CONSIGLI E SUGGERIMENTI
INSTALLAZIONE
• Il produttore declina qualsiasi responsabilità per danni dovuti ad installa-
zione non corretta o non conforme alle regole dell’arte.
• La distanza minima di sicurezza tra il Piano di cottura e la Cappa deve
essere di 650 mm.
• Vericare che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella riportata nella tar-
ghetta posta all’interno della Cappa.
• Per Apparecchi in Classe Ia accertarsi che l’impianto elettrico domestico
garantisca un corretto scarico a terra.
• Collegare la Cappa all’uscita dell’aria aspirata con tubazione di diametro
pari o superiore a 150 mm. Il percorso della tubazione deve
essere il più
breve possibile.
• Non collegare la Cappa a condotti di scarico dei fumi prodotti da combu-
stione (caldaie, caminetti, ecc.).
• Nel caso in cui nella stanza vengano utilizzati sia la Cappa che apparec-
chi non azionati da energia elettrica (ad esempio apparecchi utilizzatori di
gas), si deve provvedere ad una aerazione suciente dell’ambiente. Se la
cucina ne fosse sprovvista, praticare un’apertura che comunichi con
l’esterno, per garantire il richiamo d’aria pulita.
USO
• La Cappa è stata progettata esclusivamente per uso domestico, per ab-
battere gli odori della cucina.
• Non fare mai uso improprio della Cappa.
• Non lasciare amme libere a forte intensità sotto la Cappa in funzione.
• Regolare sempre le amme in modo da evitare una evidente fuoriuscita
laterale delle stesse rispetto al fondo delle pentole.
• Controllare le friggitrici durante l’uso: l’olio surriscaldato potrebbe inam-
marsi.
• Non preparare alimenti ambè sotto la cappa da cucina; pericolo d'incen-
dio.
• La Cappa non deve essere utilizzata da bambini o persone non abilitate
all’uso corretto.
MANUTENZIONE
• Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione, disinserire la
Cappa togliendo la spina elettrica o spegnendo l’interruttore generale.
• Eettuare una scrupolosa e tempestiva manutenzione dei Filtri secondo
gli intervalli consigliati.
• Per la pulizia delle superci della Cappa è suciente utilizzare un panno
umido e detersivo liquido neutro.

come un normale rifiuto domestico, ma deve essere portato nel punto di raccolta appropriato per il

Il montaggio ed il collegamento devono essere realizzati da un istallatore qualicato*
(*) Il non rispetto di questa condizione provocherà l’annullamento della garanzia del cos-
truttore e di qualsiasi ricorso i caso di incidente.
Attenzione : Usare dei tasselli adatti al supporto, informarsi presso i fabbricanti, effettuare
una sigillatura se necessario. La sociétà declina ogni responsabilità in caso di aggancia-
tura difettosa dovuta alla perforazione ed al ssaggio.
• La cappa puo’ essere installata direttamente
sul lato inferiore dei mobili da parete (ad una
distanza minima di 650 mm. dal piano di cottura)
• Praticare un’apertura per l’incastro nella
facciata inferiore del mobile da parete come indicato.
Attenzione: la posizione dei supporti puo’ variare
a seconda della posizione della fascia di 30 mm.

(fornito) potrà essere ssato dietro la cappa EVOLIA.
Il pannello di aggiustamento è pretagliato : se
necessario, si puo’ ottenere facilmente una misura di

• Svitare le tre viti situate vicino alle lampade. Togliere
il gruppo luci per accedere ai ssaggi del pannello di
aggiustamento.

• Forare la parte superiore del mobile.
Attenzione : la posizione dei supporti puo’ variare a
seconda della posizione della fascia di 30 mm.

• Posizionare la valvola di non-ritorno (Rif. 9) sull’uscita
dell’apparecchio. Fissare il tutto tramite collari o nastro
adesivo adeguati.
COLLEGAMENTO
VERSIONE EVACUAZIONE ESTERNA :
• Per un collegamento in versione evacuazione esterna,
collegare la cappa alle tubazioni di scarico tramite un
tubo rigido o essibile di Ø 150 mm.
• Fissare il tubo tramite collari appropriati. Il materiale
necesario non è fornito.
• Togliere gli eventuali ltri al carbone attivo.
VERSIONE FILTRANTE :
• L’aria ltrata viene evacuata nel locale attraverso
un’apertura situata nella parte superiore del mobile
o della cappa.
• Praticare un’apertura di Ø 155 mm. sul lato
superiore del mobile.
• Collegare la angia al foro di uscita del mobile
tramite un tubo rigido o essibile di Ø 150 mm.
• Fissare il tubo tramite collari appropriati. Il
materiale necssario non è fornito.
• Fissare i ltri al carbone attivo sui ltri metallici
con i 2 x 4 fermagli.
• Collegare la cappa interponendo un interruttore bipolare con apertura dei contatti di almeno 3
mm.
• Inserire l’apprecchio nell’apertura del mobile e ssarlo ai supporti con le viti fornite.
(Come la posizione del taglio)

2 V elocità - Decrementa la velocità del motore: V3 →V2 → V1
T3 Velocità + Incrementa la velocità del motore: V1→V2→ V3
T4 Velocità intensiva Attiva la velocità intensiva da qualsiasi velocità o da motore
spento.Per disinserirla basta premere di nuovo lo stesso tasto
o spegnere il motore. L’intensiva non è attivabile se è attiva
la funzione Delay. La velocità intensiva è t emporizzata a 1 0
minuti: sul display viene visualizzato H e il punto in basso a
destra lampeggia una volta al secondo. Al termine dei 10 mi-
nuti il sistema torna automaticamente alla velocità preceden-
temente impostata.

MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia dei Confort Panel
PULIZIA FILTRI ANTIGRASSO METALLICI
• Necessitano di essere lavati almeno ogni 2 mesi circa di utiliz-
zo o più frequentemente, per un uso particolarmente intenso.
• Aprire il Confort Panel, agendo sulle apposite manopoline
• Togliere i Filtri uno alla volta, agendo sugli appositi agganci.
• Lavare i Filtri e vitando di p iegarli, e lasciarli asciugare prima
di rimontarli.
• Rimontarli facendo attenzione a mantenere la Maniglia verso la
parte visibile esterna.
• Richiudere il TERIP.
• Aprire il c onfort panel agendo sulle apposite manopole, sgan-
ciarlo facendo una leggera pressione sulla parte posteriore.
• Il confort panel non va assolutamente lavato in lavastoviglie.
• Pulirlo esternamente con un panno umido e de tersivo liquido
neutro.
• Pulirlo an che internamente utilizzando un panno umido e de-
tergente neutro; non utilizzare panni o spugne bagnate, né getti
d’acqua; non utilizzare sostanze abrasive.
• Richiudere e riagganciare il confort panel.

Filtri antiodore (Versione Filtrante)
SOSTITUZIONE LAMPADE
• Togliere le 3 viti che fissano il Supporto illuminazione e sfi-
larlo dalla Cappa.
• Estrarre la Lampada dal Supporto.
• Sostituirla con una nuova di uguali caratteristiche, facendo at-
tenzione di inserire correttamente i due spinotti nella sede del
Supporto.
• Rimontare il Suppor to fissandola con le due Viti precedente-
mente tolte.
Une lampada diffettosa provoca la spegnimento della seconda. In questo caso si consiglia di
procedere alla sostituzione delle due lampade.
SOSTITUZIONE
• Non sono lavabili nè rigenerabili, vanno sostituiti ogni 4 mesi
circa di utiliz zo o più f requentemente, per un uso pa rticolar-
mente intenso.
• Aprire il Confort Panel, agendo sulle apposite manopoline
• Togliere i Filtri Antigrasso
• Rimuovere il Filtro antiodore al Carbone attivo saturo, agendo
sugli appositi agganci.
• Rimontare i Filtri antigrasso.
• Richiudere il TERIP e riagganciare il confort panel.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
INSTALLATION
• The manufacturer will not be held liable for any damages resulting
from incorrect or improper installation.
• The minimum safety distance between the cooker top and the extrac-
tor hood is 650 mm.
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the
rating plate xed to the inside of the hood.
• For Class I appliances, check that the domestic power supply guaran-
tees adequate earthing.
Connect the extractor to the exhaust ue through a pipe of minimum
diameter 150 mm. The route of the ue must be as short as possible.
• Do not connect the extrac
tor hood to exhaust ducts carrying combus-
tion fumes (boilers, replaces, etc.).
• If the extractor is used in conjunction with non-electrical appliances
(e.g. gas burning appliances), a sucient degree of aeration must be
guaranteed in the room in order to prevent the backow of exhaust
gas. The kitchen must have an opening communicating directly with
the open air in order to guarantee the entry of clean air.
USE
• The extractor hood has been designed exclusively for domestic use to
eliminate kitchen smells.
• Ne
ver use the hood for purposes other than for which it has ben de-
signed.
• Never leave high naked ames under the hood when it is in operation.
• Adjust the ame intensity to direct it onto the bottom of the pan only,
making sure that it does not engulf the sides.
• Deep fat fryers must be continuously monitored during use: over-
heated oil can burst into ames.
• Do not ambè under the range hood; risk of re
• The hood should not be used by children or persons not instructed in
its correct use.
MAINTENANCE
• Switch o or unplug the appliance from the mains supply before carry-
ing out any maintenance work.
• Clean and/or replace the Filters after the specied time period.
• Clean the hood using a damp cloth and a neutral liquid detergent.

Any permanent electrical installation must comply with the latest regulations concerning this type of instal-
lation and a qualied electrician must carry out the work. Non-compliance could cause serious accidents
or injury and would deem the manufacturers guarantee null and void.
ATTENTION: Do not forget to use adequate plugs to the support brackets. Enquire after the manu-
facturers. Do an embedding if necessary. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility in case of a
faulty hanging due to the drilling and the setting up of plugs.
• The Hood can be fitted onto
the lower surface of the wall furniture.
(650 mm min. from the surface of the cooking
appliance to the underside of the cooker hood.)
• To carry out a cutting (embedding) on
the lower surface of the wall furniture,
as indicated.
Caution: The position of the cutting and the
squares could be modified according to the
position of the frame thickness 30 mm.
• A plate of compensation of 50,40 or
20 mm (provided) can be fixed at the back
hood EVOLIA. If necessary, one
precut on the plates of compensation
of 40 and 20 mm allows to obtain 30 and 10 mm.
To unscrew the 3 screws located between the lamps.

• To drill the outlet onto the top of the wall furniture.

• To place the anti-backowats item 9 over
the round outlet. To secure the connections with
appropriate clamping rings or adhesive tape.
• DUCTING
- In the extraction mode:
To connect the round outlet of the hood via a
rigid or exible duct of ø 150 mm.
• To secure the connections with appropriate
clamping rings or adhesive tape not provided.
• To remove the possible charcoal lte.
- In the recirculation mode:
The ltered air is evacuated in kitchen through an
outlet placed on the top of furniture or the hood.
• To drill a hole of ø 155 mm on the top of furniture.
• To connect the round outlet of the hood via a rigid
or exible duct of ø 150 mm to the outlet on the to
of the furniture.
• To secure the connections with appropriate
clamping rings or adhesive tape not provided.
• To x the charcoal foam onto the metal lters
using 2 X 4 barettes.
• The hood can be connected to the mains supply via a double-pole switch having 3mm minimum
contact gap on each pole.
• To insert the hood into the cutout and to x it using the screws provided on squares.

Control panel
TOUCH CONTROL FUNCTION
T1 ON/OFF Motor Switches the ho od m otor on a nd off. T he la test se lected
speed appears on the display.
T2 Speed - Decreases the suction speed: V3 → V2 → V1
T3 Speed + Increases the suction speed: V1 → V2 → V3
T4 Intensive speed Activates t he i ntensive sp eed from any previously sel ected
speed. The intensive speed can be activated even when t he
motor is OFF. By pressing the same touch control once again
or by sw itching of f the motor t his f unction c an be de acti-
vated. I ntensive s peed cannot b e a ctivated when the de lay
function is on. Intensive speed has been timed at 10 minutes:
H appears on the display and a spot down on the right side
flashes once a second. After 10 minutes the system activates
automatically the latest selected speed.
T5 Delay Activates and deactivates the delayed shutdown of the hood
(motor + l ighting) at 30 m inutes: t he sel ected speed o f t he
hood a ppears on t he dis play and a s pot down o n the r ight
side flashes once a second. By pressing the same touch con-
trol once again or by switching off the motor delay function
can be deactivated.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the Comfort Panel
• Open the comfort panel; turn the hooks and remove the panel
by slightly pressing the rear side.
• Do not wash the comfort panel in the dish washing machine.
• It is recommended to use a neutral detergent liquid and a damp
cloth when washing the outer surface of the comfort panel.
• Wash the inner part of the panel as well by using a neutral de-
tergent liqui d a nd a damp c loth; in a ny c ase do no t us e w et
sponges or other clothes nor water jet or corrosive detergents.
• Close the sliding panel again and put the comfort panel into its
seat.
Grease filters
CLEANING METAL GREASE FILTERS
• The filters must be c leaned e very 2 months of ope ration, or
more frequently for particularly heavy usage.
• Open the Comfort Panel by turning the knobs provided.
• Open the panel.
• Remove the filters, one at a ti me, after disconnecting the rela-
tive fastening elements.
• Wash the filters, taking care not to be nd them. Allow them to
dry before refitting.
• When refitting the filters, make sure that the handle is v isible
on the outside.
• Close the panel again and hook up the comfort panel.

Odour lters (Recirculation version)
LIGHT REPLACEMENT
• Remove the 3 screws fixing the Lighting support, and pull it
out of from the Hood.
• Extract the lamp from the Support.
• Replace with another of the same t ype, making sure that the
two pins are properly inserted in the lamp holder socket holes.
• Replace the Support, fixing it in place with the two screws re-
moved as above.
A defective light is cutting off the second one’s. In this case, you have to change the two lights.
REPLACING ACTIVATED CHARCOAL FILTERS
• These filters are not w ashable and cannot be regenerated, and
must b e rep laced ap proximately every four months of o pera-
tion, or more frequently with heavy usage.
• Open the Comfort Panel.
• Remove the grease filters.
• Remove the s aturated a ctivated c arbon filter by re leasing the
fixing hooks
• Replace the grease filters.
• Close the panel again and hook up the comfort panel.

CONSEILS ET SUGGESTIONS
INSTALLATION
• Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommage dû à une installa-
tion non correcte ou non conforme aux règles de l’art.
• La distance minimale de sécurité entre le plan de cuisson et la hotte doit être
de 650 mm au moins.
• Vérier que la tension du secteur correspond à la valeur qui gure sur la pla-
quette apposée à l’intérieur de la hotte.
• Pour les Appareils appartenant à la Ière Classe, veiller à ce que la mise à la
terre de l’installation électrique domestique ait été eectuée conformément aux
normes en vigueur.
• Connecter la hotte à la sortie d’air aspiré à l’aide d’une tuyauterie d’un diamè-
tre égal ou supérieur à 150 mm. Le parcours de la tuyauterie doit être le plus
court possible.
• Eviter de connecter la hotte à des conduites d’évacuation de fumées issues
d’une combustion tel que (Chaudière, cheminée, etc…).
• Si vous utilisez des appareils qui ne fonctionnent pas à l’électricité dans la
pièce ou est installée la hotte (par exemple: des appareils fonctionnant au
gaz), vous devez prévoir une aération susante du milieu. Si la cuisine en est
dépourvue, pratiquez une ouverture qui communique avec l’extérieur pour ga-
rantir l’inltration de l’air pur.
UTILISATION
• La hotte a été conçue exclusivement pour l’usage domestique, dans le but
d’éliminer les odeurs de la cuisine.
• Ne jamais utiliser abusivement la hotte.
• Ne pas laisser les ammes libres à forte intensité quand la hotte est en ser-
vice.
• Toujours régler les ammes de manière à éviter toute sortie latérale de ces
dernières par rapport au fond des marmites.
• Contrôler les friteuses lors de l’utilisation car l’huile surchauée pourrait
s’enammer.
• Ne pas préparer d’aliments ambés sous la hotte de cuisine : risque d’incendie
• La hotte ne doit pas être utilisée par des enfants ou des personnes ne pouvant
pas assurer une utilisation correcte.
ENTRETIEN
• Avant de procéder à toute opération d’entretien, retirer la hotte en retirant la
che ou en actionnant l’interrupteur général.
• Eectuer un entretien scrupuleux et en temps dû des Filtres, à la cadence
conseillée.
• Pour le nettoyage des surfaces de la hotte, il sut d’utiliser un chion humide
et détersif liquide neutre.
