Thank you for purchasing the Lindy 40m DVI-D Single Link Repeater. This product has been designed to

provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty and free lifetime

technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future

reference.

The Lindy 40m DVI-D Single Link Repeater can be used to extend high quality DVI Digital signals up to

distances of 40m, without any loss in image quality. Featuring a sleek minimalistic design and simple plug

and play installation, the repeater is ideal for use with professional AV setups that require longer length

transmissions with no compromise on video performance.

Installation

1. Use Lindy Long Distance DVI-D Cables for a complete and reliable setup.

2. Connect the DVI source device output to the input of the Lindy DVI Repeater and connect the output

of the Lindy DVI Repeater to your DVI display or projector.

3. For longer distances please adjust the EQ function to a higher number with 7 being the typically

strongest option for long lengths and 1 being the weakest option.

4. If additional power is required due to the source device not supplying enough voltage, please

connect a 5VDC2A power supply into the DC port.

Installation

1. Verwenden Sie Lindy Long Distance DVI-D-Kabel für eine zuverlässige Installation.

2. Verbinden Sie den Ausgang der DVI-Quelle mit dem Eingang des Lindy DVI-Repeaters und den

Ausgang des Lindy DVI-Repeaters mit Ihrem DVI-Display oder -Projektor.

3. Für längere Distanzen stellen Sie bitte die EQ-Funktion höher ein; dabei ist die Nummer 7 die beste

Option für große Distanzen und die Nummer 1 die schwächste Option.

4. Falls das Quellgerät nicht genug Strom liefert, können Sie ein Netzteil mit 5VDC 2A (nicht enthalten)

an der Buchse mit DC-Hohlstecker anschließen.

Installation

3. Pour les plus longues distances merci d’ajuster la fonction EQ à une valeur supérieure, 7 étant la

4. Si une alimentation additionnelle est requise car la source ne fournit pas suffisamment de courant,

merci de connecter une alimentation 5VDC2A au port DC.

Installazione

1. Utilizzate cavi DVI-D Lindy Long Distance per realizzare un’installazione ad alta affidabilità.

2. Collegate l’uscita DVI della sorgente all’ingresso del ripetitore e lo schermo o proiettore alla porta in

uscita dal ripetitore.

3. Regolate la funzione EQ selezionando valori bassi (verso l’1) per le distanze più contenute o valori

più alti (verso il 7) per distanze sempre più elevate.

4. Nel caso la sorgente non eroghi sufficiente corrente e sia necessario un’alimentazione

supplementare vi preghiamo di collegare un alimentatore (non fornito a corredo) da 5VDC 2A alla

porta DC dell’amplificatore.

In 2006 the European Union introduced regulations (WEEE) for the collection and recycling of all waste electrical

and electronic equipment. It is no longer allowable to simply throw away electrical and electronic equipment. Instead,

these products must enter the recycling process.

Each individual EU member state has implemented the WEEE regulations into national law in slightly different ways.

Please follow your national law when you want to dispose of any electrical or electronic products. More details can

Germany / Deutschland Rücknahme Elektroschrott und Batterie-Entsorgung
