegli la nostra webcam, quindi
preimposta "1920x1080" e termina.
