English Battery precautions
1. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
2. Use only alkaline AAA batteries of the same or equivalent type.
3. Insert batteries with the correct polarity.
4. Keep batteries away from children.
5. Dispose of exhausted batteries according to local legal requirements. Do
not dispose them by throwing away with normal household rubbish.
6. Avoid short circuiting the contacts in the battery compartment and battery
terminals.
7. Remove batteries from the unit if it is not used for a long period of time.
8. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the battery compartment to
prevent over-discharge, which can cause leakage and may cause damage to
the clock.
Battery installation
1. Insert 1xAAA (1.5V) battery observing the correct polarity, as shown on the
diagram.
2. Replace battery cover.
Radio controlled operation DCF version
(Germany & European countries)
The Zeon CE4550-DCF is set and controlled automatically by DCF radio
signal. The DCF radio time code signal is broadcast from Frankfurt,
Germany. The coverage of the DCF signal is the whole of Germany. The time
code signal can be received up to 1500km from Frankfurt. This covers most
of Central and Western Europe.
Radio controlled clock operation
1. Once the battery is installed properly, the clock automatically sets itself to
12 o’clock and then begins receiving the signal. Once it has received the
DCF signal and processed it accordingly (which takes 3 to maximum 12
minutes), the clock will automatically
display the correct time.
2. If the clock still has not set itself aer 12 minutes, reception is faulty or not
possible at the chosen location. Repeat setting at a different location by
pressing the RESET button.
The radio-controlled clock receives the radio signal twice each day at 3:00
and 5:00. During the signal reception, the second hand stops at 12 o’clock
position. It will take 3-12 minutes to receive the radio signal.
Manual time setting
1. Press and hold the M.SET button for 3 - 4 seconds to enter the time
setting.
2. Press the M.SET button for 1 second to advance 1 minute, or
3. Press and hold the M.SET button for more than 2 seconds to speed up
the time setting to the desired time. During the manual time setting, the
second hand moves and stops at the 12 o’clock position.
4. If the M.SET button is not pressed for 30 seconds, the clock is
set. Alternatively the REC button can be pressed to set the clock.
Important: Once the desired time is set manually, the clock will correct
itself to a Radio Controlled time once a valid signal is received.
Reset function
By pressing the RESET button at any time, the hands will automatically move
to the 12 o’clock position and then receive the signal
Force radio controlled clock operation
1. Press and hold the REC button for 3-4 seconds to force the clock to
receive the DCF signal. The second hand moves and stops at the 12 o’clock
position. Once it has received the DCF signal and processed it accordingly
(which takes 4 to maximum 16 minutes), the clock will automatically display
the correct time.
2. If the clock still has not set itself aer 12 minutes, reception is faulty and it
will default to the time before the forced reception.
Alarm setting
Turn the ALARM SET knob on the back of the clock in the direction of the
arrow until the desired alarm time is shown. Only turn in the direction of the
arrow to avoid damaging the movement.
Alarm function
To set the alarm, move the slider on the le side of the clock upwards. The
alarm is set when the orange colour indicator is visible. To unset the alarm,
move the slider on the le side of the clock downwards.
Snooze function
When the alarm is sounding, push the button at the top of the clock and the
SNOOZE/LIGHT function will be activated. The alarm will be stopped and
will sound again aer ~5 minutes.
Light function
Anytime, push the button at the top of the clock and the light function will
be activated.
Guarantee
1 year guarantee against material and workmanship defects (except battery).
The guarantee is valid in those countries where the clock is officially being
sold.
Broken or cracked lens screens are not covered under the guarantee.

Deutsch Vorsichtsma-nahmen für die Batterien
1. Nutzen Sie keine Akkus.

3. Achten Sie beim Einsetzen der Batterien auf die richtige Polung.

Entsorgen Sie die Batterien nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll.

7. Entfernen Sie die Batterien aus dem Gerät, wenn dieses für eine längere Zeit
nicht genutzt wird.
8. Verbrauchte Batterien sollten aus dem Batteriefach entfernt werden, um so
übermäßiges Entladen zu verhindern, das zu Auslaufen des Batterieinhalts führen
und Schäden an der Uhr verursachen kann.
Einlegen der Batterie
1. Legen Sie 1x AAA (1.5 V) Batterie ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige
Polarität (siehe Abbildung).
2. Bringen Sie die Abdeckung wieder auf dem Batteriefach an.
Funkgesteuerter Betrieb mit DCF
(Deutschland & europäische Länder)
Der Zeon CE4550-DCF wird automatisch über das DCF-Funksignal eingestellt
und gesteuert. Das DCF-Zeitzeichensignal stammt aus Frankfurt, Deutschland. Das
DCF-Signal deckt Deutschland vollständig ab. Das Zeitzeichensignal kann bis zu
1500 km von Frankfurt entfernt empfangen werden, und deckt so den größten Teil
von Mittel- und Westeuropa ab.
Betrieb des Funkweckers
1. Sobald die Batterie korrekt eingesetzt wurde, stellt sich die Uhrzeit automatisch
auf 12 Uhr ein und empfängt dann das Signal. Sobald das DCF-Signal empfangen
und entsprechend verarbeitet wurde (was ca. 3 bis maximal 12 Minuten in
Anspruch nehmen wird), wird der Wecker automatisch die korrekte Zeit anzeigen.
2. Wenn sich die Uhrzeit nach 12 Minuten noch immer nicht eingestellt hat, dann
ist der Empfang gestört oder am gewählten Standort nicht möglich. Wiederholen
Sie diesen Vorgang an einem anderen Standort und drücken Sie den
RESET-Knopf.
Die Funkuhr empfängt das Funksignal zweimal täglich um 3 Uhr und um 5 Uhr.
Während des Empfangs verbleibt der Sekundenzeiger auf der 12-Uhr-Position. Es
dauert 3 bis 12 Minuten, bis das Funksignal empfangen wurde.
Manuelle Zeiteinstellung
1. Halten Sie den M.SET-Knopf für 3 bis 4 Sekunden gedrückt, um zur Zeiteinstel-
lung zu gelangen.
2. Halten Sie den M.SET-Knopf für eine Sekunde gedrückt, um eine Minute
vorzustellen, oder
3. halten Sie diesen für länger als 2 Sekunden gedrückt, um die Einstellung
schneller zu ändern. Während der manuellen Zeiteinstellung bewegt sich der
Sekundenzeiger auf die 12-Uhr-Position und verbleibt dort.
4. Wenn der M.SET-Knopf dann für 30 Sekunden nicht mehr gedrückt wird, wird
die Uhrzeit eingestellt. Alternativ kann auch der REC- Knopf gedrückt werden, um
die Uhrzeit einzustellen.
Wichtig: Nachdem die gewünschte Zeit eingestellt wurde, wird sich die Uhrzeit
selbst korrigieren, wenn ein gültiges Signal empfangen wurde.
Zurücksetzen
Wenn dann der RESET-Knopf gedrückt wird, werden sich die Zeiger automatisch
auf 12 Uhr einstellen und dann das Signal empfangen.
Funkuhrbetrieb forcieren
1. Halten Sie den REC-Knopf für 3 bis 4 Sekunden gedrückt, damit die
Funkuhr das DCF-Signal empfängt. Die Sekundenzeiger bewegt sich auf die
12-Uhr-Position und verbleibt dort. Sobald das DCF-Signal empfangen und
entsprechend verarbeitet wurde (was ca. 4 bis maximal 16 Minuten in Anspruch
nehmen wird), wird die Uhr automatisch die korrekte Zeit anzeigen.
2. Wenn sich die Uhrzeit nach 12 Minuten noch immer nicht eingestellt
hat, dann ist der Empfang gestört und es wird die vorherige Uhrzeit
angezeigt.
Alarm einstellen
Drehen Sie das ALARM SET-Rad auf der Rückseite des Weckers in Pfeilrichtung, bis
die gewünschte Alarmzeit angezeigt wird. Drehen Sie das Rad nur in Pfeilrich-
tung, um Schäden am Uhrwerk zu verhindern.
Alarm-Funktion
Um den Alarm einzuschalten, schieben Sie den Regler auf der linken Seite des
Weckers nach oben. Der Alarm ist eingeschaltet, wenn die orange Farbanzeige
sichtbar ist. Um den Alarm auszuschalten, schieben Sie den Regler auf der linken
Seite des Weckers nach unten.
Schlummer-Funktion
Drücken Sie, sobald der Alarm ertönt, auf die Taste oben auf dem Wecker. Die
SNOOZE/LIGHT-Funktion (SCHLUMMER-/LICHT-Funktion) wird aktiviert. Der
Alarm verstummt und ertönt nach ca. 5 Minuten erneut.
Lichtfunktion
Drücken Sie zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt auf die Taste oben auf dem Wecker.
Die Lichtfunktion wird aktiviert.
Garantie
Es besteht eine 1 Jahr Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler (ausgenom-
men der Batterien). Die Garantie ist in den Ländern gültig, in denen der Uhr
offiziell verkau wird.
Ein beschädigter oder gesprungener Displayschutz wird nicht von der Garantie
abgedeckt.

Français Précautions à respecter concernant les piles
1. N’utilisez pas de piles rechargeables.

5. Les piles usagées doivent être évacuées conformément à la réglementation

6. Évitez de court-circuiter les contacts du compartiment de la pile et les bornes
de la pile.
7. Retirez la pile de l’appareil en cas d’inutilisation prolongée.
8. Les piles usagées doivent être retirées du compartiment des piles afin d’éviter
une décharge excessive, qui peut provoquer une fuite et endommager le réveil.
Installation de la pile
1. Insérez 1x pile AAA de 1,5 V en respectant la polarité, comme indiqué sur le
diagramme.
2. Replacez le couvercle du compartiment de la pile.
Version DCF du fonctionnement radio-commandé
(Allemagne et pays européens)
Le CE4550-DCF de Zeon se règle et est contrôlé automatiquement par signal
radio DCF. Le signal de code temporel DCF est diffusé depuis Francfort en
Allemagne. Ce signal DCF couvre toute l’Allemagne. Le signal de code
temporel peut être reçu jusqu’à 1 500 km de Francfort. Soit une distance
couvrant la plupart de l’Europe centrale et de l’ouest.
Fonctionnement du réveil radio-commandé
1. Une fois la batterie correctement mise en place, le réveil se règle automa-
tiquement sur 12 heures, puis commence à recevoir le signal. Une fois qu’il
reçoit et traite le signal DCF en conséquence (ce qui prend 3 à 12 minutes au
maximum), le réveil affiche automatiquement l’heure correcte.
2. Si le réveil ne s’est toujours réglé au bout de 12 minutes, la réception est
défectueuse ou impossible à l’endroit choisi. Répétez le réglage à un autre
endroit en appuyant sur le bouton RESET (Réinitialisation).
Le réveil radiocommandé reçoit le signal radio deux fois par jour à 3:00 et à
5:00. Au moment de la réception du signal, la trotteuse s’arrête sur 12:00. Il faut
compter chaque fois 3 à 12 minutes pour recevoir le signal radio.
Réglage manuel de l’heure
1. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton M.SET pendant 3 à 4
secondes pour accéder au réglage de l’heure.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton M.SET pendant 1 seconde pour avancer d’une
minute, ou
3. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton M.SET pendant plus de 2 secondes
pour accélérer le réglage de l’heure jusqu’à l’heure souhaitée. Lors du réglage
manuel de l’heure, la trotteuse s’arrête sur 12:00.
4. Si le bouton M.SET n’est pas enfoncé pendant 30 secondes, le réveil est
réglé. Autrement, le bouton REC permet de régler le réveil.
Important: Une fois l’heure souhaitée réglée manuellement, le réveil se règle
automatiquement sur l’heure radiocommandée dès qu’un signal valide est reçu.
Fonction de réinitialisation
En appuyant à tout moment sur le bouton de RESET (Réinitialisation), les aiguilles
se déplacent automatiquement sur la position de 12 heures, puis reçoivent le
signal.
Forcer le fonctionnement du réveil radiocommandé
1. Appuyer et maintenir enfoncer le bouton REC pendant 3 à 4 secondes pour
forcer le réveil à recevoir le signal DCF. La trotteuse avance et s’arrête sur 12:00.
Une fois qu’il reçoit et traite le signal DCF en conséquence (ce qui prend 4 à 16
minutes au maximum), le réveil affiche automatiquement l’heure correcte.
2. Si le réveil ne s’est toujours pas réglé au bout de 12 minutes, la
réception est défectueuse et le restera jusqu’à la réception forcée du signal.
Réglage de l’alarme
Tournez le bouton ALARM SET situé à l’arrière du réveil dans le sens de la flèche
pour régler l’horloge sur l’heure de réveil souhaitée. Tournez uniquement dans
le sens indiqué par la flèche pour éviter d’endommager le mécanisme de
mouvement.
Fonction réveil
Pour activer la fonction réveil, déplacez le curseur se trouvant sur le côté gauche
de l’appareil vers le haut. La fonction réveil est activée lorsque l’indicateur
orange est visible. Pour désactiver la fonction réveil, déplacez ce même curseur
vers le bas.
Fonction répétition du réveil
Lorsque l’alarme sonne, appuyez sur le bouton supérieur de l’appareil pour
activer la fonction SNOOZE/LIGHT (Répétition du réveil / éclairage). L’alarme
s’arrêtera pendant 5minutes environ avant de recommencer à sonner.
Fonction lumière
À tout moment, appuyez sur le bouton supérieur de l’appareil pour activer la
fonction lumière.
Garantie
1 an de garantie contre les défauts matériels et de fabrication (à l’exclusion des
piles). Cette garantie est valable dans les pays où ce horloge est officiellement
disponible à la vente.
Les écrans cassés ou fissurés ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

Italiano Batterie
1. Non usare batterie ricaricabili.

Operazioni radio controllate, versione DCF
(Germania e Paesi europei)
Zeon CE4550-DCF è impostata e controllata automaticamente tramite segnale
radio DCF. Il segnale radio DCF per l’impostazione dell’ora è trasmesso da
Francoforte, in Germania, e ha una copertura che comprende l’intero Paese. Il
suddetto segnale può essere ricevuto fino a 1500 km da Francoforte, area che
comprende la maggior parte dell’Europa centrale e occidentale.
Sveglia con operazioni radio controllate
1. Dopo aver installato la pila correttamente, l’orologio si imposterà
automaticamente per le 12:00 e inizierà poi a ricevere il segnale.
Una volta ricevuto e elaborato il segnale DCF (processo che richiede da 3 a
massimo 12 minuti), la sveglia mostrerà automaticamente l’ora corretta.
2. Se dopo 12 minuti la sveglia non si è ancora sincronizzata, questo vuol dire che
la ricezione non è possibile nel luogo scelto o difettosa.
Si consiglia di impostare nuovamente la sveglia in un altro luogo premendo il
pulsante RESET.
L’orologio radiocontrollato riceve il segnale radio due volte al giorno, alle 3:00 e
alle 5:00. Durante la ricezione del segnale, la seconda lancetta indica le 12:00.
Sono necessari dai 3 ai 12 minuti per la ricezione del segnale radio.
Impostazione manuale dell’ora
1. Premere e mantenere premuto il pulsante M.SET per 3-4 secondi per impostare
l’ora.
2. Premere il pulsante M.SET per un secondo per andare avanti di un minuto, o
3. Premere e mantenere premuto il pulsante M.SET per più di 2 secondi per

4. Se il pulsante M.SET viene rilasciato per 30 secondi, la sveglia salva le nuove
impostazioni. Alternativamente, l’orologio può essere impostato premendo il
pulsante REC.
Importante: Una volta impostata l’ora manualmente, se la sveglia riceve un
segnale valido si sincronizzerà automaticamente a un orario radio controllato.
Funzione ripristino
Premendo in qualsiasi momento il pulsante di ripristino RESET, le lancette si
muoveranno automaticamente fino a indicare le 12:00 e inizieranno poi a ricevere
il segnale.
Forzatura delle operazioni radio controllate dell’orologio
1. Premere e mantenere premuto il pulsante REC per 3-4 secondi per forzare
l’orologio a ricevere il segnale DCF. La seconda lancetta si muoverà fino a fermarsi
sulle 12:00. Una volta ricevuto e elaborato il
segnale DCF (processo che richiede da 4 a massimo 16 minuti), la
sveglia mostrerà automaticamente l’ora corretta.
2. Se dopo 12 minuti l’orologio non si è ancora sincronizzato, questo
vuol dire che la ricezione non è possibile e l’ora mostrata sarà quella
precedente alla sincronizzazione forzata.
Impostazione sveglia
Girare la manopola “ALARM SET” sul retro del dispositivo in direzione della freccia
fino a che non viene mostrato l’orario di sveglia desiderato. Girare la manopola
solo in direzione della freccia per evitare di danneggiarne il movimento.
Sveglia
Per impostare la sveglia, spostare verso l’alto il selettore sul lato sinistra dell’orolo-
gio. Quando compare la indicatore arancia, la sveglia è impostata. Per disattivare
la sveglia, spostare verso il basso il selettore sul lato sinistra dell’orologio.
Posponi
Quando suona la sveglia, premere il pulsante in alto sull’orologio per attivare la
funzione SNOOZE/LIGHT (POSPONI/ILLUMINAZIONE). La sveglia si
interromperà per poi attivarsi nuovamente dopo circa 5 minuti.
Funzione luce
In qualsiasi momento, premere il pulsante in alto sull’orologio per attivare la
funzione luce.
Garanzia
1 anno di garanzia contro i difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione (ad eccezione
della batteria). La garanzia è valida nei paesi in cui l’orologio è ufficialmente in
vendita.

El reloj Zeon CE4550-DCF se ajusta y controla automáticamente mediante señal
de radio DCF. La señal horaria de radio DCF se emite desde Fráncfort, Alemania,
cubre todo el país y puede recibirse a una distancia de hasta 1500 km de dicha
ciudad. Por lo tanto, llega a la mayor parte de Europa central y occidental.
Reloj controlado por radio
1. Una vez que se haya instalado la pila de forma adecuada, el reloj ajustará

Ajuste de hora manual

Alternativamente se puede pulsar el botón REC para ajustar
el reloj.
Importante: Una vez que ajuste la hora de forma manual, el reloj se autocorregirá
conforme a la hora controlada por radio cuando reciba una señal válida.
Función de reinicio
Si pulsa el botón RESET en cualquier momento, las agujas se moverán automática-
mente a la posición de las 12 en punto y, a continuación, el reloj recibirá la señal.
Forzar funcionamiento del reloj controlado por radio
1. Mantenga pulsado el botón REC durante tres o cuatro segundos para forzar que
el reloj reciba la señal DCF. El segundero se detiene en la posición de las 12 en
punto. Una vez que reciba la señal DCF y la procese (lo que lleva entre 4 y 16
minutos, como máximo), el reloj mostrará automáticamente la hora correcta.
2. Si el reloj no se autoajusta una vez transcurridos 12 minutos, es posible que se
haya producido un fallo en la recepción y por defecto la hora pasará a la de antes
de la recepción forzada.
Ajuste de la alarma
Gire el mando de ALARM SET, situado en la parte trasera del reloj, en la dirección
que marca la flecha hasta que se muestre la hora de alarma deseada. Debe girarlo
tan solo en la dirección que marca la flecha para evitar dañar el mecanismo del
reloj.
Función de alarma
Para ajustar la alarma, mueva hacia arriba el botón deslizante situado en la parte
izquierda del reloj. La alarma se habrá configurado cuando el indicador de color
naranja esté visible. Para desactivar la alarma, mueva hacia abajo el botón
deslizante situado en la parte izquierda del reloj.
Función de repetición
Cuando suene la alarma, pulse el botón de la parte superior del reloj para activar
la función SNOOZE/LIGHT (repetición/iluminación). La alarma se detendrá y
sonará de nuevo en unos cinco minutos.
Función de luz
Cuando quiera, pulse el botón de la parte superior del reloj para activar la función
de luz.
Garantía
Garantía contra defectos de material y mano de obra (excepto batería) de 1 año. La
garantía es válida en aquellos países en los que el reloj se vende de manera oficial.
La garantía no cubre cristales rotos o rajados.
