Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc., hereby warrants its products to be functional and free from manufacturing defects at the

time of delivery. Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc. further warrants that it will replace or repair, at its option, any unit that fails

to perform according to Welch Allyn’s published specifications during a period of three (3) years from the time of shipment by

Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc. to the user at the time it is purchased from any of Welch Allyn Data Collection Inc.’s

Authorized Distributors. Any attempt on the part of the user to disassemble or service the equipment shall void the warranty.

The warranty does not apply to product which have been damaged by improper handling, shipping, or misuse. The warranty

does not apply, if, in the sole opinion of Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc., the unit has been damaged by accident, misuse,

neglect, improper shipping and handling. Since the unit is sensitive to static, the responsibility to protect it from static damage

is solely that of the user. The warranty is valid only if the unit or scanner has not been tampered with or serviced by any party

unauthorized by Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc. as a repair facility.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR

IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE

Cette garantie ne s’applique pas non plus aux produits endommagés suite à de mauvaises manipulations, transports ou

usages abusifs.

La garantie ne s’applique pas si selon Welch Allyn, le produit a été endommagé par transports, manipulations, accidents,

négligence.

Du fait de la sensibilité à l’éléctricité statique, la responsabilité d’assurer la protection contre tout dommage, incombe à

l’utilisateur.

La garantie n’est pas valable si le produit a été démonté par un réparateur non agréé par Welch Allyn.

Cet engagement est le seul reconnu, toute autre garantie, même du vendeur sera exclue.Welch Allyn se dégage de toute

responsabilité en cas de perte ou dommage direct ou accidentel qui résulterait d’une négligence ou qui sortirait des limites de

garantie.

Cette garantie donne un droit spécial et peut s’ajouter aux droits communs selon les pays.

Herstellungsmängel sind. Ferner garantiert Welch Allyn den Ersatz oder Reparatur von Geräten der Serie

IT3800, die den von Welch Allyn publizierten Spezifikationen nicht entsprechen, innerhalb von zwei (3) Jahren vom Zeitpunkt

der Auslieferung bei Welch Allyn bzw. des Erwerbs bei einem autorisierten Welch Allyn Distributor an.

Jeder Versuch des Anwenders, den Scanner zu öffnen oder selbst zu reparieren, führt zum Verlust der Garantie.

Die Garantie ist ungültig bei Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, Transport oder falsche Anwendung entstehen.

Die Garantie gilt ebenso nicht bei Änderungs– oder Reparaturversuchen von nicht durch Welch Allyn autorisierten Dritten.

Der Anwender ist alleine für den Schutz des Scanners gegen schädliche statische Aufladungen verantwortlich.

dell’utente di smontare o riparare il prodotto, annullerà questa garanzia.

La garanzia non è applicabile a prodotti che siano stati danneggiati da errati spostamenti o spedizioni, o da uso improprio. La

garanzia non sarà applicata qualora, a giudizio esclusivo della Welch Allyn, l’unità sia stata danneggiata da incidente, abuso,
