DESCRIZIONE
Il sollevatore elettrico è stato studiato per permettere una facile e veloce installazione dell’unità esterna anche nelle
condizioni più disagiate.
Grazie alle pratiche manopole per il fissaggio, ai 4 piedini di regolazione a muro, al verricello elettrico con pulsantiera,
il sollevatore elettrico Tecnosystemi permette la posa in opera di unità esterne sulle staffe modello KEPLERO SKP,
KEPLERO SKP ECO, GIOTTO SG, CLASSIC TSMC, KEPLERO PALACE E GIOTTO PALACE
AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE!
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di sollevamento, assicurarsi che il sollevatore sia perfettamente
fissato e messo in opera secondo le istruzioni riportate in questo libretto e nel libretto a corredo del
paranco elettrico.
È obbligatorio l’uso dei guanti di protezione durante l’installazione e le fasi di sollevamento.
È obbligatorio l’utilizzo di dispositivi di protezione dell’udito durante le fasi di utilizzo del paranco.
È obbligatorio utilizzare esclusivamente le cinghie in dotazione al paranco per ancorare l’unità esterna al gancio di
sollevamento. È fatto divieto assoluto di utilizzare altri sistemi di ancoraggio.
La macchina va utilizzata in ambienti protetti dall’umidità, dalla pioggia e dalle intemperie.
Nel caso si presenti la possibilità del transito di persone nella zona di azione del paranco è obbligatorio segnalare il
potenziale pericolo con apposita segnaletica.
È obbligatorio non lasciare mai il carico incustodito in fase di sollevamento.
Questa macchina è stata studiata per il sollevamento delle motocondensanti, pertanto è vietato l’uso del sollevatore
per qualsiasi altro tipo di utilizzo.
Il sollevatore elettrico non richiede particolari manutenzioni, per quanto riguarda il pranco si fa riferimento
al libretto allegato.
ATTENZIONE!
È obbligatorio verificare l’integrità della macchina e di tutte le sue parti, non che lo stato di usura delle
cinghie, prima di iniziare le operazioni di installazione.
MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLI
INSTALLAZIONE E MESSA IN OPERA DEL SOLLEVATORE
ELETTRICO SULLE STAFFE MODELLO “GIOTTO”
1. Prima di fissare la staffa Giotto a muro inserire nello scanso della barra a muro n°2 piastrine filettate in
corrispondenza delle asole “x” e “y” (vedi fig.1)
2. Posizionare le mensole della staffa in posizione verticale all’interno del braccio in modo che non creino intralcio
durante il sollevamento della macchina (vedi fig. 4) (Per staffe TSMC non montare le mensole sui bracci).

Thanks to the practical fastening knobs, to the 4 wall-levelling feet, to the electric winch complete with control panel, the
Tecnosistemi electrical hoister permits the mounting of external units on KEPLERO SKP, KEPLERO SKP ECO, GIOTTO SG,
CLASSIC TSMC, KEPLERO PALACE AND GIOTTO PALACE brackets.
WARNING
Before performing any hoisting operations, ensure that the hoister is perfectly secured and started
according to the instructions contained in this manual and in the manual supplied with the “PA 200”
electric hoist.
Protective gloves must be worn during installation and during hoisting operations.
Hearing protection devices must be worn during use of the hoist.
Only those straps supplied with the hoist may be used to secure the external unit to the hoisting hook. It is strictly
forbidden to use any other means of anchoring the unit.
The machine must be used in places that are protected from damp, rain and bad weather.
Should there be any likelihood of people crossing the area where the hoist is operating, the potential danger must be
indicated by specific signs.
Loads must never be left unattended during hoisting operations.
This machine is specifically designed to lift condensation units, and must not be used for any other purposes.
WARNING!
The intactness of the machine and all its parts, and the state of wear of the straps, must be checked before
commencing installation operations.
SAFETY WARNINGS
MAINTENANCE AND CONTROLS
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING ELECTRIC HOISTER ON
“GIOTTO” BRACKETS
1. Before securing the Giotto wall bracket, fit two plate nuts into the wall bar’s lateral cut level with the “x” and “y” loops
(see fig. 1).
2. Position the bracket’s shelves in a vertical position inside the arm, in such a way that they do not hinder operations during
the hoisting of the machine (see fig. 4) (In the case of TSMC brackets, do not mount the shelves on the arms).

Durante le operazioni di montaggio delle mensole sui bracci reggi mensola l’operatore non deve mai sostare o
transitare al di sotto del carico sospeso, avendo cura di tenere una posizione laterale alle due staffe e mai per nessun
motivo centrale.
3. Posizionare il particolare “A” sulla barra della staffa dall’alto verso il basso (vedi fig. 2), inserendo i 2 denti
di aggancio nelle asole “j” e “k” predisposte a questo scopo. A questo punto il particolare “A” è solamente
agganciato alla staffa. (vedi fig. 3)
4. Per fissare il particolare “A” alla staffa utilizzare le 2 manopole nere in dotazione, avvitandole sulle piastrine
filettate precedentemente posizionate dietro la barra a muro. (vedi fig.4)
5. Inserire il particolare “B” nel particolare “A” dall’alto verso il basso (vedi fig. 5-10). Regolare la messa in bolla
del paranco agendo sulle 4 manopole di regolazione posizionate alle estremità del particolare “A”, facendo in
modo che tutte e 4 premano leggermente contro la muratura. Verificare la corretta tenuta del sistema prima
di procedere al sollevamento del carico. Prima di passare alla fase di alimentazione della macchina assicurarsi
della perfetta stabilità e fissaggio della macchina.
6. Alimentare il motore mediante la presa a 220 volt.
7. Posizionare la barra (particolare “C”) sopra la motocondensante, (vedi fig. 6), fissare la macchina alla barra
mediante le 2 cinghie in dotazione. (per il serraggio delle cinghie vedi le istruzioni in allegato). ATTENZIONE!
Le cinghie devono passare internamente ai piedini della macchina per evitare possibili scivolamenti delle
stesse verso l’esterno.
8. Per effettuare una prima prova di sollevamento utilizzare la pulsantiera di comando. Per sollevare il carico
premere e mantenere premuto l’interruttore di salita della pulsantiera; per abassare il carico premere e
mantenere premuto l’interruttore di discesa della pulsantiera; il paranco si arresta rilasciando i pulsanti oppure,
automaticamente, quando si raggiunge la massima altezza di salita. Sollevare di pochi centimetri l’unità esterna.
Verificare poi il perfetto equilibrio della macchina; nel caso la macchina sia obliqua far scorrere il gancio ad
occhiello lungo l’asola del particolare “C” fino a trovare la perfetta planarità della stessa. Verificare che durante
la salita la fune metallica si avvolga su tutta la lunghezza del tamburo. ATTENZIONE! È vietato sostare sotto
ai carichi sospesi.
9. Sollevare la macchina fino a quando il basamento dell’unità esterna supera o al minimo coincide con l’altezza
della piatra a muro. (vedi fig. 7)
10. Riposizionare le mensole della staffa in posizione orizzontale e abbassare la macchina fino a farla appoggiare
sulla staffa; (vedi fig. 8), procedere poi con il fissaggio della motocondensante mediante gli antivibranti con
viti in dotazione. Per le staffe serie TSMC fissare le mensole ai bracci reggimensole prima di abassare la
macchina. ATTENZIONE! Prima di staccare il paranco dall’unità esterna assicurarsi che la stessa sia fissata
correttamente alla staffa mediante le viti in dotazione.
11. Per lo smontaggio del sollevatore eseguire le operazioni in senso inverso.

During the fitting of the shelves to the shelf supporting arms, the operator must never stand or walk beneath the suspended
load, but must take care to stand to the sides of the two brackets, and never in between them.
3. Position part “A” on the bracket bar, from top to bottom (see fig. 2), fitting the 2 coupling teeth into loops “j” and “k”
designed for this purpose. At this point, part “A” is only fixed to the bracket (see fig. 3).
4. In order to fix part “A” to the bracket, use the 2 black fastening knobs, screwing them onto the plate nuts previously
positioned behind the wall bars (see fig. 4).
5. Fit part “B” downwards into part “A” (see fig. 5 / 10).Perform the levelling of the hoist using the 4 adjusting knobs
positioned at the ends of part “A”, in such a way that all 4 press slightly against the wall. Check the stability of the system
before proceeding with hoisting operations. Before starting the machine, ensure that it is perfectly stable and secured in
place.
6. Power the machine using the 220V socket.
7. Position the bar (part “C”) above the condensation unit (see fig. 6), and secure the machine to the bar using the 2 straps
provided (see the instructions attached regarding the tightening of the straps). WARNING! The straps must be passed
inside the machine’s feet in order to prevent them from sliding outwards.
8. To perform an initial hoisting test, use the control panel. To lift the load, press the “up” button on the control panel, and
keep it pressed; to lower the load, press, and keep pressed, the “down” button; the hoist will come to a halt should such
buttons be released, or when the load reaches the maximum height. Raise the external unit a few centimetres. Then
check that the machine is in perfect equilibrium; should the machine be in a sloping position, slide the eyehook along
the loop of part “C” until the machine is perfectly flat. Ensure that during hoisting, the metal cable winds around the
entire width of the drum. WARNING! Is is strictly forbidden to stand under suspended loads.
9. Lift the machine up until the base of the external unit exceeds, or is at least level with, the height of wall plate (see fig. 7)
10. Return the bracket’s shelves to a horizontal position, and lower the machine until it rests on the bracket (see fig. 8);
then secure the condensation unit in position by means of the vibration dampers, using the screws provided For the
TSMC series brackets, secure the shelves to the shelf supporting arms before lowering the machine. WARNING! Before
detaching the hoist from the external unit, ensure that the unit is correctly secured to the bracket by means of the
screws provided.
11. To disassemble the hoister, perform the same operations in reverse.

INSTALLATION OF THE HOISTER ON LOFTS
Per l’installazione della motocondensante con il sollevatore elettrico in punti disagiati (sottotetti, travi, sporti, ecc...),
posizionare le due alette “N” e “M” sui fori predisposti “W” e “Q” (vedi figura 9 a pag 5), svitandole dalla posizione
originale e fissandole al nuovo punto di ancoraggio.
In questo modo si riduce notevolmente l’ngombro del sollevatore nella parte superiore, permettendo di installare
l’unità esterna più in alto rispetto alla posizione standard.
ATTENZIONE!
Per questo tipo di posa in opera le mensole della staffa Giotto vanno montate sul braccio porta mensola
dopo che l’unità esterna è stata sollevata fino al fine corsa del paranco.
To install the condensation unit, using the electric hoister, in awkward places (attics, beams, overhangs, etc.), place the two
loops “N” and “M” on the pre-drilled holes “W” and “Q” (see fig. 12 on p. 7), unscrewing them from their original positions and
securing them to the new fastening point.
In this way, the volume of the upper section of the hoister is considerably reduced, thus making it possible to install the
external unit higher up than would normally be possible.
WARNING!
For this type of installation, the GIOTTO bracket’s shelves are to be mounted on the shelf supporting arm after the
external unit has been raised to the hoist’s limit.

DISPOSAL
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
GARANZIA
WARRANTY
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
• incorrect transportation;
• installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
• non-observance of product technical specifications;
• Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
