The DC 87 is specially designed for professional studio applications. In order to re-create the sound of the century, it features

wide dynamic range and high SPL handling that provide unmatched versatility. It is equipped with a large dual-diaphragm

capsule with three directional patterns: Omnidirectional, Cardioid, and Figure-8 that provide unmatched versatility as well. It

also equipped a low cut switch and pad switch to provide unmatched versatility.

USING THE DC 20

The DC 87 is a Large Diaphragm

Condenser Microphone, the

microphone requires 48V

phantom power for operation.

The Donner emblem is on the front

of the microphone. Position this

side of the microphone toward the

sound source.

The DC 87 has

three directional

patterns, select a

polar before using.

See if it is needed

to set low cut and

Secure the cable to the microphone

stand or boom while using, leaving a

slack loop at the microphone. This will

ensure the most effective shock isolation

and reduce the possibility of accidentally

pulling the microphone out of its mount.

The microphone cable should be

ensured that it is wired Pin 1

shield, Pin 2 (+), Pin 3 (-).

After use the DC 87 should be

wiped with a dry, soft cloth and

placed in its protective zip pouch.

UTILISATION DU DC 87
